Abstract

Vegetables sold online make consumers unable to see and experience the organic vegetables directly, this causes consumers to be uncertain whether the product can meet their expectations. This shows that there is doubt to buy online, especially when buying agricultural products which can lead to a perceived risk,. If someone has a good perception of the price of a product, this can lead to a purchasing decision. The purpose of this study is to find out how the level of perceived risk and demand in E-Grocery XYZ and the effect of perceived risk and price perception on the demand for organic vegetables online in E-Grocery XYZ. This research was conducted with a quantitative design using survey research methods with simple random sampling techniques and utilizing SPSS 22 program assistance. The results showed that the level of perceived risk and demand felt by respondents was in the medium category related to purchasing organic vegetables at E-Grocery XYZ. Meanwhile, price perception is in the high category.. Perceived risk and price perception together have no effect on demand.

Abstract

The Indonesian tourism industry is one of the government's priority programs to improve because tourism has a significant impact on the economy. This research is needed to (1) Find out how the community's income varies around Kampoeng Ciherang tourism (2) Knowing how to measure and analyze the Kampoeng Ciherang tourist attraction development strategy in increasing community income in Cijambu Village, Tanjungsari District, Sumedang Regency. The research population is the people of Cijambu Village, Tourism Managers and Tourists. Sampling was carried out purposively. The research method used in this research is the case study method. The technical analysis used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. Analysis of the data used uses SWOT. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the average income of people selling around Kampoeng Ciherang was IDR. 300,000-500,000. Strategies that can be implemented are (1) Utilizing existing natural potential to empower local communities by making special foods or souvenirs (2) Adding and improving supporting facilities as well as developing and adding interesting and varied rides & photo spots (3) Collaborating with investors to promote tourism and develop concepts tourism by prioritizing elements of local wisdom and upholding uniqueness and attractiveness

Abstract

In response to various problems related to the global food system, various Alternative Food Networks (AFN) have been developed over the last two decades. One of the AFN that has been widely implemented in the world is Community Supported Agriculture (CSA). The CSA approach offers an alternative community-based agricultural model based on the principles of locality and solidarity economy, where production, distribution and consumption practices are made distinct from the global food system. The growth of CSA has become increasingly widespread, starting from European countries, America, Australia to Indonesia. In reflecting on the growth and development of CSA in various countries, this study aims to analyze the problems and potential for the development of CSA in Tani Arts, considering that Seni Tani is one of two existing CSAs in Indonesia. This research was designed qualitatively using the case study method. Data collection techniques were carried out by non-participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Existing data were then analyzed by analysis of literature studies, analysis of fishbone diagrams. The analysis of the literature study shows that CSA Seni Tani in general has implemented the main principles of the CSA concept, although it is not perfect because there are still contradictions in values that occur. The Fishbone Diagram analysis shows that there are four main problems in the application of CSA Seni Tani, namely first, product risk that does not match consumer expectations. Second, socialization regarding the concept of CSA is not optimal. Third, CSA in Seni Tani experienced fluctuations in active members. The four CSA Seni Tani have not yet reached many farmers in East Bandung as targets for collaboration partners.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the magnitude of production costs, revenues and farming income, analyze the feasibility of farming from an economic perspective, and analyze the sensitivity of white oyster mushroom farming in KPTT Salatiga City. The research was conducted from July to August 2023. This type of research is quantitative descriptive by calculating total production costs, revenues and farming income, analyzing revenue cost ratio (R/C ratio), benefit cost ratio (B/C ratio), break even point (BEP), as well as sensitivity analysis. The data in this research was taken when farming conditions tended to be stable, namely from April 2022 to March 2023. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation methods. The research results show: 1). Production costs incurred amounted to IDR 63,865,850, with receipts of IDR 79,903,225, resulting in income of IDR 16,037,375. 2). The R/C ratio value is 1.25; B/C ratio value of 0.25; BEP production of white oyster mushrooms was 4,913 units; The BEP price for white oyster mushrooms is IDR 12,939/kg. 3.) The highest simulated R/C ratio and B/C ratio values occur when production and selling prices increase 10% simultaneously with R/C ratio values of 1.51 and B/C ratio 0.51, while the experimental simulation of R/ The lowest C ratio and B/C ratio occurred when production costs increased by 20% with an R/C ratio of 1.06 and a B/C ratio of 0.06.

Abstract

Plasma core partnerships are one solution for farmers who have limited capital in running a sheep farming business. The success of the sheep farming business process can be achieved if the business is able to obtain profitable results, so that the business can be sustainable. This research aims to analyze the factors that determine the income of sheep farmers using a plasma core partnership system. The research was conducted in January-June 2023 in Jember Regency. This research uses quantitative methods. The research data consists of primary data obtained by observation and secondary data obtained from the Recap of Breeders' Rearing Results (RHPP) of the core company, namely UD Al Fatih Multi Farm. The variables observed were the number of sheep population kept by the partner (X1), the difference in sheep weight (X2), the Daily Body Weight Gain (PBBH) of the sheep (X3), the total weight of sheep feed received by the partner (X4), and the cost of feed consumption (X5 ), and farmer income (Y). The total research sample was 43 breeders (total sampling). Research data was analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that the number of sheep populations raised by partners, sheep feed consumption, and the cost of consuming sheep feed have a significant influence on farmer income, but the difference in sheep weight and PBBH has an insignificant influence on farmer income. The conclusion of the research shows that farmers who partner with UD Al Fatih Multi Farm have an average sheep rearing population of 30.41 ± 7.1 head, the average difference in sheep weight after the rearing process is 154.96 ± 66 kg, the average The PBBH of sheep is 0.08 ± 0.03 kg, the average feed consumption is 264.21 ± 4.9 kg, the average feed consumption cost is IDR 3,525,738 ± 1,695,585, and the average income of plama farmers is IDR 4,224,162±1,186,761. The recommendation obtained from this research is that sheep farming with a plasma core partnership system has great potential to be developed.

Abstract

Had been carried out regarding influence of brand awareness, electronic word of mouth and digital marketing funnel on buying decision of fruits through e-grocery. Respondents were determined using the sample method. The sample size was 100 people taken from an unknown population of fruit buyers through e-grocery. Descriptive tabulation and SEM analysis of the PLS approach are used to determine the effect of brand awareness, electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) and digital marketing funnel on consumer behavior, on purchasing decisions and on fruit purchase decisions based on e-grocery consumer behavior variables. The results showed that (1) electronic word of mouth and digital marketing channels have a real and significant effect on consumer behavior. Brand awareness has significant effect on consumer behavior, (2) electronic word of mouth, digital marketing channels and consumer behavior have significant effect on purchasing decisions and (3) electronic word of mouth and digital marketing channels have significant effect on purchasing decisions based on consumer behavior variables. Brand awareness has no real and significant effect on purchasing decisions based on consumer behavior variables.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the economic impact of the foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) outbreak on livestock farmers in Semarang Regency. The economic impact analysis reviewed includes prices, production, and income. The study was conducted in Tengaran District, Semarang Regency. There are 100 samples consisting of 77 farmer households affected by FMD and 23 farmer households not affected by FMD. This study was carried out from August to September 2023. The results showed that there was a price reduction of 13% from prices before the FMD outbreak. Milk production decreased by 43-68% from before being affected by FMD. The income of breeders affected by FMD is smaller than those who are not affected by FMD.

Abstract

Efforts to regenerate agricultural Human Resources (HR) have seen the potential of Islamic boarding schools as a space for regeneration as a provider space. Agricultural education and training for santri is a breakthrough in efforts to develop santri and develop the regeneration of human resources so that they are interested in the agricultural sector. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence students' interest in business in the agricultural sector, especially horticulture cultivation at the Al Kautsar 561 Islamic Boarding School, Tasikmalaya Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with correlational methods (multiple linear regression) and descriptive methods. This research used a survey method with tools in the form of questionnaires on 48 santri’s. The results of the research show that internal and external factors as well as students' interest in horticultural farming are in the high category. Then, internal factors and external factors of students have a significant influence on students' interest in horticultural farming at the Al Kautsar 561 Islamic Boarding School, Tasikmalaya Regency. This shows that the higher the value of the students' internal and external factors, the higher the students' interest in horticultural farming. Therefore, it is hoped that the development of regeneration of agricultural human resources through Islamic boarding schools will be in line with improving the quality of Islamic boarding school students' human resources so that it will have implications for high interest in the world of agriculture, especially horticulture.

Abstract

East Java is one of the provinces that contributes the largest rice production in Indonesia. The Provincial Government of East Java is committed to realizing self-sufficiency in food by increasing rice production. As an effort to increase the amount of rice production to reduce imports and achieve food self-sufficiency, this study is important to find out what factors affect rice production in East Java. This study aims to identify the effect of rice harvesting area and internet use on farmers against the rice production of district/cities in East Java province. This research using quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis using district/city cross-sectional data in East Java province in the period 2018. The result of this study indicate that the paddy harvested area and internet use on farmers have a significant and positive effect on paddy production in the district/cities in East Java province.

Abstract

Jember Regency is an area that has many tourism sectors and opportunities for regional progress. One of them is the Kali Jompo Tourism which has tourist attractions in the form of river flows and natural beauty. The purpose of writing this research is to determine the potential and strategy for developing Kali Jompo agrotourism at the village, sub-district and district scale. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method and uses a qualitative approach using the IFE, EFE and SWOT matrices. The results of the analysis show that there are 9 internal factors and 7 external factors and obtain 8 alternative strategies for developing Kali Jompo agrotourism. The strategic priorities obtained are exploiting tourist interest by increasing nature-based uniqueness, increasing the contribution of local communities in developing agrotourism, and improving the quality of human resources and organizational management.
