Abstract

Information retrieval is a system that displays documents according to the query given by user. However, the information retrieval system provide a lot of search results, when we are looking for a desired information is not possible to open one by one documents generated by system. Text Summarization can be done to get an overview of information from a document, so that user get the right documents. One method to summarize text is Maximum Marginal Relevance (MMR). Maximum Marginal Relevance (MMR) is one of the extractive summary methods used to summarize single or multi document documents. MMR summarizes documents by computing the similarity between sentences and sentences, and between sentences and queries. Based on the test results, it obtain best Precision at k in the fifth rank of 0.96 for information retrieval system results. The best test results from an average precision, recall, f-measure and accuracy respectively 0.70, 0.75, 0.70 and 74.17. The used method is good enough to get the relevant documents and obtain summaries based on the title corresponding to the contents of the document.

Abstract

Suwayuwo Village is located in Kecamatan Sukorejo, Kabupaten Pasuruan, East Java. The Suwayuwo Government opened a complaint handling to service complaints from residents of Suwayuwo Village on services from the village government. However, the lack of maximum complaints handling services has caused complaints from villagers not to be recorded properly. Based on these problems, information system is required through developing complaint handling information system. Information system development are carried out through business process modelling, requirements analysis, design and implementation of complaint handling information system by applying object-oriented approach. Furthermore, system testing are carried out to find out which system could run according the requirements that have been identified. Business process modelling activities generate As-Is and To-Be business process model. The requirement analyis generate functional requirement, non fuctional requirement, and visualisation of system capabilities use case diagram. The results of system design are object model documentation within class diagram, object interaction model within sequence diagram, database design, algorithm design and user interface design.The implementation result is a Web-based complaint handling Information system. The result of system testing shows that system could run according previous identified requirement.

Abstract

Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (KOMINFO) Provinsi Jawa Timur is a government agency in the field of communications and informatics as well as providing public services. KOMINFO has a data center that manages information from all IT services and devices in KOMINFO's office, the data center manages a lot of important and valuable information which must be secured with clear standards. Based on interviews that have been done, KOMINFO shall do information security in accordance with Peraturan Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika Republik Indonesia Nomor 4 Tahun 2016, other than that KOMINFO will also conduct an ISO 27001 certification on information security. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to evaluate the security of existing information using the Indeks KAMI and then see the results of the completeness and maturity of information security in the 5 areas of the Indeks KAMI and the feasibility of KOMINFO to perform ISO 27001 certification. From the evaluation results known about the maturity level of each information area at the I+ level and overall KOMINFO is not feasible to perform ISO 27001 certification. The result is the basis for making recommendations. The recommendations are made by comparing the shortcomings of the existing areas of the Indeks KAMI with the controls that exist in ISO 27001. One of the recommendations provided is that KOMINFO should implement detection, prevention and restoration controls to protect facilities against malware.

Abstract

Broiler chicken farm is the easy-applied farm factory that always released so many waste result, which is one of them is very unpleasant-smell air pollution. This smells and air pollution is because of any gases and the other particle, especially some dangerous gas, ammonia and methane that can make some serious damage for human. For the solution, the monitoring system of ammonia and methane gas using MQTT protocol on real time system has been designed. For the input, the system use MQ-4 which can detect the ammonia gas and MQ-135 who can detect methane gas. From the sensor, data will be sent to Arduino, that later will be forwarded on wifi module ESP8266. From ESP8266, data will be sent to web server using MQTT protocol and will be displayed on Thingsboard web server on real time condition. When it tested, the execution process show that between the first process (read data from sensor) until display the data on Thingsboard is 1.95 second. The MQTT delays is 1.37 second on real time condition.

Abstract

Microblogging has become the media information that is very popular among internet users. Therefore, the microblogging became a source of rich data for opinions and reviews especially on movie reviews. We proposed, sentiment analysis on movie review using ensemble features and Bag of Words and selection Features Pearson's Correlation to reduce the dimension of the feature and get the optimal feature combinations. Use the feature selection is done to improve the performance of the classification, reducing the dimension of the feature and get the optimal feature combinations. The process of classification using several models of Naive Bayes i.e. Bernoulli Naive Bayes for binary data , Gaussian Naive Bayes for continuous data and Multinomial Naive Bayes for numeric data. The results of this study indicate that by using the non-standard word on tweet evaluation results obtained accuracy 82%, precision 86%, recall 79.62% and f-measure 82.69% using Feature Selection 20%. Then after using manual standardization of word the evaluation results on the accuracy increased by 8% and then the accuracy becomes 90%, precision 92%, recall 88.46% and f-measure 90.19% using 85% feature selection. Based on these results it can be concluded that by using the standardization of word can improve the performance of classification and feature selection Pearson's provide optimal feature combinations and reducing the total number of dimensions feature.

Abstract

Dental caries disease is a disease commonly encountered in cases of dental problems. Indonesia is ranked 6th in dental caries cases 60% - 80% in the population in Indonesia. Therefore, early treatment expected to reduce the high caries disease in Indonesia. Classification Caries using computer programs is expected to improve performance in the field of dentistry. The problem with using the K-Nearest Neighbor method has been widely applied to other cases. This method has a deficiency in determining the value of K that must be sought alone for K. This study will discuss about the optimization of KNN K method. This study will use the combined K-Nearest Neighbor and Genetic Algorithm. Genetic algorithms can produce optimal solutions with various variations and have advantages in terms of ability. The use of optimization with this genetic algorithm makes K-Nearest Neighbor method easier to use because it does not have to choose manually. The results obtained on the accreditation test by Genetics algorithm quality are optimal K with 88% honesty and 0.9 fitness. Classification of dental caries disease would be better to use this combined method

Abstract

Smartphone can help activities people of disabilitie, among others, is to seek information, self-existence and eliminate burnout. But smartphones can be used also to help communicate between normal people and people with disabilities, one of which is calling people with hearing disability. If a normal person wants to call a person with hearing impairment, he or she should usually tap the shoulder or turn on the light switch to attract the attention of the deaf. But with the presence of sensors embedded in smartphones, normal people can easily call the deaf. To facilitate the calling of the deaf person then designed and implementation of an application converts voice into text. This app works if there is a voice calling the name of a person with hearing impairment, so the smartphone belonging to the deaf person can give a vibrating notification. To implement the application need to use the library to convert the sound into text that is pocketsphinx library. The application also needs to be implemented in the background service so that users can open other applications / programs without interrupting the application being run. This app also uses vibrate notifications to give notifications to app users if anyone calls This Aplication can recognize sound up to 4 meters.. Then the user response to the application tested by usability testing obtained 76.25% for caller and 81.18% for the deaf. This shows that the application is good and successful.

Abstract

CV. KAJEYEFOOD is a company that specialize in the food processing of fruit chips that has been established since 2002 in Malang city. CV. KAJEYEFOOD has a store that sells fruit chips from the company's production. But in practice, the store is still using conventional way in the sales transaction activities. The same thing happens in the warehouse where inventory recording activity was performed manually. To solve this problem, a system that can support business activities in store and warehouse is needed. In this study, the design of information system was done to help solving the problems. The design was done by using Rational Unified Process framework. In the inception phase, requirement analysis produced vision documents, 8 features, 21 functional requirements, 2 non-functional requirements, 9 use cases, and activity diagrams of each use case. In the elaboration phase, the design produced analysis class for each use case, analysis class mapping, unification class analysis, class diagrams, model data, and sequence diagrams. After the analysis and design phase, the evaluation was done by using traceability matrix method and requirement configuration structure (consistency analysis). The results of the evaluations that have been conducted shows that each requirement has a unique code that can be tracked and all the requirements that have been defined are consistent.

Abstract

Toko XYZ is one of the online mall that carries the business model maket place, with Toko XYZ, every individual, small shop and brand, can compete and have an online store easily and for free. The development of Toko XYZ is very dependent on the growth rate of customers who buy products in the store, the more customers who are loyal to Toko XYZ will be more rapid growth. However, customer loyalty by certain factors, data from Yayasan Lembaga Konsumen Indonesia (YLKI) in 2016 shows complaints of e-commerce customers in Indonesia such as unposted items, unilateral cancellations, refund process, misleading information, and dispute resolution, with the existence of such problems leads to decreased customer loyalty. So this research will discuss about the influence of customer satisfaction, customer trust, and reputation of the company to customer loyalty at item purchasing in Toko XYZ. This study refers to previous research as the foundation of a conceptual framework which then hypothesized the relationship between the four construct. The sample in this research amounted to 150 data taken from users Toko XYZ. From the results of this research shows that Toko XYZ customer loyalty is strongly influenced by Toko XYZ reputation level and customer satisfaction level when purchasing products in Toko XYZ, then reputation is a major factor in increasing customer satisfaction, trust and loyalty.

Abstract

Multiple salesman problem (M-TSP) is an advanced problem from TSP that is looking for minimal cost from tour in some location which can only be visited once. There are many problems that are included in the case of M-TSP, one of them is the passenger pickup route. Choosing the right path in the process of picking up passengers will certainly affect the effectiveness and cost in those activities. Ant colony optimization (ACO) is an algorithm that adopts the intelligence of a group of ants in a food search and able to solving the M-TSP problem. In this study there are two parameters used in finding the best solution that is distance and time. In equalize the value of distance and time parameters, applied min-max normalization in data. The best results are obtained when the parameter NcMax or iteration is 300, the value of α is 0.5, the value of β is 0.5, the value of τ0 is 0.5, the value of ρ is 0.5 and the number of passengers in one car as much as 5 with cost 148.829.
