Al Qodiri : Jurnal Pendidikan, Sosial dan Keagamaan diterbitkan oleh Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (P3M) Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Al-Qodiri Jember. Jurnal ini memuat kajian-kajian pendidikan, Sosial dan Keagamaan. Terbit dua kali dalam setahun pada bulan April dan Agustus. Redaksi mengundang para akademisi, dosen, maupun peneliti untuk berkontribusi memasukkan artikel ilmiahnya yang belum pernah diterbitkan oleh jurnal lain. Naskah diketik dengan spasi 1,5 cm pada kertas ukuran A4 dengan panjang tulisan antara 20-25 halaman, 7000-9000 kata. Naskah yang masuk dievaluasi oleh dewan redaksi dan mitra bestari.

Abstract

As time passes, society evolves more and more. The dynamism of the current era facilitates occasional technological advancements. Academics, particularly educators, must find ways to incorporate technology into a variety of educational activities in order to keep up with the rapid pace of technological development. This article aims to provide an overview of the numerous ways in which technology can be used to improve the quality of education in light of recent technological advancements by examining the previously stated notions. Existing technological advancements in education include learning software, E-learning, and other online platforms that assist educational activities. Technological advancements have a significant impact on the learning process in schools. Among the benefits of technology is enhancing students' Islamic education-related perspectives. Educators are deemed qualified based on their ability to instruct; hence, they must be able to utilize technology effectively. This study was conducted utilizing a qualitative approach and literature review methodologies. Examining scientific journals and books about the use of technology to enhance the quality of learning yielded the necessary data. After collecting data, the author analyzes and develops the data into writing. Our research demonstrates that technology plays various crucial roles in education, particularly in Islamic education. Contemporary students are hesitant to pursue Islamic education. Why is this so? Because during the learning process, Islamic education is deemed to be somewhat monotonous. Thus, many students find Islamic education tedious and tedious.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and find out contextually how the strengthening of the Pancasila Student Profile Project is implemented in the independent curriculum in the basic description of schools by choosing the theme of entrepreneurship.The researchers employed qualitative research methodologies using a descriptive approach in their study. This research collected data via observation and interviews with teachers and students. The subjects studied were students in UPT SD Negeri 40 Gresik, class 4, and The findings obtained during the process of data collecting are documented and presented in a descriptive manner. The following is what the findings of this study were: 1) an introduction or socialization of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project; 2) a diagnostic assessment (knowing student characteristics); 3) a study of entrepreneurship material from the start of manufacture, selection, and sales; 4) summative assessment (knowing whether the learning objectives are achieved or not); 5) practical or project studies (celebration of learning outcomes); 6) evaluation and reflection on students.

Abstract

Islamic Nusantara values ​​become real behavior, students need to be given an understanding of Islamic Nusantara values ​​from an early age as an effort to increase their awareness so that they can appreciate the diversity that exists so that in the end they can behave in a humanist, pluralist and democratic manner. As well as being a process of cultivating a way of life that respects, is sincere, and is tolerant of cultural diversity that lives in the midst of a plural society. It is hoped that by instilling the values ​​of Nusantara Islam in education, there will be resilience and flexibility in the nation's mentality in facing social conflicts, so that national unity will not be easily broken and cracked. The focus of this research is how to internalize the values ​​of Tawazun, Tawasyuth and I'tidal values ​​in the Aqidah Akhlak Subject at MTs Tanah Wulan? The approach used is to use a qualitative type approach. The results of this study show that: 1). The application of Tawazun Values ​​uses habituation, this application is carried out at school and outside the school (community). This habituation is applied in the hope that all students can instill and apply it in the community environment later. Meanwhile, the Tawazun method uses lecturing and discussion methods. 2). The application of Tawassuth Values ​​is also the same as habituation, this habituation is always applied by all teachers at school and in the community, while the method used is lecture and discussion methods. 3). the application of I'tidal values ​​is also by habituation, while the methods used in applying I'tidal values ​​are using discussion and lecture methods. As for habituation before entering class, students are required to carry out Duha prayer and read short letters, Punishment or punishment given to students who play games when carrying out the habituation of Duha prayer and read short letters to repeat them again, while the punishment for students who do not following the dluha prayer students are punished by standing in front of the mushollah by reading the Waqi'ah letter. Abstract

Previous literature which focused on studying the philosophical basis of evaluating Islamic education was still not sufficient to provide a comprehensive understanding and tended to concentrate on Western thought. In fact, Islamic literature also has a strong basis to serve as a philosophical basis for evaluating Islamic education. This study aims to understand how the philosophy of existentialism can be used as a basis for thinking in the evaluation of Islamic education. The results of the study found that existentialism views students not as objects, but as dynamic subjects. In this case, the evaluation is not always carried out by the teacher to the students. However, students can also be encouraged to be able to do self-assessment. From the perspective of the Qur'an, the view of existentialism is also explained in the letter Ar-Rum verse 30 concerning human nature. This nature needs to be not passive but dynamic, so humans need to work on this nature so that it always develops into good things.

Abstract

This research is to be able to describe the employment system in Indonesia along with the various inhibiting factors and challenges in the employment system in Indonesia in creating a fair system. The condition of the Islamic and national legal systems in the context of optimizing the role of law is appropriate for both Islamic and national laws to support each other so that local wisdom values ​​are able to provide driving force in efforts to create justice. This research uses a socio-legal research approach, or empirical research (sociological juridical) which is oriented towards formal and substantial findings on the study of the justice system for workers in Indonesia on the process by which law occurs and the operation of law in society. This approach is a combination of legal and social methods. Data analysis was carried out after examining and evaluating the data to determine its validity. After that, the data is grouped into categories or issues/themes according to the research objectives. The results in this study are that the Labor Law Number 13 of 2003 and Law Number 2 of 2004. Apart from still being dominated by the adoption of the Western legal system, the implementation of these rules is also still thick with feudalistic nuances, unequal relations, in where labor is often used as a mere "means of production". In fact, in many cases power relations are still dominant in practice. So that workers feel positioned as a weak party. This is indicated by the relatively high demands of workers regarding guarantees for their life and welfare. Keywords: Justice System; Indonesian workers.

Abstract

In carrying out teaching and learning activities, Madrasah Mu'allimin Hasyim Asy'ari Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School uses the Mu'adalah boarding school curriculum. The author is interested in researching the implementation of the Mu'Ada Islamic boarding school curriculum, which has little presence in its application in Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Mu'adalah boarding school curriculum management and the competencies possessed by students based on the implementation of the Mu'adalah curriculum management at Madrasah Muallimin Hasyim Asy'ari. This study used a qualitative approach. This qualitative research is intended to obtain descriptive data related to the implementation of Mu'adalah curriculum management at the Muallimin Hasyim Asy'ari Madrasah, whether it is oral or written information. In addition, with qualitative research the researcher will describe the empirical reality behind the implementation of Mu'adalah curriculum management and the competencies possessed by students based on the implementation of Mu'adalah curriculum management at Madrasah Muallimin Hasyim Asy'ari. The results of this study are: 1) Implementation of the curriculum at the Muallimin Hasyim Asy'ari Madrasah includes: first, good curriculum planning. Second, in implementing the curriculum from grade 1 to grade 6 there are several standards that must be met. Third, every year the Muallimin Hasyim Aya'ari Madrasah conducts teacher deliberations. 2) The competence of students can be seen from three sides, namely cognitive, effective, and psychomotor. These three aspects were well achieved through the programs in Muallimin Hasyim Asyari Tebuireng.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the employment system in Indonesia is from the perspective of Islamic law. This research uses a socio-legal research approach, or empirical research (sociological juridical) which is oriented towards formal and substantial findings on the study of the labor system in Indonesia from the perspective of Islamic law. This approach is a combination of legal and social methods. Data analysis was carried out after examining and evaluating the data to determine its validity. After that, the data is grouped into categories or issues/themes according to the research objectives. As for the results of this study that in Islam, work is not only a personal relationship, workers or laborers with employers or entrepreneurs. Melain building social relations between humans in meeting the needs of family life, the surrounding community and as well as the ideal form of self-dedication of a servant to Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala. Therefore, there are four (4) principles in working in an Islamic perspective including; 1) independence, 2) nobility, 3) justice, and 4) clarity. Keywords: Employment System; Islamic law.

Abstract

Mahasiswa merupakan bagian dari suatu lembaga pendidikan tinggi yang dituntut untuk dapat berprestasi di bidang akademik dan non-akademik. Mahasiswa dengan banyak permasalahan yang ada, dapat memilih salah satu cara dari proses atau tahapan penyelesaian masalah, misalnya cara menanggapi, menguji, memilih respon, yang dapat membantunya dalam menyelesaikan masalah (problem solving). Untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara Intelligence Quotien dan Kestabilan Emosi dengan Problem Solving pada mahasiswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang berusia 18-24 tahun di Universitas Darul ‘Ulum Jombang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 Mahasiswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik incidental sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel secara kebetulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan penyusunan skala problem solving mengacu pada aspek-aspek problem solving yang dikemukakan oleh Anderson. Dalam penelitian ini untuk mengungkap IQ menggunakan CFIT. Berdasarkan hasil ditemukan kolerasi positif antara intelligence quotient dan kestabilan emosi dengan problem solving pada mahasiswa. Jadi intelligence quotient dan kestabilan emosi yang ada pada diri individu dapat mempengaruhi probem solving, dan masing-masing variabel memiliki sumbangan efektif pada problem solving. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi intelligence quotient dan kestabilan emosi yang dimiliki mahasiswa, maka semakin baik pula problem solving.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan Multikultural Education yang akan di laksanakan disekolah SMP terpadu Alfalah Tangkahen itu agar dapat melatih siswa dalam membentuk karakter dari peserta didik supaya dapat memiliki sikap yang demokratis, pluralis dan juga humanis. Adapun dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan sebuah metode yang bersifat kualitatif yaitu dengan sebuah instrumen yang menggunakan sebuah data sekunder. Sedangkan pendekatan yang di gunakan adalah jenis kajian pustaka (library research) data yang di pakai ini mengutip dari beberapa literature di antaranya adalah jurnal atau artikel yang berkaitan dengan Pembelajaran Multikultural dalam pembelajaran. Adapun mengenai tentang hal-hal yang di rasa perlu di lakukan dalam multikultural education di sekolah adalah : (1) mengupayakan Melakukan dialog yang meletakkan dan memusatkan kebudayaan juga peradapan secara sejajar dan berimbang dan sama rata. (2) selalu berupaya mengembangkan adanya sikap toleransi supaya mampu dan bisa memberikan peluang juga adanya kesempatan kepada masing-masing budaya untuk memperkenalkan, mempromosikan dan menyebarluaskan keunikan dan keragaman yang dimiliki oleh setiap budaya itu baik dalam hal tataran yang bersifat konseptual dan juga ketika di lapangan pada teknik operasionalnya. Hasil Penelitian dari multikultural education ini di harapkan keadaan bangsa indonesia akan sesuai dengan tujuan bangsa indonesia pada pembukaan UUD 1945 yaitu terciptanya masyarakat merdeka bersatu berdaulat adil dan makmur yang memiliki jiwa saling menghargai, Menghormati dan toleransi agar terciptanya suasana yang kondusif, aman dan terkendali tentunya peran Guru sangat penting karena guru merupakan pergerakan yang utama dan paling utama dalam menyampaikan pembelajaran multikultural education. Peran guru sangat menentukan keberhasilan dalam pemahaman lintas budaya pada siswa yang satu dan yang lainnya karena Ternyata ditemukannya tentang kebiasaan apa yang di sampaikan guru lewat peembelajaran, cara guru mengajar dan kepribadian guru sangat mempengaruhi keberhasilan pembelajaran pendidikan multikultural.

Abstract

In some of its decision the Court has given a decision accompanied by the inclusion of a different opinion (dissenting opinion). However, the pattern of arrangement, objectives, and benefits for the people who need justice and legal certainty of the existence of dissinting opinion has not been set properly to satisfy the justice in society. So good in the Judicial Power Law Constitutional Law has not been mandated Nor concrete clarity to the differences of opinion among judges in formulating a decision. both in 1945 and Constitutional Law and the Constitutional Rule by law must be found to the judge of the law. This legal research using the Normative Legal penilitian type of analysis results are presented focuses on the study of literature. Legal materials in use and are grouped primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. Legal materials are then interpreted and analyzed. The results showed that the things behind Judge of the Constitutional Court issued a ruling that accompanied the opinion of different judges (dissenting opinion) are: the opinion of the judge who saw and decide a case with angles and different perceptions of quality even a different opinion of the judges, lack of roundness argument verdict, the judges Conflict of interest can be triggered also a dissenting opinion, and no consensus dijiwainya concept mandated by Pancasila.
