Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi & Bisnis ISSN: 2302-2663 is a research-based journal published by Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Indonesia. The journal published two times per year in March and October. This journal started publishes since 2013. The scope and focus are related to the research in economics, accounting, management and also economic education studies such as a microeconomic, macroeconomic, development studies, behavioral economics, human resources management, finance, leadership management, marketing, accounting and research about education on economic. The journal also publishes an article related to banking studies, small and medium enterprises, the stock market, teaching model for economic studies. And also published the study of development policy. According to the scope, Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi & Bisnis welcome multidiscipline articles which related to the economics, management, accounting, and economic education research. This journal focuses on economics and education research by quantitative and qualitative approaches. There are many more problems related to the economics study and education problems. Therefore, Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi & Bisnis only publishes original research of economic, management, accounting and economic education in Indonesia and overseas. The journal aims to publish a scientific article from researchers from Indonesia and other countries. Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi & Bisnis has been ACCREDITED at rank 2rd (Sinta 2) by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of Indonesia according to the Decree (SK) No. 28/E/KPT/2019. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of corporate image, customer trust, social bond, customer satisfaction toward health insurance customer loyalty. Respondents in this research is health insurance participants in Jakarta. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with using convenience techniques sampling. The number of respondents 250 individuals. Collected data analyzed the validity and reliability. Research hypothesis tested with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).

Abstract

This type of research is the development of research. Development using a modification model Borg and Gall (2003), the data collection techniques through technical documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were the data results of the review and testing of the products as the basis for improvement of media. Than, questionnaire respondents assessment of the effectiveness of media related learning on student results. From the overall stages of the study showed that there are significant differences in student learning outcomes by using powerpoint compared with the results of classical learning of students by using interactive media flash

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine factors acceptance and use behaviour of motorcycle online. A conceptual framework has been developed based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory. A questionnaire was developed and used to collect information from 358 respondents from motorcycle online user.Questionnaire survey was conducted in South Tangerang, Indonesia. The quantitative research methode was used with convenience method of sampling. The results reveal that the Perceived Ease of Use also has influence to Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Usefulness has significant influence to behavioural intention. Attitudes also positively influencing the behavioural intention motorcycle online. Facilitating Condition have significant influence to use behaviour of the motorcycle online. Behaviour intention has a positive impact on use behaviour of the motorcycle online. Keywords: Technology Acceptance Model, Penerimaan Dan Penggunaan Teknologi Ojek Online, UTAUT,Perilaku Konsumen.

Abstract

This research aims to formulate and select BMT Al- Ittihad Rumbai strategy to face the changing of business environment both from internal environment such as organization resources, finance, member and external business such as competitor, economy, politics and others. This research method used Analysis of EFAS, IFAS, IE Matrix, SWOT-8K Matrix, SPACE Matrix and TWOS Matrix. our hope from this research it can assist BMT Al-Ittihad in formulating and selecting strategies for the sustainability of BMT Al-Ittihad in the future. The sample in this research is manager and leader of BMT Al-Ittihad Rumbai Pekanbaru. The result of this research shows that the position of BMT Al-Ittihad using IE Matrix, SWOT-8K Matrix and SPACE Matrix is in growth position, stabilization and aggressive. The choice of strategy after using TWOS Matrix is market penetration, market development, vertical integration, horizontal integration, and stabilization

Abstract

This research focuses on designing the fulfillment of the needs of the ideal marketing laboratory that suits the needs of industry, learning, and research. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data are collected through literature studies, observations, and in-depth interviews with some experts in the field of marketing management, so that data can be analyzed as an ideal marketing laboratory needs. These results will impact not only on the development of science, but also make the marketing laboratory as revenue generator. The results describe the things necessary to develop an ideal marketing lab consisting of ideal facilities, marketing laboratory facilities and infrastructure, ideal marketing lab resources, and ideal laboratory marketing work program

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of capital, length of trading, and location toward the traders income Johar market in Semarang City both simultenously and partially. The sample is 92 traders. The result of the study showed that the significant value of 0,000 < 0,05 and the value of Fcount (74,922) is higher than Ftable(2,71) and Adjust R Square of 0,709 (70,9%). Capital gives positive effect on traders income in Johar market Semarang obtains the significant value of 0,000 < 0,05 and the value of tcount(5,853) higher than ttable (1,987) and r-squareof 27,9%. The length of trading gives positive effect on traders income in Johar market Semarang obtains the significant value of 0,000< 0,05 and the value of tcount(3,635) higher than ttable(1,987) and r-squareof 13,0%. Location gives positive effect on the traders income in Johar market Semarang obtains the significant value of 0,000 < 0,05 and the value of tcount(4,658) higher than ttable (1,987) and r-square of 19,8%. The conclusion is that there is a positive effect of capital, length, and location of trading toward the traders income Johar market in Semarang City.

Abstract

Barriers to entry of housing affordability are not only existed in urban but also in rural areas. This condition makes rural households difficult to obtain their own house. However, it is still common for them to ask help from parents, in term of financial support or buy the house for them. The purpose of this paper aimed at understanding the phenomenon of society in the rural area to meet their need for house ownership. This research used the descriptive method, employed 15 participants in the Village of Olak-Alen, District of Selorejo, Regency of Blitar, Indonesia. The results of this research showed that newly formed households find their most significant obstacle to own house is inadequate income. Their low income is majorly caused by lack of financial literacy and insufficient work experience.
