<![CDATA[This research is motivated by phenomena such as some teachers who enter class not on time, some teachers do not fulfill teaching hours, some teachers leave their assignments during working hours, some teachers are late in making the realization of the work program that has been implemented. set. This study aims to analyze the contribution of two independent variables, namely the principal's leadership and organizational culture, and the dependent variable is teacher discipline at SDN Sinaboi District, Rokan Hilir Regency. To obtain the data needed, the writer uses descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential analysis. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that 1) There is a significant and positive influence between the principal's leadership on teacher discipline at SDN Sinaboi District, Rokan Hilir Regency. This means that the better the principal's leadership, the better the teacher's discipline in carrying out their duties. 2) There is a significant and positive influence between organizational culture on teacher discipline at SDN Sinaboi District, Rokan Hilir Regency. This means that teacher discipline can be improved through a conducive organizational culture. 3) There is a joint influence of the principal's leadership and organizational culture on teacher discipline at SDN Sinaboi District, Rokan Hilir Regency. Principal leadership and organizational culture significantly determine and contribute to teacher discipline. ]]>

<![CDATA[The fading of character values among students today makes things developed by future generations to come in the school environment such as a lack of care for the surrounding environment, littering, paying attention to school walls and student morale. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Adiwiyata school policy and the success of character education in Telecommunications Junior High School. The research method uses qualitative with descriptive research type. The research was conducted at the Pekanbaru Telecommunications Junior High School with the research subjects being principals, teachers, students, and janitors. Data were collected through interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results showed that the Adiwiyata policy as the implementation of character education at the Telecommunications Junior High School in Pekanbaru was running well according to the goals set because it was carried out through the stages of character education development.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant effect of online learning perceptions on the learning outcomes of students of the Mathematics Education Study Program, FKIP UMMY Solok. The approach used is a quantitative approach with a correlational research method. The population in this study were students of the UMMY mathematics education study program in the 2021/2022 academic year. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques in quantitative research use statistics with SPSS 21.0. The results of the study obtained a simple linear regression equation of the effect of perceptions of online learning on learning outcomes, namely Y = 64.814 + 0.264 X. The results of the Fhitung test = 2.296 with a significance level of 0.144> 0.05 so it can be concluded that student perceptions of online learning do not significantly affect learning outcomes. The result of the coefficient of determination (KD) = 9.5% means that the perception of Mathematics Education study program students contributes to learning outcomes by 9.5%. So it can be concluded that the perception of online learning does not significantly affect the learning outcomes of students of the Mathematics Education Study Program, FKIP UMMY Solok.]]>

<![CDATA[This article was written to (1) describe declarative sentence patterns for preschoolers aged 5-6 years. (2) describe the declarative imperative sentence patterns of preschool children aged 5-6 years. (3) to describe interrogative sentence patterns for preschool children aged 5-6 years. The source of this data is the speech of preschool children aged 5-6 years. Data were obtained using the observing method and supported by observation and recording techniques. The data obtained was transcribed into written language, identified, classified, and then conclusions were made. The findings of this research are the types of sentences and sentence patterns reviewed first from the declarative sentence forms of preschool children aged 5-6 years with patterns of reporting/providing information totaling 16 data. Second, imperative sentence forms of preschool children aged 5-6 years with ordering patterns total 14 data. Third, the form of interrogative sentences for preschool children aged 5-6 years with a barnya pattern totals 46 data.]]>

<![CDATA[Education has a close relationship with the teaching and learning process and school is the place where learning takes place. In the learning process, the main elements that must exist are teachers and students. For the elementary school level, the teacher is the main source of learning, although in practice the role of the teacher can be replaced by using instructional media. Thus, in the latest educational curriculum implemented in Indonesia, teachers can also be referred to as facilitators in learning. The purpose of this study is to analyze the importance of the role of education in developing character 5.0. The method used is qualitative. The results obtained are that the role of education in developing character 5.0 is very important. The role of education in character development 5.0 can be carried out with the synergy of informal, non-formal and formal education which are interrelated with one another. Provision of good education which is based on national education goals will create character education that is independent, intelligent, moderate, and has a religious spirit.]]>

<![CDATA[This research study was structured to describe and examine Buya Anas Khatib Bandaro's prophetic leadership at the Islamic Tarbiyah Islamic Boarding School (MTI) Canduang. The approach used is descriptive qualitative by collecting data in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The research subject was Rais Al-Madrasah of the Islamic Tarbiyah Islamic Boarding School (MTI) Canduang. Based on the research results, the pesantren under the leadership of Buya Anas Khatib Bandaro has distinctive characteristics in accordance with the principles of the Prophet (Prophetic Leadership) in leading. This can be seen from the way he leads the MTI Canduang Islamic Boarding School, namely deciding policies based on Istiqamah, Mahabbah, Keshalehan, Siddiq, Amanah, Tabligh and Fathanah. In addition, there are supporting factors for this leadership, such as the support from the family of the founder of the Islamic boarding school, alumni and the local government. However, there is still a lack of support from the local community for the development of Islamic boarding schools.]]>

<![CDATA[The important meaning of management implementation of the boarding school is very helpful for the achievement of educational goals. This study aims to portray and analyze the managerial skills of a Kyai in process to manage a boarding school. This study uses qualitative methods with a "naturalistic phenomenological" approach adopted from Bogdan and Biklen (1982). Such an approach puts researchers operationally as the main instrument which came to a data source directly. Data collected through observation, interview and documentation. The data presented in words and analyzed through inductive analysis to reveal the meaning of the condition that has been observed. This study seeks to describe what it is about the managerial ability of a Kyai in the management of Boarding Schools. The impact can help to improve the value and the quality of boarding school itself. The results of this research will reveal about (1) managerial concepts that are being implemented now, (2) design that is suitable for the development of managerial boarding school, and (3) The impact of managerial design in order to improve the value and the quality of Al-Ittifaq boarding school. Based on the findings in the field and referrals from existing theory then all of them almost 100% concept that has been done by Kyai in the process of management of boarding school is almost the same as the existing theory, just need the full adjustment of the concepts and theories of management that existing and developing these days , and the most important thing is all must be surely supported by all components of education at boarding school. Therefore, researchers recomend to all parties concerned with general education, especially education at the cottage boarding to be able to add insight into the management concepts deeply, particularly on the concept of the managerial ability of educational institutions boarding school, because targeted and systematically structured management in management process can help to reach the goal.]]>

<![CDATA[Improving the quality of education is inseparable from the support and cooperation of madrasahs with all elements of stakeholders, including the madrasah committee. This research intends to examine the Madrasah Committee’s role in improving the quality of Islamic Education. Researchers used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Data collection focused on the results of scientific research on the role of madrasah committees in improving the quality of education published from 2010-2022. Three Research Questions were determined in this study with the final results: (RQ 1) the low quality of education, the lack of infrastructure, and the low quality of human resources in the management of madrasas are the underlying reasons for optimizing the role of the madrasah committee. (RQ 2) the role of the madrasah committee is still not optimal. This is caused by the lack of awareness of the principal and stakeholders of the importance of committees, so they are not empowered. (RQ 3) the madrasa committee plays a role in providing consideration, support, supervision, and mediator between madrasas and the community in a joint effort to improve the quality of education]]>

<![CDATA[Learning media is one of the intermediaries used to convey messages from teachers to students. In the world of education, learning media is known as an intermediary that is used to convey messages so that students understand the material conveyed by the teacher to students so that learning objectives are achieved. The function of the media was originally only known as a tool in teaching and learning activities, namely providing a visual experience in order to encourage learning motivation, clarify and simplify complex concepts. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of mathematics learning media using the powtoon application, by looking at student learning outcomes between classes that use learning media using the powtoon application and classes that do not use learning media using the powtoon application. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the learning media developed have been effective, as can be seen from the learning outcomes of students increasing after using learning media using the powtoon application. ]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the strategies used by leaders in tertiary institutions, especially at the faculty level, in improving the quality of education. This research is a survey conducted to identify the views of each respondent in assessing the quality of education in tertiary institutions by looking at the strategies used by the leaders of the Respondents in this study, namely the academic community at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Musamus University. The measuring tool designed in the form of a questionnaire related to the seven categories in Malcolm Baldrige. The questionnaire created was an adaptation of the original MBCfPE Education Criteria application. Questions that were originally in the form of essays were changed to form of choice answers to make it easier for respondents to answer and direct them to the basic needs of each category. The results of the study show that the strategies used by leaders in improving the quality of education are carried out by establishing a clear vision and mission, building a solid team, and implementing an appropriate performance measurement system. Effective leadership in tertiary institutions must have a clear vision and mission to motivate staff and students, and direct universities to achieve long-term strategic goals.]]>
