Abstract

Purpose this research is aimed at building a hypothetical model regarding the influence of competency level, job satisfaction level, strength of employer branding and employee engagement on the performance level of midwives in Tasikmalaya City. The results of the research can be applied by the Health Service to achieve increased performance of midwife health workers in order to fulfill one of the people's basic rights, namely the right to obtain maximum health services. Theoretical  Framework: In this research, organizational behavior is used as a grand theory. Robbins (2022) revealed that organizational behavior is the study of what people do in an organization and how their behavior affects organizational performance. Organizational behavior specifically pays attention to situations related to work, so that organizational behavior emphasizes behavior related to problems such as work, absenteeism, job turnover, productivity, human performance, and management. The research method used is an explanatory survey approach to explain the relationship between variables through hypothesis testing in the field. Research that uses descriptive surveys and explanatory survey methods is carried out by collecting information from samples directly at the scene of the incident (empirical) through questionnaires with the aim of finding out the opinions of the samples regarding the research problem. And this research uses the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling analysis technique (PLS-SEM), to model many variables in research. Originality/Value: The Health Service to achieve increased performance of midwife health workers in order to fulfill one of the people's basic rights, namely the right to obtain maximum health services. that the performance that has been carried out by the midwives is in accordance with the number of activity cycles that must be completed and in accordance with the SOP at the relevant agency. Meanwhile, the lowest index is in the work quality indicator dimension in item 2 regarding the level of work results based on employee skills in completing work and employee skills in carrying out tasks assigned to them with a percentage score of 69.59. This shows a lack of skills, knowledge and the workload given makes the work results given by midwives less than optimal

Abstract

The use of artificial intelligence image generators in creating digital illustration is experiencing rapid development as an alternative to support the work of designers in  various fields, especially visual communication design. Despite its sophistication, we must consider some aspects of the human side in order to maximize the  design aesthetic value. This research aims to find out what applications are used in the AI image generator, as well as to identify the results of digital illustrations using the AI image generator. The results of this research show that the image generation diffusion model with various techniques and variations developed can produce excellent and unique text-based quality and control. However, humans are still the best pilots for determining text-based commands that can produce and function the greatest result.

Abstract

The phenomenon of firm value is still an interesting topic to research in the field of financial management, especially those caused by managerial ownership. Not all studies explore the efficiency mechanism and test it up to the boundary conditions of the effect itself. This study uses firm size and risk as factors to explain how efficiency mediates the impact of managerial ownership on firm value both directly and indirectly. The sample used in this study is the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a period range of financial statements from 2010 to 2019. This study uses Conditional Process Analysis techniques with implementing of macro PROCESS embedded on SPSS version 21 software to find out how the mechanism (efficiency) varies as a function of individual differences (company size and risk). The results obtained are, large companies in Indonesia tend to have been managed efficiently so that they are able to deal with various levels of risk while small and medium-sized companies provide the opposite results. Firm size and stock return risk determine the indirect impact of efficiency on the effect of managerial ownership on firm value. Another finding is that the measurement of the direct impact of managerial ownership on firm value is not moderated by firm size and also the level of risk. Firm size (small, medium, large) and stock return risk (low, moderate, high) both have no contributory effect on the direct effect of managerial ownership on firm value

Abstract

This study examines the mediating role of Protestant Work Ethic in the relationships between Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership, and Personality on Teacher Job Performance in private Christian elementary schools in Banten Province. A quantitative survey involved 236 teachers as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) with WarpPLS 7.0. The results indicate that Organizational Culture positively influences Protestant Work Ethic, while Transformational Leadership has a negative impact. Personality does not significantly affect Protestant Work Ethic. Protestant Work Ethic significantly enhances Teacher Job Performance. Organizational Culture and Personality directly contribute to Teacher Job Performance, whereas Transformational Leadership shows no significant direct impact. Mediation analysis reveals that Protestant Work Ethic partially mediates the relationships between Organizational Culture and Teacher Job Performance, as well as between Personality and Teacher Job Performance, but not between Transformational Leadership and Teacher Job Performance. This study concludes that Organizational Culture and Personality are key factors in improving Teacher Job Performance, with Protestant Work Ethic serving as a significant mediator. The findings emphasize the importance of cultivating a positive organizational culture and developing personal competencies to enhance Teacher Job Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the political marketing strategy, social capital, and millennial generation of the Bobby and Akhyar pair in the 2020 Medan City Pilkada. This study uses a qualitative case study research method. The research design in this study uses an explanatory case study. The research data consists of primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used by the researcher are Documentation, Interviews, and Observation. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the political marketing strategy and social capital carried out by Bobby Nasution as a millennial political actor in the 2020 Medan City Pilkada are by implementing puss marketing (direct meetings with the community), pull marketing (utilizing media in branding his image), pass marketing (utilizing the support of influential figures in campaigning for his political ideas). Bobby Nasution's social capital consists of friendships with influential figures in Medan City, being active as a member of the PDI Party, as the son-in-law of Mr. Jokowi as President of Indonesia and others. The relationship between aspects of political marketing, social capital and millennial political actors in the victory of the Bobby-Aulia pair in the 2020 Medan City Pilkada, namely the victory obtained by the Bobby Nasution pair in the 2020 Medan City Pilkada cannot be separated from the contribution of political marketing carried out, the social capital owned and their brand image as millennial political actors. The three aspects above are interconnected in their implementation, for the ideas and political promises offered will be conveyed through direct meetings with the community, uploaded on social media, forwarded by influential figures, and channeled and assisted by the social capital they have, such as being campaigned by their supporting parties, by their business relations, or by youth communities that are included in the millennial generation community.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to show that a deeper comprehension of Sahala, its cultural background, and Batak church leadership will provide insights into the various potential impacts of integrating sensors and algorithms into sociocultural practices. This study employed a qualitative research approach and descriptive methods. The choice of a qualitative paradigm is based on the study's aim to investigate and describe the identified issues, specifically the functions of the church leader and the church through Sahala. The purpose of qualitative research is to provide an in-depth analysis or description of a phenomenon, drawing from the significance derived from observed occurrences. This research reveals evolving church leadership dynamics in the age of artificial intelligence. As technology advances rapidly, church leaders must demonstrate adaptability and situational awareness. They need to modify their leadership approaches to strike a balance between traditional and modern methods. The study also underscores the necessity of ethically incorporating Sahala into AI systems. When considering the use of AI to integrate Sahala into genetic parenting, it is crucial to ensure that the technology respects traditions and has the potential to foster the development of genuine individuals. Moreover, community involvement is essential to incorporate their viewpoints into the technology's development process. Technologies that disregard community input pose significant moral risks, which can only be properly evaluated and mitigated through active engagement with the community
