Abstract

There are a lot of input for ornamental fish, one of which is koi fish, in almost all circles because of its beautiful pattern and high selling price. The koi fish business has great potential in Indonesia, especially in the areas of Sukabumi, Cianjur, Blitar, West Jakarta, Makassar. To generate profits in koi fish farming, superior fish seeds are needed. Most of the cultivators do not understand how and everything that is managed for cultivating koi fish properly. There are even some who claim that just eating is enough to include koi fish. As a result, when entering the business in the wrong way, the koi fish will not be maximized, starting from not getting superior fish, stunted fish growth, and even fish will die. To produce superior seeds, cultivators are required to have good management. Among them are master management and pool management. To further maximize profits, it is also necessary to add financing management. For research, it is made in the form of an application that is useful in managing koi fish farming based on a website. The system is designed with Waterfall development. Perform unit tests and validation tests to test functional requirements. The unit test results of the seven valid status test cases and the validation test of 44 valid status test cases. Testing non-functional requirements is done by testing the system level against several web browsers. From these tests, the results show that the system can run on several web browsers such as Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Opera.

Abstract

PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is a state-owned company which produces the largest cement in Indonesia. As a large company, PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk certainly really needs information technology to support the company's information system operations. Currently, the existing information technology at PT Semen Indonesai (Persero) Tbk is managed by the Department of ICT. The Department of ICT or the ICT service department unit, is a company department responsible for managing IT at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. If it does not have the appropriate level of handling, such information technology certainly has risks that cannot be avoided. To overcome this, the ICT department needs to assess the level of capability in information systems risk management. This assessment uses the COBIT 2019 framework with the EDM03 and APO12 domains. The result of this research is that the ICT Department of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is to prepare standard documents and policies and implement the IT risk optimization process properly. The achievement of the company's IT risk management capability level is at level 3 in the EDM03 domain and level 2 in the APO12 domain. These results cannot be separated because of limited research access. The company capability GAP level is 1 level each, namely level 4 in the EDM03 domain and level 3 in the APO12 domain.

Abstract

In today's technological developments, credit cards are seen as an easy and practical way of making transactions, because apart from being easy to use transactions with credit cards only require a few requirements. However, the increasing use of credit cards has resulted in criminal acts that harm both customers and banks. Data mining is seen as the right method to solve this problem, so this research will use the Decision Tree C4.5 method to detect fraud in credit card transactions. Because the occurrence of fraud on every transaction is rare and there are more normal transactions, this study will also add to the SMOTE oversampling method that can create synthetic fraud data with the aim of balancing class. The results of this study produce an accuracy value of 78%, a precision value of 89.65%, a recall value of 85.71% and an f-measure of 87.64% with an N value of 500% in SMOTE and a depth value of the Decision Tree C4. 5 = 15. So, it can be concluded that the implementation of Decision Tree C4.5 in the case of detecting fraud in credit card transactions is best done by oversampling SMOTE.

Abstract

Blimbing Artha Mandiri Farmer Group is a community group having the same agriculture and having purposes to increase productivity, welfare for farmer members in one agricultural area. Blimbing Artha Mandiri Farmer Group is located in Tulungagung Regency with starfruit farming. In its development, farmer group has a problem in carrying out management of farmer group activity that still uses conventional methods, such as recording the selling of agricultural products to farmer group, then also registering farmer group members that is done by making people come bringing registration applications, then continued with checking applications and recorded in the members' recap book. While the difficulties are obtaining a list of benefits and financial recap of farmer group by recording the selling activity, incoming goods, and different orders and often create different financial data and recapitulation problems which later will be reported to the person in charge of the village head. Selling management information system can be a solution to the problem above. Selling data processing and group activities of farmer group become better, also get structured financial information and clear to minimize of having mistakes. This management information system is built using a prototyping softwafe development model and uses a codeigniter framework. The results of requirements manipulation get 59 functional requirements and 1 non-functional compatibility requirement. Designing has been done with 5 designs including, architectural design, sequence diagram, class diagram, component design, database design, and interface design. Then in the implementation step results component implementation, database implementation, and interface implementation. Testing has been done by using the whitebox testing method as a unit test, while the validation testing used blackbox testing by testing to 59 functional. Then non-functional testing was done by using compatibility testing. Results of 59 Functional tests using blackbox testing is obtained 100% valid results. Compatibility Test results, the system can run on Google Chrome browser and Mozilla Firefox.

Abstract

Photovoltaic (PV) array under partial shade condition due to clouds or the shadow of buildings will make PV array get uneven irradiation. PV array with uneven irradiation will form multiple peaks on characteristic curve and will make the characteristic curve complex. In under partial shade condition, the conventional maximum power point tracking (MPPT) method can't reach to global MPP. MPPT based on meta-heuristic method can solve the PV characteristic curve problem that have multiple peaks. One of the meta-heuristic methods that can be used is Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). The PSO method is used to solve the problem of the global maximum power under partial shade condition. The PV system consist of PV array, boost converter and MPPT implemented in MATLAB/Simulink. Experiments were carried out on 3 possible shadow patterns on 5 series connected moduls. The experimental results shows that overall MPPT PSO obtained an average tracking efficiency of 99,4275% with an average tracking time of 1.04 seconds. MPPT PSO can track the maximum power under partial shade condition.

Abstract

Internet is a huge virtual space for people to share everything to others effectively including reviews. Reviews provided by someone on the internet have a big impact on other users and company. One of the most frequent reviews in internet is restaurant reviews. One restaurant review can contain several different aspects, to find out the aspects and sentiments contained in a review, an aspect-based sentiment analysis is needed. The data used in this study is restaurant review data obtained from SemEval-2016 Task 5 with 300 training data and 100 test data. To find out what aspects are contained in a review, opinion extraction is needed by doing POS tagging and extract the document into several opinions according to the basic grammar, then to classifying aspect and sentiment contained in a review, Support Vector Machine with the One-Against-All strategy is used in this research. The results of the evaluation using confusion matrix on aspect classification and sentiment classification produce precision of 0,94 and 0,86, recall of 0,6 and 0,98, accuracy of 0,88 and 0,86, and f-measure of 0,73 and 0,92.

Abstract

Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Dispendukcapil) Kota Batu is a government body that utilizes the use of information technology (IT) in fulfilling the task of providing public services in the field of population registration and civil registration. To be able to maximize the quality of IT resources from Dispendukcapil Kota Batu, it is necessary to measure capability level and evaluate the process of ensuring IT resource optimization, human resource management processes, and problem management processes so that later it can be improved and improved in the quality management process IT. One method that can be used to measure and evaluate IT resource management processes is to use the COBIT 5 framework by focusing on the use of EDM04 (Ensure Resource Optimization) process, APO07 (Manage Human Resource) process and DSS03 (Manage Problems) process. Through the process of data retrieval, namely by conducting interviews, observations and measurement processes using assessment sheets, it is known that the capability level in the EDM04 process is at level 2, then the APO07 process is at level 2 and the DSS03 process is at level 1. Meanwhile, the expected targeted level of the entire EDM04, APO07, and DSS03 process is level 3. So that the known gap values ​​in the EDM04 and APO07 processes are worth 1 level and the gap value in the DSS03 process is worth 2 levels. In order for Dispendukcapil Kota Batu to reach the expected targeted level, recommendations need to be given that refer to base practices, work products, generic practices, and generic work products on COBIT 5.

Abstract

Hymsa Indotraco is a rattan furniture manufacturing and exporter company in Indonesia, which has more than 5000 furniture collections. Production is based on orders from buyers. This raises a problem, namely management has difficulty determining the amount and type of raw materials available in accordance with customer orders. So, we need a method that can help the processing of sales data. This study aims to determine the pattern of grouping sales data using K-Means Clustering to get the results of grouping sales of rattan furniture that are most ordered, frequently ordered, and rarely ordered. In its implementation, RapidMiner tools are used. This clustering produces clusters that are rarely ordered as many as 678 products, clusters that are often ordered as many as 14 products, and the most ordered are as many as 15 products. Data evaluation was performed using the Davies-Bouldin Index with 3 clusters yielding 0.106. The results of this study are used as recommendations for companies to determine the supply of raw materials and products offered to customers.

Abstract

The popularity of coffee-based dishes is now being favored by many people, especially Indonesians. Not a few people also want to try to make coffee dishes (roasted coffee beans) with their own flavors but are constrained by such expensive equipment for cooking coffee beans with sophisticated systems purchased in the market. With so many color standards for the level of ripeness of coffee beans available, an innovation has emerged to determine the ripeness level of the coffee bean roast automatically, more efficiently, and as desired. However, in taking pictures there are constraints on excessive light intensity so that the resulting image looks biased. From these problems, an approach can be made using the Hue and Saturation color features which are able to detect and reduce excess light intensity from the outside and become the main focus of this research. The features used are the Hue and Saturation color spaces using the values ​​from the normalization results of the Red, Green, and Blue (RGB) color features, and using 500 coffee roast images. This study uses two methods, the first uses RGB values ​​without normalizing them by using the features Hue and Saturation which are able to get 76% accuracy with 3 classes of data matching results (Green Roast, Yellow Roast, and Dark Roast), and the second feature Hue and Saturation normalization are able to get an accuracy of 70% with data matching results of 4 classes (Green Roast, Yellow Roast, Light Roast, and Dark Roast).

Abstract

Malang KER! is an android-based mobile application developed by DISKOMINFO Malang City to simplify services by providing data and information online. Based on the results of interviews with DISKOMINFO Malang City, it is known that there are several user complaints related to usability aspects, namely errors and satisfaction. Since the release of the Malang KER! Application It is known that DISKOMINFO has never evaluated usability on the application user interface. The existence of usability problems can reduce user productivity and comfort when using the application. Therefore, to find and solve usability problems, it is necessary to evaluate the user interface. Heuristic Evaluation is a usability evaluation method that involves an expert as an evaluator to find usability problems using the heuristic usability principle. The heuristic usability principle in this study uses 9 principles proposed by Monroy. Each usability problem found is given a severity rating on a scale of 0-4. The evaluation is carried out in two stages. Stage 1 uses the original application as an object and produces 18 findings of usability problems. Recommendations for improvement are made in the form of wireframes and highfidelity prototypes that refer to the advice evaluators and also guidelines. Evaluation of phase 2 uses the design of improvements that have been made as objects and produces 3 problems of usability. Which consists of 1 new usability problem and 2 usability problems that have not been lost but the severity rating is reduced.
