Abstract

Because the world's atmosphere recently has deep moral instability, the desire to reach the century of ethics instead becomes a century of minus ethics. Even though the Islamic ummah has a role model in terms of ethics and morals, namely the figure of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, it becomes a necessity for every Muslim to know him through Shirah An-Nabawiyah, which is beautifully explained in the monumental writing Ar-Rahīqu Al-Makhtūm by the great scholar Syakh Shafy AlRahmān AlMubārakfūrī. The purpose of this study is to examine how Rasulullah SAW developed the thought of moral education contained in the book Ar-Rahīqu Al-Makhtūm by Sheikh Shafy Al-Rahmān Al-Mubārakfūrī. The method used in this study is the library research method with documentation techniques, while the analysis uses content analysis and historical analysis. The results of the study show that there is a moral education that the Prophet SAW developed in the book Ar-Rahīqu Al-Makhtūm by Syekh Shafy Al-Rahmān Al-Mubārakfūrī, namely Rabbāniyah, Insāniyah, and Syumūliyah. The Rabbāniyah or religious dimension is by maintaining human relations with God, namely reviving faith and enlivening makhdhah worship. The Insāniyah dimension includes honesty (shiddiq), responsibility, discipline, hard work, creativity/innovation, independence (i'timad), curiosity (research), and reading/literacy. While Syumuliyah: achievement, democracy, social concern, friendship/loyal friends. Of the three aspects of moral education, the Rabbāniyah dimension is the most dominant of the other dimensions, showing that the human relationship with God is the top priority.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the concept of personality gratitude in the development of Islamic education is described in the Quran. This research is included in the type of library research that uses qualitative data types. e main data source in this research is the Koranic verses that discuss gratitude. This study uses a subjective hermeneutic approach that emphasizes the interpreter's role in understanding and determining the meaning of the text about the verses of gratitude in Tafsr al-Misbah. According to the findings of the study, a grateful personality is synonymous with the term 'abdan syakuran. The term refers to a personality that always appreciates, recognizes, and uses God's grace in every situation. A person with a grateful personality has a noble character, which contains the character values of trustworthiness, qan'ah, tawadu', hard work, creativity, and prosocial actions. A grateful personality is needed to realize Islamic education's goals, namely the creation of religious and noble human beings. Therefore, we need the right strategy for instilling these values. The internalization of the gratitude personality in Islamic education can be carried out through several strategies, including tazkiyah, tazniyah, tadabburah, and tarabbutah.

Abstract

The rapid flow of industrialization in several sectors, including education, educational institutions, especially PTKI, must balance the education system with the times, which is expected to be able to give birth to creative and innovative students. This research is a field study that aims to reveal the concept of MBKM at UIN Sunan Kalijaga. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with the Head of the Study Program, the Head of LPM, the Dean, and the Students. This article aims to analyze the concept of independent learning on an independent campus (MBKM) in more depth, tracing the industrial mindset at UIN Sunan Kalijaga. The study results show that the industrialization of education is conspicuous in the MBKM policy implemented at UIN Sunan Kalijaga. This is seen from the industrial factor, which is of great concern in educational design, meaning that national education only determines students to become skilled workers as the main objective, contrary to the objectives of national education in Bill 20 of 2003, which contains that the purpose of education is to form character and personality as a priority as teachings in Islam. The MBKM programs at UIN Sunan Kalijaga also emphasize that skilled workers must meet the demands of the business and industrial world as an integral part of alleviating unemployment. It is different from the teachings of Islam through the continuous messages of Muslim scholars that education aims to give birth to perfect humans.

Life skills education is very important for students with special needs. With life skills education, it is hoped that it can eliminate socio-economic disparities and minimize discrimination that students with special needs often experience. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Collecting research data using interviews, observation, and documentation Primary data sources are skills-coordinating teachers, school principals, and students. Furthermore, the data obtained will be tested for validity using triangulation techniques and analyzed using multi-site analysis techniques developed by collecting, reducing, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The research results that have been found are as follows: Live skills education has an important role in the life development of SLB students; full support is needed to increase competency. This will have a big impact, especially on social life. With the provision of skills, SLB students can strive to improve their standard of living. Applicable skills such as sewing, hydroponic gardening, cooking or processing food from ingredients that are easily obtained from seafood, agriculture, and plantations in the surrounding environment, as well as creating goods from materials that are easy to obtain. At the same time, they are given the skills to market their work to other people and the public. All of these activities can help students grow and develop in parallel. The realization of these live skills education activities must also get support from various parties. Both parents, the government, teachers, and, of course, the wider community serve as users, or the community serves as facilitators.

The instrument used in this research is a pre-test from some verses of the Quran and a post-test from Arabic mahfudzat. By adapting the tahfidz technique in learning English, the teacher’s goal to gain students’ better scores in English had been achieved. This is closely related to the fact that pesantren students familiarized to memorize Qur’an and their religious subject. It turns out that the traditional pesantren learning method can also be applied to modern science.
