Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of Quality Management System and Management Information Technology on Work Culture at Adventist Junior High School Bandung. The research variables consist of independent variables, namely SMM and TIM, and the dependent variable, namely Work Culture. The research method used was a quantitative approach with a questionnaire instrument. Data were collected from 37 respondents who are educators at Adventist Junior High School Bandung. Validity and reliability tests were conducted to ensure the instruments used were valid and reliable. Furthermore, classical assumption tests (normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity tests) were conducted to ensure that the data qualified for linear regression analysis. The results showed that Quality Management System and Management Information Technology have an influence on Work Culture with a significance value of 0.033 and 0.002 (p < 0.05) and an R-Square value of 0.277, which means that 27.7% of variability in Work Culture can be explained by the use of QMS and TIM The research instruments were also declared valid and reliable, with the validity test results showing r-count > r-table and reliability test. The implications of this study suggest that the implementation of SMM and TIM in schools can enhance a more efficient and adaptive Work Culture. The findings are important for school managers to consider further investment in SMM management and TIM infrastructure in continuous training for educators to maximize the benefits of technology in creating a productive and innovative work environment. This research also enriches the literature on the central role of SMM and TEAM in shaping Work Culture in the education sector. Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of public policy in the administration of the Integrated Dynamic Archival Information System (SRIKANDI) in Tegal Regency, based on Tegal Regent Regulation No. 80 of 2023 as the legal basis for implementation. The Tegal Regency Library and Archives Office serves as the primary implementing agency responsible for coordination, socialization, and management of the SRIKANDI system within the local government. This study aims to identify the factors supporting and influencing the implementation of public policy, thereby identifying obstacles and potential improvements. This study also employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. Analysis is conducted using Edward III's policy implementation theory, which emphasizes four key indicators: communication, resources, implementer disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research findings indicate that the implementation of SRIKANDI is still in the strengthening and adjustment phase, particularly in terms of budgetary support, information technology infrastructure, and equitable training for all OPDs. However, the existence of the Regent's Regulation has provided legitimacy and a clear legal framework for the implementation of this system. The active involvement of the Library and Archives Department as the leading sector, along with the establishment of a Help Desk team, constitutes a strategic step in ensuring the sustainability of the implementation. This study concludes that the implementation of public policy in the implementation of SRIKANDI requires synergy between regulations, human resource capacity building, infrastructure support, and coordination among work units. With the strengthening of these dimensions, Tegal Regency has the potential to become a model region in the implementation of an effective and sustainable digital archiving system

Abstract

Academic Information System (AIS) is an important element in supporting efficient, structured, and transparent academic data management in higher education institutions, including Islamic Religious Colleges (PTKI). This study aims to analyze the AIS management strategy at the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Curup in four main dimensions, namely planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation of 50 informants consisting of heads of study programs and administrative staff from various faculties. The results of the study indicate that there are still weaknesses in strategic planning, uneven implementation in terms of infrastructure and human resource competencies, and an evaluation process that is not yet based on standardized performance indicators. On the other hand, the follow-up to the evaluation is still partial and less systematic. These findings emphasize the need to optimize the AIS management system through a data-based approach and integration between human, technology, and process components. This study provides a strategic contribution to the development of a more responsive and adaptive AIS in the PTKI environment.

Abstract

This community service aims to develop and implement innovations in the use of information media as a support for the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that are customers of the Sharia National Retirement Savings Bank (BTPN) in the Kromengan area, Malang Regency. This service proposes innovative strategies such as optimizing the increase in the use of information technology to support the marketing and promotion of MSME products. Service steps include identifying the needs of MSMEs, analyzing existing information media, developing innovative strategies based on the identified needs, and implementing training and mentoring for MSME owners in implementing this strategy. Monitoring and evaluation are carried out periodically to measure the impact of information media strategies on increasing sales and visibility of MSMEs in the Kromengan area. The method used is the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method, which is an approach model that emphasizes one point of purpose, namely in the inventory of assets that support community empowerment activities The results of this service show that the use of innovative strategies in information media can significantly increase market access and sales of MSMEs in the Kromengan area.

Abstract

General Background: Credit sales are a key strategy in the automotive industry to boost sales volume, yet they pose significant challenges in transaction recording and receivables management. Specific Background: PT. Aksara Motor Medan still relies on a semi-manual accounting information system (AIS) for credit sales, leading to delays in reporting and increased credit risk. Knowledge Gap: Few studies have comprehensively examined the link between semi-manual systems and the rise of bad debts in mid-sized automotive companies. Aims: This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of AIS in supporting accurate recording, reporting, and control of credit sales at PT. Aksara Motor Medan. Results: Findings show that the system is suboptimal, with delayed data updates, weak internal controls, and the absence of an automated reminder system for delinquent customers. Novelty: The study proposes the integration of AIS with a risk-based assessment model using the 5C approach and the COSO framework to strengthen control and risk management. Implications: Full digitalization, structured staff training, automated notifications, and data-driven credit evaluation are recommended to improve operational efficiency and minimize bad debt risks.Highlight : The system is semi-manual, causing reporting delays and credit risk. Arrears rose from 15% to 23.8% in six months. Full digitalization and 5C-based risk analysis are recommended. Keywords : Accounting System, Credit Sales, Bad Debts, Internal Control, Aksara Motor

Abstract

Technological advancements have increased the risk of personal data breaches, including within academic environments. This research analyzes the implementation of Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection in information security risk management within higher education institutions. The method used is Design Science Research Methodology, comprising four stages: observation, interviews, BPMN annalysis, and stakeholder evaluation. The results indicate a persistent gap between regulation and practical implementation, as well as significant risks of data breaches. A new BPMN model is proposed to enhance compliance and data security. Evaluation demonstrates that this model can support higher education institutions in complying with the PDP Law.
