Abstract

Waqf is a source of funding that has the potential for community welfare. Several countries use waqf to support their economic development for the welfare of their people through productive development of their waqf programs between Turkey, Egypt, Jordan, and Malaysia, by carrying out developments in the sectors of research, education, health, poverty alleviation, and others. The Indonesian people understand that waqf is only limited to using immovable assets for less productive endowments, such as places of worship, educational institutions, etc. This has made the condition of waqf stagnant in Indonesia, even though Indonesia's potential for productive waqf is extraordinary as conveyed by the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia who stated that the achievement of national cash waqf in 2022 was IDR 1.4 trillion or only 0.5% of the potential cash waqf of more than IDR 180 trillion. The existence of cash waqf is needed to facilitate the Muslim community in giving charity. Cash waqf is intended for places of worship and infrastructure and must also be empowered through productive waqf. Government support for community economic empowerment through the waqf program was proven in 2017 by appointing the Financial Services Authority (OJK) to establish a Micro Waqf Bank (BWM), which had obtained permission from OJK. Micro Waqf Banks have the concept of providing loans or financing to people who are not yet bankable or lack access to formal financial institutions such as banks. Even though the potential for waqf in Indonesia is enormous, in reality, the realization of waqf still needs to be improved due to several challenges.For this reason, the solution efforts are: a. carry out the development of good waqf governance, including implementing the Waqf Core Principles program and improving electronic-based waqf services; b. carry out HR competency upgrading on an ongoing basis; c. intensive socialization of waqf literacy and understanding to the public; d. carry out institutional harmonization and revision of waqf laws and regulations by increasing coordination between related agencies.

Abstract

This research is entitled VILLAGE FUND POLICY IN SUPPORTING RURAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND EMPOWERMENT IN PANIKEL VILLAGE, KAMPUNG LAUT DISTRICT, CILACAP REGENCY. The Village Fund Budget which is sourced directly from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget which has been distributed to Panikel Village from 2015 to 2021 is already quite large . However, in its utilization it has not been able to be utilized optimally for the welfare of the community. This is measured by the portion of Village Original Income to Village Income in the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget which is still very small. This shows that the level of village independence is still very lacking and is still very dependent on transfer income and financial assistance. The method used in this research is a descriptive approach with a qualitative approach, the results of the study 1) The Village Fund Policy has been implemented well, although the results have not been effective. The policy has been implemented well, seen from infrastructure development activities as well as the implementation of community development and empowerment. It has not been effective because if it is measured from the portion of Village Original Income to total village income for one year it is still relatively small. 2) Utilization of Village Funds for 2021 cannot be maximized for community development and empowerment. This is because for 2021, based on priorities, it is used for handling the Covid-19 pandemic in villages

Abstract

Tesis ini berjudul Optimalisasi Manajemen Perubahan Dalam Mewujudkan Pembangunan Zona Integritas Menuju WBK/WBBM (studi Pada Lapas Kelas IIB Ciamis), Asep Deni Wahyudi, NIM. 82302223031. Kegagalan dalam Mewujudkan Pembangunan Zona Integritas Menuju WBK/WBBM disebabkan belum terbangunnya perubahan pola pikir dan budaya kerja secara sistematis dan konsisten. Kegagalan tersebut diakibatkan belum terbentuk mekanisme kerja yang efektif, belum terbentuknya pola pikir pegawai dalam pelayanan public, pimpinan belum optimal memberikan pengaruh sebagai role model. Teori yang releavan sebagaimana ketentuan Permenpan RB Nomor 90 Tahun 2021. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian (1) Keterlibatan seluruh pegawai sangat penting karena menunjukan komitmen dan tanggungjawab dalam pembangunan Zona Integritas (2) Asepk Manajemen Perubahan adalah kerja secara kolektif dan komitmen tinggi dari pegawai. (3) Optimalisasi Manajemen Perubahan antara lain terbangunnya perubahan pola pikir dan budaya kerja, dalam agenda perubahan pempinan sebagai role model memiliki optimism yang tinggi. (4) Pengendalian resistensi terhadap perubahan perlu dilakukan upaya strategis dalam penangannya.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah keputusan menabung nasabah BNI Cabang Pembantu Pameungpeuk Kabupaten Garut masih perlu ditingkatkan, mengingat keputusan merupakan akhir dari sebuah perlakuan, sehingga dapat menentukan keberhasilan suatu program atau ide. Dengan demikian maka rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh strategi promosi produk tabungan terhadap keputusan menabung pada BNI Kantor Cabang Pembantu Pameungpeuk Kabupaten Garut? Bagaimana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan menabung pada BNI Kantor Cabang Pembantu Pameungpeuk Kabupaten Garut? Bagaimana pengaruh strategi promosi produk tabungan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan menabung pada BNI Kantor Cabang Pembantu Pameungpeuk Kabupaten Garut? Sedangkan metode yang diginakan adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode explanatory research. Hasil penlitian menunjukkan bahwa tanggapan responden terhadap strategi promosi produk tabungan, cenderung baik, begitu juga dengan keputusan menabung. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari strategi promosi produk tabungan terhadap keputusan menabung. Artinya jika strategi promosi produk tabungan meningkat, maka akan diikuti oleh peningkatan keputusan menabung. Tanggapan responden terhadap kualitas pelayanan cenderung baik, begitu juga dengan keputusan menabung. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan menabung. Artinya jika kualitas pelayanan meningkat, maka akan diikuti oleh peningkatan keputusan menabung. Tanggapan responden terhadap strategi promosi produk dan kualitas pelayanan cenderung baik, begitu juga dengan keputusan menabung. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari strategi promosi produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan menabung. Abstract

This article is entitled Implementation of SECI's Knowledge Management Model in Household Scale Creative Industries. This research is motivated by the problem of mastering the knowledge of craft workers faced by SMEs. Where one step of the solution is to apply Knowledge Management. Nonaka and Takeuchi's knowledge model is a spiral knowledge model known as the SECI model – Socialization, Externalization, Combination, and Internalization. The focus of this knowledge model emphasizes knowledge transfer, learning transfer, and innovation. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze: (1) the Implementation of the SECI Knowledge Management Model in Creative Industries on a Household Scale; (2) Obstacles to the Implementation of the SECI Knowledge Management Model in Creative Industries at a Household Scale; (3) Solutions for overcoming obstacles in the Implementation of the SECI Knowledge Management Model in Household Scale Creative Industries. The research method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation. Technical analysis of data is done by descriptive narrative. Based on the information obtained from the informants and the results of data processing, the results were found that: (1) The socialization carried out included weekly routine discussions, barriers to lack of mastery of knowledge, the solution was training and brainstorming; (2) Externalization is proven by the presence of meeting minutes, the obstacle is that there is no guidebook, the solution is to make a pocketbook; (3) The combination can be seen from the activity of categorizing various handicraft products, barriers to the availability of technology, solutions by procuring production machines and the internet; (4) Internalization can be seen in the existence of product data, barriers that have not been integrated, solutions by implementing knowledge repository as an integrated database collector.

Abstract

Perencanaan memungkinkan organisasi untuk mengidentifikasi serta menarik manfaat dari berbagai peluang eksternal sekaligus meminimalkan dampak dari ancaman ancaman eksternal. Perencanaan lebih dari sekedar upaya memperhitungkan kemungkinan masa lalu dan masa kini ke masa depan. Perencanaan juga mencakup pengembangan misi, peramalan kejadian dan tren masa depan, penetapan tujuan, serta pemilihan strategis untuk dijalankan. Rumah sakit sebagai instansi penyelenggara pelayanan kesehatan merupakan ujung tombak dalam pembangunan kesehatan masyarakat dengan memberikan kualitas dan kuantitas terbaik akan layanan kesehatannya kepada masyarakat. Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan aset utama bagi organisasi atau instansi, karena mempunyai peran sebagai motor penggerak organisasi. Ini merupakan suatu hal yang mendasar bagi rumah sakit sebagai organisasi/instansi namun sangat penting dalam kemajuan rumah sakit itu sendiri. Peningkatan Pelayanan Kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Cilacap terus diupayakan sejalan dengan meningkatnya tuntutan masyarakat akan pelayanan yang optimal, bermutu dan professional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berawal dari adanya berbagai permasalahan di lapangan yang menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan nasabah masih belum optimal. Tujuan dilakukanya penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan: pengaruh dari kualitas layanan, kualitas produk dan pengaruh iklan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada BNI Cabang Banjar. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu dengan cara membuat gambaran secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat mengenai fakta atau sifat objek serta menginterpretasikan hubungan antara fenomena yang diselidiki. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kualitas dari pelayanan, memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah, yang artinya jika dilakukan peningkatan pada kualitas pelayanan maka akan diikuti oleh peningkatan kepuasan nasabah. Tanggapan responden juga menunjukan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif pada, kepuasan nasabah. Dapat disimpulan bahwa jika kualitas produk ditingkatkan maka kepuasan nasabah juga akan meningkat. Diketahui juga pengaruh positif iklan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa apabila iklan dilakukan peningkatan maka akan diikuti oleh peningkatan kepuasan nasabah. Tanggapan responden terhadap variabel kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk dan iklan cenderung baik, begitu juga dengan kepuasan nasabah, termasuk kategori baik. Dapat dimspulkan bahwa apabila kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk dan iklan terus ditingkatkan maka akan diikuti oleh peningkatan kepuasan nasabahnya.

Abstract

Finance in educational institutions is one of the determining factors for the quality of learning. So that financial management becomes very important in an educational institution in order to achieve educational goals. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, it is a challenge for educational institutions to manage financial management. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of educational financial management during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Riyadlul Qur'an Integrated Islamic Junior High School. This study uses a qualitative approach. The research was conducted at the Riyadlul Qur'an Integrated Islamic Middle School. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, and documentation study. Data processing techniques were carried out by data reduction. Financial management is carried out starting from financial planning, implementation of financial management, and supervision. Financial planning at the Riyadlul Qur'an Integrated Islamic Junior High School is based on a needs analysis and adjusted to the source of school income. The implementation of financial management during the COVID-19 pandemic is appropriate, there is no difference between income and budget with the percentage of budget fulfillment reaching 100%. However, there are two standards that are not included in the RKAS because during the COVID-19 pandemic, the financing for these standards was transferred to another standard. Abstract

The research objectives at Gema Store Cellular Graphic Ciawi were to investigate: 1) The impact of promotions conducted by Gema Cellular Graphic Ciawi; 2) Purchase decisions at Gema Cellular Graphic Ciawi; 3) The effect of promotions on purchasing decisions at Gema Cellular Graphic Ciawi. The research employed a descriptive method, utilizing both primary and secondary data. Simple regression was the chosen analysis tool. The findings indicate that: 1) Promotions at Gema Graphic Cellular Ciawi Stores have a positive impact; 2) Purchase decisions at Gema Graphic Cellular Ciawi Store are favorable; 3) The influence of promotions on purchase decisions at Gema Graphic Cellular Ciawi Stores is quite strong; 4) The hypothesis test results show a significance level of 5%, confirming that promotion significantly affects purchasing decisions at Gema Graphics Cellular. The coefficient value for Promotion Determination on Purchasing Decisions is 28.8%, with the remaining 71.2% influenced by unexplored factors. Keywords: Promotion, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan tokoh sentral dalam organisasi maupun perusahaan, termasuk organisasi Kepolisian Republik Indonesia. Semakin tinggi kemampuan Satuan dalam Kepolisian, semakin tinggi pula kinerja organisasi. Agar Kinerja Polisi di Satuan Polres Cilacap mampu konsisten dan maksimal maka organisasi harus memperhatikan lingkungan kerja pegawai yang dapat mempengaruhi kemampuan seseorang untuk menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya seperti penerapan kepemimpinan, Reward dan Punishment Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Reward dan Punishment terhadap Kinerja Polisi di Satuan Polres Cilacap. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik purposif sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah 93 responden yang merupakan Polisi di Satuan Polres Cilacap Untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kepemimpinan, Reward ,dan Punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan digunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Untuk menguji pengaruh secara keseluruhan digunakan uji F dengan derajat kebebasan (df) = k dan (n-k-2) dengan tingkat keyakinan (α = 0,05). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial digunakan uji T derajat kebebasan (df) = k dan (n-k-2) dengan tingkat keyakinan (α = 0,05). Hasil dari pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa baik secar parsial dan simultan, kepemimpian, Reward dan Punishment berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Polisi di Satuan Polres Cilacap.
