Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) function as important economic institutions that contribute to enhancing the welfare and independence of rural communities. BUMDes Maju Rahayu, as one of the rapidly developing BUMDes, requires a reliable and effective accounting information system to support transparent and accountable financial management. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the accounting information system at BUMDes Maju Rahayu using a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with BUMDes managers and direct observation of financial recording and reporting processes. The findings reveal that the existing accounting system still faces several challenges, including incomplete documentation, limited internal control, and dependence on manual bookkeeping. These issues hinder the accuracy and timeliness of financial information. The study recommends capacity-building for human resources, adoption of technology-based accounting systems, and strengthening of internal control procedures to improve financial management quality and organizational performance in BUMDes operations.

Abstract

Background. Personnel attendance administration activities at the Karanganyar Regency Education and Culture Office have been integrated with the central system for civil servants, but the attendance method for non-civil servants is not available in a structured manner, so it risks reducing data integrity, being inaccurate, and not allowing real-time monitoring. Aims. This research aims to develop a web-based and mobile-based employee attendance management and scheduling application using Location Based Service in a case study at the Karanganyar Regency Education and Culture Office. Methods. The application that was built provides a presence feature based on the Global Positioning System and a camera for proof of presence photos. Location-based service is used to validate the location of employees when attending to match the predetermined work area. The system is designed using a client-server architecture with a Laravel-based web application for admins, a mobile application for employees, and a centralized database to facilitate data management. Result. The evaluation of the system's functionality is conducted using the black box testing method to assess the suitability of the output results for the specified use scenario. Conclusion. The test results indicate that all application functions meet user needs. Consequently, the developed system is expected to enhance efficiency, ensure data integrity, and offer a more modern and integrated presence solution in the administrative process of non-civil servant personnel within the Karanganyar Regency Education and Culture Office.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of population information digitalization at the North Bekasi District Office. This study is a qualitative study with structured interviews with 5 informants. The results of the research that has been conducted show that: (1) The implementation of the population information digitalization policy in North Bekasi District still faces obstacles in the implementation of SIAK, such as low competence of service officers, infrastructure that does not meet specifications, unstable internet networks, and socialization and counseling that are not carried out continuously, making the community not understand the procedures that must be carried out in processing population documents. (2) Factors that influence the implementation of the population information digitalization policy in North Bekasi District, include: support, capacity, and value. (3) Strategies that need to be implemented by the apparatus in North Bekasi District in determining the success or failure of implementing the information digitalization policy in their area include: the need to implement minimum service standards as a reference in the performance of the administration of the population administration sector in order to improve the quality of services to the public, the need for improvements in the management of administrative services in North Bekasi District, the need to improve facilities and infrastructure supporting public services, and the need to add service officers, both honorary and contract, and the budget for implementing activities needs to be increased in order to anticipate the increasing number of people using services.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness of implementing a leadership scheduling information system that utilizes queue algorithms in government agencies. The main objective is to evaluate how the integration of algorithm-based scheduling systems improves efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in managing executive-level appointments and meetings. The research adopts a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative analysis through system performance metrics with qualitative feedback from end-users, including administrative staff and decision-makers. Findings indicate a significant improvement in scheduling efficiency, with reduced conflicts, optimized time slots, and better coordination between departments. Furthermore, the system minimizes manual intervention, thus decreasing administrative errors and enhancing data integrity. The queue algorithm enables a first-come-first-served mechanism that ensures fairness while allowing for priority-based modifications in urgent cases. The implementation also receives positive responses in terms of user satisfaction and perceived usefulness. However, challenges such as user adaptation and technical limitations were identified, suggesting a need for continuous training and system updates. Overall, the integration of a queue algorithm-based scheduling system proves to be an effective solution for improving leadership-level administrative processes in government institutions.

Abstract

The increasing reliance on digital platforms in higher education necessitates the evaluation of system usability to ensure effective user interaction and satisfaction. This study aims to evaluate the usability of the Academic Information System (AIS) at [University Name] using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. SUS is a reliable, standardized tool for measuring the usability of interactive systems, providing a quick and quantitative assessment. Data were collected from a sample of 100 students and academic staff who frequently use the AIS for various academic activities, including course registration, grade checking, and academic planning. The results of the SUS analysis yielded an average score of 72.5, indicating that the system falls within the “Good” usability category. However, several usability issues were identified, such as navigation complexity and visual layout inconsistencies, which slightly reduced user satisfaction. These findings highlight the importance of continuous usability testing and user-centered design in the development of academic systems. The study recommends specific design improvements to enhance user experience and system performance. Overall, the SUS method proved effective in identifying usability strengths and weaknesses, offering valuable insights for future system optimization.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an employee performance monitoring information system that utilizes a web-based interactive dashboard to enhance decision-making and managerial oversight. In many organizations, traditional performance evaluation methods are often time-consuming, static, and lack real-time insight, resulting in inefficiencies in performance tracking. To address these challenges, the proposed system is designed to provide dynamic visualization of key performance indicators (KPIs), attendance records, task completion rates, and other critical metrics through an interactive and user-friendly dashboard interface. The development process follows the Waterfall methodology, encompassing stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and deployment. The system was built using PHP and JavaScript for front-end interactivity, with a MySQL database to manage data storage. The dashboard includes various visual tools such as graphs, charts, and progress bars to facilitate real-time monitoring and performance analysis. Testing results indicate that the system performs effectively, offering accurate and timely information that supports employee evaluation and organizational planning. User feedback also reveals a high level of satisfaction due to the dashboard's ease of use and responsiveness. Overall, the implementation of this web-based performance monitoring system is expected to improve transparency, accountability, and productivity within the organization.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of information technology mastery and work discipline on employee performance through work productivity as an intervening variable at PT. Incasi Raya. Data collection methods were conducted through surveys and questionnaires, with a sample of 67 respondents. The analysis method used was structural equation modeling using SmartPLS. The results of the study showed a significant influencemastery of information technology to work productivity. There is a significant influence work discipline to work productivity. Abstract

The objective of this research is to identify the effects of internet financial reporting, website information disclosure level, shares outstanding, and stock prices on the stock trading frequency of LQ45 companies. This explanatory research attempts to identify the relationship between its variables through hypothesis testing. Using purposive technique, 24 companies were selected as the samples. In order to test the proposed hypotheses, multiple linear regression analysis was employed. This research finds that internet financial reporting, website information disclosure level, and stock prices do not have any significant effect on the stock trading frequency of the LQ45 companies, that shares outstanding have a positive and significant effect on the stock trading frequency of the companies, and that internet financial reporting, website information disclosure level, shares outstanding, and stock prices simultaneously have significant impact on the stock trading frequency of the said companies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product information (capital market instruments) on interest in investing in the Islamic capital market. The variables in this study consisted of the marketing of capital market instruments and interest in investing in the Islamic capital market. This type of research is field research with quantitative methods. The steps of data analysis using analysis tools of validity test, reliability test, correlation analysis, and hypothesis testing (simple linear regression test, t-test, and analysis of determination). The result of this study is that information on capital market instruments has a positive and significant effect on interest in investing in the Islamic capital market. One of the implications of this research is that the Islamic Investment Gallery IAIN Batusangkar further enhances the dissemination of information on Islamic capital market products to students so that they are interested in investing

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis risiko kecelakaan konstruksi pada proyek gedung bertingkat tinggi serta mengembangkan strategi pengendalian risiko melalui integrasi Building Information Modelling (BIM) dan Internet of Things (IoT) dalam penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Konstruksi (SMKK). Metode penelitian mencakup studi literatur, survei kuesioner, dan analisis deskriptif untuk menentukan tingkat risiko. Data diperoleh dari RQ1 dan RQ2 hasil penelitian sebelumnya, yang menemukan 73 variabel risiko pada tahap pelaksanaan proyek, terdiri dari 31 risiko kecil, 40 risiko sedang, dan 2 risiko besar. BIM digunakan untuk memodelkan risiko secara visual dalam lingkungan 3D, sementara IoT memungkinkan monitoring kondisi lapangan secara real-time. Integrasi teknologi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas SMKK, meminimalkan kecelakaan kerja, dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Data risiko diolah menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan dipetakan ke dalam BIM, sedangkan sensor IoT digunakan untuk pemantauan real-time terhadap variabel keselamatan seperti penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD), kondisi peralatan, dan aktivitas pekerja.Kata kunci: BIM, IoT, SMKK, Manajemen Risiko, Gedung Bertingkat Tinggi ABSTRACTThe research aims to identify and analyze construction accident risks in high-rise building projects and to develop risk control strategies through the integration of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and the Internet of Things (IoT) in the implementation of Construction Safety Management Systems (CSMS). The research methods include literature review, questionnaire surveys, and descriptive analysis to determine the risk levels. Data is obtained from RQ1 and RQ2 of previous studies, which identified 73 risk variables in the project execution phase, consisting of 31 minor risks, 40 moderate risks, and 2 major risks. BIM is used to visually model risks in a 3D environment, while IoT enables real-time monitoring of field conditions. The integration of these technologies is expected to enhance the effectiveness of CSMS, minimize work accidents, and support data-driven decision-making. Risk data is processed using descriptive analysis and mapped into BIM, whereas IoT sensors are used for real-time monitoring of safety variables such as the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), equipment conditions, and worker activities.Keywords: BIM, IoT, CSMS, Risk Management, High-Rise Building
