OSTEOPOROSIS HEALTH INFORMATION IN THE ELDERLY AT POSYANDU ANGGREK, NITIPURAN, SONOSEWU, BANTUL Venny Diana

Osteoporosis is a bone disease characterized by decreased bone mass and deteriorating microstructural bone so that bones become brittle and increase the risk of fracture. Osteoporosis is one of the causes suffering and disability especially in the elderly, in the form of fractures, body defects, and complications that can cause death. Based on a preliminary study at the Posyandu Anggrek, from 45 elderly people who were present at that time, 20 of them said did not know about Osteoporosis, besides that cadres from the Elderly Posyandu Anggrek said that so far there had never been any counseling about Osteoporosis. The purpose of this counseling is to increase the knowledge of the elderly about Osteoporosis so that elderly know the current condition of bone health. The method used in this activity is counseling with videos, powerpoint and using leaflets. The elderly who attended this activity were 45 people consisting of 2 men and 43 women, with an age distribution of 10 people in the middle age category, 18 people in the elderly category and 17 people in the old category. After counseling about Osteoporosis, there was a discussion session for the elderly, as many as 29 people could answer the questions this was because some of the elderly were not active in activities and there was 1 elderly with a wheelchair condition so they were more passive. The conclusion of this activity is the level of knowledge of elderly at the Posyandu Anggrek at Sonosewu increased 64.4% from the previous 26.6%.

This study aims at explaining the relationship between work performance appraisal information systems, work performance appraisals and the performance of education personnel. This research was included in the category of explanatory research with a quantitative approach using survey methods to obtain a detailed understanding of the phenomenon. This research was conducted at Universitas Negeri Malang which is one of the leading state universities in East Java, and has implemented an information system for work performance appraisal for the last five years. Thus, it will be interesting to know whether the information system has a sustainable impact or not on improving employee performance. The sample of this study was 328 education personnel who are state civil servants at the head office of Universitas Negeri Malang. The results showed that the information system and work performance appraisal had a positive impact on the performance of education personnel. Furthermore, both information systems and performance appraisal simultaneously also have a positive influence on the performance of education personnel.Keywords: Work Performance Appraisal, Information Systems, Employee Performance

The use of digital information and communication technology in the world of education and learning will make it easier for users to provide services and search for information, but can also be used for educational promotional activities that are of appropriate value to users Besides being able to be used as educational developments and strategies and innovations in educational activities, it can also be used as a development of learning management learning materials in the field of economics in tertiary institutions. Direct implementation of learning innovation, and mastery of material can be realized with good feedback between education actors and students in utilizing digital information as a transformation of learning promotion strategies.

Many industries and institutions have switched to digital technology, an integrated information technology system, since we entered the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. In implementing new strategies, problems often occur because they do not assess technology readiness (e-readiness) to be built. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a technology readiness assessment (e-readiness) either before or after the new system is implemented to assess how ready it is. The review can use the STOPE framework to be flexible so that this framework can be adjusted to the case study handled. IMISSU is an integrated management information system technology belonging to Udayana University. The results of the IMISSU e-readiness assessment found that the readiness of Udayana University in implementing IMISSU is at a very ready level (4 of 4). Assessment using the STOPE framework includes three levels, namely the domain, sub-domain, and sub-sub-domain levels. The study was conducted by distributing 100 questionnaires divided among various academicians in the university, adjusted to the STOPE framework domain.

Information security is a vital aspect that must be considered in use of information technology devices by active users. PT. X runs a business that applies information technology related to distribution aspects through company resource planning. Information technology formed assets IT infrastructure, information systems, operating procedures, and network infrastructure. This asset has a potential threat that causes disruption resulting losses. This problem arises to cope through the response to the risk strategy. NIST SP 800-30 method has a flexible risk perspective for the organization and federation standards of American security. Research is divided into risk measurement as a risk, risk mitigation as risk planning, and risk evaluation embodied risk reports. Results of the research show the value of risk through the calculation of the likelihood and impact matrix of the highest threat is at a low level is 14, medium at 12, and high of 4 are categorized good enough. Indonesia is a massive archipelago of 1.919.400 km², containing roads that span at 542.000 km across various terrain conditions. This diverse geographic environment is a challenge to road constructions and repairs across the country, which has lead to disruption in public service and traffic accidents each year. We propose the Geographic Information System for Mapping and Complaint of Damaged Roads, a solution which can provide users a digital interface to report damaged roads to the transportation department in their area. This research uses Google Maps API to digitize and make a complaint about damaged roads. The result of this research is an android application for the users and a website application for the road managers. The android application is used by the users to make complaints of damaged roads. The web application is used by road managers to draw the road on Google Maps using polyline feature. With this our goal is to systematize the handling of damaged roads information, leading to faster service times and hopefully help reduce the level of traffic accidents in Indonesia. Tutoring is a guidance activity in terms of finding appropriate learning methods and overcoming learning difficulties. Generally, every tutoring process is carried out at the tutoring place. The general tutoring process can have a less effective and efficient impact during extreme weather and pandemics. Extreme weather and pandemic have resulted in delays to the end of the tutoring process. Problems that arise can be overcome by designing a system that can make the tutoring process more efficient and effective during extreme weather and pandemics. A cloud-based online tutoring information system (BIMBELOL) is a system that can help any tutoring process to be more efficient and effective. The use of cloud technology in making the system can help every tutoring process be carried out online. Testing of 40 respondents and black-box testing carried out on the system shows that each tutoring process has been successfully implemented.

This study is concerned with road traffic offence information management in Nigeria. It focused on trends in road traffic offences information and carried out a critical review of current information and communication and technology compliance state of FRSC with a view to identifying its defects in road traffic offence information management. A system to correct road traffic offence information management failure as identified in the existing system was then proposed. Road traffic offence records and details of current safety measures obtained from FRSC and online in addition to research works, provided the basic data for the study. The system was designed using the object OOAD methodology and implemented using rapid Php IDE on a Windows 7 system, using PHP, HTML,CSS and mySQL technologies and Apache server as the application server. The result showed the high rate of road traffic offence as a result of poor road traffic offence information management and failure to improve on the existing road traffic information management.

Telah dilakukan penelitian eksperimen guna mengetahui persepsi, hasil, dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran Fisika dengan pemanfaatan (ICT) dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran secara konvensional pada siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 10 Purworejo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 10 Purworejo yaitu 160 siswa, pengambilan sampel 40% dari populasi yaitu 64 siswa. Dengan menggunakan acuan Simple Random Sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, angket motivasi dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan analisis nonparametik Kolmogorov Smirnov, analisis uji F, dan teknik Paired sample T-test. Hasil analisis menunjukkan rerata nilai post-test siswa kelas eksperimen mengalami peningkatan sebesar 7,53, sedangkan kenaikan nilai post-test kelas kontrol sebesar 5,44. Begitu juga dengan hasil motivasi siswa Dimana rerata motivasi siswa kelas eksperimen sebesar 101,19, sedangkan rerata motivasi kelas kontrol sebesar 93,16. Kenaikan rerata hasil dan motivasi siswa yang lebih tinggi membuktikan bahwa belajar fisika siswa yang menggunakan pemanfaatan ICT lebih baik dibandingkan menggunakan metode ceramah. Dengan demikian ICT turut berperan dalam meningkatkan hasil dan motivasi belajar siswa.
