Abstract

E-Commerce XYZ is a marketplace site owned by a state-owned telecommunications company. There are various kinds of purchasing behavior of e-commerce users in Indonesia. With customer segmentation, e-commerce XYZ can find out information related to existing customer behavior to attract new potential customers and retain loyal customers. The data used in this research were transaction data from January 1, 2020 to April 30, 2020 with a total of 78,262 transactions. This customer segmentation process is segmented based on Recency (the number of days needed between two purchases), Frequency (number of purchases within a certain period), and Monetary (the amount of money spent in a certain period) or commonly referred to as the RFM model. The segmentation technique used is clustering with the Fuzzy C-Means Clustering method. Elbow method is used to determine the best number of clusters. This research resulted in customer segmentation into 2 and 3 clusters. The cluster results will be validated and verified using the silhouette coefficient and euclidean distance to determine the best cluster. The validation results using the silhouette coefficient for cluster 2 and cluster 3 are 0.703 and 0.645, respectively. The results of segmentation based on the RFM model will be visualized using a dashboard to help stakeholders see the purchasing behavior of each cluster. The dashboard is evaluated using the System Usability Scale (SUS) to determine its usability level. The results of the dashboard evaluation are 97.5, these results are included in Grade "A" and Adjective Rating "Excellent". With these results, the XYZ E-Commerce dashboard that was created is functioning properly for stakeholders.

Abstract

As a result of the Covid-19 virus pandemic, Universitas Brawijaya implemented an online learning system. The implementation of online learning at Brawijaya University has generated a lot of positive and negative opinions on Twitter. This study aims to determine the level of tendency of positive opinions and negative opinions through the sentiment classification process, as well as to find out some of the things that are often complained of in the implementation of online learning at Brawijaya University. The sentiment classification process is carried out using the K-Nearest Neighbor method in the Rapid Miner application. The sentiment classification process is carried out through four main stages, namely the data collection stage, the data pre-processing stage and term weighting, the classification stage, and the testing stage. In addition, a separate calculation of the frequency of occurrence of words is also carried out. In the classification, the results showed that 50.8% of sentiments gave negative opinions, while the remaining 49.2% gave positive opinions. In the process of calculating the frequency of occurrence of words, five words were often complained about, namely the word "offline", "lecturer", "assignment", "quota", and "ukt". In the testing process, a variation of the k value is tested and its effects on accuracy, precision, and recall. In testing, the analysis process of test results, cross validation testing, and feedback stages is also carried out. On the test, the best accuracy, precision, and recall values ​​were 80% for k = 7, 81.48% for k = 7, and 88.89% for k = 23.

Abstract

History is a reconstruction of the past according to Prof. DR. Kuntowijoyo, almost every area has a history, as well as Nganjuk, a district that has a history in its past, as evidenced by the existence of historical relics such as temples, household tools, agricultural tools, vehicles, paintings, and sculptures which are archived in books by the Tourism Office, Youth, Sports and Culture Nganjuk. However, Nganjuk's history is not fully contained in the book because every discovery of a new historical relic takes a long process and time to update existing information. So, to facilitate the addition of information and explanation, an information service is used with the development of an Android-based mobile application to facilitate access both for the general public and for the Nganjuk Tourism, Youth, Sports and Culture Office. With the information service application, it is hoped that it can make it easier to find and update historical information quickly and easily. The application is developed with the Model-View-Presenter (MVP) architecture with the results of testing all functionality showing that the system is valid and the results of the usability test show an average above 80% which means the application is feasible to use, and can run on the Android operating system with a level SDK 16 to 29.

Abstract

Zakat, infaq and alms is one of the important instruments in the life of the Muslim community. Because with those, the poor can be empowered and have easy access to capital to do business. The hope of the amil zakat institution to improve the procedures for collecting zakat, infaq, and alms is getting bigger so that it can provide better accommodation for muzakki to give alms, invest, and give alms to be distributed to the less fortunate. But in an era of technological advancement like now, the collection of zakat, infaq and alms in Malang is not as expected. A common example that still does not use technology is the Malang Mualaf Home Shelter Foundation. Every week there are 5 - 7 muzakki that take advantage of the alms collection feature. However, the collection of used goods alms at the Mualaf Malang Home Selter Foundation still only uses contact persons from the committee so that the collectors are less efficient. Along with technological developments and times, many closest route search algorithms have developed, one of which is the nearest neighbor algorithm. By utilizing geolocation data that is converted into distance units and the nearest neighbor algorithm, the alms collection committee gets a more efficient alms pickup route compared to manual technology which is currently still in use.

Abstract

In the current technological era, more and more human activities are switching to using technology because it is able to improve performance and is more effective and efficient. The use of technology is not only felt by big business stakeholders, but can also be felt by small businesses in the community, one of which is the laundry business. Laundry businesses are able to reach customers in all walks of life, and most of them are located close to workplaces and also campuses and schools. The number of customers makes business actors have to work extra in order to serve customers well, one of which is at a laundry business located in Malang City. To help the work system in the laundry business, an application that is able to handle all business matters is needed to make it easier in the process. The application used is website-based because it can be accessed for 24 hours and also the application can be opened on all devices, both on smartphones and on computers, making it easier to use. The development is carried out using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method because this method is able to make application development faster and in accordance with the required needs. This system has 21 functional requirements and has 3 actors in the system. The development is done by implementing the MERN stack, which consists of Mongo DB, Express JS, React JS, and Node JS, and using the MVC (Model, View, Controller) method. The tests carried out apply unit testing, integration testing, and system testing, using black box and white box methods, and get 100% valid results from the tested functionality.

Abstract

Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo) Kabupaten Pati has a vital role as the center of the development of the Smart City. Standards in the management of information technology needed to sustain the activities of Diskominfo in the development of Smart City. Seeing from these considerations, it is necessary to evaluate information technology governance. Evaluations are carried out using the COBIT 5 framework. The selection of COBIT 5 is based on COBIT 5 which is more about information technology governance. Meanwhile, the problem found in Diskominfo is lack of human resources. Based on COBIT 5 HR deficiency is one of the pain points that needs to be improved. There is a process associated with this problem is EDM04 which is ensuring optimization of IT resources, as well as APO07 which manages human resources. Evaluations are carried out with capability levels and analysis evaluations are completed to determine what assessments need to be given. The results showed that Diskominfo reached level 1 capability on the EDM04 and APO07 processes. With an achievement level of 75% for EDM04 and 65% for APO07 and a comparison value of 1 with the target capability level at level 2. Regarding the evaluation for the EDM04 process lies 5 points. Whereas in the APO07 process there are 17 points. Then, for level 2 consists of 15 points consisting of 10 activity points and 5 document points.

Abstract

UMKM agar dapat berkembang harus bisa meningkatkan penjualan dan pangsa pasarnya. Salah satu cara agar usaha dapat berkembang adalah dengan melakukan pemasaran secara digital dengan memanfaatkan media sosial. Media sosial dapat digunakan untuk memasarkan produk atau jasa dengan lebih cepat dan mudah. Kemunculan media sosial dapat menjadi peluang yang sangat baik untuk UMKM karena penggunaan media sosial tidak membutuhkan modal yang banyak dan berbagai manfaat juga dapat diperoleh apabila media sosial dapat digunakan secara maksimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana UMKM menggunakan media sosial untuk bisnis usahanya serta bisa menjadi referensi untuk membantu UMKM mempersiapkan penggunaan media sosial untuk pemasaran. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara semi terstruktur kepada pengusaha bisnis UMKM yang menggunakan media sosial. Kemudian hasil wawancara dengan narasumber diubah menjadi data verbatim dengan membuat transkrip wawancara. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode thematic analysis. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan ditemukan lima kategori yang menjelaskan bagaimana UMKM menggunakan media sosial, yaitu individual feature, alasan penggunaan media sosial, alasan tidak menggunakan media sosial yang lain, hambatan dari penggunaan media sosial dan pengalaman kurang menyenangkan dari penggunaan media sosial.

Abstract

Of the various types of communication tools available, social media is often used by the people of Indonesia, but as a communication tool that is often used, not everything that is found in social media is true. As part of the communication tool used by everyone it is not uncommon to find unclear sources or Hoaks. Hoaks about health are widely spread on Social Media and this can affect public awareness of the importance of health. Separating true and untrue health news needs to be done to avoid this. The separation process is carried out by classifying health news on Social Media with the Support Vector Machine method with Bag of Words and Lexicon Based Features. Total data in this study were 80 news from various social media. The data is then entered in the pre-processing process to get the word that shows a document, then proceed to the word weighting process using the TF-IDF calculation. The results of the word weighting process are included in the core process, namely the calculation of the Support Vector Machine method. Optimal parameter test results obtained gamma value (γ) = 0.001, lambda value (λ) = 1, epsilon value = 0.000001, degree value (d) = 2 and the maximum iteration value = 30. The results of system evaluation using both features get results which is good compared to using just one feature, showing the results of Accuracy of 1; Precision of 1; Recall of 1; F-measure of 1. Testing using K-fold Cross Validation was also carried out with a fold value of 10 and obtained an average value of Accuracy results of 0.6; Precision of 0.68; Recall of 0.47; F-measure of 0.48.

Abstract

Monitoring teacher performance is an activity to ensure the implementation of teacher duties. Monitoring the performance of teachers at SDN Mulyorejo 1 Malang is currently still being carried out by visiting the supervisor, which makes it difficult to monitor the file processing done by the teacher. The large number of teacher files makes it difficult to search for files when a file is needed. Based on these problems an application was made to facilitate supervision activities. This system is built on web-based by applying the waterfall model for its development. The web-based system was chosen because the resulting system can be accessed through various platforms. In the requirement analysis process, there were 5 actors, 113 functional requirements, and 1 non-functional requirement. The design is built using sequence diagrams, class diagrams, conceptual data models (CDM), physical data models (PDM), and pseudocode. The implementation process uses the PHP language with object-based infrastructure and data storage using MySQL. The last process is testing using white-box testing for unit testing, black-box testing to validate each need, and usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method which in this study obtained a value above 80,3 which means very good.

Abstract

MaksiPlus Utama Indonesia (MUI) is a company in Indonesia that is engaged in distribution of fisheries, agriculture, animal husbandry. In the fisheries, PT. MUI collaborate with catfish aquaculture entrepreneurs in conducting catfish aquaculture. In the management of catfish aquaculture there are various problems that can effected in the development of catfish aquaculture including, catfish condition data are not recorded regularly and neatly because conventional recording tools has many deficiency, feeding catfish that sometimes is late, and the amount of food provided does not match the daily catfish requirements. One of solution to overcome these problems is to use technology in the form of a mobile application which is expected to support the management of catfish aquaculture. Therefore, the goal of this study is to design a user experience for mobile applications that support catfish aquaculture, so that the application has a good, comfortable and easy to use user experience before being developed into a ready-to-use product. By implementing the Human Centered Design method until the solution design evaluation stage, designing the user experience is done. Usability Testing method is used to evaluate the results of the design in the form of a prototype to assess aspects of learnability, efficiency, and satisfaction. Obtained a value of 99% which means that it is above the average standard in the learnability aspect, efficiency aspect is 0.12 (task/second), and the satisfaction aspect obtained a score of 80 which means a high level of satisfaction with a grade B and good adjective ratings
