Abstract

This study explores the integration of the Gemini AI model as an expert system to enhance the accuracy of harvest predictions and the distribution of horticultural products. The main contribution of this research lies in the application of the cutting-edge Gemini AI, which processes real-time environmental data—such as weather conditions, soil moisture, and market demand trends—to generate more accurate harvest time predictions and automated product quality evaluations. Implementation results show a 22% improvement in harvest prediction accuracy compared to conventional methods, an 18% increase in operational efficiency in distribution, and a 15% reduction in post-harvest waste. These findings suggest that AI-based expert systems offer adaptive solutions to the challenges of horticultural crop management and represent a significant innovation in modern agricultural practices.

Abstract

This community service activity is motivated by the gap in students’ understanding of information technology developments, particularly in network security and artificial intelligence. The purpose of this activity is to provide education on the application of artificial intelligence to detect abnormal network traffic and to enhance students’ readiness in facing technological advancements. The method used is interactive socialization and education through presentations, discussions, and question-and-answer sessions. The activity was conducted through preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The results indicate an improvement in students’ knowledge and understanding of network technology and artificial intelligence. In addition, participants showed high enthusiasm during the activity, as reflected in active participation and numerous questions raised. This activity also had a positive impact on increasing students’ motivation to learn more about information technology. Therefore, this program contributes to reducing the digital gap and improving students’ competencies to better prepare them for challenges in the technological era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang dihadapi murid disabilitas rungu dalam memahami materi bangun ruang, disebabkan oleh terbatasnya ketersediaan media pembelajaran yang mampu menyajikan visualisasi tiga dimensi dan memenuhi kebutuhan murid disabilitas rungu. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis validitas media pembelajaran U-Geo AR pada materi bangun ruang yang diperuntukkan bagi murid disabilitas rungu. Pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket validasi yang diberikan kepada tiga validator ahli, yaitu ahli materi, ahli media dan ahli bidang disabilitas rungu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor validasi yang diperoleh dari ahli materi sebesar 97,3% dikategorikan sangat valid, skor yang diperoleh dari ahli media sebesar 80% dikategorikan valid, dan ahli bidang disabilitas rungu memberikan skor 80% dengan kategori valid. Rata-rata keseluruhan skor validasi 85,8% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran U-Geo AR berada pada kategori sangat valid dan dinilai layak untuk dilanjutkan ke tahap uji praktikalitas dan uji coba pengguna.

Abstract

This study investigates the digital literacy proficiency among residents in RT 15, Sawah Lebar Baru Urban Village, Bengkulu City. Given how pervasive digital technology has become, it is crucial to assess the community's capabilities in safely accessing, managing, integrating, evaluating, and creating information. We utilized a descriptive quantitative approach, collecting data through a survey administered to the household heads in the area. The results indicate that most residents fall within a moderate level of digital literacy understanding. While basic digital proficiencies such as utilizing social media for communication and routine information retrieval are evident, there is a clear shortcoming in higher-order skills. This gap is most notable concerning digital security awareness and the capacity for critical evaluation of online content. The research recommends focused educational programs designed to bolster advanced digital competencies, thereby enabling the community to more effectively and securely capitalize on the opportunities presented by the digital landscape for personal and economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to apply a Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF)-based Support Vector Machine (SVM) method for sentiment classification of My Lova Bengkulu customer reviews. The research data consisted of 109 reviews obtained from Google Reviews, which were then subjected to a preprocessing process involving cleaning and stemming. Next, weighting was performed using TF-IDF, and classification was carried out using the SVM algorithm. The results showed that 93 reviews (85.32%) were positive, while 16 reviews (14.68%) were negative. The model achieved an Accuracy of 81.82%, Precision of 81.80%, Recall of 100%, and an F1-Score of 90.00%. These results demonstrate that the TF-IDF-based SVM method is capable of effectively classifying customer sentiment.

Abstract

The Thematic Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik/KKN-T) is a form of community engagement aimed at enhancing social, environmental, and educational awareness within the community. This program was implemented in RT 02 RW 01, Sawah Lebar Sub-district, Ratu Agung District, Bengkulu City. The identified issues included low environmental management awareness, limited educational activities for children, and underutilization of the surrounding community spaces. The methods applied in this program consisted of observation, participatory approaches, direct education, and community-based practical activities. The implemented programs included environmental cleanliness socialization, learning assistance for children, health exercise activities, and the utilization of recycled materials as environmental education media. The results indicated increased community participation, improved awareness of environmental cleanliness, and enhanced learning motivation among children. This KKN-T program is expected to provide sustainable positive impacts and strengthen the role of students as agents of change in the community

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has significantly influenced the education sector, particularly through the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI). This technology has great potential to improve the quality of learning and students' academic performance. This community service activity aims to increase students' understanding of the basic concepts of artificial intelligence and its application in supporting the learning process at SMA Negeri 9 Bengkulu. The implementation method used lectures, presentations, and discussion sessions with participants. The activity stages included an initial stage consisting of introductions and explanation of activity objectives, a core stage involving the presentation of materials related to artificial intelligence technology, and a final stage consisting of discussions and question-and-answer sessions. The results indicate that students gained better understanding of the development of artificial intelligence technology and its benefits in supporting academic activities. Furthermore, this activity increased students’ awareness of the importance of using technology positively in the learning process in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement a network security system using AlienVault OSSIM at SMK N 4 Kota Bengkulu. The method used in this research is the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC), which consists of analysis, design, simulation, implementation, monitoring, and management stages. AlienVault is implemented as a standalone operating system running on a virtual machine using VMware and is utilized to perform centralized network monitoring, threat detection, and security management. System testing is conducted using the black box method by simulating attacks such as port scanning and ping flooding. The test results show that AlienVault is capable of detecting network activities, identifying connected devices, and providing alerts for suspicious activities. With the implementation of this system, network security at SMK N 4 Kota Bengkulu becomes more controlled, secure, and supportive of teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The government launched the KIA BOOK as a guide containing education and early detection of health problems in pregnant women, childbirth, postpartum, and children. However, in practice, the use of the KIA Book in physical form still faces several challenges, including the risk of loss, damage, limitations in understanding the information by pregnant women, and the lack of time and resources for midwives to provide comprehensive and consistent education. By developing an AI-based Digital KIA Book, the pregnancy monitoring process can be carried out more effectively, and the education provided can be tailored to the profile and needs of each pregnant woman. The aim of this research is to produce a product in the form of an AI-based digital transformation of the KIA book to improve maternal health monitoring and health education for independent midwives in Bengkulu City. This research used RD methods with agile development. The population in this study was 80 respondents consisting of 60 pregnant women who underwent pregnancy check-ups at midwives and 20 independent midwives in Bengkulu City randomly. The research instruments included a test of application usability, compliance with antenatal care (ANC) visits, recording of Fe tablet consumption, and user satisfaction. Analysis used paired t-test and Wilcoxon statistical tests. Compliance with ANC visits increased from 68.3% to 86.7% (p 0.05), recording of Fe tablet consumption increased from 55% to 81.7% (p 0.05), 73.3% of pregnant women better understood the danger signs of pregnancy after using the application, 85% of midwives felt the application made it easier to monitor pregnant women, and 90% considered the visit reminder feature very effective, Satisfaction level: the average score of pregnant women was 78.4 (acceptable) and midwives 82.1 (excellent). The AI-based Digital KIA Book is recommended to improve health monitoring of pregnant women and health education for independent midwives in Bengkulu City. Keywords: Kia Book, Digital, Pregnant Women, Independent Practice Midwives.  ABSTRAK Pemerintah mencanangkan BUKU KIA sebagai panduan yang berisi Edukasi dan deteksi dini masalah kesehatan pada iBu hamil, bersalin,nifas dan anak. Namun, dalam praktiknya, pemanfaatan Buku KIA dalam bentuk fisik masih menghadapi sejumlah tantangan, antara lain risiko kehilangan, kerusakan, keterbatasan dalam pemahaman informasi oleh ibu hamil, serta minimnya waktu dan sumber daya bidan untuk memberikan edukasi secara menyeluruh dan konsisten. Dengan mengembangkan Buku KIA Digital berbasis AI, proses pemantauan kehamilan dapat dilakukan lebih efektif, dan edukasi yang diberikan dapat disesuaikan dengan profil serta kebutuhan masing-masing ibu hamil. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menghasilkan produk berupa Transformasi Buku KIA Digital Berbasis AI untuk Meningkatkan Pemantauan Kesehatan Ibu Hamil dan Edukasi Kesehatan pada Bidan Praktik Mandiri Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode RD dengan pengembangan Agile. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 80 Responden terdiri dari ibu hamil 60 orang yang melakukan pemeriksaan kehamilan di bidan dan Bidan Praktik mandiri 20 orang di Kota Bengkulu secara random. Instrumen penelitian meliputi uji kegunaan aplikasi, kepatuhan kunjungan antenatal care (ANC), pencatatan konsumsi tablet Fe, dan kepuasan pengguna. Analisis menggunakan uji statistik paired t-test dan Wilcoxon. Hasil Kepatuhan kunjungan ANC meningkat dari 68,3% menjadi 86,7% (p 0,05),  Pencatatan konsumsi tablet Fe naik dari 55% menjadi 81,7% (p 0,05),  73,3% ibu hamil lebih memahami tanda bahaya kehamilan setelah menggunakan aplikasi, 85% bidan merasa aplikasi mempermudah monitoring ibu hamil, dan 90% menilai fitur reminder kunjungan sangat efektif, Tingkat kepuasan: rata-rata skor ibu hamil 78,4 (acceptable) dan bidan 82,1 (excellent). Kesimpulan Buku KIA Digital Berbasis AI direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan pemantauan kesehatan Ibu Hamil dan Edukasi Kesehatan pada Bidan Praktik Mandiri Kota Bengkulu. Kata Kunci: Buku Kia, Digital, Ibu Hamil, Bidan Praktik Mandiri.

Abstract

Babe Barbershop faced manual queuing problems that affected schedule irregularities and customer comfort. This research aims to design and implement a more efficient and structured mobile application for queue management and customer service. Development was carried out at Babe Barbershop (Bengkulu) from February to June 2025 using Agile method with iterative stages from planning to launch, in order to easily adapt to changing needs. The application was developed with Vue.js and Firebase stack; key features include registration/login, service booking with barber and time slot selection, attendance confirmation, walk-in input, barber dashboard, and a public queue page for transparency. Black-box testing showed that all functions worked well according to the scenario: bookings were saved and had a BOOKED status, cancellations updated the status, “Already Present” changed the status and barber queue, and application navigation was smooth without errors. These results confirm that the application supports operational efficiency, reduces waiting times, and improves the service experience at Babe Barbershop..
