Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kebijakan proram beasiswa wawonii cerdas, untuk mengetahui gambaran motivasi Siswa Lulusan SMA di Wawonii untuk melanjutkan studi di Perguruan Tinggi, mengetahui pengaruh kebijakan beasiswa wawonii cerdas terhadap motivasi melanjutkan Studi di Perguruan Tinggi. Data dikumpulkan melalui Angket dengan skala likert. Lalu data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif presentase untuk melihat gambaran Umum lalu menggunakan analisis Uji prasyaratan untuk melihat persmaan regresinya kemudian di uji menggunakan analisis Regresi linear berganda dan terkahir di analisis dengan menggunakan Uji determinasi (Uji R) untuk melihat sumbangan variable X terhadap Y. Kebijakan Program Beasiswa dikategorikan cukup dan penting dapat dilihat dari 86 responden kategori sangat baik 0%, kategori baik 3,5%, kategori cukup 96,5%, kategori tidak cukup 0% ini menunjukkan siswa mehamami sangat membantu kebijakan program beasiswa namun dukungan orang tua, dukungan teman mempengaruhi motivasinya. Motivas melanjutkan pendidikan siswa kategori sangat tinggi dengan presentase kategori sangat baik 15%, kategori baik 85% yang dipengaruhi dari naik turunnya Kebijakan program beasiswa, semakin tinggi biaya pendidikan yang disalurkan akan semakin tinggi motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kebijakan program beasiswa dan motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan siswa dengan pengujian hipotesis ditemukan T hitung sign 0.444 < T tabel sign 0,05 sedangkan untuk untuk pada taraf signifikan 5% dengan persamaan regresinya Y=66,984+0,048+e yang menunjukkan sangat linear yang berarti Ho ditolak sedangkan H1 diterima dengan sumbangan X terhadap Y sebesar 0,2% tersisa 99,8 dipengaruhi oleh variable lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh variabel kepemimipinan karismatik dan variable sarana prasarana kepada kepuasan santri di Pondok Pesantren Minhajut Thullab Konawe Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, tempat penelitian pada Pondok Pesantren Minhajut Thullah Konawe Selatan. Adapun teknik yang digunakan sebagai pengambilan sampel ialah Total Sampling yang diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 89 jiwa dari jumlah populasi 89 Santri SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis statistik untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan dengan pemberian kuesioner. Berdasarkan analisis statistik, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan karismatik dan infrastruktur memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan santri, baik bersama (Uji F-simultan) maupun secara terpisah (Uji T-individual). Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda ditemukan bahwa Kepemimpinan Karismatik (X1) berpengaruh sebesar 62,1% terhadap kepuasan santri, sedangkan Sarana Prasarana (X2) berpengaruh sebesar 41,9%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara minat belajar Bahasa Indonesia dengan hasil belajar, kebiasaan belajar Bahasa Indonesia dengan hasil belajar, serta hubungan simultan antara minat dan kebiasaan belajar Bahasa Indonesia dengan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri Pagar Alam. Penelitian kuantitatif korelasional ini melibatkan populasi sebanyak 174 peserta didik, dengan sampel 122 peserta didik yang diambil melalui teknik proportionate random sampling, menghasilkan 119 data yang valid. Instrumen penelitian meliputi angket minat belajar, angket kebiasaan belajar, dan nilai hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia. Data dianalisis menggunakan korelasi Product Moment Pearson dan korelasi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara minat belajar dan hasil belajar (r = 0.687; p = 0.000); (2) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kebiasaan belajar dan hasil belajar (r = 0.621; p = 0.000); dan (3) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara minat belajar dan kebiasaan belajar dengan hasil belajar (R = 0.745; p = 0.000; R² = 55.5%). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan minat dan kebiasaan belajar yang efektif untuk meningkatkan capaian akademik Bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is based on the importance of cross-disciplinary teacher collaboration in creating meaningful learning processes and increasing student engagement and academic achievement. The integrated team teaching model is believed to not only have a direct impact on student learning outcomes, but also shape psychological aspects such as motivation, which in turn contributes to academic achievement. This study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of integrated science-based team teaching on student learning motivation and achievement, as well as to examine the mediating role of learning motivation in the relationship between learning and achievement. This study was conducted on 174 eighth-grade students at MTs Ummusshabri Kendari. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to the students. The collected data were tabulated and analyzed using descriptive and statistical analyses with path analysis. The results of this study indicate that team teaching learning based on science integration has a positive and significant effect on students' learning motivation; team teaching learning based on science integration also has a positive and significant effect on students' learning achievement; learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on students' learning achievement; and learning motivation partially mediates the effect of team teaching learning based on science integration on students' learning achievement. Another important finding is that team teaching had the most dominant influence on learning motivation. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of implementing a cross-disciplinary collaborative learning model that not only enriches the learning process but also strengthens students' motivational drive as a basis for improving academic achievement.

Abstract

Generation Z faces a serious challenge related to technology addiction, especially cell phones, which has become a major source of social and mental problems. A 2023 survey in the United States indicates that 56% of Gen Z respondents feel addicted to their phones. This situation is even more acute in Indonesia, where the average teenager spends more than 6 hours a day using gadgets, and is reported to check their phone over 100 times daily, feeling powerless to disconnect. Excessive gadget use, particularly exceeding 8 hours a day, is associated with an increased risk of sleep problems, mental disorders, and social isolation, where direct interaction is neglected in favor of virtual communication. Furthermore, the misuse of social media by children, fueled by a lack of parental supervision, low digital literacy, and emotional immaturity, increases vulnerability to cyberbullying. As a fundamental solution, this paper offers a Quranic Parenting framework, referencing Surah An-Nisa verses 5-6. The verse emphasizes the importance of evaluating intellectual maturity (rusydan) and the ability to manage wealth before transferring responsibility, which is interpreted as a guideline for parents to strengthen financial education and continuous supervision over digital device ownership.

Abstract

This study investigates how principal supervision and teacher work motivation influence teacher performance. Utilizing path analysis, data from 88 teachers were assessed after integrating all variables into the covariance matrix. The analysis yielded several significant relationships: (1) principal supervision has a direct effect on teacher performance, contributing 33.9% (coefficient = 0.339); (2) work motivation directly impacts teacher performance at a rate of 43.8% (coefficient = 0.438); (3) principal supervision significantly affects work motivation with a direct contribution of 66.7% (coefficient = 0.667); and (4) principal supervision also exerts an indirect effect on teacher performance mediated by work motivation, as evidenced by a Sobel test score of 2.6157 and a t-statistic of 4.617, surpassing the critical t-value of 1.989. These findings suggest that enhancements in teacher performance are significantly driven by effective leadership from principals and the strengthening of teacher motivation. Therefore, both elements should be prioritized in strategies aimed at improving educator effectiveness in public elementary schools throughout Muna Regency.

Abstract

One of the problems often faced by education in Indonesia is the low quality of education, which is caused by various factors, including the process of providing education services that are still far from expectations. The quality of education in the education unit is determined by factors of infrastructure, equipment, fun learning methods, the role of the teacher, and the leadership of the madrasah head, so that the quality of service must be a concern in order to satisfy customers. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological study approach, where data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique consists of collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, with data validity checking through source triangulation, technical triangulation, and member check. The results showed that the quality of service at MTs Al-Muhajirin still needs improvement in several aspects: 1) reliability, where teacher attendance has taken place but has not been consistent; 2) physical evidence, where facilities such as classrooms and libraries have not been maintained; 3) responsiveness, where teachers' response to students' and parents' needs is quite good.
