This study chose the object of research to employees of PT. Angkasa Pura IV Makassar and data collection was carried out with primary data and secondary data with sampling methods using the slovin technique, namely 68 respondents from a population of 211 employees. The results of research on competency variables, emotional intelligence and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competency variables partially have a negative but insignificant effect on employee performance, emotional intelligence variables partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance while work environment variables partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Angkasa Pura IV Makassar. Data processing using multiple regression with spss version 26. This writer suggests that employees of PT. Angkasa Pura IV Makassar. further improve the Kempetensi variable and emotional intelligence to improve employee performance. and for other researchers to continue this research so that the limitations in this study can be refined

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to contribute to building behavioral intentions through service quality and experience quality. Perceived Value is expected to play a role as a mediation in tourism objects in the city of Semarang. The population is all visitors to tourist attractions in the city of Semarang, while the sample is determined on the basis of Tables Isaac and Michael of 190, respondents are determined using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. Path analysis is used as an analytical tool with the Sobel test to determine the results of mediation between exogenous and endogenous variables. The results of hypothesis testing show that behavior intention can be manifested by service quality and experience quality through perceived value as mediation. Perceived value can be implied through service quality and experience quality while Perceived Value directly significantly influences Behavior Intention. The results of the Sobel test calculation show a value of 2.114 meaning that the Service quality and Experience quality variables have a significant influence on Behavioral Intention through Perceived Value. The Adjusted R-Square value obtained is 0.868, meaning that behavioral intention can be explained by service quality, experience quality and perceived value of 86.8% and the remaining 13.2% is explained by other variables outside this study

Abstract

In this study, researchers will create a news forum that processes data and information, especially in technology. As can be seen at this time, people still get information and express their opinions only through print media or what is commonly called newspapers or magazines, so the information may not be up to date quickly. Therefore, here the researcher will make observations and collect data to find out the main problems researchers will face when they want to make this news forum. There are several methods used to obtain the desired data, namely by conducting a literature study, namely the data collection method by collecting literature, journals, papers, and readings related to the research title, then creating a questionnaire that will be given to editors, journalists, as well as ordinary users in creating a news portal, in which there is a communication forum using existing methods such as Waterfall. The software for making this news portal and forum uses the programming languages Php, Mysql, Javascript, and CSS. Later following the results of observations, surveys and tests carried out, it is hoped that the information system that has been built can help be better than the applications previously used in processing data. In other words, the information system built will be able to process well-structured photo and news data. Ultimately, creating portals and forums helps people get information and express their opinions. This portal and forum design displays several menus, such as the latest news and profiles, and is supported by a communication forum.

Abstract

Various efforts have been made by SMEs to be able to survive and get decent performance results in times of crisis by adopting information technology. This is the right innovation step because humans are now interconnected despite the special need for business transformation from traditional to electronic business. However, in its implementation, there are obstacles that hinder the success of the performance results of SMEs that have adopted post-pandemic IT, such as IT capabilities and HR management capabilities. The purpose of this study is to prove and confirm that these two obstacles are real and have been bridged by the local government so that SMEs are not too negatively affected by the pandemic through digital ecosystem training. The object of this research is 66 SMEs in the city of Surabaya. Sampling technique was non-random sampling with type purposive sampling Data was collected by distributing online to selected respondents. The results of the study obtained the fact that IT Capability has a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMEs. This is indicated by the path coefficient value of 0.461 and the P-value of 0.000. Human Resources Management has a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMEs. This is indicated by the path coefficient value of 0.386 and the P-value of 0.000. The calculation results refer to the path coefficient > 0.1 and significant at P-value <0.05. This means that the government's role is highly expected in maintaining the nation's economic stability through the empowerment of SMEs in the aspects of information technology and human resources.

Abstract

PT. Cakrawana Furnindo Utama is facing a problem phenomenon, where acts of fraud occur in almost all management lines. This condition occurs because the management of the company itself has not carried out strict and integrated supervision of employees in carrying out their operational activities. This indicates that fraud prevention by companies is still low and needs to be improved. The research objective is to determine the impact of perceived behavior control and Machiavellian behavior partially on whistleblowing and fraud prevention, the impact of whistleblowing on fraud prevention and the role of whistleblowing in mediating the impact of perceived behavior control on fraud prevention and the impact of Machiavellian behavior on fraud prevention. The population and at the same time as the sample are all employees of PT. Cakrawana Furnindo Utama numbered 100 people, using the census method. The data analysis technique is a stepwise linear regression test (Two Stage Least Square). From the results of data analysis, it is known that perceived behavior control and Machiavellian traits partially have a positive and significant impact on whistleblowing, perceived behavior control has no impact on fraud prevention, while Machiavellian traits have a positive and significant impact on fraud prevention, on the other hand whistleblowing has a positive and significant impact on prevention of fraud, whistleblowing does not mediate the impact of perceived behavior control on fraud prevention and whistleblowing does not mediate the impact of Machiavellian traits on fraud prevention.

Abstract

Every employee wants to succeed, thus many are loyal. Some company loyalists seek justice. Businesses must encourage employee performance to succeed. Motivation, compensation, and work environment affect employee performance. This study analyzes and provides evidence that motivation, compensation, and work environment improve employee performance. This literature review article develops a conceptual framework on employee performance based on motivation, compensation, and work environment theories. According to the literature review, motivation, compensation, and work environment can boost employee performance and corporate performance. This study supports Abraham Maslow's theory (The Need Hierarchy Model) that motivation substantially influences human behavior. Motivation directs persons to their needs. A leader must know his subordinates' requirements. This study's research model and arguments can advance corporate or business management and administration discussions. This research is relevant for future quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods research.
