Abstract

Industri pengelolahan pangan merupakan salah satu sektor penting dalam meningkatkan perekonomian nasional. Dengan segala bentuk usaha pengelohan pada industri ini, sektor usaha kecil dan menengah menjadi salah satunya. Pelaku usaha berlomba-lomba berinovasi untuk tetap bertahan di era persaingan global. Untuk dapat bertahan strategi mengenal tujuan usaha sangat dibutuhkan dan diperkuat dengan adanya sadar teknologi dengan mempertimbangkan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa dari Promosi dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Perusahaan Pia Dua Putri. Selain itu, faktor-faktor pendukung lainnya juga berpengaruh terhadap keberlangsungan usaha. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh pelanggan Pia Dua Putri yang terdaftar pada kontak bisnis dengan ketentuan order pada tahun 2018-2023. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini data pelanggan tetap melakukan transaksi sebanyak 5 kali order. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Dengan variabel Promosi (X1), Kualitas Produk (X2), dan Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y). Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dengan Uji parsial maka Promosi (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelangan, sedangkan Kualitas Produk (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y). Hasil simultan Promosi dan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Hasil berpengaruh dominan yaitu Kualitas Produk (X2) terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y). Serta, hasil regresi linear berganda menunjukkan besaran pengaruh yang signifikan dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

The economic structure, when viewed from the perspective of expenditure, will always be closely linked to Household and Corporate Consumption (C), Government Expenditure (G), Investment (I), and Exports-Imports (X – M). Consumption is divided into Household and Corporate/Industrial Consumption (C), which also includes consumption expenditures by non-profit institutions, as well as Government Consumption (Government Expenditure = G). These types of consumption are the most determining factors or play the most significant role in the economic conditions of a region (regional) and a country (national), typically accounting for about 70 percent of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) or Gross National Product (GNP) annually. Productive Investment (I) made by a region or country within the context of GRDP or GNP serves as a foundation for future steady income and acts as a multiplier effect factor, significantly influencing the increase in regional or national income. Productive investments are expected to contribute around 15 percent of GRDP. Similarly, Exports (X) should far exceed Imports (M) because when X significantly surpasses M, it can generate substantial foreign exchange or a surplus in the Balance of Payments (BoP). Conversely, if a region or country imports more than it exports, it will experience trade deficits, financial losses, a Passive Trade Balance, or a Negative Net Import Balance. Such a situation will greatly impact the regional or national economy, including an increase in debt, stagnation in the domestic economy and industries, and the bankruptcy of many businesses and industries. If productive investments are relatively high (around 40 percent of GRDP), this will positively boost the domestic industry, including large, medium, and small-scale manufacturing industries. Imports, which typically play a role of around 27 percent, also contribute significantly. A large population in a region or country serves as a very potential market share.

Abstract

Thailand leads Southeast Asia in terms of foreign tourist arrivals. However, the rapid growth of the tourism industry often has adverse consequences for the environment. Contemporary tourism management has to deal with major issues such as pollution, habitat degradation, and overcapacity of tourist destinations. Therefore, the term “green tourism”, also known as “green tourism”, has emerged as an alternative to achieve a balance between environmental preservation and tourism industry development. The purpose of this article is to identify the concept and implementation of green tourism in Thailand as an effort towards sustainable tourism by reviewing its impact from an economic and human resources (HR) perspective. The article is written using a qualitative descriptive method approach with a literature study to describe in detail and in depth a certain phenomenon based on data and information obtained from various literature sources. The discussion of this article found that the role of education in encouraging pro-environmental behavior is also an important concern. Studies in Thailand show that additional years of formal education increase the likelihood of individuals to take knowledge-based environmentally friendly actions, such as the use of energy-saving tools, as well as appearing that majority religious principles or values have an impact on the implementation of Green Tourism in Thailand

Abstract

Digital entrepreneurship is increasingly becoming the main focus of economic development, especially in the era of rapid digitalization. The training aims to explore strategies and best practices in the Shopee affiliate program to support entrepreneurial success with presentation methods, interactive discussions, and case studies. The training results show that Shopee's affiliate program not only increases the revenue potential for affiliates but also contributes to improving entrepreneurial skills among students and business startups. The conclusion of this training emphasizes the importance of a deep understanding of digital marketing and the development of entrepreneurial skills to take advantage of the opportunities offered by platforms like Shopee. In the future, it is expected to guide individuals who want to maximize their business potential through affiliate programs.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), on Closing Price (CP). In taking samples, this research used a purposive sampling method. The number of samples for this research was 14 companies with observations for 3 years so that the total research sample was 42 samples. The analysis used in this research is Multiple Linear Analysis, t Test (Partial), F Test (Simultaneous) and coefficient of determination test. The research results show that partially Return On Equity and Debt to Equity Ratio have no effect on Closing Price, while Earning Per Share partially has an effect on Closing Price. The research results simultaneously show that Return On Equity, Earning Per Share and Debt to Equity Ratio have an effect on Closing Price. The R² test (coefficient of determination) produces an R square value of 0.790 or 79%, this shows that the independent variable has a 79% influence on the Closing Price, while the remaining 21% is influenced by other variables outside this research.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of work-family conflict on work motivation among employees of the PT Energized Electrical Work (PDKB) team. PLN Persero Malang. Employing a quantitative method with a census technique, all married male PDKB employees aged 27-36 served as respondents. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression. The results indicate that work-family conflict does not significantly impact work motivation (R=0.274, R²=0.075; F-statistic=0.813, significance=0.389). Work-family conflict only explains 7.5% of the variation in work motivation, while other factors influence the remaining 92.5%. These findings suggest that in high-risk technical professions like PDKB, the relationship between work-family conflict and work motivation may be more complex, potentially mediated by coping mechanisms, social support, and job characteristics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan distribusi beras antar kota di Jawa Timur denganmenggunakan metode Linear Programming (LP) berbasis Python dalam konteks Supply ChainManagement (SCM). Model LP yang dikembangkan bertujuan untuk mengoptimalnyapemenuhan kebutuhan beras tiap kota dari produksi kota di Jawa Timur dan meminimalkanbiaya transportasi sambil memastikan bahwa permintaan di setiap kota dapat dipenuhi.Berdasarkan hasil simulasi, model optimasi ini jumlah konsumsi beras sejumlah 7.760.358,08ton didistribusikan 5.355.845,00 ton atau surplus 2.404.513,08 ton dengan biaya totalpengiriman Rp.240.099.337.188,4. Penggunaan Python dan pustaka Linear Programmingseperti PuLP memungkinkan pemodelan yang efisien, cepat, dan fleksibel dalam menghadapidinamika rantai pasokan beras. Penelitian ini menyarankan penerapan model ini pada distribusipangan lainnya di Indonesia, serta pengembangan model untuk mempertimbangkanketidakpastian dalam permintaan dan pasokan. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusisignifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi distribusi pangan, mengoptimalkan biaya logistik, danmemastikan ketepatan waktu pengiriman.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah cara perusahaan rintisan (startup) menjalankan strategi pemasarannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis praktik pemasaran digital yang diterapkan oleh startup melalui metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Dengan meninjau 35 artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 2015 hingga 2024, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi pendekatan, alat, strategi, serta tantangan yang umum dihadapi dalam konteks pemasaran digital startup. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial, konten pemasaran, SEO, dan email marketing menjadi alat dominan, sementara keterbatasan sumber daya, kurangnya keahlian digital, dan perubahan algoritma menjadi tantangan utama. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi akademis dengan memetakan tren riset dan memberi wawasan praktis bagi pelaku industri startup.

Abstract

Abstract. Technological turbulence is an important factor affecting the innovation performance of small companies in today's rapidly changing business environment. Technological turbulence refers to unpredictable technological changes that can have a significant impact on a business, especially in the context of innovation performance. Articles are compiled using Systematic Literature Review from the Scopus database for publishing searches from 1984 to 2024. The results of this study show that importance of adaptability, innovation and strategic orientation in managing the challenges posed by technological turbulence in various organizational contexts. In addition, future research could use longitudinal methods and need to carry out specific sectoral analyzes to understand how various industries are impacted by technological turbulence.
