Abstract

Research activities was carried out during the Covid19 pandemic, so learning activities were carried out online. The implementation of the recitation method is carried out during online which aims to make students more independent in understanding and expanding the subject without teacher supervision. The recitation method is an assignment given by the teacher to all students. The research method used is quantitative research with the research type Pre Test-Post Test Control Group Design. The sample in this subject were students of class X Computer Network Engineering 1 as the control class and X Computer Network Engineering 2 as the experimental class with a total of 20 students each class. Research activities carried out using the normality and homogeneity test. In testing the hypothesis using the Wilcoxon and the Mann Whitney test. The results of the normality test showing that the data are not normal, while the homogeneity test results showing that the data are homogeneous. The results of the research hypothesis indicate that there is no difference between each research variables which means that H0 is accepted. The significance value of the hypothesis obtained is 0,356 > 0,05; 0,136 > 0,05; 0,940 > 0,05.

Abstract

The easy use of information technology is demonstrated by the number of various sectors that have implemented information technology, including the government sector. The Planning, Development, Research and Development Agency (BAPPELITBANG) of Tapin is a leading sector that coordinates the planning of Regional Work Units in Tapin Regency, South Kalimantan. The coordination is implemented by developing an electronic system for regional development under the name E-Tamasa. Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4 of 2016 concerning Information Security Management System, a government agency that manages an electronic system must implement information securities. Due to vital informations that are managed by BAPPELTBANG Tapin, this study aims to analyze the level of readiness of information security with Indeks Keamanan Informasi (KAMI) 4.1. This framework consists these following 7 evaluation areas, Electronic Systems Category, Information Security Governance, Information Security Risk Management, Information Asset Management, Information Technology and Security, and Supplements. The research result shows that BAPPELITBANG Tapin received the status of "Fulfillment of the Basic Framework" with a score of 291 for the level of completeness of the application of ISO 27001:2013 standards.

Abstract

The Office of Population and Civil Registration (Dispendukcapil) of Blitar Regency has public services in making civil registration documents. However, in practice there is security and efficiency in the business process. The applicant took too long in line and failed the trial from the early stages, so it took days for birth, death, marriage and divorce certificates to be produced. Then, in face-to-face submission of files, file damage often occurs in the service of making marriage and divorce certificates. Therefore, evaluate and improve existing business processes. Dispendukcapil hopes that researchers can provide improvements to the business process to improve the quality of its services. Business processes are analyzed using value chain analysis and vertical abstraction. The results of business process modeling in use today will determine which business processes are feasible to be evaluated using a criterion testing matrix. After the business process is selected, the problems found will be identified and their added value is identified using one of the tools in the BPI, namely added value assessment. The results of the evaluation and value added assessment were analyzed using the ESIA technique. The ESIA technique is used for corrections to activities that use system files and cutting activities such as counseling on marriage and divorce counseling. Recommendations for business improvements are compiled based on the results of analysis using the ESIA and modeled using BPMN. The simulation results on the business process model show a faster duration of the completed business design with the current business process duration. The largest reduction in duration occurred in services for making marriage certificates and the least amount of time was reduced for services for making divorce certificates. Divorce certificate making services have a faster simulation duration proportion of 55.9% and marriage certificate making services by 38.09%.

Abstract

In every project management company is needed in planning and project management to achieve company goals. Such as the Pasuruan City Government at the Housing Service in the community housing division in managing projects in the construction sector. However, project planning and management is handled manually so that it is not efficient and effective in managing the project, such as difficult to control the project from the timeline and progress side, it is difficult to see the progress of the S curve regularly, too much effort for periodic project control processes and compiling final reports, reports still manual, and data is not integrated. Therefore, the Pasuruan City Housing Office asked a Profile Image Studio (PIS) to build a project management information system in the construction sector. In designing this information system using the Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) method. At the design stage using UML diagrams to model and provide a detailed description of the system requirements to be made. The results of the analysis and system design will be evaluated using the traceability method, usability testing and prototype testing. From the results of the needs analysis resulted in 24 features consisting of 21 functional requirements and 3 non-functional requirements, 3 actors and 8 use cases. In the evaluation using the traceability method with a matrix, all needs can be identified and are appropriate. In prototype testing, all use cases are in accordance with what the system user needs. The usability method produces an average success rate of 94%, while the time based efficiency produces an average value of 0.2 task / second.

Abstract

The use of information technology in the period 2015 and above has been thoroughly integrated to facilitate the achievement of organizational targets and the organization's business model. East Java Information Technology System Operations Division Part 3 which is located in the East Java Development Main Unit Section 3 is part of the Finance and Human Resources Sector. The division aims to carry out, support implementation, monitor operational needs in the work area. The approach to supporting activities from the commonly carried out division goals is to apply a framework with tested practical activities. Internationally the best framework in the field of Information Technology Governance is called Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies or abbreviated as COBIT version 5.In this research, selected domains will be applied, namely DSS01 (Operations Management), DSS05 (Service Security Management) and EDM04 (Optimization). Resources) to find the Capability Level of the division, the findings will be used as recommendations for improving the achievement of work goals.

Abstract

Ibnu Sina Mosque is one of the mosques located in Malang that has functions like a mosque in general. The mosque has one of its functions, namely the social function to prosper the surrounding community. One of the social activities and is one of the worship of Muslims is to carry out sacrifice activities that are held every year. The organization of the activities of takmir and remaja of Ibnu Sina Mosque formed a committee to carry out the sacrifice activities. However, there are some problems that occur in the process of performing sacrifices. In the supporting process, namely the recording of preparatory data, sacrifices, equipment, slaughter team, and recipients of the sacrifices, it is often difficult to trace the data in the previous year and it is prone to disappear. Based on these problems, this study aims to build a sacrificial information system that can help the process of supporting and the main process of sacrifice in managing the list of sacrifices, recipients of sacrifices, slaughterers, equipment, and list of sacrificial animals. The construction of this system uses Laravel framework to facilitate development by applying the principle of object orientation. This system development method uses an iterative model approach. Then the system is tested using the validation and the compatibility testing. The validation test demonstrates that the system is valid and the compatibility test result shows the system has a good compatibility score on all web browsers.

Abstract

Traffic Signs Recognition System (SPRLL) is needed to map and repair road signs, driver assistance systems, and autonomous cars. As one of the important parts of SPRLL, the introduction of traffic signs has some difficulties in dealing with real traffic conditions due to changes in illumination, partial occlusion, too much noise and a small sign size compared to other objects. The program flow from the detection system usually uses known features, extracts from the region that is promoted by the program, and filters negative regions. Derived from the above requirements, we need a system that can be used to detect traffic signs that exist in an image. This traffic sign detection system is applied by the writer to the German Traffic Sign Detection Benchmark GTSDB dataset. Some images taken in poor conditions such as foggy can reduce the accuracy of the detection system. In evaluating the system, an evaluation method is used to determine the accuracy and accuracy of the system. A value of 0.75 is obtained for accuracy which states that the system is accurate enough to detect traffic signs on the dataset.

Abstract

The Quran covers a variety of sciences so that it serves as a guide to the lives of Muslims. In reading the Qur'an, Muslims must reading the interpretation of each verse in all chapter that has similar meaning, in order to fully define the Qur'an. To make this easier, the study used the Fuzzy C-Means clustering (FCM) and Vector Space Model (VSM) algorithm. The initial process that is text preprocessing to produce the terms so that it can be used in the next process is tf-idf with normalization. Then the clustering process is done using FCM and VSM processes for interpretation search based on queries in the group of verses that have already been formed. In the test, the best value in the FCM algorithm used silhouette coefficient of 0,005146488 for all parameters including the number of clusters which is 2, the smallest error 0.001, the weighting value 2, and the maximum iteration 3. Then for VSM testing using 6 queries tested with precision@k showed that k-rank 7 produced the best precision value of 0.8333. Based on these results, it can be concluded by using FCM and VSM can be used to look for interpretations of Qur'an verses that have similar meanings.

Abstract

Nutrition is an important component in the formation of various important elements in the human body such as tissue development, reproduction and the formation of energy for metabolism. Healthy and balanced nutrition can be obtained by visiting hospitals and clinics that provide nutrition poly services. Nutrition poly is a service that aims to serve patients to obtain healthy and optimal nutrition. Services in nutrition poly include recording a nutrition data, designing food menus, monitoring of evaluation result and nutrition consultation. Nutritional data recording services and food menu design are carried out conventionally so that access to patient nutrition data is limited and there is no mechanism for a schedule reminder to return to nutrition poly or meal schedules. This problem can be solved by developing a mobile-based nutrition information system that can be used by nutritionists in recording nutritional data and for patients in monitoring nutritional development. The system was developed with the waterfall methodology and uses technology in the form of the use of the Kotlin programming language to develop mobile applications with the Android operating system. This research stage begins with a system requirements analysis that results in 44 system functional requirements. After the requirements analysis is carried out, the next step is to carry out the design and implementation process of the system. After the design and implementation have been carried out, the next stage is testing which includes unit testing, integration testing and system testing. The results of the system testing that have been carried out produce a valid status with a value of 100%, namely the system developed in accordance with the design results.

Abstract

Souvenir or we might familiar with "oleh-oleh" is a gift from someone who travel to some place. Souvenir usually being given to other people for increase their relationship to someone that being said they knew or someone we care. There's many type of souvenir that can be given to, such as food that only produce locally or food that is popular among others. However, choosing souvenir, like food, needs a careful approach for instance what kind of souvenir that we wanted to bought, how much it's cost, and how long shoult it takes before the expiration date occurs. As the problem like that rise, recomendation system is required for searching a souvenir that we wanted for people that we care about. The development of Recomendation System for food based Souvenir is for mobile device which using Androd Operating System. This Recomendation System used a method called TOPTSIS for the recomendation of food based souvenir. GPS being used in this development for seacrhing a position of the user to reach their desire place from the result of recomendation system. After the development have been implement, functional testing is required to check how this aplication run as it is or not which is the test that already occurred reach a conclusion at 100% valid. For the usability system using System Usatbility Scale testing, the score reach 75.5 which is in a range of acceptable.
