Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the quality of public services at the Jepara sub-district office, Bubutan sub-district, Surabaya and to determine the factors that influence the quality of public service at the Jepara sub-district office, Bubutan sub-district, Surabaya. Descriptive qualitative data analysis to provide an overview of the research problem. In data collection, the methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. This research was conducted at the Jepara Sub-District Office using SWOT, because by using SWOT, the Jepara Sub-District office can identify and determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats at the Jepara Sub-District office which aims to determine the condition of the Jepara Sub-District office by maximizing the strengths (Strengths). ) and opportunities (Opportunities), but can also face weaknesses (Weaknesses) and threats (Threats). In the SWOT analysis that has been carried out at the Jepara Kelurahan office, it can be seen that the Jepara Kelurahan office is included in the quadrant 1 strategy which means it supports an aggressive strategy, therefore in organizational development that will have a very large opportunity, so this can be a good consideration for the Kelurahan. Japan. Implementation in the development of this SWOT analysis is to improve public services at the Jepara Village office.

Abstract

Purpose: Think about the role that employee competency plays in the relationship between leadership style, salary, and performance. Design/methodology/approach: Quantitative research. Findings: 1) The way a leader acts has a major, favorable impact on the results his or her team achieves, 2) leadership style significantly positively affects competence, 3), pay raises have a positive impact on productivity, 4) Raises in salary have a salutary effect on worker performance., 5) employee competence has a positive impact on productivity, 6).Positive results can be attained through a variety of leadership styles on productivity through an intermediary of employee competence. 7) With competence as a moderating element, salary has a large, positive effect on worker output. Research limitations/implications: This study surveyed the staff of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) utilizing a sample size of 300 people who filled out questionnaires provided in-house. The collected data was analyzed using Smart PLS version 3.2.9. Practical implications: This study shows that both leadership style and pay have significant impacts on workers' output. Competence has a significant impact on performance and outcomes such as salary and leadership style. Competence is an intermediary factor between leadership style and compensation and staff performance. Originality/value: This Paper is Original Paper type: Research paper

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the effect Compensation and Motivation on Organizational Performance through Employee Performance, Compensation for employee performance, Motivation for employee performance, Compensation for Organizational Performance and Motivation for Organizational Performance. Design/methodology/approach: Data collection techniques using filling out questionnaires with a quantitative methodology which is distributed to the sample population of 160 employees and processed using the Amos ver 26 application. Findings: The research results show that there is a significant effect of compensation on employee performance, as well as motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, and there is also a significant effect of compensation on organizational performance, as well as motivation has a significant effect on organizational performance. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of training and work motivation variables which have an influence on employee performance with performance appraisal as an intervening variable. The methodological design in this research is to use quantitative methods and approaches. The population in this research is all 34 fitness industry employees in sidoarjo. The sampling technique in this research is a saturated sample.the data analysis method uses smartpls version 3. Findings the results of this study state that job training and job appraisals have a significant influence on employee performance, work motivation has no significant influence on employee performance, job training and work motivation have a significant influence on job appraisals, job training and work motivation have a significant influence on employee performance with job appraisals as an intervening variable.

Abstract

his study examines the influence of organizational culture and transformational leadership on employeeperformance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, at Dinas Sumber Daya Air dan Bina MargaSurabaya. The research focuses on 176 permanent employees using saturated sampling, where theentire population is included. Data were collected through direct questionnaires, allowing respondents toprovide feedback, and were analyzed using path analysis with multiple linear regression in SPSS version17.0. The results indicate that both organizational culture and transformational leadership positivelyimpact job satisfaction and employee performance. However, job satisfaction mediates the effect oftransformational leadership on performance but not the effect of organizational culture. The studyhighlights the importance of fostering a dynamic learning culture to improve job satisfaction andperformance. It suggests the Surabaya City Government continue focusing on these factors to enhanceoverall organizational outcomes.

Abstract

Oil and gas companies in the Bojonegoro city area, East Java are entering a period of very competitive business. One of the efficiency efforts carried out by the company is to employ the minimum number of workers possible but still provide maximum contribution according to the company's targets. This research aims to determine the influence of workload variables and compensation variables which have an impact on employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The type of research used is quantitative research with the population in this research being all 33 employees. The sampling technique in this research used saturated sampling questionnaire data. The data analysis method uses Path Analysis using the Smart PLS version 3 application. The research shows that Workload (X1) has a negative influence on Employee Performance (Y), Compensation (X2) has insignificant influence on Employee Performance (Y), Workload (X1) has a negative influence on Organizational Commitment (Z), Compensation (X2) influences Organizational Commitment (Z) and Organizational Commitment (Z) influences Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

his study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture variables and work ethic on employeeperformance through motivation variables. Conducive conditions of organizational culture in whichstandardized regulations have been arranged, then organizational culture will not have an impact onemployee performance through employee motivation. This condition is caused by the motivation ofemployees who tend not to want to provide creative ideas. Work ethic does not have a positive andsignificant effect on employee performance through motivation, this is because the provision ofrecognition and incentives makes employees work more optimally because they feel more motivatedand more valued. The population in this study were all technicians in the work field of the InformationTechnology Security and Infrastructure Division of the Surabaya City Communication and InformationTechnology Office. The data analysis method uses the Partial Least Square Structural EquationModeling (PLS SEM) method. The results showed that work ethic has a significant effect on motivationand performance, but organizational culture has no significant effect on motivation. Organizationalculture and motivation have no significant effect on performance as well as organizational culture andwork ethic through motivational variables have no significant effect on performance. Organizationswith strong bureaucracy and regularity proved the insignificant influence of organizational culture andwork ethic on performance outcomes with the influence of motivation

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerjamelalui komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening pada pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakanmetode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan structural equation modeling (SEM) Partial Least Squaredengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 83 orang di InstitusiPenanggulangan Banjir di Jawa Timur yang dipilih dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Hasilpenelitian membuktikan Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap KomitmenOrganisasi dan Kinerja Pegawai. Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap KinerjaPegawai. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Influence of Work Discipline and Self Efficacy on Employee Performance in Tambaksari District, Surabaya City Government with Work Environment as an Intervening Variable. The study was conducted with a survey research design on 50 employees at the Tambaksari District Agency, Surabaya City, East Java Province using data types through primary data with questionnaire distribution. The variables used are Work Discipline and Self Efficacy as independent variables, and Employee Performance as the dependent variable, Work Environment Variable as an Intervening Variable. The analysis method used is PLS-SEM with the SmartPLS 4.0 software tool. The results of the study show that Work Discipline has a positive and insignificant correlation with Employee Performance at the Tambaksari District Agency, Surabaya City Government, East Java Province. Then, Self Efficacy has a positive and insignificant correlation with employee performance at the Tambaksari District Agency, Surabaya City Government, East Java Province. This study also found that Work Discipline and Self Efficacy have a positive and insignificant correlation with Employee Performance at the Tambaksari District Agency, Surabaya City Government, East Java Province through the Work Environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of village officials, with work motivation as the intervening variable in Sempu District. This study used a quantitative approach with path analysis techniques. The population in this study was all village officials in seven villages within Sempu District. The results indicate that leadership and work discipline have a significant influence on work motivation and performance. Furthermore, work motivation proved to be an intervening variable, strengthening the relationship between the independent variables and official performance. These findings suggest that improving the quality of leadership and work discipline can encourage more optimal performance of village officials.
