Abstract

Quadcopter is an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle or UAV which has four propellers on its four sides. Nowadays quadcopter often used to help enrich human's life. Quadcopters need basic abilities. One of basic ability it needs is moving. To be able to move automatically the prerequisite is positioning. Positioning is used to determine quadcopter position in an environment. In robotics this problem is named Simultaneous Localization and Mapping or SLAM. Robot system usually uses Global Positioning System (GPS) to determine its location. GPS is primary method to determine robot position at outdoor environments. The problem occurs when GPS is being used in an indoor environment. GPS have low accuracy when used in a closed building. This problem made localization and mapping using GPS in an indoor environment rather difficult, thus another device is needed for SLAM processing. One of device that can be used to determine a quadcopter position is camera. In this research, writer will determine quadcopter position in an indoor environment using Large Scale Direct Monocular SLAM (LSD-SLAM) on an Ar.Drone 2.0. LSD-SLAM library will run using Robot Operating System (ROS) in a Ground Control System (GCS) computer. The results show that Ar.Drone can send images to GCS computer very well. System also can determine movement estimation of quadcopter using images that sent from Ar.Drone integrated camera which will be processed by LSD-SLAM library.

Abstract

Industrial Internship (hereinafter referred to as "PRAKERIN") is a program in which students experience hands-on industrial works. PRAKERIN need daily monitoring, which cant be fulfilled by SMK Negeri 2 Malang, resulting students being sent back to the school due to the lateness of problem solving. A user-friendly PRAKERIN monitorial application is needed. Researcher applies the Extreme Programming Method, a development method in which the plannings, designings, implementations and trials are repeated, making it possible to conduct modifications. This research consists of two iterations and involving four actor that is Admin, Teacher, Preceptor, and Student. In the first iteration, Black-Box Testing showed that application has 23 valid functionals with validity rate on 100%. At the same time, Usability type User Acceptance Test showed that application has usability rate on 87,50%. In the second iteration, it is known that additional functionals are proven valid with validity rate on 100%. At the same time on the Usability aspect showed that application has usability rate on 88,46%. Analysis result in both iteration showed that the application has been successfully developed, with validity rate on 100%. Because the functional which manage problem and attendance is proven valid, it can be said that problem monitory activity in PRAKERIN is successfully made easy. At the same time, analysis result on Usability aspect both iteration showed that the application has usability rate on 88,46%, meanings that it is very easy to use.

Abstract

Healthy lifestyle is the efforts made by the community to maintain their health. There are several ways to maintain health, namely taking care of fluid needs daily and taking care of nutritional intake and a good diet. But a busy schedule can make someone forgetting his health. If this continues, someone will suffer from disease. Diseases that are often found due to not having a healthy lifestyle are degenerative diseases. Some examples of degenerative diseases are diabetes mellitus, obesity, hypertension, and so on. Therefore, this study will arrange user assistance in a healthy lifestyle using the UX lean method. Lean UX is a user experience design method that has 4 stages in the process. These processes are Declaration of Assumptions, Making MVP, Running Experiments and Feedback & Research. After going through 2 iterations there is a score of 84.5 for smartphone design and a score of 80 for wearable devices. These results prove that the user experience design for smartphones and wearables is good.

Abstract

One of the services of PT PLN, namely Premium Service, requires a long process and activities from several stakeholders in it. In carrying out activities to complete these services, there are problems in it. Sometimes this problem causes customers who have registered to end up failing to subscribe to the Premium Service due to obstruction of some unmonitored processes. To solve this problem, a management information system for internal management of premium services can be the solution. The system was developed using the Waterfall model and object-oriented modeling. To build this information system, requirements analysis, software design, implementation, and testing are carried out. The requirements analysis phase produces a description of the business process using Business Process Modeling and modeling needs using a use case. The design phase produce sequence diagrams, package diagrams, database design, algorithm design, and interface design. At the implementation phase, unit testing is carried out using one of the techniques in the white box method, namely the basis of path testing to find the complexity of the program code and black box testing gets valid results in all test cases. In order to test the management information system developed that can run on all types of web browsers, a compatibility test has been carried out which has resulted in the Premium Service Management Information System being able to run on almost all web browsers.

Abstract

Doreni Petshop is a pet shop in Malang that sells pet supplies and offers coat facilities such as grooming and day care. However, there are several problems in its management, such as problems in recording, because grooming and storage orders as well as sales orders and out-of-stock orders so that employees often make mistakes in recording them. There is no record of incoming stock and frequent records of sales and purchases that have not been recorded in the orders are lost, resulting in different calculations for expenses, entries and stocks. As for customers, those who want to get a service function must order a slot on h-1. Usually, customers who did not place an order had to go home because they ran out of slots. Based on these problems, researchers developed an ordering system so that customers can order available packages without fear of running out of stock and developed a management system with the principle of point of sale that can manage orders, manage stock availability in and out, manage package availability, manage sales transactions, manage order and sales history, can print receipts and use qr-code to simplify the process of selling goods. The system is built based a on website with the SDLC model waterfall. Implementation with the programming language PHP and javascript using the codeigniter framework by applying the MVC concept. The test results in 100% valid status on unit testing, integration, and validation. Testing compatibility using sortsite results that the system is able to run in different browsers.

Abstract

Corona Virus 2019 (COVID-19) has now spread rapidly throughout the world since December 2019, so quarantine is carried out to limit the spread of the disease. The implementation of quarantine raises pros and cons from the public which makes the public express all their opinions and criticisms via Twitter. However, every tweet uploaded by the public does not contain the appropriate meaning so a sentiment analysis is necessary. The classification mechanism can be used to determine the polarity of sentiments but classification has its drawbacks. In the classification there is an unsupervised classification or clustering. The K-Means method is often used for clustering, but it still has weaknesses. Therefore, this study conducted a sentiment clustering on Twitter about public opinion of quarantine during COVID-19 pandemic using the DBSCAN method. Based on the results of tests carried out with 200 data, the best silhouette coefficient value is 0.32 at an epsilon value of 20 and a minPts value of 15, while the best davies bouldin index value is 0.10 at an epsilon value of 15 and a minPts value of 15. This research also gets more analysis results on neutral sentiment, which means that the public is of a neutral opinion towards quarantine during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The existence of the MRT Jakarta is expected to reduce the number of private transportation uses, which causes the congestion rate in the Jakarta area to continue to increase. Reviews from MRT Jakarta users help MRT Jakarta in improving its services, because good service quality can attract people to use MRT as public transportation for traveling. However, at this time, MRT Jakarta's official social media accounts had not yet found a feature to sort reviews between positive and negative reviews. If this is done manually it will take time, therefore it is necessary to carry out an automation process in the selection of these reviews. This automation process is known as sentiment analysis. In this study, the sentiment analysis system uses a combination of the Neighbor-Weighted K-Nearest Neighbor (NWKNN) classification method with the Information Gain feature selection. Tests conducted in this study using 5-Fold Cross Validation. The test results reach the optimal point at the 5th Fold, when the k value = 100, the exponent value = 2, and the threshold value for feature selection = 100% (without feature selection and without using stopword removal), with values of precision, recall, f- measure, and accuracy is 1; 0.94; 0.97; and 0.97.
