Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational communication and work environment on the performance of the employees of the West Sumatra Province Investment and One Stop Service (DPMPTSP). The population in this study amounted to 60 employees. The sample taken is the entire population, which is 60 employees. The sampling technique in this study is a total sampling technique. Total sampling technique is a sampling technique in which the entire population is sampled. The analysis technique used in this research is validity, reliability, descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and t test. The results showed that organizational communication had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment had a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research is useful as a form of digital banking implementation in improving banking services to customers. The sample of this research is the number of digital banking users and the number of customers who have used digital applications from 2021. This study uses qualitative data analysis as a research method that describes descriptively about the application of digital banking in improving banking services and services to customers. analysis in terms of practices that need to be applied, so that it can be seen the extent of its implementation. These results show that the application of digital banking at the Bank is in accordance with the standards set by Bank Indonesia, the application of digital banking can improve the quality of banking services and services as well as increase customer loyalty

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Semen Padang Human Resources Department. There were 38 respondents in this study using the Total Sampling technique. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The test results show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance and job satisfaction also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of workload variables, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Sanjung Buana Sijunjung. This type of research uses quantitative methods. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to 79 respondents. The sampling technique used is the Saturated Sampling Technique, namely the sample determination technique when all members of the population are used as samples, using instrument testing (validity test and reliability test). ), classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) then multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the research show that workload has no significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

Bank BTN faces unique challenges in maintaining productivity and service quality, especially in an era of increasingly competitive business environment and evolving market dynamics. In response to these challenges, the company needs to ensure that factors influencing employee performance are well understood and managed. This study aims to analyze the influence of job promotion, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Padang Branch. Data collection was conducted through a survey using questionnaire, with measurement scale using Likert scale. The research sample consisted of 120 respondents from Bank BTN Padang Branch employees, with sampling method using total sampling or saturated sample. Data analysis techniques were performed using Descriptive Statistics, Multiple Linear Regression, and t-test to test hypotheses. The results of data analysis show that: 1) Job promotion has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Padang Branch (β1 = 0.209, Sig. = 0.008 < 0.05). 2) Work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (β2 = 0.259, Sig. = 0.011 < 0.05) at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Padang Branch. 3) Work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (β3 = 0.588, Sig. = 0.002 < 0.05) at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Padang Branch

Abstract

Education and development is one of the efforts that can be made by organizations in order to improve the education, skills, competencies and performance of their employees, therefore education and training (training) for an organization must be seen as a long-term investment in the field of human resources. Civil servants as state apparatus are required to provide good service to the community, to maintain the survival of an agency it needs to be supported by human resources who have a leadership spirit, have skills, have high creativity. The quality of work of civil servants (PNS) is considered inadequate and is below the expected quality standards, such as slow service delivery to the general public, lack of coordination of several jobs, lack of respect for working hours, discipline and working time, all of which indicate that the quality of civil servants (PNS) needs to be addressed. Qualified, highly motivated human resources who are willing to work together in teams will be the key to organizational success. The objectives of this community service activity are to provide education, training and employee development to improve the quality of public services, develop managerial capacity, strengthen ethics and morality, and improve employee leadership. Participants who participated in this community service activity amounted to 50 people. The material presented is about education, training (DIKLAT) and employee development to improve employee performance. The results of the training show that employees have an understanding of education, training and development to improve employee performance. This activity is expected to be able to improve employee performance so that services to the community also improve.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain tested explanative findings about (1) The effect of education on employee performance, (2) The effect of Work Experience on Employee Performance, (3) The Effect of Work Ethic on Employee performance on Batur KPN. The research design used in this study is quantitative. The subjects in this study were all Batur KPN Employees, and the object of research was education, work experience, work ethics and employee performance. The population in this study amounted to 75 employees. All of these populations were made into observation units, so this study was included as population research. Data collected in this study are education data, work experience, work ethics and employee performance sourced from employees and Chair of KPN Batur. Data collection techniques in this study were (1) questionnaire, and (2) ument recording, then analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed a positive effect of (1) education on employee performance, (2) work experience on employee performance, (3) work ethic on employee performance at Batur KPN

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, product quality, and promotion on purchasing decisions for Converse shoes at the babee.shopp Padang store. The data used in this study were collected from consumers who use Converse shoes products at the Babee.shopp Padang store with the accidental sampling method in sample selection. There are 83 samples of consumers who used Converse shoe products at the babee.shopp Padang store. Data analysis used multiple linear regression method. The results showed that the price had no positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with t-count value (0.486) greater than t-tabel (0.2159), but a significant value greater than 0.05. Product quality has no positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with t-count value (1.368) greater than t-tabel (0.2159), but a significant value greater than 0.05. While promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Converse shoes at the babee.shopp Padang store with a t-count value (3.698) greater than t-tabel (0.2159) and a significant value less than 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh servant leadership dan integritas terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PDAM Kota Padang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari skor jawaban yang diperoleh dari kuesioner yang dibagikan. Metode pengujian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas, analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji T dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Data diuji SPSS Statistik 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwah servant leadership berpengaruh positif tapi tidak signifikan dinyatakan ditolak dan integritas berpengaruh positif dan siginfikan dinyatakan diterima. Penelitian ini diharapkan akan memberikan kontribusi terhadap PDAM Kota Padang dalam upaya meningkatkan servant leadership dan integritas dimasa yang akan datang.
