Abstract

Puskesmas Kelambir Lima mempunyai peranan penting dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat, salah satunya adalah pengelolaan obat yang efisien dan akurat. Namun pengelolaan data obat di Puskesmas ini masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan seperti kesalahan pencatatan stok, keterlambatan distribusi obat, dan sulitnya memperoleh informasi yang cepat dan akurat mengenai ketersediaan obat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi aplikasi pengolahan data obat di Puskesmas Kelambir Lima berbasis web dengan memanfaatkan framework CodeIgniter. Framework CodeIgniter dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam mendukung pengembangan aplikasi yang ringan, cepat, dan mudah diimplementasikan. Sistem ini dirancang untuk menangani pengelolaan stok obat, pencatatan transaksi masuk dan keluar, serta menyediakan fitur pelaporan terintegrasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi berbasis web yang mampu memudahkan pengelolaan data obat di Puskesmas Kelambir Lima secara lebih terstruktur, efisien, dan dapat diakses secara real-time. Penerapan sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas operasional Puskesmas, meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan, dan mempercepat proses pendistribusian obat kepada pasien.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to develop an English learning application based on information systems to improve the speaking skills of LKP Bintang Mulia students. The app features voice recording, pronunciation practice, speaking exercises, and an essay tool to support structured speaking. This development addresses the limited use of technology and reliance on conventional teaching methods at the institution. Thirty students participated in a pre-test and post-test evaluation covering fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and confidence. The average score increased from 62.4 to 78.6, with post-test scores of 79.5 (fluency), 78.0 (pronunciation), 77.8 (vocabulary), and 79.1 (confidence). The gain score was 16.2 and the normalized gain was 0.43, indicating medium effectiveness. A paired t-test showed significant improvement (p < 0.001), and the effect size (Cohen’s d = 2.2) indicated a large impact. Student feedback confirmed the app’s usability and effectiveness. These results show that integrating technology through interactive applications can significantly enhance speaking ability in language learning. Keyword: speaking skills; English learning app; information systems; language technology; LKP Bintang Mulia Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi pembelajaran bahasa Inggris berbasis sistem informasi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa LKP Bintang Mulia. Aplikasi ini memiliki fitur rekaman suara, latihan pengucapan, latihan berbicara, dan alat bantu esai untuk mendukung berbicara terstruktur. Pengembangan ini mengatasi keterbatasan penggunaan teknologi dan ketergantungan pada metode pengajaran konvensional di lembaga tersebut. Tiga puluh siswa berpartisipasi dalam evaluasi pra-tes dan pasca-tes yang mencakup kelancaran, pengucapan, kosakata, dan kepercayaan diri. Skor rata-rata meningkat dari 62,4 menjadi 78,6, dengan skor pasca-tes 79,5 (kelancaran), 78,0 (pengucapan), 77,8 (kosakata), dan 79,1 (kepercayaan diri). Skor penguatan adalah 16,2 dan penguatan ternormalisasi adalah 0,43, yang menunjukkan efektivitas sedang. Uji-t berpasangan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan (p < 0,001), dan ukuran efek (Cohen's d = 2,2) menunjukkan dampak yang besar. Umpan balik siswa mengonfirmasi kegunaan dan efektivitas aplikasi. Hasil-hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa mengintegrasikan teknologi melalui aplikasi interaktif dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara secara signifikan dalam pembelajaran bahasa. Kata kunci: keterampilan berbicara; aplikasi pembelajaran bahasa Inggris; sistem informasi; teknologi bahasa; LKP Bintang Mulia

Abstract

Abstract: This study explores the use of Mutual Information (MI) for feature selection in intrusion detection, focusing on the CICIDS 2017 dataset. Given the complexity and large volume of data in intrusion detection systems, this research aims to identify the most informative features. The methodology includes data preprocessing, MI calculation, and feature selection based on the highest MI values. The analysis results indicate that using MI contributes to improving model accuracy and reducing the false positive rate. These findings underscore the importance of feature selection in enhancing the effectiveness of intrusion detection systems and provide significant contributions to developing more efficient cybersecurity strategies. Keyword: IDS, Mutual Information, CICIDS2017, Feature selection Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penggunaan Mutual Information (MI) untuk seleksi fitur dalam deteksi intrusi, dengan fokus pada dataset CICIDS 2017. Mengingat kompleksitas dan volume data yang besar dalam sistem deteksi intrusi, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi fitur-fitur yang paling informatif. Metodologi yang diterapkan mencakup preprocessing data, perhitungan MI, dan seleksi fitur berdasarkan nilai MI tertinggi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan MI berkontribusi pada peningkatan akurasi model serta pengurangan tingkat false positive. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya seleksi fitur dalam meningkatkan efektivitas sistem deteksi intrusi dan memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pengembangan strategi keamanan siber yang lebih efisien. Kata kunci: IDS, Mutual Information, CICIDS2017, Seleksi fitur

Abstract

This study aims to develop an Android-based Geographic Information System (GIS) application for mapping traditional markets in Padang City. The main issue addressed is the lack of accessible spatial information regarding market locations for the general public. The research employed field observations, interviews with the Trade Office and market vendors, and literature study. The system development followed the waterfall model, comprising requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The application was built using Android Studio, LeafletJS, and QGIS. The results show that the application successfully presents market location information in an interactive map format, displays detailed market data, and facilitates administrative data management. This application is expected to assist users in locating traditional markets and support local government efforts in spatial data management more efficiently.Keyword: Georaphic Information System, Padang City, QGIS, Leaflet, Android

Abstract

The establishment of the Pos Keadilan Peduli Umat (PKPU) Human Initiative as one of the non-governmental institutions. Concentration on humanitarian issues should have a public service standard such as a SIM (Management Information System) the goal is to fulfill role processing needs in channel qurban with modern management where more days the number of donors is getting more increase so that requires management to improve service quality. Therefore the writer analyzed and designed the Qurban Management Information System at PKPU Jakarta East. The method used in Job Training (PKL) is Rapid Application Development (RAD) through the Requirement Planning and Workshop Design stages with modeling Unified Modeling Language (UML) so as to produce analysis and design of Information Systems Qurban Management (SIMAQ), from the results of street vendors the authors analyze and design include: integrate donor data management starting from collection transactions up to reporting on distribution or distribution of qurban animals, the author designs starting from the use case diagram that will explain the sequence of activities performed by actors and systems to achieve the system needed, such as identification of actors, identification of use cases , design of use cases and use case narratives , activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams . Display of the system user interface qurban management information based on the duties and authority of each actor.

Abstract

As concrete steps in order to realize the vision and mission of an organization or educational institution is to implement the system of academic information. The one factor that influences the success of the academic information system is the satisfaction of users.  The problems in the user satisfaction are also issues that cannot be denied and continue to be studied. In consequently, having measurements related to user satisfaction is required. This research is done to see how the user satisfaction of the existing system has been implemented and to know what factorshas influenced the system. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model whereas 255 respondents are chosen as the sample for the study. The purposive sampling technique is usedand the PLS-SEM approach with tools Smart PLS 3.0 is used for analyzing the data.  This research consists of 7 hypotheses and 8 variables, namely Content, Accuracy, Format, Timeliness, Ease of Use, System Reliability, System Speed and End-User Satisfaction. The research finds out that the current level of end-user satisfaction is in satisfied level. Inferentially, of the 7 hypotheses tested, 2 of them were rejected and the other 5; Accuracy, System Reliability, Timeliness, Content and System Spee;are accepted.Through this research, it is hoped that later it could be used as a practical consideration and theoretical study in thefuture.

Abstract

In recent years, the number and scope of events in the Asia and Middle East / North Africa region has increased significantly. Events are one of the things that attracts the attention of foreign tourists to come to visit a country as a tourist destination. Refers toMinister of Tourism Regulation Number 2 Year 2017on Guidelines for Venues for Meetings, Incentive Trips, Conventions and Exhibitions, explains that criteria and indicators are needed to increase the competitiveness of venues for meetings, incentive trips, conventions and exhibitions at the regional and global levels. This is done to increase the number of visits, length of stay, and expenditures for domestic and foreign tourists. Therefore, visual indicators or data are needed that can present the location of the event and a list of events in DKI Jakarta. From these problems, this study aims to produce a web-based spatial information system for the distribution of tourism industry events to map event locations in DKI Jakarta. Abstract

Corona Virus Disease-19 pandemic has changed people's habits today. Likewise, with the use of social media in terms of conveying information to the public. The government has now formed task forces in each region to prevent the spread of the virus. Among its duties is to convey information related to the prevention and spread of Corona Virus Disease-19. Considering that information delivery is deemed ineffective, some people do not fully know information about the Corona Virus Disease-19. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of information on Corona Virus Disease-19. To understand the relationship between the public's intention to end the Covid-19 pandemic and the effectiveness of Covid-19 information through social media the statistical analysis used is Cramer's V Non-Parametric Statistics, meanwhile, to find out whether the public's intention to end the Covid-19 pandemic affects the effectiveness of Covid-19 information through social media it is done through the partial least square approach. Questionnaire distribution via WhatsApp and made in google form to facilitate the distribution and filling. The number of responses was 401 respondents. The results obtained, the relationship between the latest education and attitudes when receiving hoax information and work relations with the frontline to end Corona Virus Disease-19 is that the community is declared insignificant, while the intention variable does not have a significant effect on the effectiveness factor. Different objects and respondents will be more interesting for further research as material for other researchers. Research results can be used as material for related parties, in this case the government to determine the media used to convey information about Covid-19.

Abstract

Double-Six Luxury Hotel is currently implementing Information Technology (IT) to support the company's operations. However, there are obstacles in implementing IT, such as users who fail to log in or log out and there are disruptions to the network server caused by the disconnection of the fiber optic cable. Based on this, it is necessary to audit information system governance. This study using the COBIT 5 Framework with a conceptual method. This research focuses on the DSS (Delivery, Support, and Service) domain in the DSS02 process. The purpose of the study was to determine the current level of capability (as-is) and expected conditions (to-be), gaps, and provide recommendations regarding information system governance at Double-Six Luxury Hotels. The results of this study indicate that the current condition of the DSS02 process capability level is at level 2 (Managed Process) with a percentage of 67.5% in the Very Achieved (L) category where the process has been managed well but only most of it is not entirely and the expected conditions are at level 3 (Build Process). Based on these results, it is known that in the DSS02 process there is a gap of 1 between as-is and to-be, so the management in the DSS02 process is sure to carry out process definition and process development at level 3 (building process) to achieve the specified level target

Abstract

Student organizations (ORMAWA) at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Lambung Mangkurat, face significant challenges in managing their work programs manually. This reliance on paper-based processes and decentralized record-keeping leads to chronic delays, documentation errors, and difficulties in tracking accountability. These issues severely hamper efficient coordination with faculty administrators, complicating timely decision-making and budget monitoring. The primary aim of this research is to develop and implement a web-based work program management information system for ORMAWA using a User-Centered Design (UCD) approach. Specific objectives include providing a centralized digital platform for program submission, approval, and reporting, and significantly enhancing the administrative efficiency and accountability of the entire workflow. The research methodology involved requirements gathering, iterative system design, and implementation using the React JS and Laravel frameworks. Evaluation was conducted through black box testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with 13 ORMAWA administrators. Results demonstrate high user satisfaction (85%) and a substantial 30% efficiency improvement in program submission and reporting processes. The UCD approach was crucial in delivering a system that successfully eliminated redundant administrative tasks and centralized documentation. This study contributes to the application of UCD in developing organizational management systems in higher education, demonstrating how technology can transform traditional administrative workflow.
