Abstract

Faculty of Computer Science Choir's or commonly referred to with the Logicio Choir (LC) is a Division in the organization of Arts and Sports in an environment of Faculty of Computer Science called the BIOS (Badan Internal Olahraga dan Seni). The Division was used to accommodate FILKOM students and has talent in the field of the chorus. The participants emerged from the desire to improve the knowledge and skills of their music. To become a member of this choir performed need several stages of selection. The criteria assessed in the selection include the ability of auditory (hearing), the ability to read scores or not numbers, the ability to sing with good intonation, articulation and determination high and low tone of someone (ambitus tone). A large number of criteria in selecting a jury, at least as well as the results of the different criteria that each Member makes it difficult in reaching a decision. Profile Matching is one of the decision-making methods that is suitable for selecting the members objectively based on the criteria that are needed by the organization. Profile Matching is a decision-making mechanism to assume that there is an ideal level of predictor variables that must be owned by individuals, not the minimum level that must be passed. Assessment and calculation of the value gap based on 9 citeria: Ambitus, hearing 2 tone, hearing 3 tone, hearing 4 tone, hearing 5 tone, reading notes, reading block notes, singing mandatory song, singing free song. The result of the profile matching method implementation is it can be an efficient and effective solution in making a decision in the member admission. The system can be used to make a decision with the output of the system is in the form of urutan based on the final score from the highest score to the lowest with a total 61 test data with a percentage of validity 77.04%.

Abstract

Inflation is a monetary phenomenon in a country where ups and downs result in economic turmoil. Bank Central Indonesia sets the inflation target for the next time with the Inflation Targeting Framework (ITF) as a reference for monetary policy. If the actual inflation does not match the inflation target, then the policy is needed to return inflation to such an inflation target. Based on the inflation rate problem, this research is expected to provide inflation target for the future through inflation rate forecasting using combined Multi-Factors High Order Fuzzy Time Series method with Fuzzy C-Means. Fuzzy C-Means is used to determine the cluster center to be used as a basis for the development of intervals, the use of Fuzzy C-Means is expected to reflect the real data so that the results of forecasting is better. In forecasting used 4-factor data that includes time series data rate inflation and 3 factors that affect. The results of the combined implementation of Multi-Factors High Order Fuzzy Time Series method with Fuzzy C-Means tested the error of forecasting using Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). Based on the test the error value is 11.33676%, which indicates that the combined method of Multi-Factor High Order Fuzzy Time Series with Fuzzy C-Means is included in the good category used in forecasting the inflation rate in Indonesia because it has an accuracy value below 20%.

Abstract

Growth and development of children at an early age affect the child's personal ability in the future. Every child is unique, so growth and growth are not the same. Slow growth and development are often considered normal. Deviation of late child growth is known to result in long-term and difficult to repair. Based on these problems, this research was conducted by using the Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) method for the classification of child growth deviations. ELM method consists of training process as system learning and testing to obtain the result of classification. The parameters test are test of ratio of training data and test data, testing the influence of number of hidden neurons over time, and comparative test of activation function. Accuracy calculation is done by using confusion matrix to know the accuracy of system work in each class. The result of parameter test shows that the ratio of training data and test data with ratio 70:30, the number of hidden neurons as many as 10 units, and the binary activation function is the parameter with the best accuracy value. The comparison of the result of the classification of child growth deviation with the help of psychologist shows that the system produces poor accuracy. This can be due to the small and unbalanced data used for the research.

Abstract

K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) is one classification method that easy to learn. Although, this method has some drawbacks, one of them is this classification could provide a low accuracy casued by a large feature space with irrelevant features among them. Because of that drawback, feature selection is applied to reduce the feature space by reducing number of irrelevant features in text classification. Selection feature method that being used in this experiment is using Chi-Square method. Using Chi-Square method to select important features by measuring dependency level of each feature across classes and documents. The process including in this experiment is collecting training and testing documents, text preprocessing and feature selection, and classification. After classification is being done by the system, we make an observation and analysis towards classification result, including precision, recall, and F-Measure value. From 16 evaluations, the best precision and recall score obtained with 90% precision and 78% recall on k = 15 using 25% feature selection used. While the best F-Measure score obtained with 78% F-Measure on k = 15 and k = 5 using 25% feature selection used. From this experiment, its appear that feature selection take effect in increasing F-Measure value in text classification of SAMBAT Online complaint documents in bahasa using K-Nearest Neighbors classification method.

Abstract

GN-OTA Foundation is a non-profit organization focused on funding education for underprivileged school-aged children. GN-OTA is now experiencing a decline in the number of donations since apart from the foundation of the Foster Parents National Movement. To help overcome these problems, an information system was developed to raise donations and publications for GN-OTA foundation. The author proposes the development of this information system based on the phenomenon of e-charity, online fundrising or donations made via the internet which is quite successful in increasing social sensitivity in the community. The development of this system utilizes the Iterative development model with an object oriented approach. This system applies the concept of MVC (Model View Controller). Meanwhile, the tests performed are functional tests based on white-box and black-box testing models. Functional test shows good results, visible from the valid results for each test scenario. In addition to functional testing, the authors also tested the non-functional aspects of performance by using the tool YSlow. YSlow is an online tool that can test and assess system performance. YSlow gives a pretty good result C for average performance for donation page. However, in terms of the minimum HTTP request test matrix, this system still need improvement.

Abstract

The Growing use of technology in society, really affect the intensity of society in doing online transaction for buy and sell items, including the competition between e-commerce companies. In order to compete with other e-commerce companies, SIRCLO, an e-commerce company, need to do an analytics to data that they have from all the transaction activities in their online shop, but to do that analytics, it needs a system that can read the raw dat. Based on those problem, this research is needed related to designing the infrastructure that can read those data. Basically, this research is using Apache Drill, HDFS as a file system, and script that written in Python to convert data from MySQL to JSON. This research starts from converting from data source (this research is using MySQL) to JSON, then will be stored in HDFS, and Apache Drill will do query to the file. Apache Drill is used because of the flexibility, it could do query with MySQL's syntax to plain text, and using schema free concept, also for file system is using HDFS because with hope that reading the data from distributed file system could be more effective and have better data management. This research was conducted with several scenarios, that is from the number of server that is used and size of the file, Parameter that's used is resource usage and process time of an activity. After this research is finish, this research acquired a design and component that can read SIRCLO's data, data from MySQL can be acquired and normalized to JSON, and after the design is implemented, this infrastructure can process SIRCLO's data.

Abstract

Public information is information resultant, saved, and / or received from with regard to the organizers and the implementation of other public bodies in accordance with the Act as well as other information relating to the public interest. Based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia no. 14 years 2008 about public information openess explain that every one have right to get information as written in the Law on public Information. Based on result of interview with someone from Kominfo's Probolinggo city, dissemination information by "Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi (PPID)” Probolinggo city with two manners, that is dissemination informations with electronic and non-electronic. in the spread informations via electronic in website untill now not been evaluated. evaluation is an effort to carry out the development and improvement of the system To see the extent to which the website provides convenience to the community then be required for analysis of the extent to which the quality of the website. Analysis of the quality of government websites can be done using e-GovQual dimensional approach which will then be determined priority to the problems found using Importance Performance Analysis. after found problems priority will be given recommendations for websites improvement using Heuristic Evaluation approach. From the results of existing recommendations, so it can be used as a reference by the Government of Probolinggo to develop the website so even easier to use by the public. Based on the results, there are fact that the level of satisfaction of the user community in using the website PPID Kota Probolinggo on perception of the average of 2.99 and an average interest rate of 4.07 on a scale of 5. But there are parameters of perception based on instrument e-GovQual question, ie in that ease of use with value 2.7 which indicates dissatisfaction with the structure of the website. In addition, there are parameters of perception based on instrument e-GovQual question on ease of use, reliability and the content and appearance with a value of 4.2 which indicates the importance of the ability to make adjustments, perform timely service delivery, speed of transactions and completeness data and information on the website.

Abstract

Humans during life must experienced a phase of growth and development. This growth and development phase is very influential on the quality of child growth. The critical period of growth and development occurs in the first years of a child's life. At an early age, the process of growing physical, mental, and psychological development is very fast so that requires more attention from parents. In the development phase may occur disorders where the process of growth and development of children obstructed or unnatural. Development disorders are often encountered autism, ADHD, and Down syndrome. This study will classify development disorders based on symptoms that appear using Neighbor's Nearest K-Neighbor (NWKNN). The NWKNN method is the development of the KNN method, which is weighted on each class to be classified. In this research will be classify various types of development disorderds that include autism, ADHD, Down syndrome and normal. The results of this study indicate that the NWKNN method can classify well by using 80 training data and 20 test data, K = 10, and E = 4 with 95% up to accuracy. This study also proved NWKNN method which has 3% average of accuracy better than KNN method in doing classification of growth and development of child.

Abstract

SAP (System Application and Product in Data Processing) is a type of ERP Software that used by PT. Petrokimia Gresik to support business process automation and support decision-making process to be more effective and efficient. To anticipate the potential problems that might obstruct business processes at the company, so PT. Petrokimia Gresik managed to use risk management based on the standards of ISO 31000:2009. An evaluation on the implementation of IT risk management was done to measure its capability level accomplishment. COBIT 5 Framework, especially in process domain APO12 (Risk Management) dan EDM03 (Ensure Risk Optimation), was used as the basis of the evaluation. To collect accurate data, the data were obtained by filling evaluation worksheet, conducting a direct observation and an interview to the people in charge. The process of evaluating the implementation of IT risk management consists of several stages, including capability level analysis, gap analysis and risk assessment analysis to identify potential risks and assess the extent of the impacts of each risk. From the evaluation result, it turned out that capability level for process domain EDM03 was on level 2 and on level 3 for process domain APO12 and 16 mitigation strategy and 9 recommendation were made to support the improvement for the implementation of risk management information and technology at PT. Petrokimia Gresik.

Abstract

LPG is an alternative fuel that people use for daily purposes, in addition, LPG has cheaper prices and is also easier to use. However, LPG is flammable and has heavier characteristics that are bigger than air, making it difficult to detect the gas in case of leakage. Based on the problem, a system capable of detecting leakage of LPG gas and its leakage level based on gas content and temperature on LPG. In this research there are 2 sensors that are gas module MQ-6 and LM35 temperature sensor connected with arduino uno microcontroller and can be used as a feature to classify gas condition using fuzzy sugeno method. The output of the system is displayed using the LCD and marked with a buzzer sound. In arduino uno embedded RTOS that served as scheduling task on the system. The RTOS used is already provided in the Arduino Uno library ie FreeRTOS. From the test results, the system can determine the various conditions on the gas leak with accuracy reaches 100%. Scheduling tasks performed in accordance with the priorities made. The average system execution time using RTOS is 1.8976 ms, while the system without RTOS is 1,7304 ms. System with RTOS takes longer time, because in system there is take-and-give semaphore function which need execution time for ± 0,05 ms.
