Abstract

BeFind is a website-based application that facilitates the public and sports instructors to be able to interact and transact with each other. However, the website has deficiencies such as incomplete features and inflexible use, so it is necessary to design a mobile-based application to optimize the features. The purpose of this research is to produce UI and UX model designs that apply the Design Thinking method and to find out the results of usability testing. Design Thinking is a product design process resulting from problem-solving efforts that arise from potential product users. Empathy stage, conduct interviews to get problems. The define stage is carried out by creating a user persona from the results of the interview. The ideate stage is carried out by brainstorming to compile user flow. The prototype stage is made in the form of a mockup design and a prototype design is prepared. The test phase was carried out to test the design with task scenarios on 4 usability aspects and 1 aspect using the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. In the final test for service seekers and service providers respondents obtained 97% and 96% learnability results, efficiency 0.033689182 goals/sec and 0.033689182 goals/sec, 96% and 95% memoryability, 0.0306 and 0.0800 errors, and satisfaction with SUS obtained 94 results with the best imaginable predicate. In efficiency there is a decrease in yield caused by a bad signal factor. The resulting UI and UX can become the foundation for development of the "BeFind" mobile application based on the prototype design that has been designed in this study.

Abstract

Tracking of Regional Transfer Funds from the Central Government to Regional Governments cannot be carried out optimally which causes the potential for fraud. The tracking in question is related to how long the funds have been sitting in the regional bank before being distributed, when should the funds be distributed, and whether the funds have been used to pay for a predetermined project. This research is a qualitative research through literature studies, observations and interviews which aims to analyze whether blockchain can be the right solution for the problem of tracking regional transfer funds. Based on an analysis using the Enterprise Blockchain Design Framework (EDBF), blockchain can be an alternative solution to this problem, especially if it is built with the characteristics of a Private/Consortium Permitted Blockchain using Hyperledger Fabric. There are five participants in the proposed design starting from government agencies and banking. The results of this design were verified by system developers at the Ministry of Finance, the results of this technology have the potential to be applied and overcome the problem of tracking regional transfer funds.

Abstract

Business development is getting faster and full of rivals, especially in the world of MSMEs. MSME entrepreneurs need to develop marketing strategies so that their products can sell a lot so that they can make a profit. One way to assist in marketing strategies can use a priori algorithms so that they can help in sales patterns by using historical consumer transaction data. After testing the results of this system gives good results. This a priori algorithm has several stages in the calculation process starting from the process of calculating support and determining minimum support to evaluate data values that are below minimum support. Then the confident calculation to assist in the formation of association rules so that there are steps to evaluate the value of data that is below the minimum confident. Then there is an elevator to provide information validly and show the transaction process. The results obtained from this a priori algorithm form an association rule "If you buy a cassava balado stick, then buy a balado corn stick" then from this association rule entrepreneurs can be helped in selling products that tend to be bought by many consumers. The last stage is tested from manual calculations ranging from support, confident to elevator with calculations on the web. The test results obtained that manual calculations and calculations on the web have the same value.
