Abstract

This study aims to find out in depth the learning process of Islamic Religious Education in children with autism and the problems faced when learning Islamic Religious Education takes place in the Ciamis State Special School (SLB). The objectives to be achieved from this study are to describe the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education in children with autism in the Ciamis Extraordinary School, namely as follows: 1) to find out the planning of Islamic Religious Education learning for autistic children in SLB Negeri Ciamis; 2) to find out the implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning for autistic children in SLB Negeri Ciamis; 3) to find out the evaluation of Islamic Religious Education learning for autistic children in SLB Negeri Ciamis. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. This research was conducted from March to May. The data source is students with special needs for autism at the Ciamis Extraordinary School, while for supplementary data researchers conducted interviews and documentation studies. Then after the data collected continues with data reduction, presenting data, verifying data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: (1) Learning planning includes all aspects of supporting the implementation of the learning process. The learning process of PAI in autistic children in the school of the Ciamis Extraordinary School follows the 2013 curriculum with teacher modifications. The material presented is emphasized on practical material using various methods in accordance with the needs of students. The learning process is guided by the educational component, namely: objectives, educators, students, curriculum, material, methods and evaluation, because all of these components are used as benchmarks in adjusting the child's abilities, so that the desired learning objectives can be achieved. At the learning planning stage the teacher also prepares a learning kit, namely syllabus and lesson plans; (2) The implementation of PAI learning in autistic children places more emphasis on character education / morals, the learning methods used are varied, adapted to the needs of students. The implementation of PAI learning includes preliminary or apperception activities, core activities, and closing activities. Allocation of implementation time is 2 hours of study (2x35 minutes) and is carried out every Thursday at 07.30 until 08.40 WIB; (3) Evaluations carried out in SLB Negeri Ciamis are carried out in three activities namely case evaluation, semester program evaluation and follow-up. The PAI learning results show that autistic children experience development / progress in carrying out religious rituals, and in living behavior as the demands of their religion. This is shown as ablution, prayer, daily prayers and others. Assessment standards and minimum completeness criteria scores (KKM) are set by the school

Abstract

Since Indonesia announced that it had been exposed to COVID-19 on March 16, 2020, all forms of activities that trigger social activities were freely dismissed with various Social Distancing, Physical Distancing, and PSBB (large-scale social restrictions) policies. Many sectors are affected by this policy, including the education sector. The Minister of Education and Culture who established online learning (on the network) with an emergency curriculum that he published made learning a little different from usual. There is no face-to-face in the classroom directly and learning is transformed by distance learning that works with parents at home in active communication. The continuity of this learning depends on the teacher providing the material in its implementation, assisted and monitored by the parents of each student. By using whatsapp group media in learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, it is one of the efforts made by teachers in seeking an effective and fun learning. MI Al-Fadliliyah Darussalam continues to strive and is committed to optimally implementing online learning, the teacher's role is very important in the KBM it carries out. The use of whatsapp group media is the most popular media to facilitate long-distance communication, therefore online learning uses this media more often, because it is easier and better known in the community, especially parents. However, of course not only using whatsapp group media is not the end of the online learning solution. There needs to be a strategy and review related to the problems that occur to parents of students. Keywords: WhatsApp group media utilization, learning and the COVID-19 pandemic

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis internalisasi doktrin kiai di Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda II Bayasari Jatinegara Ciamis. Studi ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik dengan jenis kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa doktrin kiai dituangkan dalam bentuk kurikulum pondok pesantren dan diinternalisasi pada seluruh proses penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang tersistem di Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda II.

Abstract

Kurikulum merupakan komponen terpenting dalam pendidikan. Pengembangan kurikulum dalam pendidikan Islam merupakan sebuah keniscayaan, karena perubahan pasti terjadi mengikuti zamannya. Maka tujuan penulisan ini akan mengkaji terkait kebijakan pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan Islam khususnya di Indonesia dengan memperhatikan sejarah dan regulasi yang berlaku. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode library research dengan pendekatan content analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kurikulum pendidikan Islam dalam tinjauan sejarah dari masa kemerdekaan hingga era reformasi terus mengalami perubahan sesuai dengan kondisi dan kebutuhan. Pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan Islam terbagi atas 3 masa; yaitu pertama, masa orde lama, terjadi 3 kali perubahan yaitu kurikulum tahun 1947, 1952, dan kurikulum 1964; kedua, masa orde baru, terjadi 4 kali perubahan yaitu kurikulum 1968, 1975, 1984, dan Kurikulum 1994; ketiga, masa reformasi, tejadi 3 kali perubahan yaitu kurikulum 2004 (KBK), Kurikulum 2006 (KTSP), kurikulum 2013 yang dipakai hingga kini. Sedangkan dalam tinjauan regulasi kurikulum pendidikan islam terdapat 4 kategori yakni: pertama, regulasi kurikulum madrasah mengikuti UU nomor 20 tahun 2003 tentang sistem pendidikan nasional; kedua, regulasi kurikulum pesantren mengikuti UU nomor 18 tahun 2019 tentang Pesantren; ketiga, regulasi kurikulum perguruan tinggi keagamaan Islam menginduk UU nomor 12 tahun 2012 tentang pendidikan tinggi; dan keempat, regulasi kurikulum pendidikan agama Islam untuk sekolah/kampus umum menginduk UU nomor 20 tahun 2003.

Abstract

Most people know that our planet is in grave danger, but only a select few are doing something to stop the damage. Administrators at Islamic universities will find this article's framework for creating greener campuses useful. Institutional leaders must now take decisive action to rescue the planet by enacting environmentally friendly campus development programs or policies, directing environmental preservation, and building a clean, healthy, environmentally friendly, and sustainable campus. Several feasible frameworks are available for use in Islamic higher education institutions. The first step in environmental education management is the creation of an environmentally friendly curriculum, followed by the implementation of community-based education, the enhancement of the campus and surrounding environment, the implementation of an environmentally friendly support system, and finally the creation of environmental-based educational management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi Kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti (PAIBP) di SMA Informatika Ciamis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan/verifikasi kesimpulan. Subjek penelitian adalah guru mata pelajaran dan wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum 2013 telah diimplementasikan dengan baik oleh guru mata pelajaran PAIBP pada tahap pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran, tahap kegiatan pembelajaran, dan tahap evaluasi pembelajaran. Perangkat pembelajaran telah disusun secara komprehensif mulai indikator hingga rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) beserta program pengayaan dan program remedial. Pembelajaran PAIBP telah menerapkan model pembelajaran saintifik yang berpusat pada siswa. Evaluasi telah dilaksanakan secara autentik melalui penilaian pengetahuan dengan format pilihan ganda (Multiple choice) dan uraian (essay).

Abstract

Since the emergence of the Covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia in March, The Indonesian government and the Ministry of Education and Culture have implemented online learning or distance learning to reduce the spread of the virus. The Regent and the Head of the Ciamis Regency Education Office gave orders for all students to study at home and imposed an extension of Distance Learning time both online and offline during the Covid-19 emergency period from January 26, 2021 to 8 February 2021.The purpose of this study was to describe the effectiveness of Distance Learning for students at SDN 1 Darmacaang. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive qualitative approach (case study). Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and tests. Distance learning in the subject of Islamic religious education and character is less effective to do. This can be seen from the test results given to students from each material being taught.

Abstract

Due to the high number of incidents involving the suppression of religious freedom, West Java Province is frequently regarded as the most intolerant province in Indonesia. Islamic religious teachers are among the actors who perpetuate bigotry and commit breaches. This research aims to explore the views of moderate Islamic Religious Education teachers regarding freedom of expression and hate speech on social media, as well as the significance of multicultural education. This descriptive research method is based on data obtained from moderate Islamic religious education teachers in West Java. Data were gathered via in-person interviews, telephone conversations, email, and social media platforms. Moderate Islamic religious teachers in West Java assert that limitations on individuals' freedom of speech may be implemented in order to protect the human rights of others or groups and are enforced following explicit and measurable legal norms. They argue that equitable legal enforcement can effectively address the pervasive dissemination of hate speech on social media. Nevertheless, multicultural education is the most dependable approach for mitigating hate speech, fostering civility, promoting ethical behavior, and safeguarding responsible freedom of expression. The importance of a broader perspective on the religious attitudes and behavior of Islamic teachers is among the important implications of this research. The researchers recommend that religious moderation literacy be continuously internalized and socialized to Islamic religious teachers.

Abstract

The development of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning design has become an urgent need to realize learning that aligns with the demands of the Merdeka Curriculum. This study explores how the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SDN 3 Nasol contributes to the innovation of PAI learning design oriented toward learner autonomy and the strengthening of the Pancasila Student Profile. A qualitative approach with a case study method was employed. Data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews with PAI teachers and the school principal, and an analysis of lesson planning documents. Data analysis was conducted interactively through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum has significantly transformed the PAI learning design in terms of planning, instructional strategy, and evaluation. Teachers have become more creative in designing project-based learning activities connected to the Pancasila Student Profile, emphasizing collaboration, reflection, and spiritual values. This transformation has enhanced students’ engagement, motivation, and religious understanding in daily life. Overall, the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum serves as a strategic foundation for pedagogical transformation toward a more humanistic, contextual, and student-centered PAI learning process.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has had a significant impact on education, particularly in terms of innovation in learning design. This study aims to develop a technology-based interactive learning design that can increase student engagement in the learning process. The research method used is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. The study subjects consisted of high school students participating in technology-based learning in several subjects. Data were obtained through observations, interviews, and questionnaires to measure student engagement levels before and after the implementation of the learning design. The results show that technology-based interactive learning design can increase student active participation, strengthen conceptual understanding, and create a collaborative and enjoyable learning environment. Interactive features such as digital simulations, online quizzes, and learning management systems (LMS) have proven effective in increasing student motivation and attention. Thus, the development of technology-based interactive learning design is an important strategy in supporting the transformation of 21st-century education that emphasizes creativity, collaboration, and independent learning.
