Abstract

Kanjuruhan Regional General Hospital, Malang Regency is a regional hospital that has an important role in Malang Regency and the surrounding area. Since 2020, Kanjuruhan Hospital, Malang Regency has officially become a teaching and research hospital referring to the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2020. Kanjuruhan Regional Hospital, Malang Regency is a reference for students who are carrying out educational activities, especially for medical students who are in the medical professional education phase. However, in its implementation, medical professional education activities experienced obstacles, including recording student scores that were still manual, inefficient documentation of student data, and an absenteeism recap process that was not recorded properly, making academic activities run less optimally. Based on the problems that exist, a website-based student score recording and attendance information systems was created that can facilitate academic activities such as recapitulation and recording of grades, and accurate attendance recaps. The student score recording and attendance information systems is built using a waterfall approach. The needs analysis was obtained after conducting interviews and observations at the Education and Research (Diklit) as the person in charge of student academic activities. From the results of the analysis carried out through observation and interviews, 20 functional needs and 2 non-functional needs were obtained. The system implementation process is carried out using the Laravel framework, the MySQL database, as well as the PHP programming language. The score recording and attendance information systems that has been built will then be tested using usability testing to measure the level of user acceptance of features, the flow of activities on the system, and the display of the student score recording and attendance information systems. The results of the usability test show a number of 85.5 which indicates that users can receive information systems and the features in them.

Abstract

Cakwar888 is a premium delivery service specializing in the delivery of goods and motorcycles. Cakwar888 faces obstacles in the ineffectiveness of operational activities and communication with customers. Currently, operational activities and communication with customers are carried out through Instagram and WhatsApp. Customers have to wait for a reply to get information and services. This causes the services provided to be less than optimal. This study aims to design the user experience of a motorized vehicle delivery service application. Mobile applications have the potential to solve communication problems with customers, support operational activities, improve brand identity, and increase customer satisfaction. To produce an application design that meets user needs, a user centered design (UCD) approach is used which involves the user in the design process. The testing and evaluation phase is carried out using usability testing and a user experience questionnaire. Usability testing was conducted on 6 respondents. The usability test results on the effectiveness aspect got 96.43% results, the efficiency aspect got 0.085 goals/sec, the satisfaction aspect got 88.75 results, including in grade A+, best imaginable adjective, and acceptable category. User experience testing was conducted on 20 respondents. The user experience test results on the attractiveness aspect got 2.20 results, the perspicuity aspect got 2.21 results, the efficiency aspect got 2.34 results, the dependability aspect got 2.11 results, the stimulation aspect got 2.40 results, and the novelty aspect got 2.18 results.

Abstract

Grosirtani.id is a mobile-based application that aims to help supply vegetables for food stalls, catering, etc. This application is expected to help users overcome problems that exist in WhatsApp. But in the making, the Grosirtani.id developer makes applications without thinking about convenience in terms of appearance. Based on interviews with stakeholders, because most UMKM actors in the food sector are over the age of 30, this application is expected to have a display that is easy to understand by customers and functions that support its users. From these problems, this research uses the Goal Directed Design (GDD) method. Design evaluation is done by usability testing. Usability testing is used to determine whether the prototype design made can be used by users or not. The results of the usability testing evaluation have 6 task scenarios that must be done by 10 respondents. The results of usability testing get the efficiency metric value of 98.9% and the effectiveness metric value of 98.3%. With the help of the SUS technique the efficiency metric has two assessment results. The first result is acceptable ranges, grade scale, and adjective ratings. With an average score of 86.5 the assessment of acceptable ranges got an acceptable result, the grade scale assessment got a B value, and the adjective ratings assessment got an excellent score. The second assessment with percentile range. With an average score of 86.5 getting an A rating because the average result is above 80.3.

Abstract

Blossom Your Way (BYW) Studio is a small business engaged in selling K-POP fanmade merchandise. The types of goods managed are divided into two, namely raw goods and ready-to-sell finished goods. Management of ready-to-sell finished goods inventory has taken advantage of the features provided by the marketplace, but for the management of raw goods it still uses manual recording into a book. During this manual management of raw goods inventory, there are problems that arise, namely they often run out of stock of raw goods suddenly when there is a surge in orders that occur during the Marketplace Event. This has an impact on store performance in the marketplace as well as an increase in order cancellations due to delays in packaging and delivery. From the results of the analysis of these problems, a web-based inventory management information system was developed by utilizing the integration of the Telegram Bot API service as a medium for sending real-time notification of the remaining stock of raw goods 5 after a reduction in the amount of stock. The Waterfall method is used in the development of this system, as well as using the Laravel framework. The database is implemented using MySQL. The system is tested using compatibility testing and validation testing. The results of the validation testing using the black-box method produce a 100% valid percentage. And the results of compatibility testing using the Sortsite application show that the developed system can run well on several browsers.

Abstract

In 2020, the Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology created a program that is useful for improving self-competence for a student, this program is called "Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM)". The implementation of the MBKM Program at the Faculty of Computer Science (FILKOM) has been implemented since the even semester of 2020. However, because this program is a new program created by the government, from FILKOM UB, the implementation of the MBKM program is still not optimal and there are many obstacles at the beginning, such as the delivery of information that is not comprehensive, the collection of administrative files is still done manually. , and the absence of a supporting platform for the delivery of information related to MBKM activities at FILKOM UB. Therefore, in this study the author aims to design a user experience web portal for MBKM FILKOM UB. This website can later be used as a forum for FILKOM UB in conveying information about MBKM activities and can help students or lecturers to support their activities in the MBKM program. The design of the MBKM web portal user experience uses the design thinking method. The design of the solution in this research is in the form of an interactive prototype which will be used at the evaluation stage of prototype testing. The solution design evaluation test was carried out using usability testing to 9 (nine) participants who were classified into 3 (three) different groups, namely active students of FILKOM UB who had never participated in MBKM, active students of FILKOM UB who were registered in MBKM, and MBKM supervisors. This evaluation results in 95% on the effectiveness aspect, 70% on the efficiency aspect, and 83% on the satisfaction aspect. The value of the satisfaction aspect in this study was obtained through the USE Questionnaire which included 4 parameters, namely usefulness, ease of use, ease of learn, and satisfaction. The usability level achieved in the user experience web portal design of MBKM FILKOM UB reaches 83% and is included in the very good category..

Abstract

The Food Court is one of the people's favorite places to find food, drinks, and snacks. But the problem of long lines waiting for orders can lead to problems such as the transmission of the COVID-19 disease and the possibility of a decrease in the number of customers due to not waiting in line. This queuing problem has been overcome by the existing system, the Restaurant Ordering Paging System, but this system has a weakness, namely there is no clarity on the order status. The purpose of this research is to build a new system and tool that has a 1602 LCD feature to display messages from the order status, and also features changing the message content according to user needs. In this system, the Finite State Machine will be used as a method of how the system works to achieve system goals, so that to perform its function, each node in the system needs to move between states according to the state of its objective function. The system obtained from this research is divided into 2 tools, namely the restaurant node and the customer node, with the restaurant node having 4 states, namely the default state, programming mode state, reading user input state, and data sending state. On the other hand, the restaurant node also works with 4 states, namely the default state, LCD blinking state, LCD blinking state with beep buzzer, and state delay for 1 minute. The results obtained from this study are the success of data transmission by 90% from the 4 state tests used, with 2 customer nodes, 1 restaurant node, and the test was repeated 16 times.

Abstract

Bitcoin has attracted a lot of attention from the media and investors, given its innovative features such as its decentralization and traceability. In some countries have accepted Bitcoin as a means of payment. Bitcoin is also commonly used as an investment asset although it is quite dangerous because the price of Bitcoin is very volatile, which means that the price can go up and down quickly in a short time. In addition, Bitcoin is also believed to be speculative, whose price goes up and down depending on people's views of the coin. This study aims to predict the price of Bitcoin using the Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) algorithm based on daily historical data by considering its speculative nature using the Google Trend Index. Based on the results of the tests carried out, the results of the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) calculation are 3,089% using the Sigmoid activation function, 5 features, 20 neurons in the hidden layer, and using Google Trend Index with the keyword 'Bitcoin'.

Abstract

Paperless system allows informations used to be viewed without unnecessary repetition of processes such as minor errors by users, staffs, or operators. State Institute for Islamic Studies Padangsidimpuan (IAIN) experienced problems precisely in the thesis defense registration process where minor errors occurred in the file checking process such as the lack of files and also the correctness of the files. To help the process of thesis defense registration, it is proposed to develop an information system for the process of thesis defense using a paperless system to reduce these errors from both staffs and students side. When developing the system, researcher uses the waterfall method, whis is a systematic and sequential development method starting from the requirement analysis stage, followed by design and implementation, then testing, and the last stage maintenance. Entering the testing stage, researcher is carried out by applying two different testing methods, which are black-box testing that is used to test the validity of the existing functions in the system and user acceptance testing that is used to test how mcuh user acceptance of the developed system. From the results of black-box testing using 5 testers, valid results were obtained. The same 5 people were also appointed to conduct testing using user acceptance testing, the testers answered 40 questions of 20 Functional Correctness and Completeness questions. 10 Usability questions, and 10 Confidentiality and Availability questions. Results from the answers of the testers were analyzed using Guttman Scale by looking at the percentage of “Yes” answers and obtained 100% results for each question given.

Abstract

Kimchi is one of the processed vegetable foods that can change the selling price of vegetables. Kimchi is a traditional pickled vegetable originating from Korea. Many Indonesian people like to make kimchi and eat kimchi because kimchi is a food that is rich in probiotic bacteria and has Indonesian culinary flavors. Currently, the process of making kimchi fermentation is still done manually, thus affecting the conditions of kimchi fermentation. If the fermentation container is often opened, then air from outside will enter and cause temperature changes. If there is a significant change in temperature, the performance of the bacteria that carry out the fermentation process will be disrupted. Based on these problems, a detection system for the ideal conditions of kimchi fermentation based on pH and temperature was made using the fuzzy Mamdani method. The Mamdani fuzzy calculation process is assisted by the Embedded Fuzzy Logic Library (eFLL), which processes data input from the DHT11 temperature and pH sensors SEN0161-V2 based on the ESP32 Devkit V1 Microcontroller. After that, the system output will be displayed on a 16x2 LCD screen and an android application with Bluetooth communication. Based on sensor testing, the MAPE value of the pH sensor SEN0161-V2 is 1.81% with an accuracy of 98.19%, and the MAPE value of the DHT11 temperature sensor is 1.51% with an accuracy of 98.49%. Mamdani fuzzy algorithm testing is carried out every day for six days of fermentation by recording ten system output data to obtain a total of 60 test data. As a result, the MAPE value of the Mamdani fuzzy algorithm was obtained at 0.96% with an accuracy of 99.04% and an average computation time of 25.138.5 microseconds or 25 milliseconds.
