Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh implementasi teknologi informasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara. Fokus utama studi ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan memahami kontribusi individual serta interaksi kedua variabel independen tersebut dalam menjelaskan peningkatan kinerja di lingkungan pemerintahan daerah. Studi ini dilakukan untuk memberikan wawasan empiris mengenai faktor-faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi produktivitas dan efektivitas aparatur sipil negara dalam mengelola keuangan dan aset daerah. Guna menjawab tujuan penelitian, penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang dikumpulkan secara langsung melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Sampel penelitian ini melibatkan sebanyak 61 pegawai yang bekerja di Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara. Proses analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda, memanfaatkan bantuan perangkat lunak statistik SPSS untuk mengolah dan menginterpretasikan hasil temuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan temuan yang signifikan terkait pengaruh kedua variabel independen. Secara individual, baik implementasi teknologi informasi (X1) maupun kompetensi (X2) terbukti memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara spesifik, teknologi informasi (X1) menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0.003 dan koefisien regresi terstandardisasi sebesar 0.371. Sementara itu, kompetensi (X2) menunjukkan pengaruh yang lebih kuat dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 dan koefisien regresi terstandardisasi 0.555. Hasil uji F memperkuat temuan ini dengan membuktikan bahwa implementasi teknologi informasi dan kompetensi secara simultan (bersama-sama) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai F-hitung yang tinggi sebesar 119.339 dan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0.805. Implikasi dari nilai R2 ini adalah bahwa 80.5% dari total variasi kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan secara komprehensif oleh kombinasi teknologi informasi dan kompetensi, menunjukkan model prediksi yang kuat.

Abstract

Abstract: In the digital information era, Steganography is a technique and art of hiding digital information and data behind other digital information, so that the real digital information is not visible. This study discusses the application of the Least Significant Bit (LSB) technique in steganography to hide information in image media. The LSB technique allows the insertion of secret messages into images by utilizing the least significant bits of the image pixels, so that the changes that occur are invisible to the human eye and do not arouse suspicion. This study explores the effectiveness of the LSB technique in maintaining data confidentiality, as well as analyzing image quality after information insertion. The results of the study indicate that the LSB technique can be used effectively to hide information without sacrificing the visual quality of the image, making it an attractive solution in the field of data communication security. In addition, this study also discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the LSB technique, as well as the possibility of developing this technique to improve data security in various applications.Keywords: data security; least significant bit (LSB) technique; steganography.Abstrak: Di era informasi digital, Steganografi merupakan teknik dan seni menyembunyikan informasi dan data digital di balik informasi digital lainnya, sehingga informasi digital yang sebenarnya tidak terlihat. Penelitian ini membahas penerapan teknik Least Significant Bit (LSB) dalam steganografi untuk menyembunyikan informasi di dalam media gambar. Teknik LSB memungkinkan penyisipan pesan rahasia ke dalam gambar dengan memanfaatkan bit paling signifikan dari piksel gambar, sehingga perubahan yang terjadi tidak terlihat oleh mata manusia dan tidak menimbulkan kecurigaan. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi efektivitas teknik LSB dalam menjaga kerahasiaan data, serta menganalisis kualitas gambar setelah penyisipan informasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik LSB dapat digunakan secara efektif untuk menyembunyikan informasi tanpa mengorbankan kualitas visual gambar, menjadikannya solusi yang menarik di bidang keamanan komunikasi data. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga membahas kelebihan dan kekurangan teknik LSB, serta kemungkinan pengembangan teknik ini untuk meningkatkan keamanan data di berbagai aplikasi.Kata Kunci: keamanan data; teknik least significant bit (LSB); steganografi.

Abstract

Abstract: Basua Coffee is a culinary business facing challenges in managing sales and inventory, which are still done manually. This results in data discrepancies between recorded stock levels and actual conditions, delays in sales reporting, and potential transaction recording errors. The purpose of this study is to design and build a web-based sales and inventory information system that can improve operational efficiency and data accuracy at Basua Coffee. The research method used is a software engineering method with a waterfall approach, including the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. System analysis was carried out using UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling, while system testing was carried out using the black box testing method. The results of this study indicate that the designed information system is able to automatically record sales transactions, monitor inventory in real-time, and produce accurate sales and stock reports. Thus, this system can assist management in making faster and more accurate decisions.Keyword: basua coffe; inventory; information system; sales. Abstract : Basua Coffee merupakan sebuah usaha kuliner yang menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola penjualan dan inventaris yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Hal ini menyebabkan terjadinya ketidaksesuaian data antara tingkat stok yang tercatat dengan kondisi aktual, keterlambatan pelaporan penjualan, dan potensi kesalahan pencatatan transaksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun sistem informasi penjualan dan inventaris berbasis web yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan akurasi data di Basua Coffee. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode rekayasa perangkat lunak dengan pendekatan waterfall, meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis sistem dilakukan dengan pemodelan UML (Unified Modeling Language), sedangkan pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan metode pengujian black box. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dirancang mampu mencatat transaksi penjualan secara otomatis, memantau inventaris secara real-time, dan menghasilkan laporan penjualan dan stok yang akurat. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat membantu manajemen dalam mengambil keputusan yang lebih cepat dan akurat.Keywords: basua coffe; inventaris; penjualan; sistem informasi.

Abstract

Abstract : Manual management of petty cash funds at SDN 091621 Perdagangan still faces various obstacles, such as recording errors, time inefficiency, difficulties in tracking transactions, and a lack of transparency and security of financial data. This study aims to design and implement a Microsoft Excel-based accounting information system as a practical and efficient solution to improve the performance of school financial administration. The developed system is designed to record transactions, calculate balances automatically, prepare daily and monthly financial reports, and perform regular data backups. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, development, implementation, and evaluation through system trials. The test results show that the system is able to improve work efficiency, reduce the risk of recording errors, speed up the reporting process, and improve data security and reliability. In conclusion, this system can be an effective, economical, and easy-to-operate solution for elementary school administrative staff to realize more transparent, accountable, and modern petty cash fund management.Keywords : accounting information system; efficiency; petty cash; primary school.Abstrak : Pengelolaan dana kas kecil secara manual di SDN 091621 Perdagangan masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti kesalahan pencatatan, inefisiensi waktu, kesulitan dalam pelacakan transaksi, serta kurangnya transparansi dan keamanan data keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis Microsoft Excel sebagai solusi praktis dan efisien untuk meningkatkan kinerja administrasi keuangan sekolah. Sistem yang dikembangkan dirancang untuk mencatat transaksi, menghitung saldo secara otomatis, menyiapkan laporan keuangan harian dan bulanan, serta melakukan pencadangan data secara berkala. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi melalui uji coba sistem. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, mengurangi risiko kesalahan pencatatan, mempercepat proses pelaporan, serta meningkatkan keamanan dan keandalan data. Kesimpulannya, sistem ini dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif, ekonomis, dan mudah dioperasikan bagi staf administrasi sekolah dasar untuk mewujudkan pengelolaan dana kas kecil yang lebih transparan, akuntabel, dan modern.Kata Kunci : efisiensi; kas kecil; sekolah dasar; sistem informasi akuntansi.

Abstract

Abstract in Historical distortions in social media content, particularly on TikTok, pose a new challenge in history education because the information disseminated is often simplistic, provocative, and lacking in historiographical accuracy. This study was motivated by the phenomenon of widespread historical content on TikTok that does not align with historical facts yet remains popular and trusted by students. The objective of this study is to examine the impact of historical distortion in TikTok content on students' understanding of history at SMA Negeri 1 Garut. The method used is qualitative with a naturalistic inquiry approach, focusing on in-depth interviews with students and history teachers, participatory observation, and document analysis of the historical content consumed by students. The results of the study indicate that most students are influenced by invalid historical content on TikTok, which leads to misinterpretations of historical events, weak critical thinking skills regarding sources, and the emergence of narrow and biased historical perceptions. On the other hand, teachers play a crucial role in countering such distortions through educational approaches that emphasize source clarification, open discussions, and media literacy enhancement. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that history education in the digital age must be accompanied by adaptive and critical pedagogical strategies, so that students can distinguish between valid and distorted historical narratives and grow into active subjects in building reflective and responsible historical understanding.

Abstract

Introduction: The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the value relevance of accounting information on human capital as a moderator. Methods: This study analysed secondary data available on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2022-2023. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression and moderation regression, supported by SPSS software.Results: The results of this study indicate that value relevance, as measured by profit and book value of equity indicators, significantly influences company value in the financial sector and is reinforced by competent human capital as a moderating variable. Therefore, this study provides a new perspective by emphasising the importance of accounting information, indicating that companies with high human capital tend to be better able to utilise accounting information to improve their performance and competitiveness. Unlike previous studies that view human capital as part of intellectual capital, this study specifically treats human capital as a moderating variable, making essential contributions to the accounting and human resource management literature, as well as providing practical implications for companies in managing human resources and accounting information more effectively. Abstract

The growing complexity of digital learning environments presents a critical challenge in computer science, particularly in designing intelligent academic systems capable of delivering context-aware and personalized content. Traditional academic information systems often rely on literal keyword matching, failing to interpret the semantic intent behind user queries and ignoring historical learning behavior. This study addresses these limitations by proposing a hybrid semantic search and recommendation model that integrates Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks with the Smith Waterman algorithm. The LSTM component models temporal sequences of user interactions, while Smith Waterman enables local semantic alignment between user queries and learning content. Historical query logs and user-clicked topics are transformed into semantic vectors, which are further enhanced through a contextual graph and semantic relation matrix. Experimental results demonstrate the model’s effectiveness, achieving 89% accuracy, an F1-score of 0.89, and an AUROC of 0.88 by epoch 50. The hybrid architecture successfully captures the evolution of user interest and semantic relevance, outperforming baseline approaches. This research contributes to the field of computer science by bridging natural language understanding and sequential modeling to improve adaptive learning technologies. The proposed model offers a scalable foundation for developing intelligent recommendation systems in academic platforms, fostering improved learner engagement and efficiency.

Abstract

Electrocoagulation is an effective and environmentally friendly technology for treating wastewater by removing contaminants such as turbidity, heavy metals, and organic compounds. Accurately predicting turbidity removal time is essential for optimizing treatment performance and operational efficiency. However, this is challenging due to complex, nonlinear relationships between multiple parameters including current, voltage, electrode configuration, conductivity, and turbidity removal rate. This study aims to develop a predictive framework by comparing six supervised regression models, namely Linear Regression, Polynomial Regression, Random Forest, Support Vector Regression (SVR), XGBoost, and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), using key electrocoagulation parameters. After extensive data preprocessing, a dataset of 281 samples was used for training and validation. Among them, Random Forest achieved the best performance (R² = 0.876, RMSE = 601.15). A data-driven information system is proposed to integrate these predictive capabilities for real-time monitoring and control. By improving turbidity prediction accuracy, the system enables the sustainable utilization of water as a valuable asset, even in its wastewater form. The approach enhances decision-making by providing intelligent feedback for process optimization. This research contributes to the advancement of intelligent, sustainable wastewater treatment systems by integrating machine learning prediction models with practical process control applications in informatics.

Abstract

Cybersecurity threats are increasingly complex and widespread, posing significant risks to individuals and organizations. However, many studies tend to address the technological or behavioral aspects separately. The study uses a survey-based quantitative approach using PLS-SEM to analyze key factors that influence cybersecurity awareness, including demographics, training, psychological bias, and organizational culture. The findings suggest that several constructs-such as threat awareness, perceived risk, and education-significantly predict cybersecurity awareness and behaviour. Notably, the model yields an R² value of up to 0.703 with a strong path significance (p < 0.05), which underscores the robustness of the relationship. This study offers an integrated perspective on cybersecurity by bridging the psychological, educational, and organizational dimensions. It highlights cybersecurity awareness as a mediating construct that links upstream factors to secure user behavior-a relational structure that has not been explored in previous research.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the information-seeking behavior of the COVID-19 vaccine in supporting decision-making in the community of Nglanggeran Village, Gunung Kidul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. This study provides benefits for the government, especially health workers, to better understand the behavior of the community in seeking information on the COVID-19 vaccine, and vaccination decision-making. The qualitative research method was used with 16 informants consisting of semi-structured interviews and using source triangulation. The results showed that the stages in searching for COVID-19 vaccine information in the Nglanggeran Village community include; starting, chaining, browsing, differentiating, verifying, and sharing. Poor network connections and the geographical conditions of Nglanggeran Village are obstacles for the community in searching for COVID-19 vaccine information. The decision to choose or refuse vaccination is influenced by internal and external factors.
