Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of interest rates and service quality partially and simultaneously on customer decisions using KUR credit at the Bank Mandiri Imam Bonjol Branch of Padang City. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling method with accidental sampling so that from the population a sample of 100 respondents was taken, the data collection method used was observation, questionnaire and literature review. From the t-test, the interest rate has a positive and significant influence on the decision to use credit KUR at Bank Mandiri Imam Bonjol, Padang City, tangible has no effect on the decision to use credit KUR at Bank Mandiri Imam Bonjol, Padang City, reliability has a positive and significant influence on the decision using KUR credit at Bank Mandiri Imam Bonjol of Padang City, responsiveness (X4) negatively and significantly affected the decision to use credit for credit at Bank Mandiri Imam Bonjol in Padang City, assurance had a positive and significant influence on the decision to use credit curses at Bank Mandiri Imam Bonjol Kota Padang and empaty did not affect the decision to use credit for credit at Bank Mandiri Imam Bonjol, Padang City. From the results of the F test, it is proved that the interest rate and service quality variables simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on the decision to use credit curses at Bank Mandiri Imam Bonjol, Padang City.

Abstract

This competition appears along with the development of increasingly sophisticated technology, encouraging various types of changes system in the world for example in the business world changes system such as system in trading, marketing, how to make transaction, and delivery of information still changing. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the trust in brand, brand image dan word of mouth terhadap customer satisfication purchases samsung smartphone in Sarana Smartphone Solok City. This research is a quantitative method, using the technique of multiple linear regression. The sample in this study amounted to 65 customers. Techniques used in collecting data is the spread of questionnaires, interviews and observation. This study uses SPSS  Version 16 to calculate and analyze data. The results showed that the partially trust in brand, brand image had a positive and significant effect, while word of mouth had not significant effect on customer satisfaction purchases samsung smartphone in Sarana Smartphone Solok City.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of quality product, price, and promotion towards purchasing decisions of Padang cement products at PT. Sumber Niaga Interindo (Distributor). Data that used in this research is collect from consumers who used Padang cement products at PT. Sumber Niaga Interindo by total sampling method in selecting the sample. There are 32 sample of consumers who used cement products at PT. Sumber Niaga Interindo. Data processing use multiple linear regression method. The results of this research shows that quality of product has no positive and significant influence to purchasing decisions with a t-count value smaller than t-table -0.649 <2.048, price has no positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions with a t-count value smaller than t-table 1.403< 2.048. Meanwhile, promotion has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions of Padang cement products at PT. Sumber Niaga Interindo (Distributor) with a t-count value bigger than t-table 3,387>2,048

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, compensation and discipline of monkeys on employee performance at PT. Kencana Sawit Indonesia, this research is a quantitative research, the sampling method uses a total sampling with the number of respondents 50 people. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has no effect on employee performance, and ape discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the physical and non physical work environment on the performance of Department of Archives and Library of West Sumatra Province. The method used in this research is quantitative research with descriptive approach. The population in this study were employees of Department of Archives and Library of West Sumatra Province amounting to 116 people. The sample used was 116 people using saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) Physical Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employees Perfomance of Department of Archives and Library of West Sumatra Province, (2) Non-physical Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employees Perfomance of Department of Archives and Library of West Sumatra Province

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and job rotation on employee performance at the social services of the province of West Sumatra, this research is a quantitative study, the sampling method uses total sampling with a total of 60 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value smaller than t-table (-1.018 < 1.671), job rotation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a higher t-count value from t-table (3.639>1.671).

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan pada D’sruput Lapai Padang. Tujuannya adalah untuk menguji pengaruh tangible, emphaty, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada D’sruput Lapai Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitattif. Populasi adalah konsumen D’sruput Lapai Padang yang berjumlah 5.230. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik incidental sampling, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 98 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda yang dibantu dengan program komputer SPSS for Windows versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tangible, emphaty, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada D’sruput Lapai Padang. harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada D’sruput Lapai Padang.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Muaralabuh branch of the Nagari Bank. The aim is to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at the Bank Nagari Muaralabuh branch. This study uss quantitative methods.the population is the customer of the Muaralabuh branch of the Nagari Bank as many 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was using the slovin formula so that the sample in this study was 100 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the computer program SPSS 20 for windows. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on cutomer satisfaction at the Muaralabuh branch of Nagari Bank.Keywords: service quality, customer satisfaction

Abstract

Competition in the world is currently a challenge for every company because of the many product brands in the electronics industry such as smartphones. The purpose of this study was to examine whether there is an effect of Brand Image, Brand Trust and Company Reputation on customer loyalty. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to the community in the city of Padang. Testing and data management using SPSS with the help of multiple regression and correlation methods. In testing this hypothesis using multiple linear regression testing, descriptive test, t-test and Cronbach Alpha consumer choice is used to measure the validity and reliability, testing that has been done that all variables show valid and reable. Based on the results of the partial test (t test), brand image has a significant effect on customer loyalty. where it is the brand image has a t-count value greater than the t-table with a sign value, thus the brand image statistically has an influence on customer loyalty, brand trust has a significant effect on customer loyalty. In which case, brand trust has a t-count value greater than t-table with a sign value, thus brand trust statistically has an effect on customer loyalty and company reputation has a significant effect on customer loyalty. In which case, company reputation has a t-value greater than the t-table with a sign value, thus company reputation statistically has an influence on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia yang baik adalah menjadi salah satu yang sangat penting di dalam suatu organisasi ataupun instansi. Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Pengawasan Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Bupati Solok Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kantor Bupati Solok Selatan. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini adalah menggunakan SPSS. Penentuan sampel pada penelitian menggunakan metode Total Sampling. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak  99 pegawai. Hasil penelitian bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, hasil penelitian bahwa pengawasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, hasil penelitian bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.Kata Kunci:    Gaya Kepemimpinan, Pengawasan Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.
