Abstract

In daily life in various activities, including in households and industry. The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources noted that electricity consumption per capita in Indonesia will be 1,173 kWh in 2022. This number has increased by 4.45% from the previous year which was 1,123 kWh. The use of fossil energy sources are increasing as demand increases, making reserves of fossil energy sources increasingly depleted. Nowadays, some measuring tools that sold commercially require wiring process to the MCB, so there is potential danger of electric shock and also the tools can’t store historical data that so the data can’t be analyze. Monitoring electricity usage can help users to alert about household appliances that have been accidentally left on. This is become the research topic by implemented monitoring electrical power consumption in household electronic equipment and storing historical data so users can analyze which electronic equipment with the largest power consumption based on real time and historical data displayed on a Web-based dashboard. Data was taken from testing using the SCT-013 5A 1V Current Transformer Sensor and Arduino Uno R3 microcontroller. Electronic equipment that will be monitored are air conditioner, water heater, washing machine, rice cooker, refrigerator, laptop, dispenser, iron, fan, and lamp. User able to monitor the amount of electrical power consumption used in various electronic equipment and control lamp via Web-based Dashboard.

Abstract

The teaching factory is a production-based learning model designed to integrate educational environments with real-world industry practices. This model emphasizes collaboration between schools and industries to produce real products and services that are market-ready. By implementing this concept, students gain hands-on experience by directly practicing in laboratories or workshops. These sessions involve producing goods or services that are later sold to consumers, providing learners with practical exposure to the production and business process. The teaching factory concept bridges the gap between theoretical learning and industrial application. Students are not only taught academic content but are also equipped with essential skills for the workforce. This model ensures that they gain industry-relevant competencies, making them better prepared for future careers. Furthermore, it nurtures entrepreneurial skills by exposing students to real market dynamics and business challenges. This study focuses on exploring the implementation of the teaching factory model in SMK PGRI 1 Kudus. A qualitative research approach was employed, using a single case study method to deeply analyze the practice. Data collection techniques included a literature review, in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The researchers selected informants responsible for managing the teaching factory program at SMK PGRI 1 Kudus using purposive sampling. These informants provided key insights into the planning, execution, and challenges of the program. The findings of the study reveal that the effective implementation of a teaching factory program relies on three key pillars. First, real business operation is essential. This involves ensuring that the teaching factory simulates actual industry operations, enabling students to understand and engage with real-world production standards and market demands. For instance, products and services created in the teaching factory must meet the quality and pricing standards of the marketplace. This ensures that students grasp the importance of quality assurance and customer satisfaction. Second, a laboratory setting representation of related industries plays a critical role. The laboratory or workshop should closely replicate the conditions, equipment, and processes found in the industries students are being trained for. This alignment helps students familiarize themselves with the tools, technologies, and workflows they will encounter in professional settings. Moreover, such settings encourage a culture of innovation and problem-solving as students tackle tasks similar to those faced by professionals. Third, competence-based pedagogy forms the foundation of the teaching factory. This approach tailors the curriculum to industry standards, focusing on building specific competencies required in the workforce. Teachers act as facilitators, guiding students through experiential learning processes. The pedagogy emphasizes a balance between theory and practice, ensuring that students not only acquire knowledge but also develop the technical and soft skills needed for their chosen careers. In conclusion, the teaching factory model, as implemented in SMK PGRI 1 Kudus, demonstrates how education and industry collaboration can produce graduates who are both competent and competitive. By fostering real business operations, industry-representative settings, and competency-based learning, the program bridges the gap between education and employment, ultimately preparing students to thrive in the workforce.

Abstract

Financial statements are deemed to be of high quality when they are relevant, comparable, understandable, and reliable. The implementation of an accounting information system significantly contributes to ensuring the production of reports that are effective, relevant, efficient, and accurate. Without integrating an internal control system into the accounting information system, its benefits may be limited. The primary objective of establishing an accounting internal control system is to generate reliable financial reports, thereby ensuring the production of high-quality financial statements. This research investigates the impact of Accounting Internal Control on the Quality of Financial Statements in the Batam City Government, with the Accounting Information System serving as an intervening variable. The study's sample includes 155 employees working in the finance department across various SKPK (regional government work units) in the Batam City Government. The analysis was conducted using AMOS version 22.0. The findings reveal that Accounting Internal Control has a positive and significant influence on both the Accounting Information System and the Quality of the Batam City Government's Financial Statements. Moreover, the Accounting Information System mediates the relationship between Accounting Internal Control and the quality of financial statements.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium firms from both the traditional and contemporary sectors make up the vast majority of Indonesia's labour force, making SMEs among the most significant economic actors in the country. Improving the efficiency of small and medium-sized woven fabric businesses in Lombok is the primary goal of this research. In this study, an explanatory approach was used. The purpose of this research was to examine potential causal explanations for observed patterns. The study's findings Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) producing woven fabrics in Lombok have benefited greatly from an entrepreneurial mindset in the last three years. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) producing woven fabrics in Lombok are heavily affected by their working conditions. For woven fabric SMEs in Lombok, a positive result for the route coefficient between the workplace and performance indicates a unidirectional link or effect. In today's friendly business environment, entrepreneurial orientation influences performance, and future business environment conditions are not always predictable. It is necessary to anticipate some alternative problem-solving, so entrepreneurial orientation that theoretically affects performance must be formulated to achieve goals and implement strategies effectively. Since previous studies have shown that the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance is inconsistent, such as through the use of social media and E-commerce, it is important to conduct additional research on the environmental impact on performance improvement in the context of Lombok's small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that produce woven fabrics.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyze the role of work discipline in improving employee performance with work productivity as an intervening variable at PT. Sejahtera Mandiri of Semarang. This study uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire to collect the necessary data. The research sample consisted of 98 people obtained through a census technique. The analysis used to process the data used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) through the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with the help of the SmartPLS ver. 3.2.9 program. The results of this study indicate that work discipline and work productivity have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline indirectly through work productivity as an intervening variable has a significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

An organization’s incapacity to keep workers may contribute to high level of turnover intention, which will be detrimental to the business. Good employees who are not given the opportunity to progress in the company cause employees to resign from their jobs.This study aims to analyze and examine the influence of transformational leadership, career development and job satisfaction on turnover intention with work environment as an intervening variable at Sinar Bahagia, East Lombok. Regression analysis and quantitative methods are used in this research. The data was collected using questionnaires distributed to all employees Sinar Bahagia. The sampling method used is census sampling technique with a total population of 55 employees. The data analysis with Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this study indicate that the transformational leadership, career development and job satisfaction have a significant effect on turnover intention, while work environment not have a significant effect on turnover intention at Sinar Bahagia. The work environment is proven to be able mediate the influence of transformational leadership and job satisfaction on turnover intention. While, work environment is unable to mediate the influence of career development on turnover intentionat Sinar Bahagia. The findings of this study can be reference uses as reference for future researchers who will study similar problems

Abstract

Private Higher Education Institutions (PHEIs) play a significant role in advancing educational opportunities and national competitiveness, yet they face critical challenges in governance, resource efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction. This study proposes a comprehensive governance framework integrating Total Quality Management (TQM), Enterprise Architecture (EA), and value creation strategies to address these challenges. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and qualitative insights from pilot implementations at Indonesian PHEIs, the framework identifies key interdependencies among service quality, institutional strategies, and operational outcomes. The results demonstrate that aligning academic and non-academic systems with strategic objectives enhances governance effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and institutional performance. This research provides practical recommendations for policymakers and practitioners, highlighting the importance of technology adoption, continuous feedback, and capacity building for sustainable governance transformation

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) in managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on online consumer experience, with the role of digital HR as a mediator. The implementation of AI in CRM has become an increasingly popular strategy among companies to improve customer interaction, personalization, and satisfaction. However, its effectiveness depends not only on the technology used, but also on the ability of digital HR to manage and optimize it. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey of 200 online consumers who interact with companies that use AI-based CRM. Data were analyzed using a path analysis model to test the direct and indirect relationships between independent variables (AI implementation in CRM), mediator variables (digital HR competencies or roles), and dependent variables (online consumer experience). The results of the study show that the implementation of AI in CRM has a significant positive effect on online consumer experience. In addition, digital HR competency acts as a strong mediator, where high HR quality in managing AI technology strengthens the relationship between AI use and improved consumer experience. These findings indicate that in addition to investing in AI technology, companies need to focus on improving digital HR competency to achieve optimal results. This research provides practical implications for companies in designing more effective customer management strategies by combining AI technology and HR development. In addition, these results also provide insights for academics for further research on the role of digital HR in the era of automation and digitalization.

Abstract

The Mappanretasi tradition is a form of local wisdom of the Bugis people in Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan, which has spiritual, social, and economic meanings. This research aims to inventory the cultural elements of Mappanretasi, analyze its impact on the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector, and identify challenges in preserving this tradition. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation studies, involving indigenous leaders, local communities, and local governments. The results of the study show that Mappanretasi reflects the relationship between humans and nature through symbols such as ritual boats and offerings of marine products, which symbolize gratitude and community solidarity. This tradition also has a significant economic impact, especially for MSMEs in the culinary, handicrafts, and service sectors, with a surge in demand for local products during its implementation. However, the preservation of this tradition faces challenges such as declining interest among younger generations, lack of formal documentation, and modernization pressures that have the potential to diminish the spiritual essence of the tradition. This research suggests formal documentation of traditions through digitalization, integration of cultural values into formal education, and collaboration between governments, communities, and the private sector to address these challenges. With a strategic and holistic approach, the Mappanretasi tradition can continue to be an integral part of local cultural identity while supporting sustainable economic development

Abstract

The use ofartificial intelligence (AI) in human resource management (HRM) isgaining increasing attention, with many organizations recognizing itspotential to enhance operational efficiency. The majority of respondentsin this study demonstrate awareness of AI, with more than halfunderstanding the technology and its functions in the context of HRM.Most respondents hold a positive view towards AI adoption, with over60% believing that AI can improve organizational efficiency. Keybenefits identified include time savings in recruitment, improved dataanalytics, and more accurate employee turnover predictions. However,despite the widespread support for AI, some concerns remain. About12% of respondents expressed concerns regarding algorithmic bias thatmay arise in AI-driven decision-making processes, as well as challengesin safeguarding employee privacy. These issues highlight theimportance of caution when implementing AI, ensuring that thetechnology does not exacerbate inequalities or infringe upon individualprivacy. Overall, the survey results reflect a generally positive attitudetowards AI, while also emphasizing the need for a more cautiousapproach in its application. Organizations must address ethical andprivacy concerns and ensure that AI is used to support fair andtransparent decision-making
