Abstract

Efficient infrastructure development requires effective management, particularly in developing construction services. The Public Works (PU) Department of Tarakan City faces challenges in overseeing and guiding construction service providers to ensure smooth execution and project quality. This study aims to design and implement an integrated information system using the Scrum method, which supports construction service development, project progress monitoring, contractor data management, and budget supervision. Scrum was chosen to enhance flexibility and collaboration among development teams by allowing the system to be built iteratively and incrementally. The system is designed to improve transparency, efficiency, and accuracy in managing construction projects. The implementation results show that applying the Scrum method in developing the integrated information system has successfully accelerated the verification process, reduced administrative errors, and improved budget control. Additionally, the system has increased project management efficiency, expedited decision-making, and facilitated monitoring and evaluation processes. This study recommends further development and expansion of the system to support more effective construction service development in the future

Abstract

This study's goal is to investigate the potential antecedent and consequential effects of Sariayu face mask information adoption by creating a conceptual model of hypotheses that takes into account a wide range of potential contributing variables. The study explores the variables that influence the credibility and utility of EWOM as well as the reasons why buyers could use it. This survey had 140 participants who are potential customers of Sariayu face masks. The data were obtained using a one-shot or cross-sectional approach. Testing for convergent validity, discriminant validity, and composite reliability have all been successfully completed by the instrument. The data analysis method employed in this study was SmartPLS version 3.0 for structural equation modeling, or SEM. Fifteen out of the eight conjectures put up had actual evidence to back them up. Based on the research findings, perceived persuasiveness, eWOM usefulness, and eWOM credibility are all positively impacted by perceived informativeness, and eWOM usefulness positively impacts information adoption. Purchase intention benefits from the uptake of information. In order to establish strategies relevant to enhancing the quality of these features, the study's results are anticipated to be beneficial for future research and assessment management in the beauty industry.

Abstract

In the digital era, social media has become a primary platform for product marketing, with influencers playing a crucial role in promoting goods and services. However, influencers often promote products that are not registered with the Indonesian Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM), potentially harming consumers. This study aims to analyze the responsibilities of influencers in promoting unregistered products and the mechanisms of consumer protection available in Indonesia. This research employs a normative legal method by analyzing statutory regulations, including Law Number 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection and various BPOM regulations. The findings indicate that influencers can be held legally accountable for promoting illegal products, either due to negligence or intentional actions. Furthermore, consumer protection mechanisms are available through BPOM's supervision, sanctions against violators, and legal dispute resolution channels, both in and out of court. Strict law enforcement and comprehensive education are expected to foster a more responsible and safer marketing environment for consumers in the digital era.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of Dynamic Archiving Information System (SIKD) at PT Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung (PT JIEP) to improve operational effectiveness. SIKD replaces manual methods in archive management, thereby accelerating document searches, improving data security, and reducing paper use. This study uses a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and fishbone diagram analysis. The results of the study indicate that Dynamic Archiving Information System (SIKD) improves time efficiency, employee productivity, and transparency and accountability of company operations. However, there are obstacles such as dependence on internet connection and lack of employee training. Other technical obstacles include limited document re-registration features (backdate) and suboptimal system capacity. To improve the effectiveness of SIKD, it is recommended to improve technology infrastructure, continuous training, and update features to make them more user-friendly. With these steps, SIKD can be more optimal in supporting PT JIEP's operations.

Abstract

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to evaluate and analyze the factors affecting the implementation the health quarantine information system (SINKARKES) in KKP Pangkalpinang. Methods: Quantitative research with cross-sectional design research. The population studied several 65 respondents. Test statistical and data analysis using structural equation model Partial least-square with smartpls 3.0 software. Results: Five factors have significant effects in supporting the success of the implementation of SINKARKES, the quality of the system to the user satisfaction, the quality of information on user satisfaction, the quality of service to user satisfaction, the use of systems against net benefit and management support of net benefit. Conclusions: The implementation of SINKARKES uses a top-down approach with the development and adjustment of a system that runs thoroughly by focusing on meeting the needs of the central unit. This approach model is considered not ideal for the characteristics of the complex health quarantine information system module.
