Abstract

Digital transformation in higher education institutions demands integration between information technology, organizational culture, and adaptive leadership. This study aims to analyze the configuration of leadership styles in supporting The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) based information system architecture at Jenderal Achmad Yani University (UNJANI), a tertiary institution under the TNI Army Foundation which is building a transformation towards a Smart Military University. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, relying on data from in depth interviews, participant observation and institutional documentation. The research results show that the success of digital transformation in UNJANI is supported by a combination of four leadership styles: military leadership (emphasizing discipline and command), transformational leadership (focusing on vision and empowerment), distributed leadership (emphasizing collaboration and collective decisions), and e-leadership (utilization of information technology in leadership). These four styles play a role in various phases of TOGAF, especially in Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, and Implementation Governance. This study shows that contextual, flexible, and values based leadership is a key factor in the success of information systems architecture in higher education environments.

Abstract

The rapid development of Information Technology (IT) has significantly influenced organizational performance, particularly in enhancing employee productivity, efficiency, and work quality. This study focuses on PT Rajendra Ksatria Perkasa in Depok with the aim of analyzing how the implementation of IT affects employee work productivity. A qualitative research design was employed through a case study approach combined with SWOT analysis, with data collected from in-depth interviews and relevant document analysis. The findings reveal that optimal utilization of IT contributes positively by increasing efficiency and strengthening team collaboration. Nevertheless, challenges remain, including the limited understanding among employees regarding effective technology use. Opportunities also arise as digital advancements provide broader access to innovation in the workplace, yet threats such as decreased focus due to uncontrolled use of technology must be anticipated. Overall, the results highlight the importance of strategic management in maximizing the benefits of IT while simultaneously addressing its potential weaknesses and risks. Furthermore, the study provides a foundation for future research on the broader implications of digitalization within organizational contexts.

Abstract

This paper introduces a novel framework for automated question-answering (QA) dataset construction, integrating information retrieval (IR) with a lightweight local large language model (LLM), SmolLM2- 360M-Instruct, to ensure privacy and scalability for domain-specific applications. Addressing the limitations of manual dataset creation and cloud-based LLMs, our approach leverages PyPDF2 for robust PDF text extraction and a novel sentence segmentation algorithm to generate concise, contextually relevant QA pairs from domain-specific corpora. The framework employs IR techniques to align questions with precise answers, enhancing dataset quality while maintaining data privacy through localized processing. Rigorous evaluation using automated metrics and manual expert review confirms the high quality and semantic alignment of the generated QA pairs. This approach offers significant benefits for fine-tuning LLMs in niche domains, such as education and technical support, by providing scalable, privacy-preserving datasets that improve contextual understanding and adaptability. Our work contributes to efficient NLP dataset generation, offering a robust solution for advancing LLM performance in specialized real-world applications.

Abstract

Generasi Z menunjukkan peningkatan minat terhadap produk ramah lingkungan, namun belum banyak penelitian yang secara spesifik meneliti pengaruh Social Media Information Sharing terhadap Green Purchase Intention pada produk lokal. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Social Media Information Sharing terhadap Green Purchase Intention, dengan Perceived Green Value sebagai variabel yang memediasi, dalam konteks produk skincare Avoskin. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode survei terhadap 148 responden Generasi Z yang pernah membeli produk Avoskin. Data didapatkan melalui kuesioner daring dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berlandaskan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Social Media Information Sharing berpengaruh positif terhadap Perceived Green Value dan Green Purchase Intention. Selain itu, Perceived Green Value juga berpengaruh positif terhadap Green Purchase Intention, serta memediasi hubungan antara Social Media Information Sharing dan Green Purchase Intention secara parsial. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pelaku industri skincare, khususnya dalam merancang strategi komunikasi yang ramah lingkungan dan relevan di media sosial. Penelitian ini adalah salah satu studi awal yang menganalisis hubungan variabel tersebut secara spesifik pada produk lokal ramah lingkungan, yaitu Avoskin, di kalangan Generasi Z.

Abstract

The growth of Small Medium Enterprises (SME’s) has increased significantly in Pontianak. The new entry of small business resulted high level competition in culinary industry. A small business culinary could be closed to bankruptcy because the determination of business location was not feasible and settle. The customer would be difficult to find the location of the small business because due to non-fixed locations. The owner of small business often ignores the selection of strategic location. Therefore, it is important to establish the appropriate business location feasibility. Geographic Information System (GIS) is an information system that able to visualize the determining factors as a result analyzed spatial data. Analytical Hierarchy Processing (AHP) is a method that used into decision making process with multi criteria and multi alternatives. The spatial data of GIS is used by AHP to determine feasible location of small business. The criteria of spatial data are the number of competitors, infrastructure of location, distance of supplier, rental price of location, population density and traffic density. The spatial data of GIS result the visualization of spreading data in real condition on digital map subsequently be analyzed by AHP method to obtain recommended small business locations. The determination of hierarchy, criteria and priority rating location deliver recommendation the feasibility of culinary small business location.

Abstract

Research aims: This study aims to analyze the effect of information quality, system quality, and service quality on user satisfaction so that it has an impact on user performance.Design/Methodology/Approach: This type of research is conducted using a quantitative approach, namely research using research instruments, quantitative data analysis with the aim of testing the predetermined hypothesis,The sample used was 61 Religious Teachers at Muhammadiyah Vocational Schools in Cilacap Regency. The data obtained through questionnaires were processed using PLS analysis (Partial Leas Square). Testing the research model (Outer Model) was carried out in two stages, namely testing of the measurement model (Outer Model) with Convergent Validity, Discriminate Validity and structural testing (Inner Model) with Path Coeffecient, Specific Indirect Value.Research findings: The results of data analysis show that information quality has no effect on user satisfaction, system quality, service quality has a positive effect on user satisfaction, system quality has no effect on user performance, service quality affects user performance, information quality, user satisfaction has a positive effect on user performance, namely religion teacher at Muhammadiyah Vocational High School in Cilacap Regency.Theoretical contribution/ Originality: This study examines the influence of information quality, system quality and service quality for employeesPractitioner/Policy implication: it should be that the higher the level of information quality, system quality, service quality, the higher the performanceResearch limitation/Implication: This research was only conducted in Muhammadiyah Junior High School in Cilacap Regency

Abstract

Abstract:  The growth of quality standards, as well as, higher student demands has implications for higher education to improve service quality to be able to provide satisfaction that leads to increased student loyalty.Research aims: This study determines the effect of academic information systems and facilities on student loyalty at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Prima Indonesia through satisfaction as an integral variable.Design/Methodology/Approach: Data analysis using path analysis, and feasibility test of the model with the Smartpls 3.0 program. The population in this study were all 5th term students of Management Undergraduate Degree and Accounting Undergraduate Degree. The number of samples was determined using the Krejcie-Morgan table so that 291 people were selected.Research findings:  The results showed that the academic information system had a significant positive effect on student loyalty through satisfaction, so that the satisfaction variable  mediates the academic information system on student loyalty (t-statistic = 2.131 (> t-table): p-value = 0.034). Likewise, the effect of facilities on student loyalty through satisfaction as an intervening variable that shows a significant value (t-statistic = 2,220 (> t-table): p-value = 0.027).Theoretical contribution/Originality:. The novelty of this research is that increasing student loyalty can be done by improving academic information system services and adequate campus facilities.Practitioner/Policy implication:  The university management must provide quality facilities and infrastructure to increase student loyalty.

Abstract

Depok City is an area undergoing significant changes in land cover due to rapid urban development. Additionally, population growth is contributing to these land cover changes. These factors exert pressure on land use changes, with implications for land cover. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a spatial analysis of land cover changes in Depok City. This research employs Geographic Information System (GIS) methods and spatial analysis to examine land cover changes in Depok from 2017 to 2022. The objectives of this study are to identify the land cover conditions in Depok from 2017 to 2022 and analyze the changes in land cover during this period. The data source used is Landsat 8 satellite imagery. These satellite images were interpreted to produce land cover maps for the years 2017 and 2022. Subsequently, these two maps were overlaid to assess changes in land use. The research results revealed seven land cover classes in 2017, with the largest in terms of area being Residential/Built-up Areas (12,383.43 hectares), Green Open Spaces (3,479.66 hectares), Dryland Agriculture (2,218.65 hectares), Services/Industry (885.41 hectares), Paddy Fields (414.59 hectares), Open Land (373.66 hectares), and Water Bodies (239.23 hectares). Spatial analysis indicated a decrease in land cover for Green Open Spaces (238.84 hectares), Dryland Agriculture (122.67 hectares), and Paddy Fields (31.89 hectares). Conversely, an increase in land cover was observed for Residential/Built-up Areas (266.01 hectares), Services/Industry (91.84 hectares), and Open Land (35.55 hectares).

Abstract

One of the strategic issues facing the City of Sungai Penuh is flooding, as indicated by the Detailed Spatial Planning (Rencana Detail Tata Ruang or RDTR) for the years 2021–2024. Despite efforts to manage the drainage, there is currently no digital-based drainage asset database in the City of Sungai Penuh. The aim of this study is to optimize the asset database used by the Geographic Information System (GIS) at the Public Works and Housing Agency (Dinas PUPR) of Sungai Penuh. The objective is to enhance the efficiency of asset management owned by the Dinas PUPR of Sungai Penuh in terms of utilization, management, and maintenance. This research employs the waterfall method for system design and part analysis to evaluate the condition of the asset database. According to this study, the drainage infrastructure asset database system still does not meet user needs from various perspectives. Several aspects require improvement. The development of a drainage infrastructure asset database through the implementation of a Geographic Information System (GIS), aligned with findings from questionnaires and analysis using the PIECES framework, has proven to meet user expectations. This is particularly evident in the aspects of delivering relevant information, data security, and the availability of adequate services. This evaluation can be substantiated through the average Satisfaction Response (RK) score, which indicates user satisfaction levels ranging from satisfied to very satisfied.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan dengan Berbasis Web Pada SMA Negeri 1 Lawa Kabupaten Muna Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian pengembangan (Development Research), dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini meliputi data hasil informasi dari uji publik (ahli media, ahli IT, Kepala sekolah dan siswa). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: presentase skor rata-rata 80.12% yang didapat pada saat melakukan uji coba produk di SMA Negeri 1 Lawa. Ahli media memberikan nilai dengan rata-rata 92.50% dinyatakan layak dan ahli IT memberikan nilai dengan rata-rata 84.62% dinyatakan layak. Oleh karena itu, Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan pada SMA Negeri 1 Lawa Kabupaten Muna Barat dapat diterapkan dan dipublikasikan di SMA Negeri 1 Lawa. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari hasil uji coba lapangan yang dilakukan oleh siswa, ahli media dan IT yang berperan penting dalam pengembangan system informasi perpustakaan.
