Abstract

Abstract

The phenomenon of distance learning patterns during the pandemic has become an extraordinary leap and has significantly impacted the massive use of the internet in society. The digital era is an era where many human life activities are carried out online by minimizing social interaction, such as school with online learning, working in the office to working from home, organizational meetings via online meeting platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet, health consultations answered directly by doctors, as well as other activities that were rarely carried out before Covid-19. This research aims to determine children's learning patterns and behavior in the metaverse era. Meanwhile, the research method used is quantitative, with several approaches such as correlation between variables and the close relationship between one variable and another. The three groups of respondents in the study were early adults (>20 years), early adolescents (15-20) years and children (10-15 years). The research results show that at the age of children, smartphone use and online activities are only limited to playing games and social media. Meanwhile, in their early teens, some are even starting to learn game-making through online platforms such as Roblox Studio. In early adulthood, which is the age of college education, smartphone use is not just about social media or online shopping; some even have digital wallets and crypto wallets, invest in cryptocurrency, and even actively use the creator's platform games and NFTs with payments via cryptocurrencies such as Ethereum, polygon, etc.

Abstract

The low adoption rate of information systems in Islamic educational institutions highlights a gap between technological advancement and user acceptance, particularly within madrasa management. This study examines the acceptance and effectiveness of EMIS 4.0 in a private Islamic boarding school in Malangbong District, utilizing the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as the theoretical framework. A quantitative, ex post facto design was employed, with data collected from madrasa operators through questionnaires and analyzed statistically. The results indicate that management support has a significant influence on both perceived usefulness (p = 0.016) and actual system use (p = 0.022). In contrast, prior experience and training have a significant effect on perceived ease of use (p = 0.016 and p = 0.007). Although perceived usefulness does not significantly impact attitude (p = 0.416), it affects intention to use (p = 0.047), with both attitude (p = 0.029) and intention (p = 0.025) predicting actual use. This study contributes to the contextual application of TAM and offers practical strategies for sustainable EMIS adoption in faith-based schools.

Abstract

Introduction: The rapid advancement of digital technology has significantly transformed health information systems (HIS) worldwide. Health analysts, as key professionals in managing health data, play a crucial role in the integration and utilization of these digital tools. However, the extent, effectiveness, and challenges of this integration remain underexplored across different healthcare contexts. This systematic review aims to examine the integration of digital technology by health analysts within health information systems, focusing on the types of technologies adopted, the roles played by health analysts, the benefits gained, and the challenges encountered during implementation. Methods: Following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines, we conducted a systematic search of peer-reviewed articles published between 2013 and 2025 from databases including PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar. Keywords used included “health analyst”, “digital technology”, “health information system”, and “integration”. Eligible studies included primary research involving health analysts and the application of digital health technologies. Results: From an initial pool of 1,274 articles, 28 studies met the inclusion criteria. The findings reveal that health analysts have been instrumental in integrating technologies such as Electronic Health Records (EHR), Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), data analytics platforms, and mobile health applications. The integration has led to improved data accuracy, faster reporting, and enhanced decision-making support. Nonetheless, several challenges were identified, including lack of digital training, infrastructure limitations, and regulatory gaps. Conclusions: The integration of digital technologies by health analysts significantly enhances the performance of health information systems. However, successful adoption requires continuous professional development, supportive policies, and robust digital infrastructure. Future efforts should focus on strengthening the digital competencies of health analysts and aligning technology integration with national health strategies.

Abstract

The design of the Outpatient Medical Record Information System at Hermina Serpong General Hospital using a web-based prototype method aims to develop an effective and efficient system in managing outpatient medical records. Currently, the management of medical records at Hermina Serpong General Hospital is still done manually, which can cause difficulties in searching for patient data, potential recording errors, and suboptimal services. Therefore, a system is needed that can improve the quality of health services, speed up the administration process, and reduce the risk of data errors. The prototype method was chosen in designing this system because it allows faster and more flexible development, involving feedback from users to produce a system that suits the needs. The system is designed web-based, allowing easy and fast access to information through devices connected to the internet, thus increasing ease of use and accelerating the flow of information. The result of this study is an outpatient medical record information system that can manage patient data, examination history, diagnosis, treatment, and visit schedules, which can be accessed by medical personnel, administration, and other related parties. With this system, it is expected to improve data accuracy, time efficiency, and the quality of medical services for patients at Hermina Serpong General Hospital.

Abstract

Company that is engaged in construction contractors, has a project warehouse that is located moving around following the project being worked on. The problem faced is that the recording of material inventory is still done manually using a stock control card, then after that it is recorded it is entered into Microsoft Excel, it causes a long recording of material data stock because it has to open the parts one by one first for report generation. The research objective is to produce a system that can speed up the process of recording stock of building materials in the construction project warehouse, and can produce various material inventory reports that can control the availability of material inventory in the project warehouse. The method used is the Perpetual Inventory System, namely material management is carried out by controlling the stock of material inventory directly per periodic and continuously updating the stock every time material enters or exits. With this system, it will help the administration, foremen and project leaders to speed up various reports on stock control of material supplies that are fast, accurate and thorough and can improve the performance of officers in presenting reports.
