Al Qodiri : Jurnal Pendidikan, Sosial dan Keagamaan diterbitkan oleh Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (P3M) Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Al-Qodiri Jember. Jurnal ini memuat kajian-kajian pendidikan, Sosial dan Keagamaan. Terbit dua kali dalam setahun pada bulan April dan Agustus. Redaksi mengundang para akademisi, dosen, maupun peneliti untuk berkontribusi memasukkan artikel ilmiahnya yang belum pernah diterbitkan oleh jurnal lain. Naskah diketik dengan spasi 1,5 cm pada kertas ukuran A4 dengan panjang tulisan antara 20-25 halaman, 7000-9000 kata. Naskah yang masuk dievaluasi oleh dewan redaksi dan mitra bestari.

Abstract

Diskursus integrasi-interkoneksi sejak kemunculannya dipermukaan sepuluh tahun silam, dewasa ini kian gencar diperbincangkan. Integratif –Interkonektif sendiri didasarkan pada paradigma agama dan sains integratif-interkonektif atau paradigma kesatuan dan terpadu/non dikotomik antara agama dan sains. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membahas lebih lanjut mengenai substansi dan esensi berpikir integrative interkonektif di MIN 3 Pulang Pisau. Dari hasil wawacara penulis dengan kepala sekolah Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 3 Pulang Pisua, pembelajaran di Madrasah ini belum sepenuhnya hanya sebagian kecil memakai pendekatan integratif interkonektif antar PAI dan pelajaran umum. Pendekatan integratif interkonektif adalah paradigma relatif baru. Guru-guru di MIN 3 ini belum bisa menerapkan pendekatan integrative interkonektif karena belum paham dan kurang mengerti makna dari integrative interkonektif dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami pentingnya penerapan teori behaviorisme dalam pembelajaran akidah akhlak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriftif yang berupaya menjelaskan tentang penerapan teori behaviorisme sehingga mampu menghasilkan perubahan perilaku pada peserta didik. Melalui penelitian yang dilakukan ini, terungkap terkait metode-metode yang digunakan oleh guru akidah akhlak di MIS Al Hunafa Palangka Raya serta perubahan perilaku peserta didik dengan menggunakan teori behaviorisme. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa implementasi teori behaviorisme dalam pembelajaran akidah akhlak menggunakan penguatan motivasi, stimulus, dan latihan. Sedangkan perubahan perilaku peserta didik kearah lebih baik adalah termotivasi dalam belajar, penguatan daya ingat dan toleransi. Abstract

Purpose writing this journal is as a requirement for graduation and get a law degree at the Faculty of Law, University of Surabaya. Practical purpose of this study was intended to determine the legal protection to consumers against PT. PLN (Persero) in the utilization or the use of electricity in terms of Law No. 8 Year 1999 Results of studies addressing that, PT. PLN has not given legal protection to consumers PT. PLN who have been harmed in the utilization of electrical services. PT. PLN in carrying out his duties as less electricity provider to provide information to consumers about their rights in the usage of electricity services so as to cause harm to consumers. In resolving disputes between PT. PLN to consumers can be resolved through the public courts or through the Consumer Dispute Settlement Body (BPSK) in accordance with the legislation (BFL). Legal protection of consumer electrical services such compensation has not been done by PT. PLN, given PT. PLN has done a power outage that caused a loss in consumer electrical services. The nest is dictated For consumers who are harmed can use peaceful means before using legal remedies through the judiciary as a last resort in resolving disputes. Abstract

In practice, the Sale and Purchase Agreement is often used by Developers to bind themselves with Buyers prior to signing the Deed of Sale and Purchase. If a developer becomes bankrupt and the Deed of Sale and Purchase has not been signed as a continuation of the Binding Agreement of Sale and Purchase, then the object in the Binding Agreement of Sale and Purchase may enter into the Boedel Bankruptcy Developer, which in reality the object no longer belongs to the developer because it has been paid off and handed over to the Buyer. The writer analyzes and understands that this is not in accordance with the concept of justice and legal certainty. The research method used is normative juridical through an approach to the applicable laws and regulations. Another approach is the conceptual approach which studies the doctrines and views in the law science. In the end, these legal theories provide a strong basis regarding the object of the Binding Agreement of Sale and Purchase Paid that should have been issued from the Boedel Bankruptcy Developer. Abstract

When man has a high motivation to worship God, then man is worshipped and full of enthusiasm. The Digital Qur’an is an application that contains the Qur’an in gadgets. However, as the interest of Students in using gadgets in everyday life and downloading digital Qur’an apps increases, on the other hand, the app is just as a decoration. For that, the author conducted a study with the title “The Impact of the Digital Qur’an Application on the Motivation of Students in Purwakarta”. Research was conducted to find out whether the application of the digital Qur’an influenced the motivation of student worship in Purwakarta. In this study, the researchers used a quantitative method, using the “Self-Administered Questionnaires” technique. The study population was Students in Purwakarta with a total of 20 Students. The data collection technique used is through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is a simple regression test. The results of this study show that the application of the Digital Qur’an has an impact on the motivation of students to worship in Purwakarta. On the linear regression result that is derived from the data analysis of significance values on the positive question variable that shows the value of Thitung > Table (3,257 > 2,10092), the data indicates that there is an influence and significance between the application of the Digital Qur’an to the student motivation in Purwakarta. Abstract

Insurance plays an important role in human life, as the development of increasingly complex technology allows the occurrence of accidents to increase as well. The role of insurance is to provide protection against the uncertainty of events that may occur. Insurance customers play an important role in insurance companies. The customer is the main source of financial funds for the insurance company so that the company continues to run well, but in running its business the insurance company does not rule out the possibility of facing an obstacle experiencing a state of default. The default situation will result in losses for insurance customers to get their ongoing and past due claims. Efforts to protect consumers in the financial services sector are carried out by an independent institution whose establishment is based on Law no. 21 of 2011 which is referred to as the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Through the normative juridical research method by conducting a literature study on legal materials, the results obtained that the enactment of the OJK Law shows that the OJK plays a very strategic role in the legal protection of PT. Abstract

Food is important for human life to meet daily needs. Food consumed by humans must be safe, healthy and nutritionally nutritious food for the human body. Food is food or drinks consumed by humans to carry out activities. Food produced and traded must be safe food so as not to harm others. Although there are already laws and regulations governing food that is allowed to be circulated, there are still perpetrators who violate these regulations, namely trading liquor containing ethyl alcohol, which if you want to trade this type of drink, you must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Ethyl alcohol or ethanol is a liquid, clear, and colorless item which is an organic compound with the chemical formula C2H5OH. Consuming excessive amount of ethyl alcohol can be harmful to health. A ny person who uses ethyl alcohol that is not in accordance with the laws and regulations will be punished and held criminally liable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to be able to describe the improvement of Indonesian language learning achievement with the application of lesson study learning strategies in class VII D students of SMPN 3 Ponorogo in the 2022/2023 academic year. The approach in this research is descriptive qualitative. The process of Classroom Action Research (PTK) was carried out using the model of Kemmis and Mc.Taggart. The research subjects used were students in class VII D SMPN 3 Ponorogo, totalling 32 students. Techniques used for data collection were observation and interview. The lesson study learning strategy for Indonesian language learning material on summarising fiction and non-fiction books was carried out with three stages, namely plan, do, and see which were carried out in three cycles. The results of data obtained the results of learning completeness by students who were classically "achieved". The ability to summarise fiction and non-fiction books can be improved through the learning process by applying lesson study learning strategies. The increase in students' learning completeness in each cycle, namely in cycle 1 had a percentage of 71.86% (not yet achieved), cycle 2 was 81.25% (not yet achieved), and cycle 3 was 93.75% (achieved). Abstract

This paper is part and development of the research results entitled Historical Map of Pontianak IAIN Policy Directions. Contains a discussion of the symbol of IAIN Pontianak as a symbol of institutional identity. The symbol is termed as a sign which is a medium of communication between the owner and the public. Some messages are conveyed and captured by everyone who sees it. This study uses Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotic analysis method with a triangle meaning. Includes ground (sign), denotatum (object), and interpretant. These three aspects are used to see the elements of the symbols contained in the IAIN Pontianak symbol. Also to see how the work and the relationship between these elements present a certain meaning to the public. The results of this study are; First, the IAIN Pontianak symbol consists of a combination of picture marks and letter marks. picture mark consisting of a flower symbol with six outers and five inner petals, an equator monument, a carved fern motif typical of West Kalimantan, a nib, open book/book. While the letter mark is the words "Iain Pontianak" on the symbol. Second, these elements reflect the spirit of scholarship, moderate Islam, and Borneo culture. The scientific spirit is represented by the symbol of a pen tip and an open book. Meanwhile, the moderate Islamic spirit is represented by an open book/book which is translated as the Qur'an, the six outer petals and five inner petals of the flower depict the six pillars of faith and the pillars of Islam, the symbol of the equator monument reflects a moderate Islamic style. The spirit of Borneo culture can be seen from the symbol of the equator monument which is the brandmark of the capital of West Kalimantan, the fern motif which comes from the Dayak tribe, and the green and yellow colors which are the colors of greatness for the Malay people who are also widely spread on the island of Borneo. Third, the symbol has a strong relevance to the vision of IAIN Pontianak (Excellent and open in scientific, Islamic, and cultural studies and research of Borneo). Fourth, several aspects of the symbol can be reinterpreted. This is to strengthen the positive image displayed. Among them are "five petals in a flower" which can be identified with Pancasila to produce nationalism values. then the flower symbol consists of a series whose individual parts are not connected. can be interpreted as an acknowledgment of diversity which is united by the spirit of togetherness within a larger frame. Abstract

The education system, which is actually used to improve students' abilities to be more active and proficient in learning, is often considered inappropriate and not in accordance with the real situation at school. Students who tend to be shy and passive will not ask or learn on their own what is ordered by the teacher. In addition, lessons that are considered difficult and boring will make students less interested in learning these lessons. One effort to change students' attitudes in learning Indonesian is to use interactive and non-monotonous learning media. Learning media "Pungawa" is one of the media that can be applied in learning Indonesian. This media is media that uses three-colored ballpoint pens in the search to make it look interesting and fun. In this lesson students can use a ballpoint pen with three types of ink colors used to summarize a learning material. The results of the research on the implementation of "pugawa" learning media to increase interest in learning Indonesian for class VII students of SMPN 2 Jenangan Ponorogo show that the use of retainer learning media in the teaching and learning process of Indonesian subjects is stated to be in accordance with the objectives, namely students become more understanding and interested in the learning process which is conducted.
