Abstract

This article describes the use of group work methods and media images in increasing thematic learning outcomes with the theme of my daily assignments. The research was conducted at SDN 92 Kendari using a classroom action research approach. The research subjects were students of class II semester I, totaling 26 students. Preliminary research shows that teachers have made various efforts to improve thematic learning outcomes. These efforts include: giving LKS (student worksheets), practice questions, and homework. However, these efforts have not been able to improve student thematic learning outcomes. This becomes the basis for the application of group work methods and media images to improve thematic learning outcomes. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded as follows: Students become more enthusiastic and motivated in learning thematic. In class II semester I SD Negeri 92 Kendari, totaling 26 students, it turned out that from cycle to cycle, student learning outcomes increased. From 21.74% of students who completed it to 73.46% in cycle 1, then in cycle 2 it increased to 96.15%. By applying the Group Work Method and Image Media in learning, it can improve the learning outcomes of class II students in the odd semester of SD Negeri 92 Kendari for the 2019/2020 academic year, with a completeness percentage of 96.15%.Keywords:     Group Work Methods, Image Media, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes with demonstration methods. The research was conducted in class V SD Negeri 92 Kendari by implementing classroom action research. Preliminary observations show that student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects have not yet reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria. The reason is the low creativity and independence of students, as well as inappropriate learning methods. This becomes the basis for conducting action research to improve student outcomes through the application of the demonstration method. The results showed that: 1) the learning sub-theme of Honest People Loved by Allah with the demonstration method could improve the teacher's ability to carry out the learning process for fifth grade students at SD Negeri 92 Kendari; 2) learning the sub-theme of Honest People Loved by Allah with the demonstration method can increase the learning activities of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 92 Kendari; 3) the learning sub-theme of Honest People Loved by Allah with the demonstration method can improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 92 Kendari. So it can be concluded that the learning sub-theme of Honest People Loved by Allah with the demonstration method can improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 92 Kendari. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the types and styles of pondok leadership in the management of Islamic boarding schools. The data sources for this research are the Board of Directors of the Islamic Boarding School, the Board of Trustees of the Islamic Boarding School, and the Teachers of the Attarbiyatussakilah Islamic Boarding School, Kendari. This research was conducted qualitatively with a narrative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis through the process of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that: 1) In solving problems and making decisions in two ways, namely by way of deliberation and individual decision making. 2) In creating an atmosphere of good collaboration with subordinates, leaders instill a sense of mutual love and respect for each other, and never discriminate against their subordinates. 3) In accepting criticism, opinions and suggestions, leaders try to build a climate of openness.Kata Kunci:   Keywords: Type and style of leadership, Management of Islamic Boarding Schools

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis kepemimpinan kepala madrasah di MTs Al-Khairaat Konawe Selatan, keterampilan manajerial kepala madrasah dalam mengembangkan lembaga pendidikan di MTs Al-Khairaat Konawe Selatan, serta kepala madrasah dalam menghadapi persaingan global madrasah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan naratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah di MTs Al-Khairaat Konawe Selatan merupakan pemimpin yang melaksanakan perannya sebagai educator meningkatkan profesionalisme guru, sebagai manajer mempengaruhi bawahan dalam mencapai tujuan, sebagai administrator memberikan arahan kepada guru dalam proses pembelajaran membuat RPP, sebagi supervisior melakukan supervisi klinis, sebagai leader menengakkan kedisiplinan, sebagai innovator, melakukan pembaharuan model pembelajaran, sebagai motivator memberi motivasi, arahan dan kebijakan kepada guru. 2) Keterampilan kepala madrasah dalam mengembangkan lembaga pendidikan yaitu dengan menerapkan keterampilan manajerial seperti keterampilan konseptual, manusiawi dan teknis. 3) Kepala madrasah dalam menghadapi persaingan global madrasah di MTs Al-Khairaat Konawe Selatan dengan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan meningkatkan mutu tenaga pendidik dengan mengarahkan untuk mengikuti kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah, Persaingan global

Abstract

This research is motivated by students who take part in calligraphy extracurricular activities at MAS PTPN VI Berangir, where calligraphy, as an art form with Qur'anic values, has been made an extracurricular activity. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of calligraphy extracurricular activities on students in practising Qur'anic values, known as the concept of Living Qur'an. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. The research location was at MAS PTPN VI Berangir, North Labuhanbatu Regency, with data sources obtained from interviews with calligraphy extracurricular teaching teachers, as well as observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the process of implementing Living Qur'an was divided into two, namely the learning process and the understanding process. The impact of Living Qur'an through this calligraphy extracurricular is that students become more appreciative of the Qur'an and take the time to read the Qur'an after fard prayers, where those who were previously lazy to read it are now diligent. The challenges faced in this Living Qur'an process include an unsupportive social environment as well as students' lack of motivation and laziness. Abstract

This article written to review and analyse about funding managemen in the Islamic Middle School (Madrasa) level. This research was conducted in a non-profit Islamic Secondary School, Madrasah Tsanawiyah Muhammadiyah Wates (MTs Muh Wates) by qualitative approach and descriptively explained. Data acquisition was carried out by interviews, observations, and documentation. At the research site, educational funds are obtained from at least two sources, there are School Operational Assistance / Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) obtained from National Revenue and Expenditure Budget / Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) funds and committee donations from student’s parents. All these funds are accumulated and allocated on costs needed for the necessary expenses to facilitate teaching and learning activities in the school. Abstract

Improving the quality of education in madrasahs is an important focus in facing the challenges of globalization and modernization. MI Ummusshabri Kendari has implemented innovation through the transformation of regular classes into Islamic-Based Intellectual Intelligence (CIBI) classes. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of this transformation in improving the quality of learning and student output. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the transformation of CIBI classes at MI Ummusshabri Kendari has a positive impact on improving the quality of education, both in terms of academics and student character.Keywords:     Quality of education, madrasah, class transformation, Islamic-Based Intellectual Intelligence (CIBI)

Abstract

Penelitian Kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kebijakan proram beasiswa wawonii cerdas, untuk mengetahui gambaran motivasi Siswa Lulusan SMA di Wawonii untuk melanjutkan studi di Perguruan Tinggi, mengetahui pengaruh kebijakan beasiswa wawonii cerdas terhadap motivasi melanjutkan Studi di Perguruan Tinggi. Data dikumpulkan melalui Angket dengan skala likert. Lalu data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif presentase untuk melihat gambaran Umum lalu menggunakan analisis Uji prasyaratan untuk melihat persmaan regresinya kemudian di uji menggunakan analisis Regresi linear berganda dan terkahir di analisis dengan menggunakan Uji determinasi (Uji R) untuk melihat sumbangan variable X terhadap Y. Kebijakan Program Beasiswa dikategorikan cukup dan penting dapat dilihat dari 86 responden kategori sangat baik 0%, kategori baik 3,5%, kategori cukup 96,5%, kategori tidak cukup 0% ini menunjukkan siswa mehamami sangat membantu kebijakan program beasiswa namun dukungan orang tua, dukungan teman mempengaruhi motivasinya. Motivas melanjutkan pendidikan siswa kategori sangat tinggi dengan presentase kategori sangat baik 15%, kategori baik 85% yang dipengaruhi dari naik turunnya Kebijakan program beasiswa, semakin tinggi biaya pendidikan yang disalurkan akan semakin tinggi motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kebijakan program beasiswa dan motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan siswa dengan pengujian hipotesis ditemukan T hitung sign 0.444 < T tabel sign 0,05 sedangkan untuk untuk pada taraf signifikan 5% dengan persamaan regresinya Y=66,984+0,048+e yang menunjukkan sangat linear yang berarti Ho ditolak sedangkan H1 diterima dengan sumbangan X terhadap Y sebesar 0,2% tersisa 99,8 dipengaruhi oleh variable lain.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the teacher's efforts in developing Akidah Akhlak learning through the social project learning model in class IX of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Al Washliyah Sei Lumut. This research uses a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. The research informants were Akidah Akhlak teachers, students, and the local community. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and document studies. The results showed that the teacher's effort to develop Akidah Akhlak learning was with the ‘Clean Friday’ activity. This activity has a huge impact and provides a positive commitment to building character and improving the quality of students. Through this effort, teachers have realized character building, improved interaction skills, and contributed to social activities in the community.Keywords: Teacher Efforts, Akidah Akhlak Learning, Social Project

Abstract

This study analyzes the reign of Sunan Prawoto during the Demak Sultanate from 1546 to 1549 AD, employing the historical research method and the cyclical theory framework proposed in Ibn Khaldun's Muqaddimah. The findings reveal that Sunan Prawoto, the fourth Sultan of the Demak Sultanate, ascended the throne amid political instability and faced internal and external threats. To stabilize the state, he moved the capital to Bukit Prawoto and aimed to unite Java under his rule, envisioning a leadership akin to the second Sultan of Turkey.
