Abstract

Sales forecasting is an effort to fulfill customer demands. The existence of a sales forecast, can help trade business owners in carrying out stock management to deal with customer demands in the future. Data owned in the past is used in predicting and estimating a condition in the future. Quantitative data used as a reference in the forecasting process can be time series data based on a certain period containing the number of sales. Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) are one of the human efforts to model the way the human nervous system functions in carrying out certain tasks. This modeling is based on the ability of the human brain to organize brain cells called neurons. Neurons are information processing units that are the basis of artificial neural network operations. ANN can be used to solve forecasting problems based on continuous data such as time series data from a sale based on a certain period. The research stages that will be carried out consist of analyzing needs, training the model, testing the model, forecasting sales.

Abstract

Salad Yoo merupakan suatu tempat usaha yang bergerak di bidang industri makanan khususnya pada penyajian dessert yang berupa salad buah. Dalam pelaksanaannya Salad Yoo masih menggunakan pencatatan dengan tulis tangan seperti pada saat pencatatan stok, perhitungan sisa stok, maupun pembuatan laporan-laporan yang berkaitan dengan transaksi lainnya seperti laporan penjualan. Hal tersebut tentunya dapat menimbulkan terjadinya kesalahan atau kehilangan berkas lainnya serta pemborosan dalam tempat penyimpanan dikarenakan masih menggunakan media kertas. Selain itu, kesalahan lain yang mungkin terjadi yaitu penulisan yang kurang rapi dan sulit dibaca akan mengakibatkan kesalahan baru seperti perhitungan stok yang tidak sesuai dengan kenyataannya. Adapun tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi penjualan pada Salad Yoo. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi yaitu melakukan pengamatan secara langsung ke perusahaan Salad Yoo, metode wawancara yang dilakukan langsung kepada orang yang bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola Salad Yoo, serta metode dokumentasi yang berupa dokumentasi nota penjualan, catatan penjualan dan laporan penjualan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah memudahkan karyawan dalam melakukan proses transaksi penjualan, pengelolaan stok serta memudahkan dalam pembuatan laporan penjualan. Abstract

The province of Bali, Indonesia, as a tropical destination with abundant natural resources, exhibits a serious focus on the agriculture and livestock sectors. The Simantri program, as a local government innovation, aims to accelerate the adoption of agricultural technology in rural communities. Bio gas, as a renewable energy alternative, emerges as a crucial solution amid the challenges posed by unsustainable fossil fuels. The Simantri Farmers Group in Br. Sandakan, Sulangai Village, faces challenges in introducing their bio gas products to the community. In the Community Service activity, a documentary video was created as an effective informational medium, successfully introducing, enhancing understanding, and raising awareness about the use of bio gas among the community. The video not only promoted the product but also strengthened the role of Simantri in village development and tourism potential. The success of this activity reaffirms that utilizing video-based informational media is an effective step in introducing innovations, enhancing understanding, and supporting the well-being of the local community.

Abstract

The quality of the software is greatly determined by the testing phase, which involves various test cases that can be conducted through manual testing and automation testing. Manual testing is performed manually without using automation scripts, whereas automation testing is conducted using automation scripts. ABC is a company that operates globally in the field of access control, with the Card Printer being one of the menus used in access control. In the development process of this software, both manual and automation testing phases are carried out. The automation testing process employs the Selenium tool, which has proven to be time-consuming and poses challenges when running numerous test cases. This research aims to develop automation testing using Playwright to address the long execution time issue encountered with Selenium. The research utilizes the Card Printer project in the development of automation testing and adopts the Agile methodology. The result of developing automation testing using Playwright was successfully applied to 12 test cases. Additionally, the time analysis between Playwright and Selenium showed that Playwright has a total execution time of 4.9 minutes, which is faster compared to Selenium's total execution time of 8.3 minutes. With faster execution times, Playwright can be considered a tool in the development of automation testing.

Abstract

Studies in an educational institution, when the lack of timely graduation of students in each batch and the number of students in each batch, causes an imbalance between incoming students and outgoing students and causes a decrease in accreditation from the campus, this should not continue to happen, the solution to dealing with this problem as an early detection of students who graduate on time is to predict the length of the student study period they have. Therefore, researchers will discuss the design of a prediction system for graduating on time using the Naïve Bayes method, to predict student graduation so that there is no imbalance of incoming and outgoing students. The construction of this system also uses the Naïve Bayes method and the CRISP-DM (Cross Industry Standard Process Data Mining) development method. In this case study, the Naïve Bayes method predicts data into 2, namely 1 (graduated on time) and 0 (did not graduate on time) by labeling the data used. In this model using 3247 data with the selection of features, namely semester achievement index 1 (ips1), ips2, ips3, ips4, ips5, semester credit units1 (credits1), credits2, credits3, credits4, credits5, semester credit units not passed 1 (skstidaklulus1), skstidaklulus2, skstidaklulus3, skstidaklulus4, skstidaklulus5 and labels. Using these feature variables results in model performance with 80% accuracy, with 80% accuracy it can be said that the model works well.

Abstract

Computer networks are essential for modern life, enabling efficient global information exchange. However, as technology advances, network security challenges grow. To enhance security, honeypots are used alongside firewalls, mimicking legitimate systems to attract hackers and analyze their attack methods. In this research, Cowrie and Dionaea honeypots are implemented. Cowrie targets brute force attacks on SSH, while Dionaea detects port scanning and denial of service (DoS) attacks. These honeypots effectively capture and log malicious activities, providing insights into attack patterns. The collected data is analyzed using the ELK Stack, which offers real-time visualization of attack trends, frequency, and methods. This analysis helps security teams quickly identify and mitigate threats. The integration of honeypots with the ELK Stack significantly enhances network defense by improving detection, analysis, and response to cyber threats. The analysis of the results shows that both honeypots effectively capture and record malicious activities entering the network, providing critical insights into the attack patterns employed by attackers. Within just minutes of deployment, the honeypots logged over 1,000 attacks, predominantly originating from botnets attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities. The captured log data is processed through the ELK Stack, allowing for real-time visualization of attack patterns, including geographic origins, attack frequency, and methods used. This enables security teams to proactively identify trends, assess risks, and implement targeted mitigation strategies more efficiently.

Abstract

Toko XYZ, a retail company in Denpasar, faces challenges in managing its product stock due to the lack of utilization of consumer purchasing patterns in product placement and inventory management. As a result, products that are frequently bought together by customers often run out of stock, leading to potential sales declines. To address this issue, a purchasing pattern analysis was conducted using the association rules method with the ECLAT algorithm. The analysis was performed using Visual Studio Code with Python programming language to identify frequent 1-itemsets and frequent 2-itemsets, which represent products frequently purchased individually or in combination by customers. The analysis results show that lower minimum support values result in more frequent item sets being identified while increasing the minimum confidence, which narrows the number of generated association rules. At a minimum support of 0.05, 2463 rules were identified, whereas at a minimum support of 0.20, the number of rules decreased to 117. Higher minimum confidence, set at 60%, produced more relevant and reliable rules, demonstrating the potential of the ECLAT algorithm in aiding inventory management and optimizing product placement at Toko XYZ.

Abstract

BUMDes Guna Artha menghadapi sejumlah permasalahan utama yang memerlukan penanganan yang baik. Salah satu tantangan utamanya adalah ketidakpastian ketersediaan barang di toko. Sistem pencatatan stok yang hanya mengandalkan lembar MS Excel seringkali tidak dapat mencerminkan situasi aktual di toko fisik. Dampak dari situasi ini melibatkan ketidakpuasan pelanggan dan potensi merugikan citra toko BUMDes Guna Artha. Informasi adalah sekumpulan data atau fakta yang diorganisasi atau diolah dengan cara tertentu sehingga mempunyai arti bagi penerima. Ketersediaan informasi yang baik dapat membantu pihak manajemen toko BUMDes dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk terus meningkatkan kinerja toko. Solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah dengan melakukan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) berupa pembuatan dan pelatihan penggunaan sistem informasi. Fitur-fitur dari sistem informasi yang dibangun mencakup sistem transaksi penjualan, kemampuan untuk melihat status pesanan dan pembayaran secara real-time, serta penyediaan laporan penjualan dan grafik penjualan per barang. Dengan semua fitur ini, melalui sistem informasi penjualan yang dibangun dapat memfasilitasi transaksi, pelacakan pesanan, pembayaran, stock opname, dan penyediaan laporan penjualan secara lebih efektif. Kegiatan PKM dibagi menjadi pembuatan sistem informasi dan pelatihan penggunaan sistem informasi. Pada sistem informasi yang dibuat dapat digunakan untuk mencatat transaksi penjualan yang telah dilakukan, dan juga dapat memberikan informasi penjualan dan informasi stok barang di toko BumDes.

Abstract

As competition in the culinary industry becomes increasingly intense, restaurant companies are required to focus more on product management and inventory control to maintain customer satisfaction and ensure smooth operations. Coco Bistro Tanjung, part of the Tropical Group, still relies on historical sales data without using scientific methods to forecast sales, which often leads to difficulties in determining the optimal amount of raw material inventory. This study aims to forecast sales for the upcoming period using the Fuzzy Time Series method, which is considered effective in addressing sales fluctuations. The research process begins with problem identification, a literature review, and the selection of the method, followed by the collection of sales data from Coco Bistro Tanjung. Forecasting is performed manually using the Fuzzy Time Series method, and the accuracy of the forecasts is evaluated using MAPE, MSE, and MAE. The results show that the Fuzzy Time Series method can provide accurate predictions for six main food categories, with the Balinese Main Course category achieving the best accuracy (MAPE 8.72%), classified as "Very Good," while the Pizza category showed the lowest accuracy with a MAPE of 38.75%, classified as "Fair." This research proves that the Fuzzy Time Series method is effective in forecasting sales trends for most food categories, which can help the company optimize inventory management and improve operational efficiency.

Abstract

Dalam sektor kuliner, terutama pada usaha mikro dan kecil seperti warung tradisional di Bali, aspek desain kemasan sering kali masih kurang diperhatikan. Padahal, di tengah kompetisi pasar yang kian ketat dan dominasi produk modern, kemasan yang dirancang secara menarik dan bermakna dapat menjadi keunggulan tersendiri yang membedakan produk lokal dari pesaingnya. Kaja Kangin Warung adalah sebuah usaha kuliner di Desa Singakerta, Ubud yang berdiri semenjak bulan Agustus tahun 2022. Saat ini, kemasan yang digunakan masih bersifat sederhana dan belum menggambarkan keunikan identitas lokal yang dapat meningkatkan nilai jual dan daya saing. Revitalisasi desain kemasan dilakukan pada kemasan rice bowl yang berupa desain pada paper bowl. Proses desain didasarkan pada proses analisis segmentasi, targeting dan positioning market dengan memperhatikan usaha pesaing di sekitarnya. Proses tahapan desain kemasan dilakukan dengan tahapan membuat concept board, dilanjutkan dengan tahapan sketsa awal, hingga pada proses desain akhir yang mencakup desain pada identitas brand, tipografi, tata letak, visual, dan warna hingga dihasilkan desain kemasan yang diharapkan mampu memberikan identitas produk dan meningkatkan daya saing usaha.
