Abstract

One of the major problems that Indonesia has is unemployment. It happens because of the low number of the job vacancy meets the high number of the graduate and job seeker. The unbalanced number of the job vacancy to the graduate and job seeker causes an increasing in the unemployment rate in Indonesia. The high rate of unemployment will inevitably give a direct or indirect impact to the poverty, crime, and other social issues. However, according to the survey conducted by BPS, Indonesia's unemployment rate was even increasing from the year of 2014 to 2015. It would really help the Indonesian government to make planning, program, or policy related to the job vacancy by being able to predict the number of unemployment. In addition, the data result from the prediction could be used as the measurement of the success of government's previous programs. Backpropagation is one of the methods that used to predict. This research works on the optimation of weights initialization in Backpropagation using Bayesian method that is a modification of the Kalman filter. According to the test result done in this research, the lowest value of Average Forecasting Error Rate (AFER) is 2,1003%. From that result, the combination method between Backpropagation and Bayesian has better accuracy rate than Backpropagation method with random initialization that has 2,5793% lowest value of AFER, but need a lot of iterasion. The sistem of this research can predict some future of years immediately but the most optimal result is the first year while in subsequent years the result of the prediction is more inaccurate.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a very strategic geographical location, it is very beneficial for citizens because almost all plants can be planted in Indonesia. Especially the food crop. Food crops are plants that are very important for the role of living creatures, especially humans. Among the food crops are rice, corn, peanuts, soybeans, these four plants have a very important role for national food security. In every region in Indonesia have different types of soil and certainly the fit for different crops as well. From four food crops namely rice, corn, peanuts and soybeans. (Cm), peat thickness (cm), ph h2o, salinity (dS / m), alkalinity% of the soil,, Depth of sulfidation (cm), slope (%). Of the 12 criteria that will be matched with existing soil conditions klaten. By matching the suitability of the land based on these criteria it will be easier for farmers in determining what food crops are suitable for the area so then the agricultural output will be increased. ELECTRE and TOPSIS method is a multicriteria decision-making analysis method, ELECTRE is based on the concept of outrangking by using pairwise comparison of alternatives based on each appropriate criteria. In this study why use the ELECTRE method because the electre method is very suitable for use in cases that have many criteria and alternatives. The accuracy is 85.714% using 28 data.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the handling of empathy disorder in asperger syndrome sufferers was not welcomed by parents due to cost and transportation factors. In addition, treatment of empathy disorder in asperger syndrome sufferers is given the same treatment with other Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) classification. This research aims to develop Kinect-based educational game that can help a person with asperger syndrome in understanding feelings of the others, so that empathy toward each other can grow. At the end of 2013 until 2014, Kinect considered feasible for dealing with therapy and rehabilitation in people with neurological disease and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). In this research, Kinect applied in educational game that relies on the movement of the right hand. This research was tested on 5 asperger syndrome sufferers with empathy disorder. The results of this research achieved after asperger syndrome sufferers using Kinect-based educational game, that resulted increased score on each level and emotion, as well as descreased total Toronto Empathy Questionnaire (TEQ) of 12.8% from average of total TEQ before asperger syndrome sufferers using Kinect-based educational game.

Abstract

This research used a case study of LINE IKI MALANG official account. The result of the interview showed that LINE IKI MALANG did not have a basis of its marketing service price change. Therefore, the author tried to provide assistance by giving a basis for any price change of the marketing service based on the predicted number of its followers on each month. The method used in this research was a regression method built with genetic algorithm. Regression was used to predict the followers, while the genetic algorithm was used to optimize the variables that influenced the predicted result. To find optimal predictive results, every optimized variable will be tested on a particular vulnerable numbers. But from the experiment, the researcher got a non-optimal result which was 7,801E-03 because of the minimum data so that the prediction was not close to the training data.

Abstract

Online buying and selling currently more and more in demand by all societies, the provider of application companies that bring together sellers and buyers also do not stop releasing promotions on every occasion. The increasing of online trading market it caused the rise of goods delivery process. The freight forwarding company also strives to provide the best service in delivery process. The companyy also need to minimize the cost to be made during the shipping process. In the post office company, especially in Lumajang had 4 sales and 16 delivery destinations, the problem is called Multiple Traveling Salesman Problem (M-TSP). This research discussed issues for optimized the distance, weight, and volume of goods to be delivered from the starting point to some point of destination. From the research that had been done in this case by using genetic algorithms optimal parameters were obtained with a population size of 200, the maximum generation of 500, with a combination of crossover rate 0.4 and mutation rate 0.6 and also uses elitism selection methods and the result of fitness was 0,05288.

Abstract

PG Krebet Baru II, Malang is a factory that process sugarcane into sugar that operates for 160 - 180 days each year. The machines work for 24 hours. To keep the machine's performance works optimally, supervisors are responsible to supervising machine's performance to make sure it is in normal condition. The machine's performance data is very dynamic that change in seconds. It means the machine's performance is possible for being abnormal condition only for a few minutes or even in seconds. Currently, the factory has system to monitoring the machine's performance that are connected to application, so it can be opened in mobile device. Unfortunately, the information is passive. It means supervisor won't know any information if they didn't open the system. If the machine's performance is in abnormal condition and the machine is not being watched, it can interfere the machine in the future. From this problem, information system of milling machine should be developed based on Android using push notification features. Supervisor will get notification if the machine's performance is in abnormal condition. Information system of milling machine is developed using waterfall model. The testing in this system use validation testing, user acceptance testing, and basis path testing, where the result of user acceptancce testing conlude that system is valid and compatible with user requirements and the basis path testing conclude that the largest cyclomatic complexity is 17.

Abstract

Biomedical Laboratory is one of laboratories at Brawijaya University Medical Faculty. Considering the eminent level of requirement for laboratory's various services management which continues to grow along with the need for a data inventory and monitoring of materials and equipment stock, it is necessary to rebuilt laboratory management information system to facilitate every laboratory requirements while providing simplicity and flexibility for future development. Biomedical laboratory management information system has to be redesigned according to user requirements based on comprehensive requirements analysis phase with detailed design so it can be completely implemented and in accordance with user requirements. This technologies are Laravel 5 framework which built by PHP programming language and Apache server as a local server which would be installed on several computers at laboratory. This research produces an information system which can perform data inventory process, stock monitoring of materials and tools and also informations system alreadys meet laboratorium's business process and functionality requirement that already have been tested by software testing method.

Abstract

Disease in goat cattle is an important thing to be considered, because it can cause losses for breeders can even cause the death of goat. Examination disease periodically are necessary to keep goats from disease. The investigation disease goats cannot be done by any person as between types of disease with this shows a tendency to having uncertainty. This makes it difficult for farmers to do early treatment and do not know what to do without an expert/veterinarian. Based on these problems, the authors create an expert system capable of diagnosing disease in goats as is usually done by an expert/veterinarian. This expert system uses the Dempster Shafer method. The Dempster Shafer method is a mathematical theory of evidence. The theory can provide a way of combining evidence from multiple sources and bringing in or providing a level of trust (represented by a trust function) which takes from all available evidence. Based on the results of the tests conducted on 32 test cases, obtained the average result of precision of 93%, 96% recall, and accuracy for f-measure of 94%

Abstract

IoT is a concept that aims to expand the benefits of continuously connected internet connectivity. MQTT is a protocol that used for M2M / IoT communications running over TCP / IP protocols designed as brokers based on the exchange of publish / subscribe messages for small code (eg 8-bit, 256KB ram controller), low power and bandwidth, connection and high cost, Availability of varables, negotiation of delivery guarantees (Špeh & Heđ, 2016). To perform client verification, traditional MQTT authentication uses the username and password in the authentication message. JWT is a very random string tokens for system authentication and information exchange. JWT secures information into a claim that is encoded into JSON and becomes a payload of JSON Web Signature (JWS) (Bradley, 2015). Token can be verified and trusted because it has been digitally signed can use HMAC or RSA. The contents of the signature on JWT is a combination of header and payload content, if there is a change in the header / payload then the signature will become invalid. NodeMCU is used as a publisher because the power consumption required by NodeMCU is less when compared to other sensor nodes such as Raspberry Pi. In this research, the implementation of JWT on MQTT using NodeMCU as publisher. In this research, there are three core test such as testing of username and password validation, expiration token test, and testing of token generate time. The result of this research is JWT that was implemented to validate username and password submitted by the publisher, JWT is able to authenticate the expired tokens, and the time required by the server to generate tokens is varied influenced by the response server to the publisher request vary.

Abstract

The common treatment for the myopia is by using the glasses, the other ways to cure this problem is doing lasiik surgery, but it takes large amount of financial so only people who have good financial can do this solution. The bates method which have found by Dr. William Horatio Bates 100 years ago was easy and can be used by everyone to cure myopia. The bates method has implemented to an application which using virtual reality technology, this implementation have a purpose to train eyebrow muscle eye easily and independently. The using of gyroscope sensor in smartphone and google vr sdk support eyebrow muscle eye training on bates method. The simulation in this training using the green pointer which move based on training technique. The user using this application in period 30 days and 5-10 minutes training duration each day. The measurement of myopia scale done on the first day and 5 times in period 30 days with interval 6 day using in-app features. The result of effectiveness testing for 12 respondent show the avarage decrease of myopia scale is 0.22D. This result come near with the result of Hildeth's research in 1947 that show result 0.25D. This successfull testing show that virtual reality implementation is effective with bates method.
