Abstract

Homedika is a technology-based social entrepreneur that connects health workers and health facilities with various health services. Homedika established since November 2016 by dr. Gamal Albinsaid. This research has a purpose to know the quality and success implementation of Homedika. This research used model of Unified Theory Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and DeLone & McLean model. The number of respondent that will be used for this research is 30 by using purposive sampling. Data were collected by questionnaire. The data analysis in this research used statistic descriptice. The results of quality analysis on the variable of social influence was high enough category. The results of success analysis on the variable of use was high enough category. The recommendation given in this research based on indicator that has a value below the total averages, there were subjective norm on social influence indicator and frequency of use indicator on use.

Abstract

Education has an important role in human life. Choosing the right education will have a positive impact on their future career. Based on Indonesian Education Curriculum starting from year 2013, high school major was carried out since 10th grade, at the time when new student admission is conducted. These changes have an impact on Junior High School students, who have to prepare to choose which major they they want to be in. Academic report, student interest, family's wealth, school they want to enroll, and parent's wishes are some factor that need to be considered. This study is conducted to make recommendation for 9th grade students in which major are suitable for them. The method used is Analytic Hierarcy Process (AHP) and Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART). Criterias that being used is their study report, and their interest. AHP is used to calculate the weight of criteria, while SMART is used to determine recommendation result between IPA and IPS. Data testing is calculated 10 times using Spearman Correlation resulting in ρ=0.83458. The Spearman value (ρ) then compared to significance test table, resulting significant relationship between IPA and IPS.

Abstract

PUBG MOBILE is a First-Person Shooter and Third-Person Shooter game that was just released on March 19, 2018. This game including to the category of new game on the mobile platform so that it has the potential to have new users. User Experience is very important for the success of a game on the market, especially on the type of application that has been released. The system that are not well designed and not easy to use will make it difficult for users to learn and operate them, so that they will rarely be used. In order to get a good user experience, an evaluation is a necessary. The Cognitive Walkthrough method is a user experience evaluation method when evaluator provide scenario-based assignment and several questions to game users to find problems that interfere with the learning process. This method is suitable for the system that was just released because it can explore the cognitive processes of users when they first use the system. Respondents used in this study were divided into two groups, namely 3 respondents who had never played PUBG MOBILE games and 3 people who often played PUBG MOBILE games and often played games with similar genres. The evaluation results in the PUBG MOBILE game show that many problems occur because the display is difficult to understand (text and icon) on the task when the user learns about weapons in the game. However, problems that arise are problems that won't affect the main functions of the game.

Abstract

Food classification is a classic problem that still becomes an interest for many researchers. Several studies have been conducted using only one type of food, which is fruit as the object of the classification. This research was conducted to improve the previous ones. This study uses five types of single food as its object. The method used is color feature extraction using YUV Color Moment, texture feature extraction using Haralick, and feature selection using Information Gain. The classification algorithm is K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN). The highest accuracy obtained is 94.26% obtained from the combined features of the two selected feature extraction methods. From these results, it can be concluded that the application of a combination of feature extraction methods, namely color and texture, and feature selection method greatly influence the food image classification process.

Abstract

Application of security systems to oversee the security of a location using cameras is an alternative that is often chosen. Rather than hiring the services of many security officers, put the cameras in various corners of the place are more economical with less security officer and a camera operator. Job duration of camera operators on average for 6 hours to 8 hours, during this period the operators are required to oversee the monitors in the room. With the long work duration, operator attention is decreased so that the supervision task insufficient. There is no a supervisor for camera operator performance, so operator supervisor technology in real-time is made. By detecting the position of sitting or standing and face detection, then the attention of operators can be detected. Position detection of sitting or standing on this system using HSV color conversion to selecting pixels containing skin color as a value threshold, image Thresholding, and white pixel calculations from the top image and the bottom image. For human face and eyes detection used Haar Cascade Classifier Algorithm. This algorithm can detect the tilt angle of each face up to 15áµ’. The output of the system is the sound of the buzzer, indicates that the operator under the conditions of being out of attention. The system can detect the sit or stand condition with 100% accuracy, for face and eyes detection to determine the condition of attention of 98.33% accuracy.

Abstract

One of the factors that causes poor quality of citrus crops is the disease which attacks the leaves. The development of information technology in digital image processing field allows to identify the citrus leaf disease automatically. This research identifies the citrus leaf disease includes Downy Mildew, Cendawan Jelaga, and CVPD (Citrus Vein Phloem Degeneration). The identification process of citrus leaf disease begins with resizing to equalize image size and rescaling to adjust the image brightness. Next, converting RGB to L*a*b* color space. After converting the color space, the results of the conversion is used as an input to image segmentation using K-Means algorithm. There are two segmentation parts, namely leaf segmentation and disease segmentation. After segmentation process, the results of disease segmentation are classified by using K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) algorithm on the train data to knows the class of their diseases. Tests conducted on this research are testing the value of Scale Factor, optimal cluster value, and optimal K value. Based on the three conducted tests, it recommends that the Scale Factor value is 1.1, the optimal cluster value on leaf segmentation is 2, the optimal cluster value on the segmentation of disease is 9, and the optimal K value is 4. The highest accuracy that obtained for disease identification in this research is 90.83%.

Abstract

Website Wisata Sengkaling is owned by Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling UMM. Website that has some problems in writing on the website, content layout and inappropriate color selection. The focus of this research is how to improve the appreance of the interface design on Wisata Sengkaling. Usability evaluation in this study uses the Website Usability Evaluation (WEBUSE) with four categories, that is Content, Organisation and Readability, Navigation and Links, User Interface Design and Performance and Effectiveness. The repair method used is the Human Centered Design (HCD). The discussion in the study is specify the context of use, specify the user requirement, produce design solution and evaluate the design solution. The result of this study indicate that the design of solution made using the Human Centered Design method is better than the initial design. Evaluation in old design in the Content, Organisation and Readability category have value 0,57. In the Navigation and Links category have value 0,57. In the User Interface Design category have value 0,54. In the Performance and Effectiveness category have value 0,55. But, on new design solution in the Content, Organisation and Readability category have value 0,65. In the Navigation and Links category have value 0,64 In the User Interface Design category have value 0,66. In the Performance and Effectiveness category have value 0,66.

Abstract

PT. Lintas Jejak Nusaraya is a company engaged in the field of GPS tracking services on vehicles, which utilize the website to provide services to users ranging from information about the current location of the vehicle to record the trip from the vehicle. The problem of branding is almost the same as the business competitors to make PT. Lintas Jejak Nusaraya decided to create a new brand. Interface improvements are needed to strengthen the identity of PT. Lintas Jejak Nusaraya in the new website development. Improved user interface is done using Human Centered Design approach. Aspects of usability used in testing, among others; Efficiency to measure access speed, Effectiveness to measure success rate, and to measure Satisfaction used questionnaire System Usabiliy Scale. A preliminary evaluation is performed on the old interface to explore the problem of the 9 issues used as suggestions for improvements to the proposed prototype and final evaluation done on the prototype to get user feedback from proposed improvements that have been made. From the evaluation result, there is an increasing of satisfaction level which increase from SUS Score 43,5 average in the initial evaluation to SUS Score 71 on final evaluain, increasing the time needed to access PT. Lintas Jejak Nusaraya from an average of 447 seconds to 399 seconds, and the completion rate of 82.8% in the initial evaluation to 97% in the final evaluation.

Abstract

Bungah District Library has problems in data management and efficiency of loaning and returning services by library staff. The complexity of library collections, library visitors data, and loan transactions demand the need of information technology to automate business processes in Bungah District Library. This study aims to build a web-based library information system that can help manage data and improve the quality of service loan transactions at the library. The software development method that used in this study is the waterfall method, which at the design and implementation stage applies the design pattern of model view controller or MVC pattern. While at the testing stage conducted sequentially from unit testing, integration testing, validation testing, reliability testing, compatibility testing, and acceptance testing. Unit tests using basis path technique shows that system has simple structure, easy to understand and implemented. Integration tests using white box method shows valid result. Validation tests using black box method shows that 26 functions of system can work properly. Reliability tests using nelson calculation shows that the system can run consistently. Compatibility testing result shows that the system can be used well on 6 types of browser. And the result of acceptance testing shows that all of functions can run well and accepted by stakeholder.

Abstract

Department of Tourism and Culture (Disparbud) of Malang Regency requires the customer's perspective in the process of monitoring and evaluation of management and development activities of South Malang beach tourism. But Disparbud neither have the data about the customer's opinion, nor the application of technology on data processing and data analysis that capable of providing information about customer's perspective on aspects of South Malang beach tourism. The customer's perspective can be obtained from customer's opinions in the form of review that available on the web platform. Web Scraping is a method for extraction of customer's opinion data sourced from the web platform. To get the information about customer's perspective on aspects of South Malang beach tourism could be done by performing Aspect Level Sentiment Analysis on the customer's opinion data. One of many classification methods is the Support Vector Machine, which can be used to classify sentiments in sentiment analysis process. This research managed to get 674 customer's opinion data in Bahasa Indonesia ranged from 2013 to 2018 for 43 tourist attractions of South Malang beach tourism sourced from TripAdvisor. The tests that have been conducted on the results of the sentiment classification for all aspects resulted good results in an average of 85% on accuracy, 85% on precision, 87% on recall, and 85% on F1-Score. The output of this research is in form of data visualization in the form of Dashboard consisted of 4 Dashboards which contains results from the process of sentiment analysis on the customer opinions to aspects of South Malang beach tourism.
