Abstract

The development of the globalization era has negatively impacted students character, therefore, character education is a crucial aspect that must be integrated into the learning process. One subject that plays a strategic role in instilling character values is pancasila education. This study aims to analyze the implementation of character education, as well as the obstacles and solutions in implementing character education in pancasila education. The method used is a Literatur Study by reviewing 14 national journal articles indexed by SINTA and 2 relevant reference books. The results of the study indicate that pancasila education in effective in shaping the character of elementary school students. However, several obstacles to implementing character education in elementary school exist, including the diversity of students abilities in understanding the material, limited learning media, and lack of communication between teachers and parents. Therefore, a more effective learning approach and family support are needed to ensure the successful and sustainable implementation of character education in pancasila education.

Abstract

Sexual violence is a serious issue that has widespread impacts on victims' psychological conditions, particularly in the context of education. This study aims to analyze the psychological impacts of sexual violence on learning motivation, identify factors that exacerbate these conditions, and examine strategies to address them. The research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by analyzing 12 SINTA-indexed journal articles published between 2020 and 2025, and 2 relevant academic books. The findings indicate that the psychological impacts of sexual violence are multidimensional, encompassing emotional, cognitive, social, and behavioral aspects that significantly affect victims' learning motivation. Factors such as lack of social support, social stigma and victim blaming, unsafe educational environments, and limited psychosocial assistance contribute to the decline in learning motivation. Effective interventions include psychological support, the implementation of Psychological First Aid (PFA), strengthening the role of educational institutions in creating safe environments, and enhancing social support from family and peers. A holistic and integrated approach is essential in supporting psychological recovery and sustainably improving victims' leaming motivation.

Abstract

Character education is a fundamental aspect in the formation of students' personalities from an early age, especially at the elementary school level. Religious character in Islam means moral behavior that is in accordance with what is taught in Islamic education. This study aims to analyze in depth the influence of the habit of praying duha together on character formation in elementary school students. This research is based on the importance of strengthening character education in the midst of the phenomenon of declining moral values and student discipline. The method used in this study is a literature study, with data collection techniques from 12 SINTA-indexed journal articles from previous research that are relevant to the analysis of the influence of the habit of duha prayer together on the formation of the character of elementary school students. The results of this study show that the duha prayer together has a significant influence on the formation of students' character, especially in the aspects of religion, discipline, responsibility, and honesty. Activities that are carried out regularly and in a structured manner are able to internalize character values through direct experience (learning by doing), making it more effective than a theoretical approach alone. Therefore, the habit of praying duha together can be a strategy for implementing character education in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of students’ moral values through the implementation of the Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) within the Merdeka Curriculum. The background of this study is based on the importance of character education in the midst of globalization and technological advancements that influence students’ behavior, as well as the declining trend of moral values among students. Therefore, educational strategies are needed that not only focus on cognitive aspects but also foster students’ character and moral values (Hidayat, 2023). The research method used in this study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the PRISMA model to examine various relevant sources related to the implementation of P5 and the development of students’ moral values. The data were obtained from 12 SINTA-indexed scientific journal articles and 3 relevant reference books, published between 2020 and 2025 through a systematic process of identification, selection, and analysis (Lestari, 2022). The results indicate that P5 activities play an important and effective role in developing students’ moral values, such as responsibility, cooperation, teamwork, social awareness, tolerance, and creativity. Project-based learning in P5 provides students with direct experiences through contextual, collaborative, and experiential learning, enabling moral values to be not only understood conceptually but also internalized in daily life (Wahyudi, 2022; Putra, 2024; Sani et al., 2025; Febrianti & Muhsinin, 2025). However, the implementation of P5 still faces several challenges, such as limited teacher understanding and readiness, as well as inadequate school facilities (Sari, 2023; Diski et al., 2025). Therefore, the Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) can serve as an effective strategy for strengthening students’ character education, but it requires optimal support from various stakeholders to ensure its successful implementation.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in the world of education, especially in dealing with the character of the alpha generation of students who have been familiar with technology in the digital era since an early age and have become accustomed to using technology. This generation has a tendency to prefer visual, interactive, and digital-based learning but also has a relatively short attention span. This study aims to analyze the strategies of teachers at SDN 1 Cimahpar in creating a conducive learning atmosphere for the alpha generation in the digital era. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through classroom observations, in-depth interviews involving teachers and students of SDN 1 Cimahpar as research subjects. The results show that teachers' strategies in creating a conducive learning atmosphere include the use of digital technology in learning, needing to implement interactive learning strategies, individual approaches to students at SDN 1 Cimahpar, and the creation of a positive and enjoyable learning environment. In addition, teachers also play a role as facilitators and motivators in supporting active student involvement during the learning process. However, there are challenges such as distractions from gadget use and low student concentration. Therefore, teachers are required to increase creativity and competence in managing learning in the classroom. By using appropriate strategies, a more conducive learning environment can be created, thus supporting the success of the learning process in the digital era. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more innovative learning strategies and serve as a reference for teachers in navigating the ever-evolving dynamics of education alongside the rapid advancement of digital technology.

Abstract

Reading literacy is a fundamental competency that serves as the primary prerequisite for elementary school students' learning success. However, based on PISA 2022 results, the reading literacy level of Indonesian students remains low, particularly in comprehension, inference, and critical thinking. This study aims to identify, analyze, and synthesize effective strategies for improving reading literacy among elementary school students. The method used is a systematic literature review (SLR) following PRISMA guidelines. Data sources consist of 16 scholarly journal articles indexed in SINTA and 1 thesis published between 2016 and 2026. The findings reveal six main strategies: interactive reading (DRTA) increasing mastery from 37% to 87.5%, cooperative learning enhancing engagement, digital literacy, project-based learning increasing mastery from 73% to 93%, illustrated story media, and integrated reading strategies (storytelling, SQ3R). Interactive reading and cooperative learning are the most dominant strategies, significantly enhancing comprehension, engagement, motivation, and critical thinking. Supporting factors include teacher readiness, varied reading materials, parental involvement, positive school climate, and collaboration among teachers, librarians, and counselors. This study concludes that implementing varied, contextual, and sustainable strategies is essential to address low reading literacy. Therefore, it is recommended that teachers apply a combination of interactive and cooperative strategies tailored to students' characteristics, supported by continuous training, strengthening of school libraries, and integration of local wisdom values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pemanfaatan media pembelajaran digital oleh guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran serta kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif melalui studi literatur. Data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber ilmiah berupa artikel jurnal, buku, dan penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dalam rentang tahun 2020–2026. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan cara mengkaji, membandingkan, dan menginterpretasikan temuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan media pembelajaran digital mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan, motivasi, serta pemahaman konsep siswa. Selain itu, media digital juga berkontribusi dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis melalui pembelajaran yang bersifat interaktif, eksploratif, dan berbasis masalah. Namun, efektivitas pemanfaatannya masih bergantung pada kompetensi guru dalam mengintegrasikan media secara pedagogis. Kesimpulannya, media pembelajaran digital memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, tetapi memerlukan strategi pembelajaran yang tepat agar memberikan dampak yang optimal.

Abstract

The development of digital technology, particularly the social media platform TikTok, has significantly impacted the learning process of elementary school students. This study aims to analyze the influence of educational TikTok content on digital literacy and learning interest in elementary school students. The research method used a qualitative approach with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Data were obtained from SINTA-indexed scientific articles through the Google Scholar database, published between 2020 and 2025. The article selection process was carried out systematically using inclusion and exclusion criteria, resulting in 12 relevant articles. Data analysis used content analysis through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The study results indicate that educational TikTok content contributes positively to improving students’ digital literacy, particularly in their ability to access, understand, and evaluate information. Furthermore, educational content can also increase learning interest through visual, interactive, and contextual presentation. However, uncontrolled use has the potential to negatively impact learning focus and interest. Therefore, educational TikTok has the potential to be an innovative learning medium if used wisely and with direction.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology in the era of globalization has significantly transformed how students access information and engage in learning activities. One of the most widely used social media platforms among elementary school students is TikTok, a short-video-based application that allows users to create, share, and explore creative content. This phenomenon raises concerns regarding its influence on students’ academic behavior, particularly in terms of learning discipline and motivation. This study aims to analyze the impact of TikTok usage on the learning behavior of elementary school students and to identify the relationship between the intensity of social media use and students’ learning motivation. This research employs a qualitative approach using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Data were collected through the identification, evaluation, and synthesis of relevant scientific literature obtained from Google Scholar and SINTA-indexed journals published between 2020–2025. A total of 14 selected articles were analyzed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the phenomenon. The results indicate that TikTok usage has a dual impact on students’ learning behavior. On the negative side, excessive use is associated with increased academic procrastination, decreased concentration, and reduced study time. On the positive side, TikTok can enhance creativity, self-expression, and serve as an innovative and engaging learning medium when used appropriately. In addition, the findings highlight that students’ ability to manage time and select appropriate content plays an important role in determining the impact of TikTok usage. In conclusion, TikTok significantly influences students’ learning behavior depending on the intensity and purpose of its use. Therefore, proper supervision and the integration of digital literacy in education are essential to maximize positive impacts and minimize negative effects.

Abstract

Character education based on Pancasila in elementary schools is an important foundation in shaping a generation with noble morals, integrity, and a strong sense of nationalism. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Pancasila values in learning at the elementary school level, specifically through the subject of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn). The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with observation, interviews, and documentation techniques with teachers and fifth-grade students at a public elementary school. The analysis results show that character education implementation is carried out through three main stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. In the planning stage, teachers have integrated Pancasila values into the Lesson Plan (RPP), although it is still limited to normative aspects. The implementation stage is seen in learning activities that emphasize the values of mutual cooperation, discipline, and attitudes.
