Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Human Resource Management (HRM) strategies on the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in industrial forecasting and data protection within the cybersecurity era in Indonesian manufacturing companies. A quantitative approach was used with a survey method to collect data from 96 employees of manufacturing companies in Indonesia, determined by the Lemeshow formula. The findings show that HRM strategy has a positive and significant effect on industrial forecasting, with a t-statistic of 48.639 > 1.984 and a P-value of 0.000 < 0.05. Furthermore, HRM strategy significantly affects data protection, with a t-statistic of 27.927 > 1.984 and a P-value of 0.000 < 0.05. Industrial forecasting positively influences AI implementation, with a t-statistic of 27.927 > 1.984 and a P-value of 0.000 < 0.05, while data protection also positively affects AI implementation, supported by a t-statistic of 2.457 > 1.984 and a P-value of 0.014 < 0.05. Additionally, HRM strategy significantly influences AI implementation, with a t-statistic of 6.020 > 1.984 and a P-value of 0.000 < 0.05. Finally, HRM strategy positively impacts AI implementation through data protection, indicated by a t-statistic of 2.421 > 1.984 and a P-value of 0.016 < 0.05. In conclusion, this study highlights the importance of HRM strategies in enhancing AI implementation and cybersecurity in Indonesian manufacturing companies, underscoring the need for integrating HR strategies with AI and data protection systems to optimize operational efficiency and safeguard against cyber threats.

Abstract

This study analyzes the strategic role of quality-based marketing models in enhancing the competitiveness of kombucha products, with a specific focus on Rumah SCOBY DBA, produced by the Yayasan Dharma Bintang Akademia. By integrating Total Quality Management (TQM), Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Control (QC), the research explores how quality-driven frameworks contribute to marketing effectiveness, consumer trust, brand positioning, and sustainable performance in the functional beverage industry. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) combined with conceptual analysis, the study systematically examined publications from 2015 to 2025 across leading academic databases, focusing on themes of quality management, functional beverage marketing, kombucha production, consumer behavior, and digital strategies. The findings reveal that product quality—characterized by fermentation stability, microbiological safety, and nutritional consistency—serves as the primary driver of consumer purchase intention. Process quality, through standardized SOPs, hygiene protocols, and traceability systems, reinforces credibility, while service quality, including transparent labeling, health education, and digital engagement, strengthens brand trust. Integrating TQM principles into marketing fosters consumer loyalty, differentiates brands in competitive markets, and supports long-term sustainability. This study provides practical guidance for producers, community-based enterprises, and policymakers to adopt quality-driven marketing models, offering a novel conceptual framework tailored to kombucha products and mapping future research directions in functional beverage innovation.

Abstract

The internationalization of higher education represents a paradigmatic transformation that requires the integration of global dimensions into the implementation of the Three Pillars of Higher Education (Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi). This article analyzes the internalization of education and teaching, research, and community service through academic collaboration, industry partnerships, and global community empowerment from the perspective of Indonesian higher education law. This study employs a normative juridical approach through the analysis of statutory regulations and academic literature. The findings indicate that the successful internationalization of the Three Pillars necessitates legal certainty in cross-border cooperation, protection of intellectual property rights, strengthening of contractual governance, and harmonization of global academic ethical standards.
