Dysmenorrhea is pain before or during menstruation, occurring on the first day to several days of menstruation. This condition results in young women having difficulty concentrating while studying and absent in the teaching and learning process in class. The research design is quantitative descriptive research. The sample of the study were 160 female students in Madrasah Aliyah Darul Ulum and Miftahul Jannah Palangka Raya, with a purposive sampling technique. The questionnaire used was a question/statement containing the age of menarche, the incidence of dysmenorrhea, family history of menstrual pain. Data were analyzed univariately by frequency distribution test. The study found results from 160 respondents found the average age of menarche is 12.89 years with a standard deviation of 1.24, the lowest age of menarche is 9 years, and the highest is 17 years, has a history of dysmenorrhea in a family of 110 people (69%), and has menstrual pain 138 people (86%). This study concluded that the majority of respondents experienced menstrual pain, and had a family history of dysmenorrhea, and the age range of menarche 9-17 years with an average of 12.89 years.

Menarche specifically refers to a woman's first menstruation during early adolescence (puerperal period) where the body growth (growth spurt) is very fast accompanied by hormonal changes that dramatically impact on increasing levels of reproductive function and all sexual maturation in the transition period, resulting in psychological changes, anxious children and symptoms of laziness to do something, especially in learning when the age of 10-14 years, the growth of sexual drive is a trigger for adolescent reproductive health problems is quite serious, making adolescents vulnerable to disease (STDs, HIV-AIDS) and teenage pregnancy great opportunity to have an abortion and narcotics. Adolescents in Indonesia number around 66.3 million people out of a total population of 258.7 million and one in four residents are teenagers. Southeast Sulawesi health profile data in 2017 the number of female population aged 10-14 years was 136,834 people (19.28%) while in Kolaka Regency, the female group aged 10-14 years amounted to 12,020 people (20.92%) of the total population of 251,520 souls. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of knowledge and attitudes towards readiness to face menarche through a cross-sectional approach with the chi-square test. The research was carried out in February until May 2019 with the object of the research being female students of class V and VI at SDN 4 Kolakaasi Latambaga District, Kolaka with 50 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The research results obtained that there was no relationship between knowledge and readiness of students facing menarche with a value of P = 0.46> α = 0.05 and there was no relationship between attitudes and student readiness in dealing with menarche with a value of P = 1,000> α = 0.05.

Sleep is one of the basic human needs that can affect the quality of life and health. Poor sleep quality can result in decreased physiological and psychological health. Purpose: This study aims to determine the factors that affect the sleep quality of medical students of Halu Oleo University. The study design was using quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. The sample of this study were 174 medical students of Halu Oleo University in the second and third academic years. The sampling technique was using Proportional Random Sampling. Data on sleep quality obtained by using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire and data analysis was using a chi-square statistical test with a confident interval of 95% (alpha = 0.05). The median age of respondents was 20 (range 18-21) years and 127 (73%) of the participants were females. A student with high physical activity was 112 (64.4%), sleep pattern in the good category as much as 98 (56.3%), and students with emotional stress in the low category were 120 (69.0%). More than half of students (89.1%) have poor sleep quality. The bivariate analysis showed that the factors that affect sleep quality were sleep patterns (p-value = 0.019) and emotional stress (p-value = 0.021). Student physical activity was not statistically affected sleep quality (p-value = 0.519). The sleep quality of medical students of Halu Oleo university were affected by sleep patterns and emotional stress.

Excessive fat accumulation in the body causes an increase in Body Mass Index (BMI). Increased BMI and comorbidities affect the metabolic rate. Metabolic age was influenced by the individual metabolic rate. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of metabolic age to BMI increasement. This cross-sectional study used a purposive sampling method to obtain 82 male and female subjects. Subjects were measured for BMI and metabolic age. Collected data was analyzed univariately and bivariate correlatively. The result showed a significant correlation between metabolic age and BMI (p = 0,001) with r = 0,812. The conclusion of this study is the increase in BMI, the higher the metabolic age.

Phlebitis is one of the nosocomial infections related to invasive procedures. One of the most common invasive procedures in hospitals is infusion therapy. Phlebitis can cause thrombosis, which if continued, can lead to death. Purpose: The aims of this study were to determine the factors that affect the incidence of phlebitis nosocomial infection in the general hospital of Muna regency. The study design was using quantitative research with a cross-sectional study. The sample of this study was 60 inpatients who got infusion therapy and met the inclusion criteria. The sampling technique was using Proportional Random Sampling. Data were collected by direct observation method and data analysis was using a chi-square statistical test with a confident interval of 95% (alpha = 0.05). The median age of respondents was 37 (range 20 – 50) years and 31 (51.7%%) of the respondents were females. The respondent that have duration infusion less than or equal to 3 days were 39 (65%), respondent with one type of intravenous fluid was 55 (91.7%), a respondent who received antibiotic or Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAID) injection therapy was 38 (63.3%), and as many as 20 (33.3%) respondents experienced phlebitis infection. The bivariate analysis showed that the factors that affect the incidence of phlebitis nosocomial infection were duration of infusion (p-value = 0.000), amount of intravenous fluids (p-value = 0.038), and injection therapy (p-value = 0.014). The duration of infusion, amount of intravenous fluid, and injection therapy affect the incidence of phlebitis nosocomial infection in the general hospital of Muna regency.

Stress is the condition of an individual who experiences excessive emotional demands, a time problem that makes it difficult to manage efficiently all aspects of life (Richard, 2010). In someone with mild and moderate levels of stress will experience changes in blood sugar levels. This study examines stress levels and random blood sugar levels in nursing students. The purpose of this study was to identify respondent characteristics, stress levels, random blood sugar levels and the relationship between stress levels and random blood sugar levels at the health Polytechnic of Palangka Raya. The research method respondents (f = 39) was assessed using the Perceived Stress Scale -10 questionnaire to measure stress level. Glucometer was used for checking the random blood sugar levels. Chi-Square test was used to determine the relationship between the two variables, results from 39 respondents who had moderate stress levels, 27 respondents had high blood sugar levels of 23 (85.2%) and mild stress levels as many as 12 respondents with normal blood sugar levels 7 (58.3); There is a correlation between stress and random blood sugar levels in Secondary Learning Recognition (RPL) students of the Nursing Department Class II at Health Polytechnic of Palangka Raya with ρ value <0.005.

Immunization is an injection of immunity against certain diseases. The disease is avoided by means of a complete basic immunization in infants before 1 year of age. A report from the section on eradicating infectious diseases in the Ministry of Health in Indonesia has decreased the number of people who can be prevented by immunization programs. The success of this program is the collaboration between the immunizers and Posyandu cadres supported by the government and awareness from the community. Ignorance of mothers about DPT immunization is a major cause of anxiety in mothers after DPT immunization in their children. The materials and methods used were knowledge questionnaire sheets and maternal anxiety levels. This type of research is an analytic survey. The survey method uses cross-sectional. The population was 183 mothers as respondents. The results obtained by knowledge of high category mothers while anxiety categories are low. Analysis of the data with the Spearman Rho technique, the results obtained were 0.658 significant. Towards 0.01. Test results get = 0,000 means there is a significant relationship between knowledge and anxiety. Conclusion: The higher the knowledge, the lower the anxiety level of mothers after immunizing the DPT to their children in the Kolakaasi Village.

The cumulative number of HIV & AIDS in Central Kalimantan Province continues to increase where in 2017 there were 807 reported cases. Based on observations of the situation faced by people with HIV & AIDS is very complex, in addition to having to deal with their own disease, they also face stigma and discrimination that affects the low motivation of patients' lives. Most sufferers experience physical, psychological and social problems that require comprehensive interventions (medical, nutrition, social support and psychotherapy/counseling. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of social support on the motivation of living ODHA in Central Kalimantan Province. This type of research is an observational study with a cross-sectional study approaching. Results of research conducted on life motivation from participants obtained extrinsic motivation and intrinsic motivation themes Social support received by people with HIV / AIDS Participants have the same view that they get various forms of social support. And the following forms social support that researchers obtained from interviews with participants formed in the themes, namely physical support, emotional support, security support, skills support, social support and economic support Source of social support obtained by people with HIV / AIDS. In this study, the theme was obtained sources of external support and internal support sources. Four social themes are expected by HIV / AIDS sufferers. The theme is facilities to meet economic needs, health facilities, health support and community views of people with HIV / AIDS positive.

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of understanding family planning information and the economic level of the family on the choice of contraceptive use in women of childbearing age in Province Central Kalimantan. The research design used was an explanatory research design with a quantitative approach to post-facto models. The study population was 587 women of childbearing age in Central Kalimantan province and the sampling technique used was the total sampling technique. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with a significant level (p) smaller or equal to 0.05 (p <0.05) and smaller or equal to 0.01 (p <0.01). The results showed that the direct effect between the understanding of family planning information on the choice of contraceptive use was significant (p <0.01), with a value of β = 1.989; p <0.05. At the family economic level, the choice of contraceptive use was significant (p <0.01), with a value of β = -,972; p <0.01. The conclusion of the first research is proven that understanding family planning information has a significant effect on the choice of contraceptive use in women of childbearing age in the province of Central Kalimantan, the second is proven that the family economic level has a significant effect on the choice of contraceptive use in women of childbearing age in the province of Central Kalimantan. Research Suggestions.

Dawn market traders in Pasar Seram Palangka Raya City with sleep deprivation and alteration of sleep pattern has the potential risk of circadian rhythm disruption. Circadian rhythm disruption is the beginning of various chronic diseases such as coronary heart disease. One of the inflammation markers that can be used to assess the onset of atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease is the platelet profile (platelet count, mean platelet volume (MPV), platelet distribution width (PDW) and plateletcrit (PCT)). This study aimed to describe the effect of circadian rhythm disruption of inflammation marker as a platelet profile in dawn market traders in Pasar Seram Palangka Raya City. The descriptive observational method with a cross-sectional design was used in this study. Samples obtained as many as 100 people using purposive sampling technique. The examination of the platelet profile was done by an automated method using a hematology analyzer. The results showed, there was 6% with high platelet count and it only in women. Whereas for platelet indices in men, there was 6% with high MPV, 74% with high PCT, and 10% with low PCT. In women, there was 84% with high PCT and 6% with low PCT (6%). The result showed there were inflammation and accumulation of platelets as a result of circadian rhythm disruption in dawn market traders.
