Abstract

The goal of this study is to create a web-based payment accounting information system that meets the needs of the Ambon Mardika Market Company in order to overcome the shortcomings of the manual registration system. This is a developmental study utilising a qualitative methodology. The research subject is the market payment information system, and the research aim is the Mardika Market Company. Data is gathered through interviews, documentation, and observation. The system development life cycle is used in this study, with the steps of system analysis, system requirements analysis, and system feasibility analysis. Database modelling with database tables, process modelling with flowcharts, and user interface modelling with form design, input design, and output design are all part of system design. Design of a sales accounting information system using MySQL and PHP software. The new architecture is believed to enable more automatic and precise recording and computation, hence supporting the Mardika Regional Market Company's performance continuity.

Abstract

Gampong or Village is part of the Regency government area under the Sub-district which is led by the Village Head. Gampong Lamsujen is located in Lhoong Sub-district and in Aceh Besar Regency is a village that has great potential, including in the fields of plantations and agriculture, not only that, Gampong Lamsujen also has various tourist attractions that can attract tourists to visit, but this information is only known by the surrounding community. With the advancement of technology in the current era, in making it easier to get information about Gampong Lamsujen, it can be made into an information system/website so that outsiders can easily find out information about Gampong Lamsujen. This information system was created using the R&D method to ensure that the system built meets the needs and standards that have been set. The Laravel Framework was chosen as the main design tool because of its ability to accelerate the development process and provide an organized structure in designing the system. Based on the results of the admin/village apparatus and user trials, this product has been proven to be suitable and meets the needs. Thus, this website is used as a source of information for Gampong Lamsujen and the outside community who want to know information about Gampong Lamsujen

Abstract

Objective: This research aims to analyze the effect of populations administration information system technology on the performance of operator’s populations administration service through organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable. Method: Research design can be classified as explanatory/confirmatory research. The population to be studied is all employees of population administration service operators in sub-district offices throughout Jember Regency, amount 132 people. Hypothesis testing in this research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the WarpPLS statistical tool. Results:  Findings of this research state that populations administration information system technology has significant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior and the performance of operator’s populations administration service. Organizational citizenship behavior has significant effect on the performance of operator’s populations administration service. The population administration system has significant effect on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior. Novelty: This research uses a model of the influence of information system technology on service operator performance by involving organizational citizenship behavior as mediator or intervening. Thus, this model is the answer to the existing research gap related to staff performance.

Abstract

Objective: This study investigates the application of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in adopting Hospital Information Management Systems (HIMS) and related healthcare technologies from 2020 to 2025. Method: Through a systematic literature review, 20 studies were analyzed to identify key factors influencing HIMS adoption, barriers, facilitators, and their impact on healthcare service quality and patient satisfaction. Results: Perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEOU) consistently emerged as critical determinants of acceptance, underscoring the importance of user-friendly, functional designs. Privacy concerns, resistance to change, and inadequate training were identified as significant barriers, while organizational support, trust-building measures, and personalization facilitated adoption. The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the adoption of telehealth and IoT solutions, highlighting the role of external factors in driving acceptance. However, sustaining long-term engagement requires robust security measures, adaptive technologies, and standardization of evaluation metrics. Novelty: This study offers actionable insights for healthcare administrators and policymakers to optimize HIMS adoption, improve operational efficiency, and enhance patient satisfaction.

Abstract

Objective: This study evaluates the effectiveness of the Next Generation Social Welfare Information System (SIKS-NG) in managing Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS) at the village level, specifically in Bulusidokare Village, Sidoarjo Regency, as part of an e-government initiative by the Ministry of Social Affairs to improve the accuracy of social assistance targeting. Method: A qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design was employed, utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation, with analysis guided by Ricard M. Steers’ indicators of effectiveness: goal achievement, integration, and adaptation. Results: The findings indicate that SIKS-NG has been relatively effective in supporting accurate data updates and ensuring more targeted distribution of social assistance. The village government has demonstrated commitment through the appointment of competent operators and provision of adequate infrastructure. However, several challenges persist, including insufficient socialization from the Social Service, limited technical skills among some operators, and instances of inappropriate beneficiary proposals. Novelty: This research contributes a localized perspective by focusing on the implementation of SIKS-NG at the village level, an area that remains underexplored, thereby offering insights for strengthening e-government strategies in poverty alleviation at the grassroots level.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze and describe the effectiveness of the Village Information System (SID) in supporting governance and public services in the Larangan Village Government. Method: A qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews and direct observations to capture the performance of SID in practice. Results: Findings reveal that the effectiveness of SID can be explained through three main approaches: the source approach, where the quality of human resource management significantly influences system performance, though challenges remain for elderly users with limited digital literacy; the process approach, which highlights community satisfaction as a measure of service quality and alignment with public needs; and the goal approach, which emphasizes the achievement of organizational objectives through transparency, adaptability, and community participation in village development. Novelty: This study provides a comprehensive evaluation of SID effectiveness by integrating three theoretical approaches to organizational effectiveness, offering practical insights into digital governance at the village level and highlighting the importance of inclusivity and adaptability in the era of technological transformation.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to describe and analyze various problems in depth through field observations regarding the Effectiveness of the Implementation of the Social Welfare Information System–Next Generation (SIKS-NG) in Singopadu Village, Tulangan District, Sidoarjo Regency. Method: This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The technique carried out by the author uses the purposive sampling method which is carried out by collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model with stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. Result: The results of this study using the concept of Budiani's theory, namely: first, the accuracy of the target program can be concluded that it is still not in accordance with this because there are still shortcomings, there is a discrepancy between the data in the application and the manual data owned by the Singopadu Village government. Second, the Socialization Program can be said to be inappropriate because the socialization program was not carried out due to concerns that the community would apply for assistance independently. Third, the Program Objectives in this indicator are not appropriate because the distribution of social assistance is not on target and the program is running less effectively. Fourth, Program Monitoring, that there are still shortcomings, namely the lack of supervision of the performance of SIKS-NG Operators in carrying out data updates at the village level. Novelty: This research presents a novelty in the study of the effectiveness of the implementation of SIKS-NG with a focus on specific local contexts and related socialization strategies that are counter-productive, where the village deliberately does not conduct open socialization to the community.
