Abstract

This research designed a 5G NR network using 700 MHz and 2.3 GHz frequencies with 30 MHz bandwidth in the Jababeka industrial area covering an area of 5600 hectares. The Propagation Model used by Urban Macrocell (UMa) in non line of sight (NLOS) conditions according to 3GPP TR 38901 standard with Synchronization signal-reference signal received power (SS-RSRP) and Synchronization Signal to Interference and Noise Ratio (SS-SINR) parameters. Coverage prediction simulation using Atoll 3.4 consists of 4 scenarios. Scenario 1 uses a frequency of 2.3 GHz downlink, scenario 2 uses a frequency of 2.3 GHz uplink, scenario 3 uses a frequency of 700 MHz downlink and scenario 4 uses a frequency of 700 MHz uplink. Parameters analyzed were signal strength (SS-RSRP > -110 dBm) and signal quality (SS-SINR > 5 dB). The simulation results of scenario 1 get a signal strength of 61% and signal quality of 73.71% from the Jababeka area. Scenario 2 gets 100% for signal strength and 75.35% for signal quality. Scenario 3 gets a signal strength of 72.27% and signal quality of 85.30%. Scenario 4 shows a signal strength of 100% and signal quality of 71.04% from the Jababeka area. Planning with a frequency of 700 MHz shows that the signal strength and signal strength parameters are better than the 2.3 GHz frequency, making it suitable for 5G networks in the Jababeka area. The findings of this study are intended to help Indonesian cellular operators plan and deploy their 5G network.

Abstract

Metro ethernet is a data communication network owned by PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) through distribution channels, one of which is Open Shortest Path First (OSPF). As technology develops, IPv4 is used as the core addressing protocol for every communicating network device and has the responsibility of finding the route taken by packets to reach their destination. The problem that occurs in the data communication network is the absence of stable connectivity when there are links between cities experiencing downtime, resulting in several link congestion on the data packet path. To overcome the above problems, this study analyzed IPv4-based metro ethernet networks through the OSPF routing protocol using Graphical Network Simulator-3 (GNS-3). This study implements a failover system as a backup link in the event of a Jakarta-Bogor downlink. Based on the simulation and test results, the failover link shows a success status and functions to minimize network connection breakdowns. This is because the use of OSPF routing isOSPF routing canen the main link is down, so the path will be diverted via the backup link. QoS measurements using a single link obtained an average throughput of 195 Kbps, while dual links obtained an average throughput of 258 Kbps. This is because the distance from the source to the destination router is passed by more single links than dual links. Overall, the measurement shows that having a backup link can increase the stability of the data communication network connection when it is down and tested according to ETSI standards

Abstract

The utilization of solar energy to produce electrical energy in the form of a rooftop solar power generation system (PLTS) is an option to anticipate fossil energy scarcity and reduce pollution. The Indonesian government also urges the public to participate in using PLTS. However, until now there are only 4000 users throughout Indonesia. The main problem with the small number of PV mini-grid users is the difficulty of obtaining information related to the material requirements and costs for building a PV mini-grid system. Therefore, this research then proposes the creation of an application that can provide convenience for the community to calculate the capacity requirements of PLTS and its costs according to the electrical equipment that is operated as needed. This article contains the process of designing, manufacturing and testing an application for calculating the capacity and cost of a PV mini-grid. The design sprint method used in this research is in the design and manufacturing process. While the application testing uses the black box and usability testing. The final result of the testing process shows that with the black box testing method by 3 experts, it is known that all functions of the application are 100% "Valid" which is already functioning according to the design. Meanwhile, the results of usability testing with 30 respondents resulted in a usability level of 82.83. Based on the standard usability scale system, the usability testing results obtained are included in the "Very Useful" predicate and are ready to be used by the community.

Abstract

Breast cancer still ranks first in the number of cancers in Indonesia and is one of the contributors to the death rate caused by cancer. Generally occurs in women, but does not rule out it can occur in men. Globocan data in 2020 shows the number of new cancer cases in Indonesia reached 65,858 or 16.6% of the total 396,914 new cancer cases, with the number of deaths reaching 22,430 cases. Early detection can allow patients to get the right therapy and increase their chances of survival. The purpose of this study is to implement a machine learning algorithm to detect breast cancer in women, the algorithms that will be used are Support Vector Machine (SVM) and XBGoost by implementing feature selection to obtain better accuracy. The classification results of the two algorithms will be compared to find out which algorithm has the best performance. The dataset used is from the SEER NCI program in November 2017 involving 4024 patients. The research shows that of the 16 attributes contained in the dataset, there are 3 attributes (features) that have a significant effect on the classification results, namely 6th stage, reginol node positive, and tumor size. XGBoost with feature selection has a better performance of 91.4% compared to SVM which is only 89.8%.

Abstract

The background of this research is that the process of classifying the types of coffee beans is still carried out conventionally and has not been computerized, that is, the classification of coffee beans is still based on experience, color and shape of the coffee beans. Of course, this takes a long time and errors often occur, so this research can help classify coffee cherries using the Backpropagation method quickly. The purpose of this study was to produce a system for applying the backpropagation method for extracting digital image features in the classification of coffee cherries, a system built using MATLAB software. In the results of the coffee fruit classification program with the Backpropagation algorithm that is matched in excel, results are obtained for an accuracy of 72% for 100 training data and results for an accuracy of 85% for 10 test data for manual calculations, results are obtained from the Performance Model Using the Confusion Matrix in training data obtained an accuracy of 72% and testing 85% of each of the 2 different types of coffee cherries.

Abstract

Mangrove plants are one of the plants that really help aquatic ecosystems between the sea, coast, and land. Mangrove plants provide many ecological, social, and economic benefits. In Indonesia, mangrove plants have 202 species with the same anatomy as other plants in general, consisting of roots, fruits, stems and leaves. Nowadays, the location of mangrove plants in Indonesia has experienced the fastest damage in the world due to conversion to ponds, settlements, industry and plantations. One of the efforts to restore aesthetic value and restore the ecological function of mangrove forest areas is rehabilitation using mangrove fruit. In the rehabilitation process, farmers generally use the manual method with the naked eye to determine fruit ripeness on mangrove plants, so the resulting level of accuracy is not optimal. To overcome this problem, an application is needed that can facilitate farmers in determining fruit maturity in mangrove plants so that it can help determine the maturity level of mangrove fruit. The development of this application utilizes the Deep Learning method as well as the utilization of digital image processing techniques with Grayscaling, Adaptive Threshold, Sharpening and Smoothing techniques. The results of this study are an application that can detect the level of fruit maturity in mangrove plants with an accuracy of 99.11%. With this application, determining the maturity level of fruit on mangrove plants can be easily done.

Abstract

The online queuing system is a system that can make it easier for users through the administration process at the Lendang Nangka health center. However, the system implemented at the health center is still done manually, such as patients coming directly to the health center to register, and officers taking notes, and taking queues. So, this takes a long time and makes the dating patient feel bored and bored. The purpose of this study is to create a web-based online queuing system, system feasibility tester, user response and performance of this system. The model used for this study is ADDIE with five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection techniques use questionnaires given to system experts and users. Meanwhile, the data analysis is used descriptively and uses the GT Metrix tool to see the efficiency of the system that has been created. Our findings are in the form of a web-based online queue information system that can facilitate the administrative process at this health center. In addition, this system is also categorized as very feasible and has a very high response. This system also includes grade A, where the performance result is 90%, and the structure are 90%. So that the system can help make it easier for patients, staff, and doctors in the administrative process at this health center.

Abstract

Kredit Pemilikan Rumah adalah salah satu fasilitas yang diberikan bank atau Lembaga keuangan lainnya. Kredit pemilikan rumah ini biasanya diperuntukkan bagi masyarakat yang kesulitan dalam membeli rumah. Maka dari itu adanya fasilitas ini diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat dalam membeli rumah secara kredit. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah seleksi yang dilakukan oleh analis kredit masih dilakukan secara subyektif sehingga terkadang analis kredit masih kesulitan dalam menentukan layak atau tidaknya nasabah tersebut menerima kredit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun sebuah system informasi pendukung keputusan dengan metode Fuzzy-WP guna membantu analis kredit dalam memutuskan pemberian kredit kepemilikan rumah. Hasil implementasi algoritma menunjukkan bahwa Fuzzy-WP yang diterapkan pada sistem telah sesuai dengan perhitungan aslinya serta program aplikasi dapat menampilkan hasil rekomendasi sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan untuk pemberian kredit bagi calon debitur. Home Ownership Credit (KPR) is one of the facilities provided by banks or other financial institutions. These home ownership loans are usually reserved for people who have difficulty buying a home. Therefore, the existence of this facility is expected to assist people in buying houses on credit. The problem that occurs is that the selection made by credit analysts is still carried out subjectively so that sometimes credit analysts still have difficulty determining whether a customer is eligible to receive credit or not. The purpose of this study is to build a decision support information system using the Fuzzy-WP method to assist credit analysts in deciding whether to grant housing loans. The results of the implementation of the algorithm show that the Fuzzy-WP applied to the system is in accordance with the initial calculations and the application program can display recommendation results according to predetermined criteria for granting credit to prospective borrowers.

Abstract

The generator is a device for an important source of electrical energy, so the continuity of the generator operation must be maintained and well controlled, in controlling the grounding on the generator can use in control with software such as MATLAB and Modeling the design of the grid grounding system using LabView 2017, Determination of the grounding system for the neutral value of the generator through the distribution transformer, can be done through manual calculation. The use of many parameters considered in the calculation to obtain appropriate and measurable results there is a possibility of repeated calculations. This is very difficult and causes a large difference in calculation results. Therefore, a computer-based computing system is needed to overcome problems like this. Several papers have developed calculations of the amount of generator neutral grounding required that consider the voltage level, short circuit fault current and ground fault protection system. This paper discusses modeling and simulation in designing generator neutral grounding using LabView 2017 application. The goal is to be easier, faster and more accurate. As an implementation of modeling, data from std C62.92.2TM-2017 is used.

Abstract

Customer Relationship Management merupakan sistem yang membantu proses bisnis dalam mengelola hubungan antara perusahaan atau organisasi dengan pelanggan. Akan tetapi Customer Relationship (CRM) jarang ditemui dalam sektor pertanian, terutama pada pertanian bawang merah di Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merekayasa ulang dan memperbarui proses bisnis yang sedang berjalan guna memperbaiki permasalahan tersebut dengan menggunakan teknologi Machine Learning dan memodelkan proses bisnis dengan Business Procces Modeling Notation (BPMN). Untuk memperlancar tujuan penelitan, penelitian ini menggunakan metode Business Process Reengineering Life Cycle untuk menghasilkan CRM bawang merah. Pada penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah temuan yaitu proses bisnis yang baru dengan menyertakan teknologi Machine Learning yang ditampung pada aplikasi cluster petani yang telah digambarkan pada BPMN, hal tersebut dilakukan agar menunjang kekurangan dalam kegiatan petani agar lebih menjadi efisien dan optimal serta mendapatkan hasil panen yang diinginkan.
