Eduhumaniora is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes different kinds of scientific articles based on the research-article and ideas-article. All topics that we received only articles relating to elementary education fields. For research category, articles can be written using quantitative and qualitative approaches, and can be made in a variety of research designs, such as action research, experiments, and case studies. This journal was published since 2009 twice a year every January and July, and published by the collaboration between Elementary Teacher Education Program, Kampus UPI di Cibiru and Himpunan Dosen PGSD Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract:. In the 2013 curriculum, learning materials in SD/MI were packaged in integrated thematic learning models, although the learning materials and processes were carried out in an integrated thematic manner, but the material taught could not be separated from the material concepts of each content. The material has been contained in student books, while the learning process is contained in the teacher's book. Books have an important role in carrying out learning, namely as a medium of liaison between students, teachers, and the most common curriculum. Textbooks are one of the supporting factors in determining learning success. Along with curriculum changes, textbooks also experience changes as needed to support students' understanding in learning. This study aims to analyze the suitability of science material in class IV semester 1 textbooks with the 2013 curriculum. The method used in this study is qualitative. The aim is to analyze a textbook, which is done by describing the goals that have been determined. This type of research is documentary analysis or content analysis. The results of the analysis stated that the science material in class IV textbooks SD / MI in accordance with the 2013 curriculum.Keyword: Science Material, Class IV SD / MI, Analysis Abstrak: Pada kurikulum 2013, materi pembelajaran di SD/MI dikemas dalam model pembelajaran tematik terpadu, meskipun materi dan proses pembelajaran dilakukan secara tematik terpadu, namun materi yang diajarkan tidak boleh terlepas dari konsep materi dari masing-masing muatan. Adapun materi tersebut telah tertuang dalam buku siswa, sedangkan proses pembelajaran terdapat pada buku guru. Buku memiliki peran yang penting dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran, yaitu sebagai media penghubung antar siswa, guru, dan kurikulum yang paling umum. Buku ajar merupakan salah satu faktor pendukung dalam menentukan keberhasilan pembelajaran. Seiring dengan perubahan kurikulum, buku ajar pun mengalami perubahan sesuai kebutuhan guna menunjang pemahaman peserta didik dalam belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuain materi IPA dalam buku ajar  kelas IV semester 1 dengan kurikulum 2013. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Tujuannya adalah untuk menganalisis suatu buku teks, yang mana hal ini dilakukan dengan cara mendiskripsikan tujuan yang telah ditentukan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dokumen (documentary analysis) atau analisis isi (content analysis). Hasil analisis menyatakan bahwa materi IPA dalam buku siswa kelas IV SD/MI sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013.Kata Kunci: Materi IPA, Kelas IV SD/MI, Analisis

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat peranan Technological Pedadogical Contents Knowledge (TPACK) dalam kreativitas mahasiswa PGSD merancang perangkat pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia SD. TPACK adalah pengetahuan tentang pembelajaran yang terintegrasi teknologi yang didasari pada analisis karakter materi dan aspek pedagogik. Metode penelitian menggunakan eksperimen (Single-One Group Pretest-Posttest Design). Intrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah penilaian portofolio. Efektifitas dianalisis dengan menggunakan n-gain. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa PGSD semester empat Universitas Muhammadiyah Cirebon tahun akademik 2019/2020. Kesimpulan penelitian ini terlihat adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada kemampuan TPACK dalam kreativitas mahasiswa PGSD menyusun perangkat pembelajaran. Peningkatan dapat dilihat dari setiap indikatornya, yaitu pada keluwesan dalam konten 0,89, kebaruan  pedagogik dalam teknologi 1,31, serta elaborasi konten dan teknologi 1,00. Selain itu, berdasarkan uji t diketahui bahwa t hitung sebesar -28,75 dan taraf signifikansi yaitu 0,000 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa  di tolak dan  diterima, dengan kata lain model blended learning berbasis project dapat meningkatkan kemampuan TPACK dalam kreativitas menyusun perangkat pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia mahasiswa calon guru SD. Luaran dari penelitian ini menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran seperti Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) kurikulum 2013 dan media pembelajaran berbasis IT.

Abstract

This study is to describe the readiness of teachers in Limited Face-to-face Learning (PTMT) during the COVID-19 pandemic in the 2021 academic year. This is motivated by the importance of teacher readiness in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic, namely by implementing Limited Face-to-face Learning (PTMT). in the teaching and learning process. This study uses a method with a qualitative approach to the type of evaluation research using the CIPP model. The subjects of this study were two PAI subject teachers and Budi Pekerti. The results of this study indicate that teacher readiness is viewed from the four components in the CIPP model as follows; 1) the context component of teacher readiness in learning planning that the teacher downloads the lesson plans and syllabus from the internet. The learning objectives are not formulated based on the ABCD formula. Learning activities follow the lesson plans from the internet and there is no assessment in the lesson plans. LKPD uses multiple choice daily test sheets. Instructional media using the blackboard 2) The input component of teacher readiness in learning in terms of methods using lectures, questions and answers and assignments. The material aspect is taken in the student book. 3) The components of the learning process process, there are several activities that have not been carried out, such as the preliminary activities the teacher does not convey the learning objectives, in the core activities many learning steps are not carried out and in the closing activities the teacher does not conduct an assessment. 4) The product component of student learning outcomes is seen from the affective, cognitive and psychomotor aspects.

Abstract

Classroom Action Research (CAR) is a report of the teacher's real activities in solving problems that occur in teaching and learning activities in the classroom while improving the quality of learning in accordance with the teacher's professional development goals. In fact, UPI PGSD Primary School teachers still encounter difficulties in making PTK proposals as an initial step in fulfilling their professional competencies. Based on this, this study aims to improve the competency of SD PGSD UPI Partner teachers in preparing PTK proposals. The form of activities carried out is assistance with the deductive training model. This research is a quantitative research in the form of a descriptive approach. Data collection was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 18 PGSD UPI Partner school teachers as mentoring participants. The study began with an identification of the needs of UPI PGSD Primary School SD teachers, followed by assistance in the preparation of the CAR proposal. Assistance materials include CAR in the development of the teaching profession, CAR credit report figures, exploring research problems, and preparing CAR proposals. The results showed an increase in the ability of understanding teachers in preparing PTK proposals.

Abstract

The study investigated the state of basic education in the Nigerian international border communities of Sokoto State. A descriptive survey research design was adopted for the study. A multistage sampling technique was adopted for the selection of  597 out of 3,876 respondents. A 29 items four-point-Likert scale Researcher’s designed questionnaire that was translated into Arabic and Hausa languages with psychometric properties of content validity 0.80, 0.75, and 0.87and a reliability coefficient of 0.76, 0.82, and 0.71 while the interview items have a content validity of 0.77 and a reliability coefficient  0.78 was used to elicit the needed data. descriptive and Inferential statistic was used to analyze the data. Findings revealed that parental, teachers, governmental, and facilities factors pose challenges to basic education in the border areas, among others. Educational policymakers are recommended to take necessary measures to decentralized the curriculum of the education system in Nigeria to takes care of the educational needs of a different society.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effectiveness of the implementation of cooperative learning model type Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) on the social studies learning outcomes of students grade V elementary school. The type of research conducted is a literature review. This literature review research analyzes in depth in order to obtain objective research results on student teams achievement division (STAD) learning model to improve the social studies learning outcomes for students in grade V elementary school. The data used in this research was obtained from leading journal sites, such as Sinta, Scopus, Google Scholar, and DOAJ. In this research, researcher obtained 2600 articles with related titles, then the results of the articles were reduced according to the criteria set out in the selection of data articles, so that 35 articles were selected that were relevant to the purpose of the research. Based on the results of the analysis of the article, it can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning model type Student Teams Achievement Division effectively used in social studies learning in grade V elementary school to improve student learning outcomes, both in terms of cognitive, affective, and skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui relevansi dari materi bahasa Indonesia pada buku tematik kelas 3 revisi 2018 dengan beberapa aspek yaitu ruang lingkup materi berdasarkan Permendikbud No 21 tahun 2016; HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills); 4Cs (creative thinking, critical thinking, communication, collaboration); literasi membaca-menulis; literasi digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis analisis wacana pada materi bahasa Indonesia di buku tematik kelas 3 revisi 2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya relevansi antara materi bahasa Indonesia pada buku tematik kelas 3 revisi 2018 dengan aspek yang sudah disebutkan dengan hasil 46% materi sudah disajikan, keterampilan HOTS tidak imbang karena mayoritas critical thinking yaitu 66,7% dan decision making tidak ada, keterampilan 4Cs sudah merata meski critical thinking lebih banyak yaitu 40,5%, literasi membaca persentasenya 78,9% dan literasi menulis 21,1%, literasi digital dibahas pada satu bagian tersendiri yaitu pada tema 7 subtema 3 meskipun materinya masih tahap pengenalan. Secara keseluruhan materi bahasa Indonesia pada buku tematik kelas 3 sudah cukup relevan dengan aspek-aspek yang berkaitan meski ada yang masih kurang merata pada beberapa aspek.

Abstract

Abstract:. This research was conducted on class V students of SD Negeri 179 Palembang, with the aim of knowing students' understanding of the percent material by using media download bars. The subjects in this study were 28 students with heterogeneous abilities. The research methodology used in this study is Design Research with a Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach. This study fulfilled five characteristics of RME, namely the use of laptops, computers and downloads of the internet (using of context), pictures of download bars (use of models), activities in LKK (pupil own creations and contributions), presentation and group discussion (interactivity) and problems change fractions into percent (intertwining). The results of this study indicate that students have been able to solve the percent problem by using media download bars.Keyword: Download Bar, Percent, RME, Design Research Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 179 Palembang, dengan tujuan  mengetahui pemahaman siswa pada materi persen dengan menggunakan media download bar. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought big changes to the world of education in Indonesia. Learning that should be done in person or face-to-face turns into online learning. This raises problems for the readiness of schools, teachers, and students in carrying out learning. This study aims to obtain information about the effectiveness of digital media in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, whether digital media has been effective and its use is optimal in learning. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using an online survey method. The results obtained were that online learning using digital media at SDN 1 Gambasan Temanggung did not increase student scores because only about 20% of student scores had increased, 50% of students also complained about the lack of facilities and infrastructure that support learning. Teachers also have not been able to use digital media in accordance with the characteristics of learning, this is evidenced by 45% of students answered disagree. Students also do not have higher motivation when using digital media, it is proven that only 5% agree. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that digital media is less effective when the supporting facilities and infrastructure are minimal.

Abstract

This article aims to review the development of neuropedagogy research and its implementation in education. The method of writing this article is to use literature study (literature review). In this study twenty articles were chosen between the years 2016-2019 taken from google scholars' sources on the topic of neuropedagogy in education. Research on neuropedagogy has experienced significant developments, various scientific fields have sought to integrate neuropedagogy as an approach, technique and learning method to optimize student performance in learning. Various levels of education starting at the level of early childhood education until students have become the target of a neuropedagogical approach, but research on the implementation of neuropedagogy at the elementary school level has not been much researched. This is what underlies the authors to conduct a review of neuropedagogical research trends, so that it becomes a recommendation for further follow-up research, especially in the field of basic education.
