Abstract

The advancement of information technology continues to grow in line with increasing societal needs, particularly in the era of globalization. Various sectors such as transportation, communication, healthcare, and education demonstrate that technology has become an essential part of daily life. One significant application of this technology is the use of web-based information systems, which can enhance data processing speed, support decision-making, and save both time and cost. SMA Negeri 1 Mande, located in Mande District, Cianjur Regency, still manages extracurricular activities manually. This has led to various problems, including errors in recording new member data, activity scheduling, attendance tracking, achievement documentation, submission of permission letters, and funding requests. In addition, data retrieval is often difficult due to damaged or disorganized documents. Competition announcements are still delivered verbally, and communication between students and extracurricular advisors is not optimally facilitated. This study aims to develop a Web-Based Extracurricular Activity Management Information System using the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework. The system is designed to automate processes such as member registration, data management, activity scheduling, attendance recording and reporting, and online submission of letters. Communication features such as live chat and discussion forums are also provided to support interaction between supervisors and members. The results of this study produced an information system that improves the efficiency and effectiveness of extracurricular activity management and can be integrated with the school’s operational needs. Based on the testing results, the system accelerated the registration process by up to 60% and attendance recording by 50% compared to manual methods.

Abstract

Many companies in the bulk water distribution sector still rely on manual recording systems, which often lead to scheduling conflicts, delivery inaccuracies, and inefficient payroll management. Recent studies highlight the need for integrated information systems to optimize logistics and operational efficiency in similar industries. This study aims to design and implement an integrated information system model to optimize the distribution of bulk water from suppliers to drinking water depots. The research adopts a qualitative approach, combining literature review, field observation, and in-depth interviews. System design follows the Waterfall model, with UML modeling and Black Box Testing for validation. The developed system successfully automates scheduling, generates delivery orders, recapitulates shipment data, and manages driver payroll. Empirical testing showed scheduling time was reduced from 45–60 minutes to 10–15 minutes (~75% faster), payroll reporting from 2–3 hours to under 30 minutes (~80% faster), and data recap from up to 2 hours to instant (~100% faster). All functions were validated through testing, showing no logical errors. The integrated information system model significantly improves the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of bulk water distribution. Future research may incorporate mobile technology and GPS tracking for enhanced real-time monitoring.

Abstract

St Cetak is a company engaged in the printing sector with production services for various print media, such as invitations, books, magazines, brochures, and other promotional materials. However, the company's recruitment system is still manual. All job application files, including curriculum vitae (CV), must be submitted in person, and communication regarding interview schedules still relies on WhatsApp. This manual approach presents several obstacles, such as the risk of document loss or damage, which ultimately slows down the employee selection process. Therefore, this study aims to design a and develop a web-based employee recruitment information system to replace the manual process currently used at St Cetak. The system development was carried out using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model, which consists of several gradual stages starting from needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, to the maintenance stage. This system was built using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MySQL as the database manager. The final result of this research is a web-based recruitment information system designed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the employee selection process at St Cetak. Based on the results of Blackbox testing, all system features have functioned well as planned. Temporary That, testing through method System The Usability Scale (SUS) obtained a score of 72, which is in the “Acceptable” category, so the system is declared feasible and can be used by the company.

Abstract

The utilization of information and communication technology in the field of education has not been maximized, one of which is the management of tuition payment data at SMK Bhakti Putra, which still uses conventional methods and has not been computerized. Based on the above problems, this study aims to design and develop a web-based information system and use SMS Gateway that can help manage tuition payment data. The data collection method in this study is the observation method by directly observing the work processes carried out in the agency to obtain a clear picture of the object being studied. The results of this study are a web-based tuition payment information system and SMS Gateway developed using PHP, MySQL, and the Bootstrap Framework. The result is a new system that can maximize the work of the TU (Administration) section in presenting payment information, accuracy, and administrative services for tuition payments can be carried out effectively and efficiently,as proven by a score of 67.5 which is a marginal result, which is acceptable and needs to be improved, after an evaluation using the SUS method.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah memberikan pengaruh besar terhadap aktivitas ekonomi, khususnya dalam praktik jual beli secara online atau e-commerce. Fenomena ini membawa dampak positif berupa kemudahan transaksi, namun juga menimbulkan tantangan hukum baru terkait perlindungan konsumen dan keabsahan transaksi elektronik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaturan jual beli online berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen (UUPK) dan Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE) serta menguji efektivitas pelaksanaan ketentuan hukum tersebut dalam memberikan perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen dalam praktik e-commerce di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun telah terdapat regulasi yang mengatur transaksi elektronik dan perlindungan konsumen, implementasi di lapangan masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti ketidaksesuaian informasi produk, lemahnya penegakan hukum, serta minimnya literasi digital konsumen. Oleh karena itu, perlu penguatan regulasi dan peningkatan pengawasan terhadap praktik e-commerce di Indonesia.

Abstract

This research investigates how perceived ease of use and information quality shape user satisfaction with stock investment applications in Indonesia by surveying 120 active users with a 16-item, five-point Likert questionnaire and analyzing the data using multiple linear regression. The results show that information quality has a stronger positive impact on user satisfaction than perceived ease of use, and together both variables account for 77.1% of the variation in satisfaction. These outcomes indicate that users of stock investment platforms value accurate and timely data more highly than simple interfaces. The study therefore concludes that information quality and perceived ease of use are both key drivers of satisfaction, with information quality being slightly more dominant. The implications suggest that fintech developers should strategically balance investment in robust data infrastructure and user interface design to enhance user satisfaction and sustain their platforms.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of information accessibility, digital literacy, and organizational commitment on the optimization of work documents based on the Mutiara Pustaka website at PT Mutiara Tanjung Lestari Site Berau. The study used an associative quantitative approach with a survey method of 96 respondents. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that partially digital literacy and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on the optimization of work documents, while information accessibility has a positive but insignificant effect. Simultaneously, all three variables have a significant effect with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.854, meaning 85.4% of the variation in work document optimization can be explained by the research model. This finding confirms that the success of a company's digital transformation is not only determined by the quality of the information system, but also by the digital competence of users and ongoing organizational support.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) on the effectiveness and efficiency of outpatient services and its implications for employee performance at Rumah Sakit Sehat Terpadu Dompet Dhuafa, Bogor City. The study employed a quantitative approach with a survey method involving employees directly engaged in outpatient services and HMIS utilization. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis with SPSS version 24. The results indicate that HMIS contributes to service effectiveness (β=0.605; R²=36.6%), reflected in improved patient data accessibility, recording accuracy, and service speed. HMIS also contributes to service efficiency (β=0.603; R²=36.4%), evidenced by reduced patient waiting times and accelerated administrative processes. Service effectiveness and efficiency jointly contribute to employee performance (R²=26.5%), although only efficiency demonstrates a meaningful partial contribution. HMIS exerts a direct effect on employee performance (β=0.526) as well as indirect effects through effectiveness (0.126) and efficiency (0.242), yielding a total effect of 0.894. It is concluded that optimal HMIS implementation contributes to improving outpatient service quality and employee performance.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi mendorong perusahaan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional melalui sistem manajemen persediaan yang terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi pengelolaan persediaan berbasis web pada CV. Digital Warna Mandiri menggunakan framework Yii2 dan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Sistem dilengkapi dengan metode Holt Winter untuk peramalan kebutuhan bahan, serta Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dan Reorder Point (ROP) untuk menentukan jumlah dan waktu pemesanan optimal. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan sistem mampu mengelola data stok, transaksi masuk dan keluar, serta menghasilkan nilai peramalan dengan tingkat akurasi Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) di bawah 10%. Integrasi EOQ dan ROP secara otomatis membantu perusahaan menekan risiko kelebihan stok dan kekurangan stok. Secara akademik, penelitian ini berkontribusi pada penerapan metode kuantitatif dalam sistem informasi stok berbasis web, sedangkan secara praktis, sistem ini dapat dijadikan model implementatif bagi UMKM dalam meningkatkan efisiensi perencanaan bahan baku dan pengambilan keputusan operasional.

Abstract

Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kemampuan Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi (TI) di Politeknik Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Surabaya (Poltekkes Kemenkes Surabaya) menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 2019. Evaluasi difokuskan pada lima domain proses manajemen TI yang penting untuk operasional akademik. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, termasuk observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan manajemen dan Unit Teknologi Informasi, serta analisis dokumen internal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kemampuan rata-rata proses tata kelola TI saat ini berada pada Level 1 (Terlaksana) dengan nilai rata-rata 1,4, yang menunjukkan bahwa meskipun aktivitas TI dasar telah dilakukan, implementasinya belum terstandarisasi, terukur, atau terdokumentasi secara formal. Analisis kesenjangan menunjukkan bahwa Poltekkes Kemenkes Surabaya harus mencapai target Level 3 (Terpatuhi) untuk memastikan konsistensi dan keandalan layanan. Rekomendasi strategis yang diusulkan berfokus pada Memastikan Optimalisasi Risiko (EDM03), Mengelola Keamanan (APO13), Mengelola Program dan Proyek (BAI01), Mengelola Konfigurasi (BAI10), Mengelola Masalah (DSS03), Mengelola Kontinuitas (DSS04), Mengelola Layanan Keamanan (DSS05), Mengelola Kontrol Proses Bisnis (DSS06) dan Memantau, Mengevaluasi, dan Menilai Kepatuhan terhadap Persyaratan Eksternal (MEA03). Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis berupa rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan tata kelola TI guna mendukung akreditasi dan kualitas layanan pendidikan.
