Abstract

Adolescence is a transitional period characterized by physical, emotional and psychic changes. Adolescence, namely the period between 10-19 years, is a period of maturation of the human reproductive organs which is often called puberty, in puberty there are problems that are often faced by adolescents during menstruation. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) 2018 women aged 15–49 years who suffer from anemia in six countries namely Africa, America, Asia, Europe, Eastern Mediterranean, and the Western Pacific region amounted to 409 – 595 million people. The prevalence in Asia, anemia in women aged 15–45 years reaches 191 million people and Indonesia ranks 8th out of 11 countries in Asia after Sri Lanka with a prevalence of anemia of 7.5 million people at the age of 10–19 years. This study aims to find out the relationship between menstruation, lifestyle, and diet with the incidence of anemia in young women at SMK Negeri 1 Lempuing Jaya, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency in 2021. The method in this study used an analytical survey with a cross-secsional design approach so that the total sample was 81 respondents. Data collection is carried out with a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by the Chi-square test formula. Univariate analysis was obtained by students who experienced anemia as many as 35 respondents (43.2%). Normal mentruation duration 50 respondents (61.7%), unhealthy lifestyle 50 respondents (61.7%), irregular diet 44 resonden (54.3%). From the results of the Chi-square static test, the p-Value = 0.005 was obtained, this shows that there is a meaningful relationship between the duration of menstruation and anemia, p-Value = 0.018 which states that there is a lifestyle relationship with anemia in young women, p value Value = 0.013 means that there is a relationship between diet and anemia in young women. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between the duration of menstruation, lifestyle, diet and anemia, in young women. It is hoped that midwives will further improve services and education to young women about reproductive health in adolescents, especially the impact of anemia on young women.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the mediating effect of risk knowledge on the effect of financial literacy and financial behavior on credit decision making (study at pt. wom finance Semarang branch). Quantitative research method with SmartPLS analyzer. Sample 100 people by distributing questionnaires. The results of literacy research did not prove the influence on credit decision making. Risk knowledge has a positive and significant effect on credit decision making. Increasing one's knowledge of risk, has an impact on increasing decisions to take credit. There is not enough evidence to state that Financial Behavior has a positive effect on Credit Decision Making. Financial Behavior has a positive and significant effect on Risk Knowledge.

Abstract

The company's zakat is a part of the company's annual report instrument. This study aims to determine the accounts that are components of the mandatory zakat and the company's zakat calculation methods. The subject of this research is aimed at 14 Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia by collecting annual report data on each Islamic commercial bank. The content analysis method is used to determine the accounts that are components of the object subject to corporate zakat in each Islamic commercial bank. 8 methods of calculating corporate zakat are the basis for analyzing potential zakat data contained in the annual report as an effort to determine the method of calculating corporate zakat in Islamic commercial banks. The results of this study reveal that 6 out of 14 Islamic commercial banks issue corporate zakat as muzzaki. The accounts used by Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia as objects of zakat are net income before tax at Bank Mandiri Syariah, Bank Mega Syariah, and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah with the calculation method multiplied by 2.5% according to the calculation method of Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Sdn Berhand. Furthermore, 3 other Islamic commercial banks, namely Bank Muamalat Indonesia, BNI Syariah, and BRI Syariah, use a net profit after tax account with the calculation multiplied by 2.5% according to the calculation method of Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Policies regarding the obligation to pay zakat should receive more attention so that companies have awareness as muzzaki. The method of calculating zakat in Indonesia should already have clear regulations in accordance with Islamic law so that there are not many differences in zakat by companies, especially Islamic commercial banks.

Abstract

Merak Port is a port that serves ferry services from the Merak-Bakauheni crossing, located in Pulo Merak District, Cilegon City, Banten, Java Island. The port operates 24 hours with ships operating at least 30 units per day out of a total of 65 ships. So that cumulatively for effective ship operation by 46% for 1 year, the purpose of this study is to see the existing operational and financial performance by using profitability ratios namely net profit margin (NPM) and return on investment (ROI) with research methods using descriptive methods comparative and quantitative approach, the evaluation results show that operational performance based on the frequency of ship trips only reaches 77% or as many as 37,515 trips/year from the prevailing operating pattern of 48,960 trips/year, while the financial performance based on profitability ratios seen from the NPM value of 39% and ROI of 84% is greater than the condition of the operating pattern according to the pattern with an NPM value of 35% and ROI of 74% which means that the operating pattern according to the existing schedule is greater than the actual condition, but overall the profitability ratio is still above average or positive value.

Abstract

Nurses’ job satisfaction is still becoming an important issue because it is not only closely related to high turnover rates, work stress and burnout, but also closely related to service and patient satisfaction in the hospital. This study aimed to analyze nurses’ job satisfaction factors and dominant factors influencing it among nurses in private hospitals in Padang Indonesia. A cross sectional, correlational design was used. Data were collected by questionnaire and proportional random sampling of 189 nurses in three hospitals was conducted. Data collected used questionnaire consisting of sociodemographic and the Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS). Descriptive statistics, correlation, and multiple linear regression analyses were used to examine the data. The average of job satisfaction was found at 73.5% of nurses satisfied with their job. Nature of work, co-worker, pay, and fringe benefits were the most significant factors influence toward nurses’ job satisfaction. The results can be used as a basis for evaluation, early detection, and future planning for nursing managers and management. Results also highlight the need to emphasize positive factors to upgrade nature of work, positive co-worker relationships, pay, and fringe benefits to achieve an excellent service quality by nurses.

Abstract

The World Health Organization (WHO) reported that in 2019, there were 303,000 maternal deaths worldwide, with 99% of them occurring in developing countries. According to the Ministry of Health, the maternal mortality rate in Indonesia was 305 per 100,000 live births in 2012-2015, dropping to 240 per 100,000 live births in 2019. However, this figure is still high compared to developed countries which have a maternal mortality rate of 14 per 100,000 live births.The postpartum period is a critical period for mothers, where 60% of maternal deaths occur after delivery and 50% of these deaths occur in the first 24 hours of the postpartum period. Complications during the postpartum period occur in 73% of cases, but not all of them result in maternal death. Primigravida is a term used to describe a woman who is pregnant for the first time. According to WHO data, the maternal mortality rate for primigravida women is higher than for multigravida women. The most common causes of maternal death in Indonesia are bleeding, hypertension during pregnancy, and infection. The Ministry of Health is working to improve the health service system to reduce maternal and infant mortality rates, including during the Covid-19 pandemic. The aim of this study was to measure the level of self-care agency in primigravida postpartum mothers before and after using mobile health "Sehat Postpartum".

Abstract

This research aims to answer the problem of how to describe the Business Model and Business Strategy Analysis of UMKM Jambi "Wonderfulplan.JasaDekor" using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) Method. This is thought to be an effort to avoid stagnant UMKM growth. The decoration services business sector was chosen as one of the current business trends, in addition to the coffee business trend which was previously discussed in previous research. Qualitative research, with a descriptive approach and case studies is used to answer problems. The policy design and strategic steps that can be provided to optimize the management performance of "Wonderfulplan.JasaDekor" are a combination of improving the performance of Key Partners (KP) and Customer Relationships (CR), which will create a new Value Proposition (VP) and optimize the Value Proposition (VP) previously, thus providing better Revenue Streams (RS) and being able to fulfill appropriate Cost Structures (CsS), as well as providing more optimal profit margins.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of leadership and employee motivation on the quality of public services that the community receives in Cihampelas District, West Bandung Regency. The technique when taking samples in this study used a census technique, this was due to the fact that all populations were included in the sample, namely 32 employees who worked at the Cihampelas District Office, West Bandung Regency. The data obtained is based on the results of the questionnaires distributed. The SPSS application is used as an analytical method in carrying out the multiple linear regression process. This study shows the results that leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on the quality of services performed by employees. The coefficient of determination (R2) in this study is 21.9% which means that leadership and employee motivation have an influence on the quality of public services. In addition, it is also known that the leadership variable is the dominant variable in influencing the quality of public services.

Abstract

Regional General Hospital Haji Abdoel Madjid Batoe (RSUD HAMBA) Batanghari Regency is included in the ten hospitals that produce the most solid medical waste in 2021. In 2022, 115,781 kg of waste is generated, consisting of 14,425 kg of infectious solid waste and 14,425 kg of non-infectious waste 101.356 kgs. If the increase in medical waste is not addressed and managed seriously, it will cause massive environmental degradation. The purpose of this research is to analyze the management of solid medical waste (Sorting and Container, Transportation, Storage and Processing) and develop a solid medical waste management strategy at HAMBA Hospital in Batanghari Regency according to Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation P.56/Menlhk-Setjen/2015. The process of sorting and container has been separated directly from the waste producer, transportation and storage are transported by special officers (Cleaning Service) and stored in the temporary storage area (TPS) of B3 waste. Processing using its own incinerator which already has a permit. The strategy for managing solid medical waste at HAMBA Hospital in Batanghari Regency with a SWOT analysis, namely, establishing cooperation with other hospitals and health centers, providing education and training budgets for management officers and operators to obtain B3 waste management competency certification.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of professionalism Islamic religious education lecturer at the Faculty of Tarbiyah Islamic Institute of Dar Aswaja Rokan Hilir. This professionalism includes the ability of lecturers to develop potential and arouse student interest, have self-confidence, and can provide motivation and inspiration to students to be visionary and innovative. This field research uses a qualitative approach. At the Tarbiyah Faculty of the Islamic Institute of Dar Aswaja Rokan Hilir, various stakeholders were surveyed, interviewed, and documented to collect data. The results show that religious education at the Faculty of Tarbiyah of the Institute of Islamic religion (IAI) Dar Aswaja Rokan Hilir has not achieved satisfactory levels of success.
