Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis dampak influencer, harga diskon dan paket bonus terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk fashion shopee. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa S1 jurusan manajemen dual degree angkatan 2020 fakultas ekonomi universitas negeri padang. Menentukan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel, jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 35 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dan uji t statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa influencer, harga diskon dan paket bonus berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk fashion shopee. Berdasarkan pembahasan dan kesimpulan dari penelitian ini dapat ditarik beberapa saran sebagai berikut : disarankan pada mahasiswa S1 jurusan manajemen dual degree angkatan 2020 fakultas ekonomi universitas negeri padang agar menentukan kebutuhan fashion dengan keinginan masing masing dan tidak hanya berdasarkan review dari influencer, menggunakan teknologi informasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi teknis, kemampuan interpersonal dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perindustrian Dan Perdagangan Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 93 orang pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sample adal total sampling dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kompetensi teknis (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel (6,708<1,662) dengan nilai signifikan lebih besar dari nilai alpha (0,000<0,05). (2) Kemampuan interpersonal berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan t-hitung lebih besar dari pada t-tabel (6,120 > 1.662) dengan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari nilai alpha (0.000<0,05). (3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan t-hitung lebih besar dari pada t-tabel (7,846 > 1,662) dengan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari nilai alpha (0.000 < 0,05).

Abstract

Marketing is an important factor in company development. Marketing must always be upgraded and updated, which of course cannot be separated from the needs and desires of consumers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of product quality, price and promotion on purchase decisions in the Fast Computer Store At Padang City. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The study population of 259 consumers and samples used by 72 respondents with slovin formula. The result shows that the variable of product quality have significant and negative impact toward purchasing decisions; the variable of prices have significant and negative impact toward purchasing decisions and the variable of promotion have significant and positive impact toward purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh tangibles, emphaty, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, promosi dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan konsumen PT. Banda Mustikamas Batam Center Kepulauan Riau. Pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 80 responden dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling, yang dipilih secara acak atau kebetulan, menggunakan pengujian regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tangibles berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, emphaty tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, responsiveness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, reliability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, assurance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dan kepercayaan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen secara positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

The research was conducted at the BKPSDM office in South Solok Regency. the aim is to determine the effect of career development and work motivation on employee performance at the BKPSDM office in Solok Selatan district. This study uses quantitative methods. population are employees of the South Solok district BKPSDM office, as many as 42 respondents. the sampling technique used is the total sampling technique, so that the sample in this study were 42 respondents. data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the computer program SPSS for windows version 16. The results of the study show that career development partially has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at BKPSDM Solok Selatan district, Work motivation simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at BKPSDM, Solok Selatan district.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work systems, compensation and welfare on the performance of outsourcing workers at Bank BNI, Padang City. This type of research is quantitative research with multiple linear regression data analysis. The sample of this research is outsourced employees who work at BNI Bank in Padang City. Samples were taken using saturated sampling technique. The number of respondents 88 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The variables in this study are the independent variables, namely the work system (X₁), compensation (X₂) and welfare (X3) and the dependent variable (Y), namely employee performance. From the calculation of the t test, it can be seen that for the work system (X₁) the large t-count value of t-table is 3.947 > 0.677 and a significant value is 0.00 <0.05. For the compensation variable (X2) the large t-count value of t-table is 3.859 > 0.677 and a significant value is 0.039 <0.05. The welfare variable (X3) has a large t-count value from t-table 3.047 > 0.677 and a significant value of 0.030 <0.05. So it can be stated that there is a positive and significant influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable partially.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see whether Trust has an effect on Customer Loyalty at the Mg Store Padang shop and whether Customer Satisfaction has an effect on Customer Loyalty at the Mg Store Padang shop and whether Company Image has an effect on Customer Loyalty at the Mg Store Padang shop. This type of research uses quantitative methods, collecting data through distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents using accidental sampling techniques, namely non-probability sampling techniques. By using instrument tests (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) then multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the research show that Trust, Customer Satisfaction and Company Image have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between organizational culture dimensions and organizational effectiveness through a systematic literature review. The study identifies various dimensions of organizational culture that contribute significantly to improving organizational effectiveness, including shared values, norms, attitudes, and organizational practices. Through an analysis of recent empirical and theoretical studies, it is found that a strong and positive culture supports the achievement of organizational goals by improving employee performance, job satisfaction, and commitment. This study highlights the importance of understanding organizational culture as a key variable in managing change and improving effectiveness across various organizational contexts. These findings provide practical implications for managers and researchers in developing cultural strategies that support long-term organizational success.
