Abstract

Transformational leadership in Islamic education will always make Islamic values in its leadership. Communication between superiors and subordinates is not just in the realm of organization, but in Islam there is fostering relations between human beings. Leadership education are expected to be able to make corrections to the behavior that exists in the organization, and leaders of an institution are able to implement quality standards. Quality improvement and management development are very much considered. Individuals as leaders of their existence are responsible for Islamic education institutions, leadership development (leadership development) of its existence can be interpreted as an extension of one's capacity to run a management to achieve something more effective in leadership roles and processes.

Abstract

This study will discuss the ambiguity of the Majelis Tafsir al-Qur'an (MTA) as a missionary organization trying to explore the sacred heirlooms in the form of Islamic law or trying to purify Islamic law, by making MTA interpretations as a reference for their da'wah, in the introduction to their interpretation they will not using the hadith daif, the history of Israel as a reference. However, in reality, they are precisely inconsistent with the principles of the teachings of making the Old Testament as the source of their interpretation. This research is a library research that seeks to explore and explore the interpretations carried out by MTA. Through al-Dhakhil's approach as a study of the theory of criticism of puritan ideological interpretation, it was found that the interpretation of MTA which became the reference of his da'wah, was inconsistent between statements and practice and made the old treaty as a reference in his interpretation and equated with Torah, even though the two were different.

Abstract

The current phenomenon shows that the noble character values ​​among children are experiencing a quite concerning crisis. One of the factors causing the deterioration of children's character is a crisis or deterioration of national cultural values ​​or local wisdom values. Therefore, exploring cultural values ​​or local wisdom values ​​is a strategic step in an effort to build the nation's character. The purpose of this study was to describe (1) character education through traditional games in MIN 3 Jember, (2) character education through traditional songs in MIN 3 Jember, and (3) character education through folklore in MIN 3 Jember. To achieve this goal, this study uses a phenomenological type of qualitative approach. The data collection technique uses observation, interview, and documentary study techniques. The data collected are primary data and secondary data which include: character education strategy data through traditional games, character education through traditional songs, and character education through folk stories. After the data is collected, it is analyzed using themodel spiral analysis proposed by Cresswel (2007). The results showed that (1) The teachers at MIN 3 Jember have used traditional games as a medium to instill character values ​​in students. The traditional games played by students are quite varied. The steps taken by the teacher in using traditional games as a medium in instilling the character of students are: choosing traditional games that are in accordance with the learning theme, playing games together with students, followed by explaining the character values ​​contained in the games that have been played the. (2) Teachers at MIN 3 Jember have used traditional songs as a medium to instill character values ​​in students. The steps taken by the teacher in using traditional songs as a medium to instill the character of students, namely: choosing traditional songs that are in accordance with the learning theme, singing songs together with students, followed by explaining the character values ​​contained in traditional songs that have been sung. (3) teachers at MIN 3 Jember have used folklore as a medium to instill character values ​​in students. The steps taken by the teacher in using folklore to instill character values ​​are: (a) the children read the folklore in groups or independently, (b) to find out whether the children understand the story, the teacher make inquiries via 5W + H. (c) the teacher retells the folklore to the children, and (d) the teacher conveys the messages (character values) that exist in the story.

Abstract

In the last two decades, the radical Islamic movement in Indonesia has flourished. Starting from solidarity with the slumped Islamic world, returning to the teachings of the Koran and hadith, rejection of Western domination of a Muslim state, to inflating the spirit of jihad, and efforts to realize an "Islamic" system through the Islamic State and the Khilafah. This action has parallel with global movements, both in the form of ideology and interconnected international networks. This article attempts to map the network for the growth of the extremist movement in Indonesia and the nature of its movement.

Abstract

The discursus about Islamic law about continuing to see the importance of Al-Ta'ārud occurred because of the inadedience of the mujtaid knowing the will of as-Shari' in knowing the nature of nașș. There is no indeed contradiction in nașș because it means al-ta'ārud weakness, whereas Allah almighty is an omnilime substance and far from the nature of opposition, in addition that the owner of the law is only one god almighty, so there can be no contradiction. If there is, then the opposition is not an insanity opposition. When they came across two contradictory arguments, all the scholars agreed that it was not an insanity opposition. However, if the hel occurs, then it is mandatory for the law to be discussed and sought a solution. In terms of completing al-ta'ārud al-'ām wa al-khāș the scholars of the Hanafi and Shafi'i sects offer many methods or solutions sequentially.

Abstract

This paper is about the Islamization movement of the kingdoms in South Sulawesi, sointegrated sara 'is into a social institution called pangadereng (Bugis) angadakkang (Makassar). Abstract

This article aims to describe the reinforcement of teacher competence is a continuous thing to do in sustainability because it is about mastery of the learning process in the school. Learning is helping students gain a variety of experiences, so that students' behavior increases, both quantity and quality. The experience includes knowledge, skills and values or norms that serve as controlling attitudes and behaviors. Abstract

The educative politics of the kiai with their power patterns are important in creating and creating an inclusive generation in pesantren. Therefore the kiai is the main figure in Developing the Organizational Climate. the purpose of this research is to find the Kiai's Educational Power Strategy in Developing an Inclusive Organizational Climate in Al-Qodiri Islamic Boarding School and Islamic Boarding School Nurul Jember. This type of research is qualitative with a case study approach designed with multi site. Data analysis used Miles and Huberman's Interactive Analysis Model which was carried out in two stages, namely single site analysis and cross-site analysis, while data wetness used source triangulation and member checks. The results of this study are First, the power of kiai is the identity of democratic and charismatic leadership, second, the source of power from the attitudes and principles of leadership, third, the basic power base of the family, education, moderate environment, cultural and structural activities of religious organizations, fourth, power capital. intellectual, emotional and spiritual, while the model consists of refrent power, persuasive power, power given by society, advice power, appreciative power and double connection power, fifth, power tactics through appreciation, facilitation, sharing and motivation while the control media uses monthly friendship forums and weekly gathering with close family and subordinates. Analisis data menggunakan Model Analisis Interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang dilakukan dua tahap yaitu analisis situs tunggal dan lintas situs sedangkan kebasahan data menggunakan trianggulasi sumber dan member cek. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pertama, Kekuasaaan kiai merupakan jati diri kepemimpinan demokratis dan kharismatik, kedua, Sumber kekuasaan dari sikap dan prinsip kepemimpinannya,ketiga, Basis dasar kekuasaan dari keluarga,pendidikan, lingkungan moderat, aktivitas kutural dan struktural organisasi kegamaan,keempat, Modal kekuasaan intlektual, emosional dan spritual, sedangkan Modelnya terdiri refrent power, persuasif power, power given by society, advice power, apresiatif power dan Doble conection power,kelima, taktik kekuasaan melalui apresiasi, fasilitasi, sharing dan motivasi sedangkan media kontrolnya menggunakan forum silaturrahim bulanan dan silaturrahim mingguan bersama keluarga dekat dan bawahannya. Abstract

In the world of education, the environment is one of the elements of education. Because if it is lacking or missing one of them, then it can not be said as education, closely related to education. The learning environment is an important element that affects students' learning, resulting in a variety of interactions in student outcomes and quality of learning. The role of the learning environment in improving academic quality is the presence of supportive, good classroom management, quality learning resources, and good classroom management. Can affect how students learn patterns so that the quality of their assessment is good, and proven by the presence of quality output. Because in the world of education, in addition to assessment skills are considered necessary, as a benchmark of students' ability in their learning outcomes. The role of the learning environment in improving the quality of non-academic is through extracurricular, ethical and moral. As a teacher and educator the teacher can measure the students' non-academic skills, as well as see the progress of their students' behavior. Lingkungan pembelajaran termasuk unsur penting yang berpengaruh pada belajar siswa sehingga menimbulkan berbagai interaksi pada hasil dan kualitas belajar siswa. Peran lingkungan pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan kualitas akademik adalah dengan adanya sarpras yang mendukung, menejemen kelas yang baik, sumber belajar yang berkualitas, serta pengelolaan kelas yang baik. Dapat mempengaruhi bagaimana pola belajar siswa sehingga kualitas penilaian mereka pun baik, dan di buktikan dengan adanya output yang berkualitas pula. Karena dalam dunia pendidikan, selain skill penilaian pun dianggap perlu, sebagai tolak ukur kemampuan siswa dalam hasil belajarnya. Peran lingkungan pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan kualitas non akademik adalah melalui ekstakulikuler, etika dan akhlak. Sebagai seorang pengajar dan pendidik guru dapat mengukur kemampuan skill non akademik siswa, serta melihat perkembangan tingkah laku siswanya. Abstract

Islamic religious education is very important for shaping character, especially in social society. In today's era, students tend not to care about society, therefore forming a good character is very important, especially in the social community in Islamic religious education itself, it teaches us that we are required to have good character as taught by the Prophet Muhammad; Allah SWT said, which means "and indeed you (Muhammad) have a noble character". Because of this, it can be concluded that the Prophet Muhammad, was sent to earth to improve the character of all human beings. Thus, the character of education from an Islamic point of view is needed, especially in Islamic educational institutions. So, from various problems related to morals which are ideally able to realize character education, especially in social society in an Islamic perspective in the form of mutual care. courtesy to parents. sense of responsibility and care for fellow human beings.
