Abstract

Latar Belakang: Diare adalah pengeluaran feses yang konsistensinya lembek sampai cair dengan frekuensi pengeluaran feses sebanyak 3 kali atau lebih dalam sehari. Faktor pencegahan diare adalah dengan mencuci tangan dan membeli jajanan sehat. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan penerapan perilaku cuci tangan dan jajanan sehat dengan kejadian diare pada anak usia sekolah dasar kelas IV di SDN Kalibaru 03 Kota Depok Tahun 2022. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross-Sectional, populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan siswa kelas IV SDN Kalibaru 03 sebanyak 128 siswa  sedangkan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 56 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner kemuadian analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan uji statistik chi-square. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik pada hubungan antara perilaku cuci tangan dengan kejadian diare didapatkan nilai P-Value 0,013 < 0,05. Kesimpulan: Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan masih banyak siswa/i yang lalai terhadap kebersihan diri sendiri dan lingkungan yang menyebabkan banyaknya siswa/i yang mengalami diare. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara jajanan sehat dengan kejadian diare di SDN Kalibaru 03. Abstract

Alergi atau hipersensitivitas adalah reaksi sistem imun tubuh seseorang yang bersifat spesifik terhadap rangsangan suatu bahan (allergen). Gejala yang muncul akibat alergi cukup ringan, namun dapat menjadi gangguan yang nyata dan berdampak dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pada bayi pengaruh alergi bahkan sampai pada penurunan kualitas hidup dan tumbuh kembang yang tidak optimal serta pada anak kemampuan belajar menjadi terganggu. Alergi dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor genetik dan faktor lingkungan salah satu nya pemberian ASI ekslusif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan riwayat pemberian asi ekslusif dengan kejadian alergi pada bayi usia 7-36 bulan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis observasional dengan menggunakan desain potong silang atau cross sectional dengan teknik simple random sampling sebanyak 167 responden. Uji statistik menggunakan korelasi person dan chi-square. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan yaitu di dominasi oleh responden yang mendapatkan ASI ekslusif sebanyak 114 (68,3%). Dimana terdapat 58 (34,7%) responden tidak mengalami kejadian alergi, 55 (32,9%) responden mengalami alergi ringan-sedang dan 1 (0,5%) responden mengalami kejadian alergi berat. Dengan uji analisis chi-square didapatkan p-value < 0,001 maka terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara riwayat pemberian ASI ekslusif dengan kejadian alergi pada bayi usia 7-36 bulan. Pemberian ASI ekslusif menjadi salah satu cara yang dapat mencegah dan menurunkan resiko kejadian alergi pada bayi.

Abstract

Kejadian stunting pada balita harus segera berakhir, hal ini mengakibatkan dampak negatif untuk generasi selanjutnya. Dampak negatif yang terjadi pada balita ialah dampak jangka pendek dan jangka panjang. Hal ini didukung dengan kurangnya dukungan lingkungan sekitar, keluarga, dan edukasi ke masyarakat tentang stunting. Pendidikan ibu atau ayah berperan penting dalam praktik gizi pada anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh edukasi kombinasi video dan ceramah terhadap pengetahuan balance nutrition practice pada orang tua yang memiliki balita stunting. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan pretest-posttest without control group. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 58 orang tua yang memiliki balita stunting dengan purposive sampling sebanyak 30 responden. Uji statistik menggunakan marginal homogenity. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum intervensi, sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup tentang gizi seimbang, namun setelah intervensi, mayoritas responden menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan yang baik. Hasil menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah intervensi edukasi (nilai p < 0,001). Edukasi kombinasi ceramah dan video dapat dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan orang tua yang memiliki balita stunting.

Abstract

Bayi Berat Lahir Rendah (BBLR) merupakan penyebab kematian bayi tertinggi, terutama selama satu bulan pertama kehidupan mereka. Salah satu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih akurat dan nyata tentang pengaruh pembelajaran perawatan metode kangguru melalui video terhadap tingkat pengetahuan dan kecemasan ibu yang memiliki BBLR di ruang NICU. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuasi eksperimen dengan one group pre-posttest design. Dalam penelitian ini, populasi yang disurvei adalah ibu yang memiliki BBLR di ruang NICU dengan total sampling 35 Ibu yang memiliki BBLR. menggunakan alat pengumpulan data, kuesioner tingkat pengetahuan 20 soal dengan hasil uji validitas 19 soal dikatakan valid, dengan nilai r > 0,468 dan hasil alpha 0,752 (> 0,05). Pada Kuesioner modifikasi The Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7) terdiri dari 7 pertanyaan yang dinyatakan valid secara keseluruhan, dengan hasil alpha 0,752 (> 0,05). Uji statistik menggunakan marginal homogenety. Menurut penelitian ini, nilai sig pretest-posttest pada tingkat pengetahuan < 0,001 dan nilai sig tingkat kecemasan < 0,001, yang menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan perawatan metode kangguru melalui video memiliki dampak pada tingkat pengetahuan dan kecemasan ibu yang memiliki BBLR di Ruang NICU.

Abstract

School is a primary environment for early adolescents, shaping and influencing various aspects of their quality of life. Therefore, understanding the determinant factors affecting the quality of life at school for early adolescents is essential to creating a supportive and empowering educational environment. The aim of this study was to identify the determinant factors of quality of life at school for early adolescents. This study employs a cross-sectional design. The population of this study includes early adolescents in the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi areas. The sampling technique used is consecutive sampling, with a total of 558 respondents. This study uses multivariate analysis through multiple logistic regression. The results indicate that gender is not a significant predictor of quality of life at school for early adolescents (Exp(B) = 0.59, CI = 0.24-1.41); school status is also not significant (Exp(B) = 0.91, CI = 0.13-6.37); physical activity has a significantly negative impact on quality of life at school (Exp(B) = 0.21, CI = 0.07-0.64); number of absences from school is not significant (Exp(B) = 1.69, CI = 0.28-10.32); peer relationships have a significantly positive impact (Exp(B) = 7.98, CI = 1.34-47.50); academic stress is not significant (Exp(B) = 1.33, CI = 0.10-17.43); bullying incidents have a very high significantly positive impact (Exp(B) = 67.04, CI = 34.07-131.93); time spent on social media has a significantly positive impact (Exp(B) = 9.05, CI = 4.57-17.90); family support has a significantly strong negative impact (Exp(B) = 0.03, CI = 0.00-0.25); physical school environment is not significant (Exp(B) = 0.35, CI = 0.06-1.98). The factor most related to quality of life at school for early adolescents is bullying incidents. This can serve as a basis for appropriate interventions focused on significant factors to help create a more supportive and empowering educational environment for adolescents.

Abstract

Kualitas tidur yang tidak baik akan mempengaruhi kesehatan seseorang terutama pada anak yang mengalamihospitalisasi. Hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi lamanya tingkat penyembuhan pada anak. Tujuan penelitian iniyaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh dongeng terhadap kualitas tidur pada anak usia sekolah yang mengalamihospitalisasi. Metode yamg digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuasi eksperimen (one group pre test post testdesign without control) pada 27 responden dengan analisis uji McNemar. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa adapengaruh yamng signifikan dongeng terhadap kualitas tidur pada anak usia sekolah yang mengalami hospitalisasi(nilai p=0,000). Dongeng dapat diterapkan di rumah sakit sebagai salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkankualitas tidur pada anak usia sekolah.

Abstract

Introduction: Anxiety is still one of the problems often experienced by preschool-aged children who are hospitalized. One effort that can be done by nurses is to tell stories used a picture book. Objective: This study was to determine the effect of storytelling using picture books on the level of anxiety in preschool-aged children undergoing hospitalizatized. Methods: The study used a quasi-experimental one-group pre-post test design study. The population of this research was preschool children who experience hospitalization. The sample used a purposive sampling technique of 20 respondents. Anxiety research instrument used a standardized questionnaire from the Zung Self Rating Anxiety Scale. Data analysis used marginal homogeneity. Results: This study described the level of anxiety before the intervention was moderate anxiety by 15 respondents (75%) and the level of anxiety after the intervention showed no anxiety as many as 19 respondents (95%). Bivariate analysis showed that the value of p = 0,000. Conclusion: There was an effect of storytelling using picture books on the level of anxiety in pre-school-aged children who have been hospitalized. This can be a recommendation for storytelling using picture books as an alternative to distraction and atraumatic care in reducing anxiety in preschoolers.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is a factor that can lead to the development of diseases such as heart attacks, kidney failure, and strokes. The habit of consuming cocoa powder has a positive influence on blood pressure control. Objective: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of cocoa powder consumption on blood pressure in the elderly. Method: The research design used is quasi-experimental and employed a one-group pre-post test design with 15 respondents. Data collection in this study was done using observation sheets. The research analysis used an independent T-test. Results: The results of this study showed that among the 15 respondents, it was observed that systolic and diastolic blood pressure was in the moderate to severe range before consuming cocoa powder, and after consuming cocoa powder, the blood pressure became mild to moderate. Conclusion: This research describes that there is an influence of cocoa powder consumption on blood pressure in the elderly (p=0.000).

Abstract

Introduction: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by deficits in social communication, limited interests, and repetitive behavior. In children with ASD, eating disorders are characterized by eating behavior, namely food selectivity. Objectives: This research was conducted to look at the relationship between sensory profiles and eating behavior in children with ASD in 2022. Method: Using correlational observational research with a cross-sectional design. Determining the sample size was carried out using consecutive sampling and it found that 97 respondents were parents of children with ASD who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria on the Autism Spectrum Disorder Care Platform. Data collection was carried out online using standard Short Sensory Profile (SSP) and Child Eating Behavior Questionnaire (CEBQ) instruments. Bivariate statistical test, this study uses Spearman correlation. Result: From the research results, it was found that the relationship between the sensory profile and the eating behavior of children with ASD was 0.138 or p-value> 0.05. Conclusion: There is a relationship between sensory profiles and the eating behavior of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) at the ASD Research Center in 2022.

Abstract

Introduction: Cyberbullying is an act that will have physical, psychological emotional, psychosocial, and school-related impacts. Objectives: This research was conducted to see the relationship between parenting and culture with the incidence of cyberbullying among adolescents at MTsn 16, East Jakarta 2022. Method: Observational study with a cross-sectional research design. The population in this study were all 9th-grade students at MTsN 16 East Jakarta, totaling 582 students. Meanwhile, the sample to be used was calculated using the Slovin formula, namely 237 students and female students. Modification of the Revised Cyberbullying Inventory (RCBI), while parenting style uses the Parenting Style and Dimension Questionnaire (PSDQ) measurement tool, and culture uses the Middle Schools Environmental Literacy Instrument (MSELI) measurement tool. Result: The results show that there is no relationship between parenting and culture variables and the incidence of cyberbullying in adolescents with a p-value of 0.508 (p-value> 0.05). Conclusion: It is expected that teenage parents will always pay attention to their children when using social media.
