Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine and prove the influence of Return On Assets, Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio and Size on the value of banking companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period, either partially or simultaneously, the population consists of 46 types of banking companies in Indonesia. registered or gone public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. Purposive sampling refers to a sampling method that is based on special criteria, certain characteristics, or characteristics that are appropriate to the nature of the population, so that the data that meets the sampling characteristics is 11 banking companies. Data analysis used in this research was with the help of Eviews 13 software. The results of this research show that (1) The Return On Asset variable has a positive and significant effect on Company Value, (2) The Current Ratio variable has a positive and significant effect on Company Value, (3) The Debt To Equity Ratio variable does not have a positive and significant effect on Company Value, (4) The Size variable has a positive and significant effect on Company Value, (5) The variables Return On Asset, Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio and Size have a positive and significant effect on Company Value. Abstract

Karyawan merupakan komponen kunci bagi keberlangsungan kesuksesan suatu organisasi dan tercapainya tujuan bisnisnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut untuk menentukan dan memvalidasi dampak kompetensi dan struktur organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Jambi Merang field, dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening langsung dan tidak langsung. Populasi sasaran studi ini adalah karyawan Jambi Merang field dengan jumlah 138 orang. Pada studi ini, para peneliti menggunakan sampel acak sederhana. Ukuran sampel dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin, dan penghitungan ukuran sampel didasarkan pada margin kesalahan 10%. Oleh karena itu, tingkat keyakinan sampel yang dipilih adalah 90%. Pada studi ini, digunakan 60 orang yang digunakan sebagai subyek studi. Pengolahan terhadap informasi yang dipakai dalam kajian ini dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode analisis structural equality modeling (SEM) yang diimplementasikan dengan program partial least squares (PLS). Temuan dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa variabel kompetensi berdampak yang berarti pada motivasi di tempat kerja, variabel struktur organisasi berdampak yang berarti pada motivasi kerja, variabel kompetensi berdampak yang berarti pada kinerja, dan variabel struktur organisasi berdampak yang berarti pada kinerja. Efek penting dan sama pada variabel motivasi pekerjaan yang memiliki dampak signifikan pada kinerja juga variabel kompetensi berdampak signifikan pada kinerja via motivasi kerja. Variabel struktur organisasi memiliki dampak signifikan pada kinerja via motivasi pekerjaan.

Abstract

One form of implementation of community service activities is the implementation of real work lectures, this must be carried out in order to realize the tri dharma of higher education. Since the discovery of Covid-19 until it spread widely in early 2020, it resulted in a global pandemic that is still ongoing today, thus making many parties participate in overcoming the spread of this outbreak. One of the real forms of higher education in tackling the pandemic is the Community Service Program-PPM activity, in this case the University of Tridinanti Palebang whose KKN activities are in the location of the Sematang Borang District, Palembang City with the aim of providing social education to the community in the fields of pandemic prevention, socio-cultural, socio-economic , socio-religious. The method of implementing the program is Field Research, field research with qualitative descriptive studies, with socialization of training and management of healthy and dynamic life, social service work in places of worship, schools, public facilities, and providing assistance for cleaning and worship equipment. The results of the service show that there is an increase in public awareness and concern for the COVID-19 pandemic, the application of a healthy lifestyle, mutual cooperation, and an increase in community welfare through creative economic development.

Abstract

This study aims to test and prove the effect of compensation and work environment on the performance of employees of the Palembang City Perkimtan Service, both directly and indirectly, with work motivation as an intervening variable. The population in this study were all employees of the Palembang City Perkimtan Service, totaling 82 people. The sampling technique used the saturated sample method, so that the entire population was used as a research sample. Thus, the number of samples used was 82 employees. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method operated through the Partial Least Square (PLS) program. The results of the study indicate that compensation variables affect work motivation, work environment variables affect work motivation, compensation variables affect performance, work environment variables affect performance, and work motivation variables affect performance. In addition, compensation variables also affect performance with work motivation as an intervening variable, and work environment variables affect performance with work motivation as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and prove the influence of underwriter reputation and company size on underpricing with financial performance as a moderating variable in companies that conducted initial public offerings (IPOs) on the IDX during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, both directly and indirectly. The population in this research are public companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2021 and have conducted an IPO. The number of samples in this study was 24 companies with a sampling technique using the purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is moderated regression analysis (MRA). The research results show that partially Underwriter Reputation and Company Size influence Financial Performance. Underwriter reputation and company size influence underpricing. Financial Performance influences Underpricing. Financial Performance can strengthen the influence of Underwriter Reputation on Underpricing. Financial Performance can strengthen the influence of Company Size on Underpricing. The findings of this research can add insight and be a positive signal for potential investors in assessing the quality of the company and reducing the level of uncertainty. This research can also be used as a consideration for companies in determining share prices. This research provides new insights regarding underpricing moderating the influence of Underwriter Reputation and Company Size on financial performance.

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi era globalisasi dan reformasi birokrasi yang semakin dinamis, tuntutan terhadap peningkatan kinerja aparatur pemerintah menjadi semakin kompleks dan mendesak. Pemerintah dituntut untuk mampu memberikan pelayanan publik yang berkualitas, transparan, dan akuntabel. Dalam konteks ini, kualitas sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki oleh organisasi publik, khususnya aparatur sipil negara (ASN), memainkan peran yang sangat penting. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai badan perencanaan pembangunan daerah kabupaten penukal abab lematang ilir melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh pegawai ASN dan tenaga honorer Bappeda Kabupaten Pali sebanyak 72 pegawai. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis SEM. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir. Disiplin Kerja dan dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir. Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Variabel Intervening mampu memediasi variabel Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kompetensi serta dampaknya pada kinerja karyawan di Swara Indah Music Square Palembang. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan PLS-SEM, populasi sebanyak 35 karyawan menjadi sampel dengan teknik saturated sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan model SEM, di mana kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja sebagai variabel eksogen, kompetensi sebagai intervening, dan kinerja sebagai endogen. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kompetensi (β=0,512; p<0,001), namun tidak signifikan secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan baik terhadap kompetensi (β=0,487; p<0,001) maupun terhadap kinerja (β=0,315; p=0,002). Kompetensi memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja (β=0,301; p=0,001) dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja (β=0,287; p=0,002). Nilai R² sebesar 0,770 menunjukkan bahwa 77% variasi kinerja dijelaskan oleh model. Temuan mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kinerja karyawan lebih ditentukan oleh kompetensi yang dibangun melalui kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja, bukan semata-mata oleh pengaruh langsung dari kepemimpinan. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya pengembangan kepemimpinan yang mendorong pertumbuhan profesional dan penguatan disiplin kerja sebagai fondasi budaya organisasi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan kinerja karyawan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of compensation and competence on job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance at the Food Security and Livestock Service of South Sumatra Province, using quantitative methods, Likert scale calculations, Validity tests and reliability tests using SEM based on variants with Smart PLS software. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between compensation on job satisfaction, Competence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, there is an influence of job satisfaction on performance, there is an indirect positive and significant influence of compensation on performance mediated by job satisfaction and an indirect positive influence of competence on performance mediated by job satisfaction. This means that the relationship between compensation, competence and job satisfaction together with employee performance shows a strong and positive correlation which provides an understanding that employee performance can be explained or influenced by compensation (X1), competence (X2) which is mediated through Job Satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

This study examines the mediating role of motivation in the relationship between organisational culture, work discipline, leadership style, and employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics of South Sumatra Province. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method involving state civil servants as respondents. Data were analysed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that organisational culture, work discipline, and leadership style influenced motivation. Furthermore, organisational culture, work discipline, leadership style, and motivation also influenced employee performance. Motivation partially mediated the relationship between organisational culture and employee performance, as well as between work discipline and employee performance. It also partially mediated the relationship between leadership style and employee performance. These findings confirm that the integration of a healthy organisational culture, consistent work discipline, and an effective leadership style is a key factor in building a productive work environment and supporting continuous employee performance improvement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of digital competence and work motivation on the performance of Civil Servants (ASN) with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at the Regional Secretariat of South Sumatra Province. The study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. The research sample consisted of 85 ASNs selected through stratified random sampling from a total population of 553 employees. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4. The results showed that digital competence and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (β=0.342; p<0.001 and β=0.428; p<0.001). Digital competence and work motivation also have a significant effect on civil servant performance (β=0.246; p=0.007 and β=0.287; p=0.002). Job satisfaction was found to have a significant effect on civil servant performance (β=0.445; p<0.001) and partially mediated the relationship between digital competence and work motivation on performance. The research model showed strong predictive power with an R² value of 0.871 for job satisfaction and 0.724 for civil servant performance. These findings confirm that improving digital competence and work motivation must be integrated with strategies to increase job satisfaction in order to encourage optimal civil servant performance in the era of digital transformation in government
