Abstract

Permasalahan utama pada penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa kelas I SD pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Sehingga tujuan penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan melalui penggunaan media kartu huruf. Proses pemecahan masalah menggunakan pendekatan penelitian tindakan kelas pada 25 orang siswa, yang dilakukan dalam 2 siklus. Setiap siklus melalui tahap sebagai beikut: rencana, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil tindakan siklus I diperoleh nilai rata-ratanya 65,66 dengan presentase ketuntasan sebesar  52%. Sedangkan hasil tindakan siklus II diperoleh hasil belajar dengan nilai rata-rata 76,94 dengan prosentase ketuntasan sebesar 84%. Sehingga disimpulkan penggunaan media kartu huruf dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan di kelas I SD. Persoalan kemampuan membaca permulaan adalah masalah pengelolaan sekolah secara luas, sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan aktifitas pembelajaran, membangun iklim belajar, dan perbaikan sarana prasarana pembelajaran. Sebagai implikasi kajian ini, penulis menyarankan perlunya penelitian lanjutan tentang peningkatan kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa dengan menggunakan media digital.Kata Kunci: Membaca Permulaan, Media Kartu Huruf AbstractThe main problem in this study is the low reading ability of the first graders of elementary school students in Indonesian subjects. So the aim of the research is to improve early reading skills through the use of letter card media. The problem solving process uses a classroom action research approach to 25 students, which is carried out in 2 cycles. Each cycle goes through the following stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results showed that the results of the first cycle of action obtained an average value of 65.66 with a completeness percentage of 52%. While the results of the second cycle of action obtained learning outcomes with an average value of 76.94 with a mastery percentage of 84%. So it can be concluded that the use of letter card media can improve early reading skills. The problem of early reading ability is a broad school management problem, so it is necessary to improve learning activities, build a learning climate, and improve learning infrastructure. As an implication of this study, the author suggests the need for further research on improving students' early reading skills using digital media.Keywords: Beginning Reading, Letter Card Media

Abstract

This article aims to provide an overview of the use of peer lesson type active learning strategies to improve student PAI learning outcomes. The study was conducted in class VA SDN 92 Kendari using a classroom action research approach, carried out in two cycles, where each cycle consisted of 4 meetings. The results showed the low student learning outcomes in the pre-cycle phase. Giving action in cycle 1 and continued in cycle 2 showed a very significant increase in learning outcomes. Abstract

            Artikel ini bertujuan menggambarkan persepsi orang tua terhadap lembaga pendidikan Islam, yang mencakup tiga aspek yaitu: 1) sikap orang tua terhadap lembaga pendidikan Islam; 2) motivasi orang tua menyekolahkan anak pada lembaga pendidikan Islam; 3) harapan orang tua terhadap lembaga pendidikan Islam. Penelitian dilakukan para masyarakat Tolaki di Kelurahan Bungguosu, secara kualitatif dengan pendekatan naratif, dimana pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara bertahap, mulai dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, hingga penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Persepsi masyarakat terhadap lembaga pendidikan Islam sangat beragam. Hal ini didasari oleh sikap, motivasi, dan harapan mereka pada lembaga pendidikan Islam. Rendahnya kepercayaan masyarakat pada lembaga pendidikan Islam adalah menunjukkan sikap mereka yang lebih menyukai lembaga pendidikan umum. Pemilihan lembaga pendidikan Islam masih didasari oleh faktor ekonomi, agama, dan keluarga. Harapan orang tua yang menyekolahkan anak pada lembaga pendidikan Islam lebih pada aspek religious, moral, dan pembentukan karakter. Oleh karenanya, orang tua memiliki kecenderungan lebih besar memilih sekolah umum. Implikasi dari kajian ini penulis mengajukan saran-saran sebagai berikut : 1) perlunya adaptasi teknologi terbaru pada lembaga pendidikan Islam; 2) perbaikan praktik kepemimpinan pada lembaga pendidikan Islam; 3) memulai menerapkan perencanaan strategis pada lembaga pendidikan Islam; dan 4) peningkatan akreditas.Kata Kunci: Persepsi, Madrasah, Pesantren, Sekolah IslamParents' Perception of Islamic Educational Institutions(Study on the Tolaki Community in Bungguosu Village)AbstractThis article aims to describe parents' perceptions of Islamic educational institutions, which includes three aspects, namely: 1) parents' attitudes towards Islamic educational institutions; 2) the motivation of parents to send their children to Islamic educational institutions; 3) parents' expectations of Islamic educational institutions. The research was conducted by the Tolaki community in Bungguosu Village, qualitatively with a narrative approach, where data collection used observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out in stages, starting from data collection, data reduction, data presentation, to drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that public perceptions of Islamic educational institutions are very diverse. This is based on their attitudes, motivations, and expectations in Islamic educational institutions. The low level of public trust in Islamic educational institutions is an indication of the attitude of those who prefer public education institutions. The selection of Islamic educational institutions is still based on economic, religious, and family factors. The expectations of parents who send their children to Islamic educational institutions are more on religious, moral, and character building aspects. Therefore, parents have a greater tendency to choose public schools. The implication of this study is that the authors propose the following suggestions: 1) the need for adaptation of the latest technology in Islamic educational institutions; 2) improvement of leadership practices in Islamic educational institutions; 3) start implementing strategic planning in Islamic educational institutions; and 4) increase in accreditation. Keywords: Perception, Madrasah, Pesantren, Islamic School

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the prophetic values in the leadership of the principal at SDN 1 Ranomeeto, which include: 1) deliberation as a way of making decisions; 2) be open; 3) teacher capacity building; 4) create a conducive working climate; 5) understand the condition of the teacher; 6) increase teacher participation; 7) provide coaching and counseling. This research is a qualitative research using a narrative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis through the process of reduction, presentation of data and drawing conclusions as well as checking the validity of the data technique through triangulation of techniques, sources and time. The results showed that: 1) Various problems and school agendas were resolved through deliberation forums; 2) the principal's open attitude was shown by accepting input, suggestions and criticism, especially from teachers; 3) teacher capacity building is a priority in school programs; 4) the work climate is created by building a family atmosphere, 5) the shortcomings and strengths of teachers are known through the supervision process, 6) various school activities always involve teachers; 7) coaching and counseling is carried out in enforcing school discipline, increasing teacher competence and performance. The implication of this study, the author suggests the need for further research related to prophetic education for school residents.Keywords: Prophetic Values, Educational Leadership

Abstract

This article aims to provide an analysis of flipped learning in fostering student learning independence through self-regulation and parental supervision. The aspects studied are: flipped learning in fostering student learning independence through self-regulation and flipped learning in fostering student learning independence through parental supervision. The method used in this article is a literature review, where readings are carried out on various scientific journals that discuss flipped learning. The results of the study show that the application of flipped learning can lead students to achieve independent learning, but must be supported by high self-regulation and optimization of parental supervision. Independent learning of students is not only influenced by the involvement of parents and students' personal factors, but also includes environmental factors. This study suggests the need for collaboration between teachers and parents in formulating a supervisory model for students and training students' self-regulation.Keywords:     Flipped Learning, Learning Independence, Self Regulation, Parental Supervision, Digital Age Artikel ini bertujuan memberikan analisis tentang flipped learning dalam menumbuhkan kemandirian belajar siswa melalui regulasi diri dan pengawasan orang tua. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah reviu literature, dimana pembacaan dilakukan terhadap berbagai jurnal ilmiah yang membahasa tentang flipped learning. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan flipped learning dapat mengantar siswa mencapai kemandirian belajar, tetapi harus ditunjang dengan regulasi diri yang tinggi dan optimalisasi pengawasan orang tua. Kemandirian belajar siswa tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh keterlibatan orang tua dan faktor pribadi siswa, tetapi juga mencakup faktor lingkungan. Abstract

This article aims to describe the management of madarsah principals in improving teacher performance at Padangguni Private Madrasahs, Konawe Regency. This research is qualitative with a narrative approach. Collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, display and data verification. Checking the validity of the data is done by extending observations, increasing persistence and triangulation. The results showed that in order to improve teacher performance, madrasah principals carried out several things including: 1) Performance planning, 2) Performance organization, 3) Performance implementation and 4) Performance evaluation. Through the management of the madrasah principal, teachers are increasingly improving their performance, such as 1) planning lessons, 2) implementing learning, 3) evaluating learning and 4) learning follow-up. This study concludes that teacher performance can be increased through the implementation of good madrasa principal management functions. It is recommended that a madrasa principal must have leadership in carrying out his duties.Keywords: Management, Madrasah Principal, PerformanceArtikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen kepala madarsah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru pada Madrasah Swasta Padangguni Kabupaten Konawe.  Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif  dengan pendekatan naratif. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan  reduksi data, display dan verifikasi data. Pengecekkan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan perpanjangan pengamatan, peningkatan ketekunan dan triangulasi.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja   guru,  kepala madrasah melaksanakan beberapa hal  meliputi: 1)  Perencanaan kinerja,  2) Pengorganisasian kinerja,  3)  Pelaksanaan  kinerja dan  4) Evaluasi kinerja. Melalui  manajemen kepala madrasah tersebut  guru semakin memperbaiki kinerjanya seperti 1) merencanakan pembelajaran, 2) melaksanakan pembelajaran, 3) evaluasi pembelajaran dan 4) tindak lanjut pembelajaran. Penelitian ini berkesimpulan bahwa Kinerja guru dapat meningkat melalui pelaksanaan fungsi-fungsi manajemen kepala madrasah yang baik.  Direkomendasi seorang  kepala madrasah harus memiliki  leadership dalam melaksanakan tugasnya.Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Kepala Madrasah, Kinerja Guru

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of the school committee in realizing the strategic plan at SMA Negeri 1 Tongkuno. The dimensions that are in the spotlight are: 1) the direction of development of SMAN 1 Tongkuno; 2) The role of the school committee in realizing the strategic plan at SMAN 1 Tongkuno. The research was conducted qualitatively with a descriptive approach, where research data were presented in a narrative manner as a series of systematic and meaningful events. The results show that the direction of development of SMAN 1 Tongkuno is to foster students who have the required scientific capacity, coupled with a relevant curriculum and effective school management, based on strong religious principles. The role of the school committee in realizing the school's strategic plan is carried out in the form of giving consideration, supporting school policies and programs, liaising schools with the community, and carrying out supervision.Keywords:     School Committee, Vision and Mission, Strategic Plan, Education QualityPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran komite sekolah dalam mewujudkan rencana strategis di SMA Negeri 1 Tongkuno. Dimensi yang menjadi sorotan adalah : 1) arah pengembangan SMAN 1 Tongkuno; 2) Peran komite sekolah dalam mewujudkan rencana strategis di SMAN 1 Tongkuno. Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dimana data penelitian disajikan secara naratif sebagai rangkaian peristiwa yang sistematik dan memiliki makna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  arah pengembangan SMAN 1 Tongkuno adalah pada pembinaan peserta didik yang memiliki kapasitas keilmuan yang dibutuhkan, dibarengi dengan kurikulum yang relevan dan pengelolaan sekolah yang efektif, dilandasi oleh prinsip keagamaan yang kuat. Abstract

This study aims to describe the excavation of educational funding sources consisting of 1). Exploration of sources of education funds through the Government 2). Exploring education funding sources through parents/school committees and 3). Exploring sources of education funds through the community. This research is a qualitative type with a descriptive approach that collects data by observing, interviewing and documenting. The results of this study stated that SD N Samirono Yogyakarta did not procure sources of funds from other sources, only relied on funds from the government, but SD N Samirono Yogyakarta tried to meet the needs of schools with minimal and sufficient funds but this was still felt by the school to be lacking and was just planned to collaborate with the school committee at SD Negeri Samirono Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan SD N Samirono Yogyakarta tidak melakukan pengadaan sumber dana dari sumber lainnya hamya mengandalkan dana dari pemerintah saja, namun SD N Samirono Yogyakarta berusaha mencukupi kebutuhan sekolah dengan dana seadanya dan secukupnya akan tetapi hal ini masih dirasa kurang oleh pihak sekolah dan baru direncanakan untuk mengadakan kerjasama dengan pihak komite sekolah di SD Negeri Samirono Yogyakarta. Abstract

This article aims to analyze the practice of marketing strategies through curriculum innovation at SD Syahid Al-Khalifah Kendari. The aspects studied are: 1) the form of curriculum innovation offered by SD Syahid Al-Khalifah; 2) curriculum innovation as a marketing strategy at Syahid Al-Khalifah Elementary School. The research was conducted qualitatively with a narrative approach, so that field data were obtained from purposively selected informants, and the researcher acted as the main instrument, assisted by interview guides, camera-photos, and stationery. Data were collected using observation, interview, and document studies. To ensure the validity of this research data, the researchers carried out an extension of observations, increased persistence and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that curriculum innovation at SD Syahid Al-Khalifah Kendari is manifested in the integration of the 2013 curriculum, the Islamic curriculum, and the leadership curriculum. The node of the innovation is the formation of identity as a school of Islamic leadership. The curriculum innovation is a product that is sold to the public by using promotional media, both conventionally and using social media platforms.Keywords:     Marketing Strategy, Curriculum Innovation, Islamic School, LeadershipArtikel ini bertujuan menganalisis praktik strategi marketing melalui inovasi kurikulum di SD Syahid Al-Khalifah Kendari. Aspek yang didalami adalah: 1) bentuk inovasi kurikulum yang ditawarkan SD Syahid Al-Khalifah; 2) inovasi kurikulum sebagai strategi marketing di SD Syahid Al-Khalifah. Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan pendekatan naratif, sehingga data lapangan diperoleh dari informan yang dipilih secara purposive, dan peneliti bertindak sebagai instrumen utama, dibantu pedoman wawancara, kamera-foto, dan alat tulis. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Untuk menjamin keabsahan data penelitian ini maka peneliti melakukan perpanjangan pengamatan, peningkatan ketekunan dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa inovasi kurikulum di SD Syahid Al-Khalifah Kendari mewujud dalam integrasi kurikulum 2013, kurikulum keislam, dan kurikulum kepemimpinan. Simpul dari inovasi tersebut adalah pembentukan identitas sebagai sekolah kepemimpinan Islam. Abstract

This article aims to provide a conceptual overview of: 1) the urgency of multicultural education, and 2) the design of multicultural-based PAI learning. The method used is literature review. The results of this study indicate that: 1) In accordance with the purpose of education itself which requires a change in behavior and attitudes as well as one's quality, teaching must take place in such a way that it does not just provide information or knowledge but must touch the heart, and encourage the desire of students to be able to make decisions to change, and practice it directly throughout life. man. 2) Taking the principle of lifelong education (long life education), Islamic religious education must also be able to animate at the deepest level of awareness in students.Keywords: PAI Learning Design, Multicultural EducationArtikel ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran konseptual tentang : 1) urgensi pendidikan multicultural, dan 2) desain pembelajaran PAI berbasis multikultural. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature reviu. Hasil kajian kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Warga sekolah yang datang dari berbagai latar belakang menyebabkan pendidikan multikultur menjadi suatu keharusan. Sehingga upaya-upaya untuk melakukan penyeragaman dalam berbagai hal pada warga sekolah adalah tindakan yang tidak tepat. Kondisi juga menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pembelajaran berbasis multikultur adalah kebutuhan di setiap sekolah, termasuk dalam ranah spesfik pada pembelajaran PAI. 2) diperlukan desain pembelajaran PAI yang relevan dengan semangat kemajemukan di sekolah. Sebagai implikasi dari kajian ini, penulis menyarankan pentingnya pembekalan wawasan multikultural bagi para guru PAI. Selanjutnya, diperlukan pelatihan tentang desain pembelajaran PAI berbasis multikultur bagi para guru PAI.Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran PAI, Pendidikan Multikultural
